Vestibular Function and Clinical Presentation of Dizziness: Are They Similar in Patients With Different Types of Migraine?

To compare the vestibular function and clinical aspects (vestibular and migraine symptoms) of patients divided into three groups-migraine without aura, migraine with aura, and chronic migraine-and a control group by using electronystagmography and a design questionnaire. Case-control study. Tertiary referral center. Women aged between 18 and 55 years diagnosed with migraine with aura, migraine without aura, or chronic migraine according to the International Classification of Headache Disorders ICHD-third edition; diagnosis was made by a headache specialist. The control group consisted of patients' family members and hospital employees without a personal history of headache. Application of a questionnaire regarding vestibular symptoms and their relation to migraine aspects. Assessment of the vestibular function by electronystagmography. This study evaluated 120 female patients. Dizziness was the most prevalent vestibular symptom in all the migraine groups, with higher prevalence in the episodic migraine with aura and chronic migraine groups. Phonophobia and photophobia during vestibular symptoms also had greater prevalence in the latter groups. Electronystagmography tests did not reveal differences among the groups, but clinical stratification showed that tests with mixed etiology abnormalities were more prevalent in the episodic migraine with aura and chronic migraine groups. The prevalence of vestibular symptoms in the migraine groups and the etiology of vestibular impairment highlight that migraine affects the vestibular system. Our findings suggest that symptom progression and vestibular impact are related to migraine chronicity and presence of aura.

Use of malondialdehyde (MDA) as a screening tool for vestibulopathy inType2 diabetes mellitus

Introduction and Aim:Diabetes mellitus, especially type II DM is one among the most prevalent metabolic diseases in the global scale. One of the commonest complications of diabetes mellitus is vestibulopathy affecting the inner ear. Malondialdehyde (MDA) obtained from lipid peroxidation of poly unsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) is an important compound that generally serves as one of the key markers for oxidative stress. The aim of the study is to prove the significance of MDA in Vestibulopathy in Type-2 i.e.,non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus.
 
 Methodology: A cross-sectional study of 100 diabetic patients of age group between 35 years and 50 years were tested for vestibular function by electronystagmography(Commonly used test to determine and evaluate vestibular system). Based on the biothermal caloric stimulation the Clausen butterfly chart was generated and thus the code is ascertained. Serum levels of Malon-di-aldehyde were assayed by TBARS method (Thiobarbituric acid Reactive substances).
 
 Results: The study proved, that there was a 4 times increased risk of developing vestibulopathy with increasing duration of diabetes. It also proved that there was an increased risk of developing vestibulopathy in diabetic patients, having MDA > 2?mol/L.
 
 Conclusion: Thereby the study confirmed the clinical significance of periodic screening of MDA levels, in diabetic patients, particularly those with uncontrolled/poor glycemic control & with longer duration of diabetes. Estimation of their serum MDAlevels and vestibular function by the electronystagmography test, is advised in order to prevent the occurrence of diabetic vestibulopathy at the earliest and also to prevent the worsening of any such, other complications associated with the disease.

The impact of vestibular symptoms and electronystagmography results on recovery from sudden sensorineural hearing loss.

Idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL) represents a frequently encountered otological entity, of various types and severity, with an array of associated symptoms including vertigo. This is a devastating life-changing condition with a blurry prognosis. The objective of this study was to determine the clinical association of vestibular impairment by electronystagmography (ENG) and caloric tests, and their ability to predict prognosis. An observational, crossectional study was carried out amongst patients admitted with SSNHL. Each consenting patient had an audiometry test performed on admission as well as ENG and caloric tests. Treatment included oral steroids and carbogen with intratympanic steroids used only as salvage treatment. Follow-up was completed after 6months when hearing gains were evaluated. Finally, an association was sought between the rate of recovery and ENG and caloric test results. Of 35 patients included, marked recovery was seen in patients without vertigo when compared to those with vertigo (p=0.003). A statistically significant association was found between the presence of vertigo and hearing deterioration (p=0.008). More so, normal electronystagmography results were associated with marked recovery (p=0.04). The vestibular end organs are both subjectively and objectively affected in SSNHL as demonstrated by the abnormal ENG and caloric tests in our study despite the small sample size. Concomitant vestibular involvement carries poorer prognosis and routine identification may help foresee the recovery of patients with SSNHL and as such, aid in patient counseling. ENG and caloric tests are easily available and may be recommended for all patients with SSNHL.

Vestibular function and curative effect of BPPV patients in different duration by application of electronystagmography and posturography.

Objects: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a common peripheral vestibular disease clinically. Electronystagmography (ENG) and posturography are commonly used methods for diagnosis of BPPV and examination of the vestibular function. Sparse study reported the characteristics of nystagmus and vestibular function and the curative effect in different duration of BPPV patients. Methods: This is a retrospective study of 40 adults with vestibular symptoms. Before ENG test and posturography test, the subjects underwent physical examination and excluded central disorders. The canalith repositioning maneuver was used for the therapy of BPPV and the curative effect was studied between different duration groups. Results: Of patients who suffered BPPV, higher rates of abnormal ENG were observed in the longer duration of BPPV. Among patients of BPPV, the patients’ vestibular function in more than 12 months duration was inferior to the patients of a shorter duration. Moreover, the curative effect by repositioning maneuver in the shorter duration was superior to the longer duration. Conclusions: The present study suggested that the vestibular function in patients that suffered BPPV deteriorates as the course of BPPV develops. The curative effect by repositioning maneuver in the patients of shorter duration is more satisfied than the longer duration.

Evaluation of vestibular and oculomotor functions in individuals with dizziness after stroke

Changes in postural balance and visual complaints are frequent consequences of stroke. We aimed to investigate the symptoms and the vestibular and oculomotor functions of patients with dizziness post ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke and compare the results among them. Fifty patients with dizziness after stroke were evaluated through a clinical anamnesis and computerized vector electronystagmography: calibration of ocular movements, spontaneous nystagmus, semi-spontaneous nystagmus, pendular tracking, optokinetic nystagmus, rotary chair testing, and the caloric test. All patients complained of dizziness, especially imbalance. Ischemic stroke in the carotid territory was the prevalent type. Visual complaints were reported by 56% of the sample and were related to abnormalities in oculomotor and caloric tests. The occurrence of visual symptoms was related to some abnormalities in the vector electronystagmography tests, being more frequent in cases of stroke in the vertebrobasilar system, and with oscillopsia and reduced visual acuity as symptoms.

Oculomotor Function in Individuals With Rett Syndrome

BackgroundIndividuals with Rett syndrome (RTT) are notoriously reliant on the use of eye gaze as a primary means of communication. Underlying an ability to communicate successfully via eye gaze is a complex matrix of requirements, with an intact oculomotor system being just one element. To date, the underlying neural and motor pathways associated with eye gaze are relatively under-researched in RTT. PurposeThis study was undertaken to plug this gap in knowledge and to further the understanding of RTT in one specific area of development and function, namely oculomotor function. Material and MethodsThe eye movements of 18 girls and young women with RTT were assessed by electronystagmography (ENG). This tested their horizontal saccadic and smooth pursuit eye movements as well as optokinetic nystagmus and vestibulo-ocular reflex. Their results were compared with normative data collected from 16 typically developing children and teenagers. ResultsOverall, the individuals with RTT demonstrated a range of eye movements on a par with their typically developing peers. However, there were a number of difficulties in executing the ENG testing with the RTT cohort which made quantitative analysis tricky, such as reduced motivation and attention to test materials and low-quality electrode signals. ConclusionsThis study suggests that individuals with RTT have an intact oculomotor system. However, modifications should be made to the ENG assessment procedure to combat problems in testing and add strength to the results. Further investigation into these testing difficulties is warranted in order to inform such modifications.

Audio-Vestibular Findings in Increased Intracranial Hypertension Syndrome.

Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) can be manifested by audiological and vestibular complaints. The aim of the present study is to determine the audio-vestibular pathologies and their pathophysiologies in this syndrome by performing current audio-vestibular tests. The study was performed prospectively on 40 individuals (20 IIH patients, 20 healthy volunteers). Pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, vestibular evoked myogenic potentials, and electronystagmography tests were performed in both groups and the results were compared. The mean age of both groups was found to be 30.2±18.7. There were 11 females and 9 males in each group. The study group patients had significantly worse hearing levels. Pure tone averages were significantly higher in both ears of the study group (p<0.05). Ten patients (50%) in the study group and one healthy volunteer (5%) had pathologic ENG, possibly related to central pathologies (p=0.008). Eight patients (40%) and one (5%) control had variable abnormal VEMP records (p=0008). Many IIH patients initially visit otolaryngology clinics since cochlear and vestibular systems are frequently affected in this condition. Our test results suggest inner ear pathologies in these patients. Higher incidence of inferior vestibular nerve and/or saccule dysfunction is detected as a novelty. Increased intracranial pressure may affect the inner ear with similar mechanisms as in hydrops.

The Association Between Vestibular Physical Examination, Vertigo Questionnaires, and the Electronystagmography in Patients With Vestibular Symptoms.

Dizziness makes up a diagnostic and treatment challenge. The diagnostic accuracy of the medical history and vestibular physical examination in cases of vestibular symptoms is not clear. The aim of this study is to determine the association between vestibular physical examination, vestibular questionnaires, and electronystagmography (ENG) test in patients with vestibular symptoms. This is a prospective study of 135 adults with vestibular symptoms. The subjects underwent targeted physical examination and filled vestibular questionnaires, including the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI), before ENG testing. The results of the physical examination and questionnaires were compared with the final ENG findings. Of patients who had normal ENG results, 32.1% (17/52) showed abnormal physical examination, and 48.8% (40/82) of the patient who had normal physical examination showed abnormal ENG results ( P = .46). Among patients with severe disability by DHI, 46.4% (13/28) had an abnormal ENG, and 42.9% (12/28) had a normal ENG ( P = .39). This study did not demonstrate association between vestibular physical examination, vestibular questionnaires, and ENG results. Although history (augmented by questionnaires) and physical examination are the initial steps in the evaluation of vertigo, the current study suggests that they should be complemented by objective testing for evaluation of inner ear origin of vertigo.

Evaluation of the Vestibular System and Etiology in Children with Unilateral Sensorineural Hearing Loss.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the vestibular system of children with unilateral sensorineural hearing loss (USNHL), investigate the etiological factors of USNHL and analyze whether a genetic predisposition exists. Thirty-three children aged less than 18 years with USNHL, who visited the ear, nose, and throat (ENT) department between January 2004 and December 2012, were included in this study. Cases with conductive hearing loss were excluded from the study. The patients were subjected to etiologic, genetic, and ophthalmologic evaluation; radiologic imaging; electronystagmography (ENG); and vestibular evoked myogenic potential (VEMP) tests. The control group, which included 25 healthy children (13 males and 12 females), had undergone audiological assessment and were subjected to ENG and VEMP tests. All of the patients had severe-to-profound hearing loss. Mumps immunoglobulin G was positive in 22 (66.7%) of 33 patients. The 35delG mutation was not found in any of the patients. All of the patients underwent temporal computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Inner ear anomaly was present in 51.5% of the patients. Overall, 21 of 31 ENG patients had canal paresis in the affected ear. The VEMP response was absent on the affected side in three patients. The n23 latency average of the patient group was longer than that of the control group. Because USNHL causes irreversible problems in children, early diagnosis and auditory rehabilitation are very important. As USNHL is accompanied by inner ear anomaly, children with USNHL should undergo temporal bone CT and MRI. To evaluate the vestibular system, ENG and VEMP are non-invasive and diagnostic tests.

Role of cervical vestibular-evoked myogenic potentials testing in vestibular migraine

BackgroundVestibular dysfunction has been long described in patients with migraine; this relation has been addressed as vestibular migraine. The pathophysiology as well as the peripheral or central localization of this deficit is unclear. Cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potential (cVEMP) is a validated method to test saccular function and vestibulocollic pathway. ObjectivesThe current work was designed to assess the characteristics of cVEMP response in patients with vestibular migraine and compare them with the results of healthy controls, and to find out if the cVEMP could be useful as a complementary tool for testing vestibular function in vestibular migraine. MethodsTwenty five patients with definite vestibular migraine were involved as a study group. Twenty healthy volunteers of comparable age and sex were taken as a control group. The amplitude and latency of cVEMP were measured. Electronystagmography (ENG) test battery including caloric testing was done. ResultsOur study demonstrated significant reduction in cVEMP amplitudes, and more frequently absent response in patients with vestibular migraine compared to healthy controls. There was no correlation between cVEMP amplitudes and caloric testing. ENG tests showed peripheral vestibular lesion in 36% of patients, central lesion in 16%, mixed lesion in 4%. ConclusioncVEMP is a useful complementary tool for testing vestibular function in vestibular migraine. Reduced cVEMP amplitude or absent response were the most frequent features in vestibular migraine. The saccule and or the sacculo-collic pathway are affected in vestibular migraine, with more tendencies for peripheral vestibular dysfunction in our patient group.

Role of vestibular testing in deciding treatment strategies for children with otitis media with effusion

BackgroundSeveral studies have indicated that during an episode of otitis media the child’s balance deteriorates and the child may become clumsy and fall more often. ObjectivesThe aim of this work was to assess the balance and vestibular system in children with otitis media with effusion prior to and after treatment. MethodsFifty children with bilateral OME (5–11years old, 28 females and 22 males) were involved as a study group. The control group consisted of 30 healthy children age- and sex-matched (12 females/18 males). All subjects underwent Balance subset of Standardized Bruininks–Oseretsky test of motor proficiency (BOT-2), a test of static and dynamic balance and modified Clinical Test of Sensory Interaction for Balance (m-CTSIB) were done. Objective tests of vestibular end organ function including both Electronystagmography test ENG and both air conducted (AC) & bone conducted (BC) vestibular evoked myogenic potentials(VEMP) were recorded. These tests were performed two times: 1day prior to and 4weeks after management. ResultsOnly 8 children had history of vertigo or balance disorders. There were statistically significantly poorer scores in some balance subtest items of BOT-2 as in SOL with eye closed either on a line or on a balance beam as compared to the control group with significant improvement after management. Peripheral vestibular (ENG) abnormalities were recorded in 64% of children with statistically significant higher than the control group (10%) with significant improvement after management. Prior to treatment, AC-VEMPs were present in 12 (12%) ears while BC-VEMPs were recorded in 78 (78%) ears that mean ABG was 12.15±2.75. After treatment most children showed nearly closure of ABG within 10dB HL, AC-VEMPs were present in 72 (72%) ears and BC-VEMPs were recorded in 90 (90%) ears. ConclusionsRecurrent or persistent otitis media with effusion impairs the functioning of the vestibular system in children.

Utility of electronystagmography in the prediction of post-operative outcome following cochlear implantation.

To examine the relationship between pre-operative electronystagmography and videonystagmography test results and post-operative outcomes in dizziness, auditory sensitivity and speech recognition. A retrospective chart review was performed. Auditory sensitivity and speech perception ability were tested pre- and post-operatively in 37 adult cochlear implant recipients. Auditory sensitivity was evaluated using either pure tones (for testing with earphones) or frequency-modulated warble tones (for sound-field testing). Speech perception ability was evaluated using Northwestern University Auditory Test Number 6. No correlation was found between pre-operative electronystagmography test results and post-operative subjective dizziness. However, pre-operative electronystagmography testing and post-operative hearing sensitivity as measured by warble tone average (dB HL) correlated significantly at six months or later after cochlear implant activation (r ≥ -0.34, n=34, p<0.05). This study, which has a level of evidence 4, demonstrates that pre-operative electronystagmography testing has a potential use in predicting post-operative outcomes in hearing sensitivity following cochlear implantation. However, larger studies are needed to confirm this novel finding.

Vector electronystagmography analysis in elderly individuals with dizziness complaint.

Introduction Vector electronystagmography is widely used to evaluate vestibular function; however, elderly patients may show changes not due to vestibular disorders. Aim This study aims to characterize vector electronystagmography tests in the elderly participants in a service station of the Brazilian public health system, the Unified Health System (SUS) in the city of Natal, who presented with dizziness. Methods A cross-sectional and clinical study to characterize the vector electronystagmography in 10 members of an elderly SUS referral center located in the city of Natal with dizziness. Results Of 10 patients interviewed, 9 were women, and just 1 was a man. All complained of dizziness in the last year, and most of them had more than one type of dizziness. The main differential diagnosis was benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Regarding vector electronystagmography, we found 20% of patients with semispontaneous nystagmus in at least one direction and changes in saccades latency in 100% of patients, with 20% in relation to the accuracy of pendular tracking changes at the frequency of 0.2 Hz, 10% at 0.4 Hz, and 80% at 0.8 Hz, and 10% change in optokinetic gain. No patient had altered caloric test. Conclusion Vector electronystagmography alterations in the elderly do not always indicate disease.

Involvement of peripheral vestibular nerve in individuals with auditory neuropathy

The vestibulocochlear nerve is a sensory nerve that serves the organs of hearing and equilibrium. Neuropathies of the nerve, particularly auditory neuropathy may be caused by primary demyelination or by axonal diseases. In disorders affecting the cochlear nerve, it is probable that the vestibular nerve is involved as well. There are isolated reports of the involvement of the inferior vestibular nerve (using vestibular-evoked myogenic potentials) in individuals with AN. However, there is a dearth of information on the involvement of the superior vestibular nerve and other functions such as optokinetic, saccade and vestibulo-occular reflex. A total of three subjects diagnosed as having auditory neuropathy, underwent an extensive vestibular assessment consisting of clinical tests of stability (Romberg, Fukuda stepping test), administration of dizziness questionnaire developed by Maryland hearing and balance centre, cervical vestibular-evoked myogenic potentials and a standard electronystagmography test battery. In the present study, the entire subject population assessed showed hypofunctional caloric responses and absent VEMPs. Two out of the three subjects were asymptomatic of vestibular dysfunction. On the clinical tests of stability, two subjects showed deviations to the right, while one subject performed normally. Thus, the present study indicates a possible involvement of peripheral vestibular nerve involvement in individuals with auditory neuropathy.

When do we choose the ‘better balance’ ear for cochlear implants?

ObjectivesIn cochlear implant planning, the ear with poorer vestibular function, as determined through electronystagmography (ENG), is often selected as the site for implantation since surgery carries a low risk of iatrogenic labyrinthine injury. We sought to determine reasons for placing a cochlear implant in the ‘better balance’ ear.MethodsA retrospective cohort study of patients implanted with a cochlear implant at a tertiary care center from 1984 to June 2009 was performed. Based on ENG results, patients with asymmetric caloric reduction were identified. Of these patients, those who were implanted in the ‘better balance’ ear were selected for chart review. The charts were reviewed to determine rationale for ear selection.ResultsOf the 724 cochlear implant patients implanted from 1984 to June 2009, ENG tests demonstrated that 130 (18%) had asymmetric abnormal responses. Thirty five (27%) of the patients with asymmetric abnormal responses were implanted in the ‘better balance’ ear. Review of these 35 patient charts revealed that reasons for selection of the ‘better balance’ ear fell into four categories: anatomical contraindications, attempting to attain binaural hearing, avoiding implantation of an ear with marked auditory deprivation, and patient preference.DiscussionBased on our current practice, we have identified four situations in which patients were implanted in the ‘better balance’ ear, and subsequently developed an algorithm to aid surgeons in side selection for cochlear implantation. Further study and validation of this algorithm is recommended.

Electronystagmography in the Diagnosis of Central Vertigo

Objective: Determine the efficacy and applicability of electronystagmography (ENG) testing in the differential diagnosis between peripheral and central vertigo, through the visual-vestibular interaction test, in patients with vertigo. Method: Patients were submitted to ENG recording. Patients sat on a rotatory chair, which was placed in the middle of a rotary rotatory cylindrical chamber. The rotatory chamber was driven by a direct current engine, which turned it clockwise and counterclockwise, and its internal area was covered with 32 black vertical contrast. Results: All patients underwent rotatory vestibular stimulation by Stop test (VOR), optokinetic stimulation (OKN), and contemporary rotatory vestibular and optokinetic stimulation (VVOR). Our experiences highlight as normal that subjects and/or patients affected by peripheral vertigo present a VVOR nystagmus homodirectional to optokinetic nystagmus; patients affected by central vertigo present a VVOR nystagmus homodirectional to vestibular-ocular-reflex (VOR). In healthy patients, VVOR nystagmus is always homodirectional to OKN and indicates the optokinetic system prevalence on VOR. Conclusion: The presence of a VVOR nystagmus homodirectional to VOR indicates the absence of the optokinetic system prevalence due to a central nervous system (CNS) modification, and highlights a CNS disease. Our data highlight the role of ENG in the diagnosis between peripheral and central vertigo.

Measuring caloric response: Comparison of different analysis techniques

Electronystagmography (ENG) testing has been supplanted by newer techniques of measuring eye movement with infrared cameras (VNG). Most techniques of quantifying caloric induced nystagmus measure the slow phase velocity in some manner. Although our analysis is carried out by very experienced assessors, some systems have computer algorithms that have been "taught" to locate and quantify maximum responses. We wondered what differences in measurement might show up when measuring calorics using different techniques and systems, the relevance of this being that if there was a change in slow phase velocity between ENG and VNG testing when measuring caloric response, then normative data would have to be changed. There are also some subjective but important aspects of ENG interpretation which comment on the nature of the response (e.g. responses which might be "sporadic" or "scant"). Our experiment compared caloric responses in 100 patients analyzed four different ways. Each caloric was analyzed by our old ENG system, our new VNG system, an inexperienced assessor and the computer algorithm, and data was compared. All four systems made similar measurements but our inexperienced assessor failed to recognize responses as sporadic or scant, and we feel this is a limitation to be kept in mind in the rural setting, as it is an important aspect of assessment in complex patients. Assessment of complex VNGs should be left to an experienced assessor.

Abnormalities in the ocular-motor reflex recorded in electronystagmography may indicate central vestibular system impairment. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is the most common chronic, debilitating disease characterized by focal demyelinization that develops throughout the central nerves system at varying time. The aim of the study was to apply the quantitative analysis of ocular-motor tests to evaluation degree of the central system impairment in MS patients. The study was carried on 60 MS patients consulted in Balance Division, Otolaryngology Clinic, Medical University of Lodz, from 2002 to 2004, and 50 healthy persons as the control group. Clinical otoneurolaryngological examinations and electronystagmography tests (smooth pursuit, optokinetic, saccades) were performed in all patients. We apply the quantitative Z score analysis for gain in smooth pursuit test, slow phase velocity in optokinetic, maximal velocity of the saccades. Depending on Z score value the patients were qualified into one of three scale dysfunctions. Statistical correlation were found between results of all ocular-motor tests outcome in MS patients and control group. In smooth pursuit test most often second degree (35.0%), in OKN test first degree (28.3%) and in saccades the third degree (31.6%) of dysfunction was observed. The higher the values of Z score, the more abnormal results of ocular-motor reflex were observed. Application of the quantitative Z score analysis of the ocular-motor tests results demonstrating the degree of central ocular-motor system dysfunction in MS patients. This method may assist in monitoring the central vestibular system impairment and in evaluation course of the disease and degree of neurological disability.

Monothermal Caloric Testing in the Screening of Vestibular Function

The alternate binaural bithermal caloric test (ABBT) is the standard test for evaluation of the dizzy patient. Monothermal caloric testing (MT) has the potential benefits of reducing the administration time and patient discomfort. The goal of the present study was to investigate the role of MT screening in the prediction of ABBT results. ABBT results of 218 patients having normal otoneurological examination, normal hearing, and normal electronystagmography (ENG) were retrospectively analyzed to generate norms for all subtests. These norms were then employed to calculate the sensitivity and specificity of MT for predicting normal ABBT in a group of 197 consecutive dizzy patients who were referred for vestibular testing. The best predictions of ABBT by MT results were achieved when ENG testing showed oculomotor integrity and no spontaneous, positional, or positioning nystagmus. Under these conditions, warm MT lateralization < 32% had 90% sensitivity and 92% specificity for the prediction of normal ABBT. When no pathology is detected in the other parts of the ENG, warm MT lateralization < 32% can indicate normal ABBT with a 10% probability for a false-negative result. This false negative rate precludes the routine use of warm MT in the clinical realm and its application as a screening tool for possible vestibular deficits in a generally healthy population like aviation or diving candidates. Higher sensitivity may be achieved by lowering the cut-off point of the response asymmetry required for the diagnosis of MT screening failure and the omission of directional preponderance diagnosis from the goals of the screening.
