Since the advent of artificial intelligence it has been widely applied in all fields of life and achieved notable application effect its emergence has even pointed out the direction for the development of many fields and the field of electrical automation control is no exception. In reality, the application of artificial intelligence technology has greatly promoted the progress of the concrete practice of electrical automation and should be paid full attention to by related enterprises and staff. This paper aims to summarize the emergence and development of artificial intelligence and its components and finally summarize the advantages and functions of artificial intelligence in electrical automation control. Advances in machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques bring new opportunities to numerous intractable tasks for operation and control in modern electric distribution systems. Revolving around the characteristics of distribution system operation and integration of distributed energy resources this paper also illuminates prospects and challenges typified by the privacy explain ability and interpretability of such AI applications in smart grids. Research on Electrical Automation Control System Based on PLC Technology

Application of Nonlinear Differential Equation in Electric Automation Control System

Abstract This article uses fifth-order nonlinear differential equations to describe the dynamic process of electrical automation control systems. This method first derives the equivalent system of the nonlinear fuzzy global system and then uses the orthogonal polynomial series expansion technique and its integral operation matrix. The local manifold at the dominant unstable equilibrium point of a single-machine infinite-bus system after a failure described by a two-dimensional quadratic nonlinear differential equation is calculated, and the stability boundary of the power system is obtained. The research results show that the output frequency fluctuation of the electrical automation control system is small after the algorithm is adopted, and the intelligent control system can accurately diagnose and warn the electrical faults. The system can meet the requirements of online voltage coordinated control.

This paper analyses and explores the principle and practical application of PLC in the field of electrical automation engineering, and optimises the automatic control system based on PLC.

Optimize electric automation control using artificial intelligence (AI)

To successfully address the issues confronting current electrical engineering, a control system based on artificial intelligence technology is designed. The paper presents a model of an electrical automation control system based on an artificial intelligence algorithm. The control parameters are optimized by implementing a control method based on an artificial intelligence algorithm. The research findings indicate that when 20 % load interference and 2.1 Hz frequency interference are present, the turbine's highest failure rate under system control is 0.02, showing that the system has a good anti-interference capability. As a result, the use of artificial intelligence algorithms for autonomous control of electrification can significantly increase control reaction time, reduce costs, and produce more efficient production.

In order to improve the effect of electrical automation control, this paper combines the intelligent computer technology to construct the electrical automation control system, explores the principle of the active disturbance rejection controller, and applies it to the induction motor vector control system. The active disturbance rejection controller estimates the state variables of the system and their changing trends in real time through the extended state observer, compensates them by nonlinear feedback method, and provides appropriate control signals. In addition, this paper builds the induction motor active disturbance rejection control system based on ant colony algorithm and conducts a lot of simulation analysis. The research shows that the electrical automatic control system based on the intelligent computer algorithm proposed in this paper has a good electrical automatic control effect.

In order to solve the problem of low production efficiency of the mechanical electromechanical automatic control system, this paper proposes a manufacturing mechanical automatic detection system based on Internet of things technology. Automatic detection of manufacturing machinery is realized by setting data module monitoring, which includes the data monitoring module and signal detection module. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional computer vision system, the detection system designed in this paper has a higher level of basic data and better detection accuracy. The detection accuracy can be improved by about 10% in different detection times. Conclusion. The mechanical and electrical automation control system based on the Internet of things can effectively improve the production efficiency and control accuracy of the mechanical and electrical automation control system.

Electrical engineering plays an important role in China’s urban development, and automatic control is an important part of electrical engineering, which can have a direct impact on the quality of electrical engineering. Therefore, in order to promote the healthy development of cities in China, this paper studies the application of artificial intelligence technology in electrical engineering automation by analyzing relevant data, in order to provide a reliable basis for relevant personnel to carry out their work.

Application of a Frequency Converter in Electric Automatic Control of Central Heating

In order to improve the efficiency of a central heating system’s control system, this paper puts forward the application scheme of a frequency converter in central heating electrical automation control. In the central heating electrical automation control system, the frequency converter plays an important role. It can regulate and control the relevant equipment, realize the electrical automation of the heating system under the action of the frequency converter AC motor, and effectively adjust the performance and speed, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The experimental results show that the temperature control strategy using a frequency converter automatic compensation method reduces the energy waste caused by manual regulation to a certain extent. When the speed of a water pump motor decreases to 4/5 of the original, the power consumption will decrease to about 52% of the original and save about 48% of the power; When the speed drops by 3/5, the power consumption is about 22% of the original, saving about 78% of the power. Conclusion. This technology can fully realize the demand of electrical automatic control of the heating system, greatly improve the stability and safety of the heating system, have good energy-saving effect, and greatly save energy consumption. The frequency converter has a remarkable effect in ensuring heating quality and improving heating efficiency in the heating industry.

Research on Electrical Automation Monitoring System Model of Power Plant Based on CAN Bus

Using the traditional manual operation mode to control the electrical equipment of the power plant was not only inefficient and unsafe but also difficult to adapt to the use of new equipment. Therefore, this article puts forward the research on the model of power plant electrical automation monitoring system based on CAN bus, which was of great significance to improve the operation monitoring ability and management efficiency of power plant electrical equipment. Based on the analysis of the design mode and main functions of electrical equipment automation control system in power plant, this article expounded on the characteristics of CAN bus communication mode and its advantages in realizing electrical equipment automation control. According to the hierarchical management and structural characteristics of the electrical automation monitoring system, the real-time database architecture of the monitoring system was established, the real-time data monitoring and processing method of the electrical monitoring system was given, and then the electrical automation monitoring system model of the power plant was proposed. The experimental results showed that the electrical automation monitoring system proposed in this article was effective and feasible for real-time monitoring of the operation of electrical equipment. The model construction method of the electrical automation monitoring system proposed in this article can provide theoretical reference and technical support for improving the control mode of electrical equipment in power plants.
