Machine learning assisted mechanical properties prediction of fine denier polyester fiber

In recent years, more and more attention has been attracted by fine denier polyester fibers in electronic information industry due to their unique structural and excellent mechanical properties. As known, the mechanical properties of fine denier polyester fibers have a close relationship with their melt-spinning process parameters, thus, it is worth further exploring the influence of process parameters on fiber mechanical properties (namely breaking strength, elongation at break and CV of breaking strength). This study aims to develop a novel prediction model based on the artificial neural network (ANN) to predict the key mechanical properties of fine denier polyester fibers. For this purpose, firstly, different specifications of fine denier polyester fibers with different mechanical properties are produced by adjusting the key melt-spinning parameters, namely spinning temperature, take-roll speed and metering pump speed. Then the experimental data is collected, analyzed and augmented with effect to be used for modeling. Next, a novel prediction model based on ANN is developed by importing the two-streams structure and two attention matrices to improve the feature abstraction for mechanical properties prediction. Lastly, different predictive performance indicators, namely root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute percent error (MAPE) and the coefficient of determination (R2) are imported to evaluate the proposed model. For the total of three mechanical properties, the predicted results of the proposed model in terms of RMSE, MAPE and R2 are respectively 0.3499, 0.0906 and 2.9516.

Structural properties and diameter prediction of fine denier polyester fiber based on machine learning algorithms

Fine denier polyester fibers have attracted attention in electronic information industry owing to their unique structural properties and ultra fine diameters. Since there is a close connection between melt-spinning process parameters and their structural properties and diameters, the influence of process parameters on fiber structural properties and diameters is an issue worth further exploration. This study aims to construct prediction models based on the Gaussian process regression (GPR), radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) and extreme learning machine (ELM) algorithms to predict the structural properties and diameter of fine denier polyester fibers. For this purpose, firstly, fine denier polyester fibers with different structural properties (i.e., orientation degree and crystallinity) and diameters are produced by changing the key melt-spinning parameters, namely spinning temperature, take-up speed and metering pump speed. Then GPR, RBFNN and ELM methods are applied to predict the structural properties and diameter of fine denier polyester fibers based on the experimental data. Lastly, different predictive performance indicators, namely mean square error (MSE) and mean absolute error (MAE) are imported to evaluate the above three methods. The predicted results which the MSE values of GPR, RBFNN and ELM models are respectively 0.461, 0.358, 0.136, and the MAE values of GPR, RBFNN and ELM models are respectively 0.625, 0.564, 0.320 show that ELM model provided superior performance over the GPR and RBFNN models in predicting the structural properties and diameter of fine denier polyester fibers.

Does China's high-speed rail network promote inter-city technology transfer? ——A multilevel network analysis based on the electronic information industry

Even though the influence of high-speed rail (HSR) on innovation has drawn sustained attention, few studies have investigated the effect on technology transfer (TT), and even fewer studies have examined the structural dependency between transportation and TT. Using the exponential random graph model for multilevel networks, this study attempts to provide an in-depth analysis of the impact from a two-level network perspective, with the associated network configuration providing insights into how HSR shapes intercity TT. Our findings suggest that HSR facilitates inter-city TT and promotes innovation convergence. Specifically, cities with a higher degree centrality are more active in exporting technology rather than absorbing it. In contrast, the betweenness and closeness centrality of cities have no significant effect on TT. The effect of HSR, which is apparent among cities with direct connections along HSR lines, decays significantly in cities with indirect connections. This work allows for the identification of the conducive HSR layout for promoting inter-regional TT.

Thermal debonding pressure-sensitive adhesive blended with liquid crystal polymers

With the development of the electronic information industry, semiconductor components and electronic devices are becoming smaller and thinner, which are easy to be damaged during processing and transportation. Pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) can temporarily fix and protect these electronic components. As PSA with adjustable peel strength can be easily removed after processing without damaging the electronic components, the research on debonding caused by external stimuli for PSA is a topic of great industrial value. Here, the thermal debonding PSAs have been prepared by incorporating liquid crystal polymers (LCP) into the acrylate PSA matrix. Firstly, the linear LCP (LLCP) blended PSA can lead to some degree of improvement in thermal debonding properties but the serious phase separation between LLCP and PSA matrix results in much lower 180o peel strength at room temperature even than the neat PSA. Secondly, to solve the problem of compatibility, we proposed a new strategy for that semi-IPN LCP PSA system. Through this strategy, the photocurable liquid crystal monomer (LCM) could perform photocuring with PSA matrix and in-situ form semi-IPN. The decreased ratio of the second system with 20 wt% and 50 wt% LCM content could reach 94.3 % and 95.9 % respectively upon heating from 20 °C to 80 °C, both of which are much higher than that of the neat PSA system (85.4 %). What's more, the 180o peel strength of PSA with 20 wt% LCM at room temperature is also 46.7 % higher than that of the neat PSA. Obviously, such an in-situ formed semi-IPN LCP PSA strategy has promising commercial application potential.

Effect of dislocation and residual stress on etching performance of 12 μm thick rolled copper foil during pre-stretching

With the rapid development of new electronic information industry in 5G era, the development of various electronic components towards high speed and multi-functionality, and higher requirements have been put forward on the precision of circuit boards, the quality and rate of signal transmission. The 12 μm thick rolled copper foil is the thinnest rolled copper foil that can be stably produced, which is essential for the manufacture of high-end Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) boards. The different microstructure and stress states of 12 μm thick rolled copper foil was obtained through different degrees of pre-stretching. And then the effect of dislocation and residual stress on the etching performance of copper foil was systematically investigated. The results show that the etching rate of copper foil increases and then decreases with the increasing of pre-stretching strain. And the etching rate of copper foil increases rapidly when the pre-stretching strain increases from 0.67% to 0.83%. For the dislocation, the rolled copper foil has higher dislocation density, and the dislocation density gradually increases with the increasing of pre-stretching strain. For the residual stress, the rolled copper foil has higher residual compressive stress. The residual compressive stress decreases and then turns into residual tensile stress with the increasing of pre-stretching strain. The residual compressive stress and dislocation reduce the etching rate of copper foil, and the residual tensile stress increases the etching rate of copper foil within a certain range. The four stages of etching rate variation of copper foil during pre-stretching were clarified, and the calculating model of etching rate was constructed when the dislocation density or residual stress acts as a single factor or dual factors.

Fourier transform-based electronic logic information processing architecture design

Abstract To better develop the electronic information industry and make the electronic logic information processing architecture more widely used in production life. This paper uses the Fourier transform model based on the discrete Fourier transform and fast Fourier transform data simulation, for the electronic logic information architecture of single-signal and dual-signal signal spectrum analysis for simulation analysis. The electronic logic signal, whether it contains whole harmonics, non-harmonics, or attenuated DC components, can be accurately decomposed even when the system frequency deviates from 50 Hz, and the error value is guaranteed to be around 0.0016%. It is also pointed out that the presence of the attenuated DC component does not affect the results. The simulation results show that the design of electronic logic information processing architecture based on Fourier transform is better than other models under the sample data conditions. And the Fourier transform model can effectively guarantee the probability strength of logic information transfer and enhance the reliable line of results, which provides a research direction for the design of electronic logic information processing architecture.

An Enhanced Detection Method of PCB Defect Based on Improved YOLOv7

Printed circuit boards (PCBs) are a critical component of modern electronic equipment, performing a crucial role in the electronic information industry chain. However, accurate detection of PCB defects can be challenging. To address this problem, this paper proposes an enhanced detection method based on an improved YOLOv7 network. First, the SwinV2_TDD module is proposed, which adds a convolutional layer to extract the local features of the PCB. Then, the Magnification Factor Shuffle Attention (MFSA) mechanism is introduced, which adds a convolutional layer to each branch of the Shuffle Attention (SA) to expand its depth and enhance the adaptability of the attention mechanism. The SwinV2_TDD module and MFSA mechanism are integrated into the YOLOv7 network, replacing some ELAN modules and changing the activation function to Mish. The evaluation indexes used are Precision (P), Recall (R), and mean Average Precision (mAP). Experimental results show that the enhanced method achieves an AP of 98.74%, indicating a significant improvement in PCB defect detection performance.

Evolutionary Analysis of Knowledge-Based Networks of the Electronic Information Industry from a Dual Innovation Perspective

It provides specific theoretical guidance to enhance the enterprise’s independent innovation capabilities by studying the knowledge utilization and the evolution of innovation under different innovation strategies and revealing the law of innovation path. Based on the data of invention patents of 579 electronic information enterprises from 2010 to 2019, this paper constructs a knowledge-based network based on social network analysis to study the evolution process of density, centrality, and structural holes of knowledge. The evolution analysis of 3360 knowledge-based networks shows that the electronic information industry’s overall knowledge integration capacity is in the middle and lower reaches. The widespread knowledge reliance in the electronic information industry is small, the industry is out of the ‘capacity traps’, and diversified development has gradually become a trend. At the same time, cross-domain knowledge reorganization is increasing. The results show that the overall knowledge reliance degree of enterprises applying an exploitative innovation strategy is deeper than that of enterprises applying an exploratory innovation strategy. The knowledge integration capabilities and cross-domain knowledge reorganization capabilities of enterprises applying exploratory innovation strategies are higher than those of enterprises applying exploitative innovation strategy.

Giant dielectric response and grain heterogeneity of Y2/3Cu3Ti4O12–TiO2 composite ceramics fabricated by hydrothermal process

AbstractDue to the boom of the electronic information industry, dielectric ceramic materials are widely applied in passive components such as multilayer ceramic capacitors. In this article, Y2/3Cu3Ti4O12–TiO2 composite ceramics with outstanding dielectric properties (εr = 2.29 × 106 at 20 Hz, εr = 4.49×105 at 1 kHz) were successfully prepared by hydrothermal and in situ solid‐state methods. The minimum dielectric loss value (at 1 kHz) of the obtained composite ceramics is about 0.57. The experimental results show that Y2/3Cu3Ti4O12 has a composite perovskite structure with cation vacancies, which causes internal electron‐pinned defect‐dipole, and the easy entry of excessive titanium ions to produce donor defects. Meanwhile, the heterogeneous grains with a pomegranate‐like microstructure were observed in the prepared composite ceramics, and interfacial polarization between subgrain boundaries was substantiated by impedance analysis. The abundant weakly trapped electrons and more polarized interfaces formed by grain and subgrain boundaries are the primary sources of the excellent dielectric properties of composite ceramics.

Impact of COVID-19 on Korea-China Import and Export Trade and Countermeasures

Purpose - This paper empirically investigates the changes and trends in export and import trade between Korea and China since 2000, especially after the establishment of Korea-China FTA and since the outbreak of COVID-19. This paper uses empirical analysis to determine the f uture t rade t ypes and t rends of import/ export trade between Korea and China and estimates the impact on import/export trade between Korea and China in the post-epidemic era.
 Design/Methodology/Approach - This paper first reviews the theories related to regional economic integration, sorts out the process of Korea-China FTA, and summarizes the changes and trends in import and export trade since COVID-19; second, it analyzes the current situation of bilateral trade between Korea and China using quantitative analysis, and investigates the specific impact of COVID-19 on Korea-China import and export trade using empirical analysis; finally, it summarizes the above studies, a conclusion is drawn, and policy recommendations are made to better utilize the challenges brought by COVID-19 to effectively address the problems that may be encountered in Korea-China trade and to promote the development of bilateral trade between the two countries.
 Findings - The global spread of the epidemic in Korea and China has led to the shutdown of both domestic and foreign operations, resulting in a foreign trade cliff effect in the short to medium term; the trade creation effect inspired by the international system dividend is no longer available in China in 2020, and the trade in goods is diminishing at the margin; the trade suppression effect is generated by the rise of international trade protectionism. The epidemic has led to a large upstream supply shortage pressure on the electronic information industry and the automobile manufacturing industry, and a large downstream demand shortage pressure on the energy industry and the electronic information industry.
 Research Implications - The establishment of Korea-China FTA will significantly promote bilateral trade between the two countries, change the trade and industrial structure of the two countries, and help to promote the development of the FTA strategy of the two countries; the outbreak of COVID-19 has changed the trade pattern and type, and the import and export of related epidemic prevention products as a new trade growth point and strengthened the trade market relationship between Korea and China.

Fine-Scale Monitoring of Industrial Land and Its Intra-Structure Using Remote Sensing Images and POIs in the Hangzhou Bay Urban Agglomeration, China.

China has experienced rapid industrial land growth over last three decades, which has brought about diverse social and environmental issues. Hence, it is extremely significant to monitor industrial land and intra-structure dynamics for industrial land management and industry transformation, but it is still a challenging task to effectively distinguish the internal structure of industrial land at a fine scale. In this study, we proposed a new framework for sensing the industrial land and intra-structure across the urban agglomeration around Hangzhou Bay (UAHB) during 2010-2015 through data on points of interest (POIs) and Google Earth (GE) images. The industrial intra-structure was identified via an analysis of industrial POI text information by employing natural language processing and four different machine learning algorithms, and the industrial parcels were photo-interpreted based on Google Earth. Moreover, the spatial pattern of the industrial land and intra-structure was characterized using kernel density estimation. The classification results showed that among the four models, the support vector machine (SVM) achieved the best predictive ability with an overall accuracy of 84.5%. It was found that the UAHB contains a huge amount of industrial land: the total area of industrial land rose from 112,766.9 ha in 2010 to 132,124.2 ha in 2015. Scores of industrial clusters have occurred in the urban-rural fringes and the coastal zone. The intra-structure was mostly traditional labor-intensive industry, and each city had formed own industrial characteristics. New industries such as the electronic information industry are highly encouraged to build in the core city of Hangzhou and the subcore city of Ningbo. Furthermore, the industrial renewal projects were also found particularly in the core area of each city in the UAHB. The integration of POIs and GE images enabled us to map industrial land use at high spatial resolution on a large scale. Our findings can provide a detailed industrial spatial layout and enable us to better understand the process of urban industrial dynamics, thus highlighting the implications for sustainable industrial land management and policy making at the urban-agglomeration level.

Significantly enhanced energy storage capability of BNT-based ceramics via optimized sintering aids

Development of the electronic information industry demands superior performance and affordable costs for Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC). Economical inner electrodes, the dominant trend of choice, tend to command lower sintering temperatures. Herein, a strategy, modification of Bi0.395Na0.325Sr0.245TiO3 (BNST) ceramics via sintering aids (e.g. CuO, ZnO, MnO2, and MgO), is proposed to satisfy lower sintering temperatures, which could inhibit the growth of grains, resulting in a tremendous improvement in breakdown strength (Eb). Low-temperature sintering take an advantage of reducing grain sizes with improvement in the proportion of crystal boundaries to form high potential energy barriers, giving rise to Eb and energy densities. Especially, an extremely fine average grain size ∼0.23 µm (reduction an order of magnitude, BNST ∼2.11 µm) is attained in BNST-CuO ceramics attributing to a low sintering temperature of 900 °C, which simultaneously yields a dramatically enhancement ∼380% in Eb from 120 kV/cm up to 460 kV/cm. The present work offers a generalizable avenue for designing high-performance dielectric ceramics with lower sintering temperature, which promises extensive applications in MLCC.

Analysis of Microterrain Data Based on GIS and Applied to Power Grid Layout

With the rapid development of economy and electronic information industry, the demand for electricity is getting higher. As a basic project, the reasonable point layout of power grid is becoming more and more important. Topographic elements are the key factors affecting power grid layout. However, the actual terrain is complex and changeable, so it is urgent to quantify all kinds of topographic factors to provide reference for power grid layout. Based on three-dimensional GIS technology, this paper provides a terrain factor algorithm with controllable variables for power grid layout project, obtains terrain factors such as slope, aspect, slope position, underlying surface type and surface roughness with different accuracy according to the actual terrain, and outputs the data format in accordance with the specification to provide decision support for power grid layout. At the same time, this study can also provide a reference for other decision-making works that rely on topographic elements.

Industry Linkage and Spatial Co-Evolution Characteristics of Industrial Clusters Based on Natural Semantics—Taking the Electronic Information Industry Cluster in the Pearl River Delta as an Example

Identifying industrial clusters and the changes in the spatial representation of these clusters is a basic but challenging issue for understanding and promoting urban and regional development. However, the current evolution characteristics of industrial clusters pay too much attention to the spatial perspective, and some studies analyze the evolution of industrial clusters from the perspective of industrial linkages. It is very important to combine industrial linkages and spatial agglomeration to observe the evolution of industrial clusters. To solve this problem, based on the enterprise big data from 1984 to 2019, this study uses the method based on natural semantics and spatial collaborative aggregation to identify industrial linkages and spatial aggregation of industrial clusters, and takes the electronic information industry cluster in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) region as an example for empirical research. It can be seen from the results that most of the industries in the PRD cluster remain stable, and the industrial linkages and spatial agglomeration within the cluster are increasing. From the overall type of change, fewer industries can maintain high linkage–high proximity, and most industries are mainly concentrated in low linkage–high proximity. Through the combination of semantic and spatial synergy analysis, this study helps urban planners and policymakers understand the changes in industrial linkages and spatial agglomeration of industrial clusters.

Robust Anti-Jamming Algorithm Based on Transmit/Receive Time-Sharing Technology

Transmit/Receive (T/R) time-sharing is a critical technology to ensure accurate space–time reference information of navigation signals, which solves the problem of co-channel interference between receiver and transmitter. The rapid development of the electronic information industry has led to severe frequency band conflicts between different electronic systems. Satellite navigation receivers must take measures to suppress interference to eliminate the effects of narrowband interference, mainly unintentional interference. Time-domain anti-jamming is widely used in navigation receivers for its simple and easy advantages in ensuring the validity and stability of navigation data. However, because the satellite-ground link receivers adopt transmit/receive time-sharing technology to realize the bidirectional measurement and communication function of the link, the stability of the data solution is greatly affected by anti-interference in the time domain. The anti-jamming filter of the traditional navigation receiver usually re-converges from the initial state in each signal-receiving time slot, which leads to the receiver losing high volume data due to repeated convergence. This paper proposes a robust time-domain anti-jamming technology based on transmit/receive time-sharing technology. The continuity and stability of the interference signal are used to obtain the preliminary information of the periodic transceiver. The results show that robust anti-jamming technology based on a T/R time-sharing navigation signal can effectively improve the carrier-to-noise ratio loss and data loss caused by traditional time-domain anti-jamming technology, reduce the convergence time to nanosecond level, and has bright prospects in the future application of other navigation systems.

Impact of Agile Project Management on the Competitiveness of Chinese Software Development Organizations

This study evaluated factors affecting construction sector performance: explanatory factor analysis evidence from China. From the literature reviewed, it was established that entering the Chinese software development marketis still seen as exciting but difficult by many foreign contractors and consultants. The study found out that rising material and labor costs, labor woes, increased competition and shrinking profit margins were some of the challenges construction firms in Chin face. The study concludes that the implementation of construction safety laws and the rate of subcontracting are relevant factors affecting construction sector in China, while neither the extent of using temporary workers, nor the availability of resources, nor the level of per capita GDP has any effects.

Ultra-sensitive and flexible electronic skin from nanocellulose/AgNWs hydrogel films with highly transparent, antibacterial and electromagnetic shielding properties

With the rapid development of the electronic information industry, more attention has been paid to the application of flexible wearable electronic devices in the fields of health care, human-computer interaction and artificial intelligence. However, the development of the electronic information industry inevitably brings electromagnetic radiation pollution, and electronic skin (E-skin) with electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) can provide extra protection. Here, we used 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinyl-1-oxyl (TEMPO) oxidized cellulose nanofibers (TOCN) and silver nanowires (AgNWs) to form TOCN/AgNWs/TOCN/AgNWs multilayer composite hydrogel film for preparing the flexible E-skin. The prepared E-skin exhibited ultra-high sensitivity (5.1 kPa−1), extremely fast response time (≤10 ms), excellent stability (>12000 cycles), high antibacterial rate (≥99.99%) and low detecting limit (0.48 Pa). The E-skin achieved a high EMI SE of 20 dB with a transmittance of 86.7%. These excellent properties of the flexible E−skin make it have great application potential in the future.
