The Impact of the Risk Perception of COVID-19 PANDEMIC on College Students' Occupational Anxiety: The Moderating Effect of Career Adaptability

In order to understand the changes in college students' risk perception and occupational emotion under major public health events and to explore the influencing factors of college graduates' employment guidance, 578 college students were surveyed by questionnaire to explore the impact of the risk perception of COVID-19 pandemic on college students' occupational anxiety and its internal mechanisms, and to analyze the mediating role of psychological resilience in the impact and the moderating role of career adaptability. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant positive correlation between the risk perception of COVID-19 pandemic and occupational anxiety; there is a significant negative correlation between risk perception and psychological resilience; there is a significant negative correlation between the psychological resilience and occupational anxiety. (2) Psychological resilience plays a mediating role between risk perception and occupational anxiety. (3) Career adaptability plays a negative moderating role between the risk perception of COVID-19 pandemic and occupational anxiety. These results showed that the risk perception of COVID-19 pandemic not only directly aggravates college students' occupational anxiety, but also indirectly affects occupational anxiety through psychological resilience; Career adaptability significantly alleviats the incremental effect of the risk perception of COVID-19 pandemic on college students' occupational anxiety. This paper has positive enlightenment on how to improve the employability of college students and alleviate their employment anxiety during major public health events.

Analysis of Employment Competitiveness of College Students Based on Binary Association Rule Extraction Algorithm

Today, assessing competition among college students in the job search is extremely important. However, various methods available are often inaccurate or inefficient when it comes to determining the level of their readiness for work. Conventional techniques usually depend on simplistic measures or miss out on crucial factors responsible for employability. The challenging characteristics of such competitive employment of college students are the lower levels of perceived stress, financing my education, and crucial professional skills. Hence, in this research, the Internet of Things Based on Binary Association Rule Extraction Algorithm (IoT-BAREA) technologies have improved college students' employment competitiveness. IoT-BAREA addresses this situation using a binary association rule extraction algorithm that helps detect significant patterns and relationships in large amounts of data involving student attributes and employment outcomes. IoT-BAREA positions itself as capable of providing insights into features that highly mediate the employability levels among students. This paper closes this gap and recommends a new IoT-BAREA method to help increase accuracy and efficiency in evaluating student employment competitiveness. Specifically, this study uses rigorous evaluation methods such as precision, recall and interaction ratio to determine how well IoT-BAREA predicts students' employability.

Research on Building a Five-in-One Entrepreneurship Education System for College Students in the Context of Double Creation

With the rapid development of higher education in China, the employment of college students has become a focal point for colleges and universities. The employment of college students is not only related to the national economic development and social stability, but also to the healthy, coordinated and sustainable development of higher education. The new situation of social and economic development has brought new challenges and opportunities for college students' employment. Under the background of "mass innovation and entrepreneurship", more and more college graduates choose to start their own business to realize their life ideals and values. This paper analyzes the focus of entrepreneurship education for college students under the background of double creation and builds a "five-in-one" education system from the five aspects of education concept, education content, education method, education platform and education practice of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, with a view to providing references for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.

Exploring the Impact of College Students' Future Time Insights on Career Decision-making Difficulties: A Big Data Technology-based Approach

Career decision-making difficulty is an important factor affecting the smooth employment of college students. Big data technology provides college students with more comprehensive, accurate and personalized career decision support, which helps them make more informed career choices and maximize their personal career development. Previous studies have shown that the Internet and digitization have significant information effect, which have important influence on the improvement of future time insight and career decision-making difficulties. Under the background of digitization, to explore the relationship between future time perspective and career decision-making difficulties of college students based on the Socioemotional Selectivity Theory, and to investigate the role of self-efficacy. 1092 college students were investigated by using the Scales. The result shows that the future time perspective predicts college students’ career decision-making difficulties negatively; Self-efficacy plays a mediation role between future time perspective and career decision-making difficulties. The research reveals the mechanism of future time perspective on college students’ career decision-making difficulties.

Optimized Multi-Scale Mixed Dense Graph Convolution Network for Career Impression Management in College Students Based on Social Network Analysis

It offers a way of social environment analysis based on employment, entrepreneurship of college students in rural areas. This approach comprehends the employment and social environment of college students' rural employment, entrepreneurship as research goal. In this manuscript, Optimized Multi-Scale Mixed Dense Graph Convolution Network for Career Impression Management in College Students Based on Social Network Analysis (MSMDGCN-CIM-CS-SNA) is proposed. Initially input data are gathered from Xing social network Dataset. To execute this, input data is pre-processed using Distributed Adaptive Cubature Information Filtering(DACIF) and it removes the noise from collected data; then the Pre-processed data are fed to MSMDGCN for effectively categorize Career Impression Management in College Students. In general, MSMDGCN does not express adapting optimization strategies to determine optimal parameters to ensure accurate Career Impression Management in College Students. Hence, the Sand Cat swarms optimization(SCSOA) to optimize Quantum Conditional Generative Adversarial Network which accurately Career Impression Management in College Students based on Social Media.Then the proposed MSMDGCN-CIM-CS-SNA is implemented and the performance metrics like Student Origin; Proportion of Daily Living Expenses, Student’s Graduation Trend, Selection of Career Areas for College Students, Units of College Student’s Career Intention and Computation Time the World are analyzed. Performance of the MSMDGCN-CIM-CS-SNA approach attains 18.75%, 26.89% and 32.57% higher Student’s Graduation Trend; 16.87%, 24.57% and 32.94% lower Units of College Student’s Career Intention and 18.43%, 25.64% and 31.40% lower Computation Time when analyzed through existing techniques like analysis on social environment of college students’ rural employment with entrepreneurship (ASE-CS-REE), recommendation model for college career entrepreneurship projects depend on deep learning (RM-CCE-DL), group relationship mining of college students depend on predictive social network (GRM-CS-PSN) methods respectively.

A Comparative Study of Employment Pressure Between American and Chinese College Students

With the increase of global economic uncertainty, geopolitical conflicts and the increasingly fierce competition between China and the United States, the world economy is slowly falling into a recession, and one of the serious problems caused by it is the employment of college students. According to relevant statistics, for China, the current unemployment rate of college students has reached a record high, in the United States, due to the large number of prestigious schools, but the U.S. domestic real economy is not so strong employment absorption capacity, so the United States graduating college students face the same employment pressure should not be underestimated. This paper analyzes the employment pressure of college students in China and the United States through a combination of qualitative analysis and case study method, and forms targeted policy recommendations on the basis of the analysis. The research in this paper can provide some support to the current research on college students' employment.

Research on innovative teaching to enhance the employability of college students based on the “five Links and Six steps” method

A talent training model takes occupation as its guiding principle, the enhancement of students’ competitive ability with respect to employment as goal, and market demand as its operating platform. A six-step teaching method, including consultation, planning, decision-making, implementation, inspection and evaluation, was integrated into the practical ability training system, which consists of five steps: basic skills training, professional skills training, comprehensive skills training, comprehensive productive skills training and postjob practice. Combinations of study work and theory with practice were developed to improve college students' comprehensive vocational skills. Analytical research was conducted to investigate students' vocational skill scores using the Markov chain model, and the analysis and evaluation results of the teaching effects of the new and old teaching models were obtained. The research results showed that this method achieved good results and that the students’ mastery of basic knowledge, basic skills, professional skills, comprehensive skills and comprehensive productive skills improved.

The Influence of College Employment Guidance on the Employment Ability of College Students in Conghua District, Guangzhou

The main purpose of this study is to understand the current situation and problems of college students' employability, analyze their influencing factors, and propose corresponding strategies to enhance their employability from the perspective of college students, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of helping college students improve their employability. This study adopts quantitative research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis to study the content of the article. The research subjects are students and graduates from nine major universities in Conghua District, Guangzhou. This article mainly collects data through SoJump's online distribution of survey questionnaires. Through statistical analysis of the survey data, we understand the current situation of college students' employability, compare it with their training goals, and identify gaps and problems. Based on the research results of the employment ability model in the industry, combined with the training goals of professional talents, and referring to the employment standards and competency model of a large group enterprise for fresh graduates, a college student employment ability evaluation scale was constructed. The sample data was analyzed and processed using SPSS and structural equation modeling. As a supplementary study, this study has made significant contributions to the study of the impact of college students' employability, and has pioneered the use of structural equation models to verify the above hypotheses, filling the gap in many such studies that have not been validated using structural equation models.

The Infiltration and Integration of the Concept of Ideological and Political Education in the Employment of College Students in the Era of Big Data

Abstract This paper studies integrating and penetrating the concept of Civic and Political Education in the employment guidance of college students to improve the effect of employment education in the context of big data. This paper uses genetic algorithm and projection tracking method to construct a measurement and evaluation model of Civic and Political Education and employment integration level. It is found that the coupling degree between Civic and Political Education and student employment in college A has increased year by year from 2010 to 2023, showing the effective integration of Civic and Political Education and jobs. The coupling degree risen from 0.136 in 2010 to 0.987 in 2023, indicating that the penetration and integration of Civic and Political Education in employment increased significantly. Strengthening the integration of Civic and Political Education and Employment Guidance can help improve the quality of student employment and student employment satisfaction. This study provides empirical support for integrating civic and political education and employment guidance in colleges. It confirms the importance and effectiveness of civic and political education in employment guidance in colleges and universities in the era of big data.

Research on Employment and Entrepreneurship Work of College Students Based on Multi-Objective Planning Modeling

Abstract Strengthening the employment and entrepreneurship guidance for educated people to meet the realistic needs of social development for high-quality talents deserves in-depth study. This paper constructs a multi-objective planning model for college students’ employment and entrepreneurship, sets the objective function and state model of college students’ employment and entrepreneurship through the demand of college students’ employment market, and solves the model according to the constraints of priority ranking. From the perspective of talent supply, the proposed model is combined to plan the supply and structure of talents, and the regression model is used to predict the demand for college students’ employment and entrepreneurship. The scientificity and validity of the proposed planning model are verified by analyzing the effect of applying the model to college students in L City and analyzing the order of employment and entrepreneurship preferences. The results show that the preference weights of college students whose family economic status is particularly poor for employment and entrepreneurship geography, salary, enterprise size, unit nature, and job position are 0.187, 0.175, 0.204, 0.147, 0.287, indicating that job position preference is more valued in the process of choosing a career. The mean value of college students’ first-time employment and entrepreneurship rate is higher than that of the year 2019 by 0.051 in the year 2022. The application of a multi-objective planning model of college students’ employment and entrepreneurship can improve the employment and entrepreneurship rate, and promote the innovation and development of the guidance work of employment and entrepreneurship channel and career choice development of college and university-educated people.

Study on the Construction of Educational Management System to Integrate the Elements of Civic and Political Programs with the Employment and Precision Support for Poor College Students in Colleges and Universities under the Learning Migration Theory

Abstract Facing the complex and changing job market, poor students in colleges and universities face severe challenges. This study explores how to construct an educational management system for precise employment support for poor college students in colleges and universities by integrating elements of the Civics and Political Science program under the guidance of the learning transfer theory to enhance employment ability and increase employment opportunities. The entropy weight-TOPSIS method is used in the study to assess the quality of employment help for poor college students in a comprehensive manner. Among the 10 colleges and universities, the evaluation scores of the quality of employment assistance work range from 0.25 to 0.7567, and the average score is 0.4432, which concludes that there is a significant difference between different colleges and universities in the quality of employment assistance work. Through the analysis of the multiple linear regression model, it is found that individual career level, school guidance level, and ability development level are the key factors affecting the satisfaction of employsment precision help for poor college students, and the influence of ability development level is the most significant. To improve the employment quality of poor college students, colleges and universities should prioritize individualized guidance and ability development when providing employment assistance.

Constructing a traction model of college students’ willingness to receive career guidance and employment motivation

Abstract In order to better solve the problems of college student’s unwillingness to be employed as well as the difficulty of employment, this paper firstly determines the evaluation indexes of employment guidance and motivation through interviewing college students and experts, constructs the judgment matrix of the evaluation indexes, and carries out consistency test and weight calculation of the judgment matrix by using the fuzzy hierarchical analysis algorithm. Based on the distribution of questionnaires to obtain research data, data analysis software is used to analyze the employment of college students, for example. The data show that the comprehensive evaluation scores of college students’ willingness to accept employment guidance and employment motivation are 3.024433 and 3.468838, respectively, which are between average (3.00) and sound (4.00), indicating that the experts in employment guidance maintain an optimistic attitude towards the evaluation of college students’ willingness to accept employment guidance and employment motivation in this college. The score of female students’ willingness to accept employment guidance (3.68113) is lower than male students’ willingness to accept employment guidance (3.80013), and there is no significant correlation P>0.05. This paper’s research has a significant impact on college students’ employment and sheds light on the employment issue in society.

The Effective Guidance Path of High-Quality Employment for College Students in the Internet Perspective

Abstract The quantitative analysis of college students’ employment influencing factors is an effective path to tap into the employment problem of graduates and thus promote the high-quality development of the social economy. This paper constructs a high-quality employment logistic regression model using the logistic distribution function to study the relationship between high-quality employment of college students and their influencing factors, utilizes the correlation analysis method to measure the interdependence of variables, and tests the robustness of the model by replacing the variables and updating the model. The employment information of college students in city B is selected as a research sample to explore the regression effect of government and other factors on high-quality employment, and the socioeconomic level is tested as a mediating variable. And finally, the path to improve the employment quality of college students is designed. From the regression analysis of each factor and high-quality employment, the government level, college level, family level and individual level all show significant correlation at 1% level for high-quality employment, and the regression coefficients of the four levels are 0.126, 0.05, 0.034 and 0.077, which indicates that government policy is the key factor influencing college students’ high-quality employment. The proposed logistic regression model for high-quality employment can be used as a helpful reference for enhancing the high-quality employment of college students in universities.
