Pengaruh TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge) dan Kecerdasan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja Guru

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of TPACK on teacher performance, 2) the effect of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance, and 3) the effect of TPACK and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative research with the Ex-Post Facto method. The population in this study were all teachers at SMA and MA Negeri in Payakumbuh, totaling 493 people. Sampling used a proportional stratified random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The number of samples in this study were 221 teachers at all State Senior High Schools and State Senior High Schools in Payakumbuh City. The research instrument uses angles. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the Google form application and the link was shared via WhatsApp. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) there is an effect of TPACK on the performance of teachers in SMA and MA Negeri in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the t-count value of the TPACK variable (X1) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the t-table (8,591 > 1,984), 2) there is an influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance at State Senior High Schools and State MAs in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the t-count value of the spiritual intelligence variable (X2) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the t-table (6,487 > 1,984), 3) there is an influence between TPACK (and spiritual intelligence together on teacher performance in State Senior High Schools and State MAs in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the value of the F-count analysis of the TPACK regression variable (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the F-table (260.079 > 3.00).

The Effect of Spiritual Intelligence on Occupational Stress Among Medical Interns During COVID-19 Pandemic: A Structural Equation Model

Background: Many medical students experience heavy occupational stress during their long education period. Occupational stress can be affected by several factors, including spiritual intelligence. Objectives: This study aimed to determine the level of occupational stress in medical interns during the COVID-19 pandemic and the effect of spiritual intelligence. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 209 medical interns at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (Tehran, Iran) in the autumn of 2020. Eligible medical students answered two online questionnaires: The Opisow occupational stress questionnaire and the King Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire. Data were analyzed in SPSS 16 and EQS6.1 using structural equation modeling. Results: The mean occupational stress score and the mean spiritual intelligence score of the participants were 184.57 ± 23.57 and 50.44 ± 13.97, respectively. All the model fitness indices were in the acceptable range (CMIN/df = 2.3, RMSEA = 0.07, GFI = 0.91, and CFI = 0.93); thus, the proposed model was confirmed. Spiritual intelligence was a factor affecting occupational stress (β = -0.45). Besides, all of the subscales of spiritual intelligence negatively affected occupational stress with the following effect sizes: Transcendent awareness (β = -0.53), critical existential thinking (β = -0.43), production of personal meaning (β = -0.41), and consciousness state expansion (β = -0.27). Conclusions: According to the model fitness indices, it can be concluded that the proposed model was acceptable. All subscales of spiritual intelligence had a negative impact on occupational stress.

Work-Family Conflict and Career Satisfaction of Employees in The Banking Industry of Ghana: The Role of Spiritual Intelligence

The study empirically examined the role of spiritual intelligence in the nexus between work-family conflict and employees’ career satisfaction in the banking industry of Ghana. Design, methodology/approach-Given the reliance on explanatory research design, the study utilized structured questionnaire for gathering the primary data quantitatively from 335 randomly selected participants. A second-order model was configured in SMART PLS for testing of the directional hypotheses formulated. Findings- Both family-to-work and work-to-family conflict account for significant changes in employee career satisfaction. Also, the moderation analysis showed that spiritual intelligence brought variance into the model and had a small but significant positive effect on the relationship between work-to-family conflict and career satisfaction. The second effect of spiritual intelligence also brought variance into the model and had a small but significant negative effect on the relation between family-to-work and career satisfaction. Research limitations- Rural banks and other financial institutions were not included in the study, hence limiting the generalization of the findings from this perspective. Practical implication- Management of banks in Ghana would be encouraged to take specific actions that are likely to reduce the conflict between work and family roles to help their employees achieve their career satisfaction. Again, spiritual intelligence can be taught and encouraged at the workplace to help mitigate the psychological disorder created because of work-family conflict. Originality/value-Empirically, this study is the first of its kind that has sought to shed light on an understanding of the moderating effect spiritual intelligence on the nexus between work-family conflict and employees' career satisfaction in the Ghanaian banking sector the in Sub-Saharan country-context.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all aspects of life- not only health problems but also a person's behavior patterns, especially in terms of family financial management. The importance of family financial management will be the basis for determining that a family will be able to achieve prosperity and happiness that has been coveted before. How do spiritual intelligence, or spiritual quotients, personality, and financial literacy affect family financial management? This study aims to determine the behavior of a person in managing his family finances. The data used is online respondent data from individuals who live in Indonesia through MSME Communities or other organizations. Data is analyzed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling). The result obtained is expected to increase knowledge and understanding of family financial management so that they can achieve prosperity and happiness.

The Effect of Spiritual Intelligence and Social Competence on the Performance of Middle School Teachers in Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency

Some of the problems with the performance of elementary school teachers in Cluster V, Rupat District, such as teachers who have not been able to make the class situation calm when there are students making noise in class, there are still teachers who have not made learning preparations before teaching, lack of teacher initiative in using learning media, methods teacher learning is very monotonous, namely by reading book texts, and there are still many teachers who do not understand and carry out school administration such as teachers who do not have a plan about the learning process according to their grade level. The location where this research was carried out was in Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The population of this study were public elementary school teachers totaling 67 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. So the number of samples used in this study were 67 teachers. A jointly significant effect was obtained between the Discipline and Motivation variables on teacher performance of 99.4% with a very high interpretation, because there were still 0.6% determined by other factors that were not part of this study. This effect is illustrated by each increase in one unit of Discipline of 0.217 and an increase of one unit in Motivation of 0.788, it will be followed by an increase in teacher performance of 2.781 one unit.

The Effect of Spiritual Intelligence and Social Competency with the Performance of SMP Teachers in Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency

This study aims to describe the influence of Spiritual Intelligence and Social Competence partially and jointly on the performance of junior high school teachers in Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. There are still teachers who are less responsible in carrying out their duties and often leave teaching hours to complete personal interests and are indifferent to their duties, and there are teachers who are not able to complete the tasks given to them properly such as not being picket and other additional tasks. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection technique used a questionnaire from 55 teachers. The research method was carried out, namely the respondents gave responses to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Analysis of the data used descriptive and inferential statistics. The magnitude of the influence generated by spiritual intelligence on teacher performance is 62.7%. The result shows that spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance, which is accepTable. The magnitude of the effect produced by social competence on teacher performance is 65.1%. The magnitude of the effect produced by spiritual intelligence and social competence together on teacher performance is 69%. It can be stated that spiritual intelligence and social competence have a significant effect on accepTable teacher performance.

Effect of spiritual intelligence on spiritual health during the COVID-19 pandemic

According to the Islamic thoughts, conditions for spirituality have been proposed to be theism, prophecy, resurrection, piety, knowledge and so forth. However, non-religious spiritual schools have various shortcomings, the most important of which are temporary, devoid of truth, contradictions and one-dimensionality. Hence, the present study investigated the relationship between spiritual intelligence and spiritual health of Muslim medical students of Penang, Kuala Lumpur and in Malaysia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hence, 1000 medical students were selected as the statistical population by simple sampling method and standard questionnaires were used to collect data. Data analysis confirmed a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and spiritual health amongst medical students ( r = 0.78, p = 0.00) by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Moreover, results indicated the benefit of Islamic teachings with the spirituality required by human beings. Modern human life, with its significant advances in the material areas, has not been successful in paying attention to spirituality and thus neglected it. Therefore, various mental diseases are caused by material domination in the lives of today’s people that are devoid of spirituality. Furthermore, the emergence of various secular spiritual schools verifies that Western societies, in particular, after the failure of the church, are one of the reasons for the emergence of such false spiritualties. With regard to the unity of spirituality and religion, therefore, spirituality cannot be separated from religion in different ways. Contribution: This article contributes to the relationship between spiritual intelligence and spiritual health of Muslim medical students.

Spiritual intelligence, mindfulness, emotional dysregulation, depression relationship with mental well-being among persons with diabetes during COVID-19 pandemic

PurposesThe study examined the mediation moderated effects of spiritual intelligence and mindfulness on the relationship between emotional dysregulation, depression and mental well-being. It also investigated the mediating effects of mindfulness on the relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental well-being in persons with diabetes.MethodsA cross-sectional survey was carried out among 636 (age 32–74 years; mean = 40.31; SD = 8.40) people living with diabetes who are registered patients and were attending the clinic in Department of Endocrinology, Ondo State Specialist Hospital, Okitipupa and Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja. The data were analysed using Pearson Multiple correlation and mediation moderated model 29 and mediation model 4 of PROCESS macro. The analyses were carried out with PROCESS macro for IBM/SPSS Version 25.0.ResultsShowed significant and positive direct relationship between depression on mental well-being of person with diabetes, β = 0.39, 95 % CI (0.29, 0.48). Results showed mindfulness (β = 0.00, 95 % CI: 0.00, 0.00) and spiritual intelligence (β = -0.01, 0.00, 95 % CI: -0.01, -0.01) significantly moderated the existing direct relationship between depression and mental well-being of persons with diabetes Results showed significant and positive indirect relationship between depression and mental well-being via emotional dysfunctional of persons with diabetes, β = 0.46, 95 % CI (0.44, 0.48). Results showed mindfulness (β = -0.02, 95 %, CI; -0.03, -0.02) and spiritual intelligence (β = -0.00, 95 %, CI: 00.00, -0.01) significant moderated the existing indirect relationship between depression and mental well-being occurred via emotional dysfunctional of persons with diabetes. Results showed significant direct relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental well-being of persons with diabetes, β = -0.12, 95 %, CI: (0.09, 0.16). Results showed mindfulness significantly mediates the existing direct relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental well-being of persons with diabetes, β = -0.11, 95 %, CI: (0.08, 0.15). Results also significant direct relationship between spiritual and mindfulness of persons with diabetes, β = 0. 0.25, 95 % CI: 0.18, 0.31).ConclusionEmotional dysregulation play mediating role of the association between depression and mental well-being of persons with diabetes was moderated by spiritual intelligence and mindfulness. Therefore, the study concludes that pay attention spiritual intelligence and mindfulness in management of diabetes will enhance mental well-being of persons with diabetes.

Online Affirmation and Peer Support are Effective for Reducing Medical Personnel Stress in Dealing with Covid-19 Patients

The Covid-19 outbreak has psychological impacts on frontline medical personnel at risk of infection. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of online affirmations and peer support on medical personnel stress level in dealing with Covid-19 patients, as well as social support and spiritual intelligence's influence. It was a quasi-experiment with pre- and post-test administered to 25 and 30 medical personnel as the intervention and control groups, respectively. The intervention was carried out on WhatsApp group for 4 weeks. The stress level pair T-test results showed p = 0.000 in the intervention group and p = 0.238 in the control, while the independent T-test results showed p = 0.009. Social support did not affect medical personnel’s stress (p=0.978), but the effect of spiritual intelligence was significant (p=0.000). According to the results of multiple regression test conducted using the Enter method, the coefficient value (R2) = 0.584. This intervention was effective in helping medical personnel to manage stress. Hence, hospital managers need to carry out stress management training to maintain medical personnel’s mental health.

Depression Among Adolescents in Relation to Spiritual Intelligence and Mindfulness

The present study aims to investigate depression among adolescents with spiritual intelligence and mindfulness. The study was conducted on 500 adolescents studying in government and private schools/colleges in Karnataka. The sample of 500 adolescents was drawn from five randomly selected districts in Karnataka. The Spiritual Intelligence Scale (SIS-MK) by Misra (2014) Misra (2014), the Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) by Brown and Rayan (2003) and the Mental Depression Scale by Dubey (2006) were used for data collection. The results reveal that there is a significant and negative relationship between depression and spiritual intelligence. A significant and negative relationship also exists between depression and mindfulness. The results further indicate that the conjoint effect of spiritual intelligence and mindfulness on depression among adolescents is higher than their individual effects. Spiritual intelligence and mindfulness would contribute towards the prediction of depression of adolescents both independently and conjointly.

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of spiritual intelligence on class X students' motivation to study economics in state high school 3 Padang. 2) the effect of interest in learning on class X students' learning motivation on economics in state high school 3 Padang. 3) the effect of spiritual intelligence and interest in learning together on class X students' motivation to study economics in state high school 3 Padang. This type of research is quantitative research with a causative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 323 with sampling using proportional simple random sampling techniques. In order to obtain a sample of 179 class X students. Data collection techniques using a research questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study found: 1) spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation of class X students in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the value of sig. 0,000 < 0.05. 2) interest in learning has a positive and significant effect on student motivation in class X in economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig. 0,000 < 0.05. 3) spiritual intelligence and interest in learning together have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation of class X students in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the value of sig. 0,000 < 0.05.Keywords: Kecerdasan Spiritual, Minat Belajar, Motivasi Melajar

Structural Model of Spiritual Intelligence and Productivity with the Mediating Role of Work Conscience among Yazd Education Organization Employees

Introduction: Improvement of productivity is one of the most important aims of organizations. Employees and managers play a central role in enhancing the organization's productivity. Therefore, it is important to consider the effective factors on improving it. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of work conscience in the relationship between employees' spiritual intelligence and productivity.
 Method: The research design was cross-sectional and correlational. The participants included 248 employees of the Yazd Education Organization (8 managers, 60 deputies, and 180 employees) selected by proportional stratified sampling method. Data were collected using Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (King, 2008), Work Conscience Questionnaire (Barrick & Mount, 1991), and Productivity Questionnaire (Hersey & Goldsmith, 1983). Data analysis was performed using correlation method based on the structural equation modeling approach using AMOS software version 24.
 Results: The analysis showed that the model has a suitable fit to data. The direct effect of spiritual intelligence on work conscience (0.58) and the direct effect of work conscience on productivity (0.51) were positive and significant. However, the direct effect of spiritual intelligence on productivity was not significant; so, it was omitted from the model. Moreover, the result of bootstrap test indicated a significant and indirect effect of spiritual intelligence on productivity by mediating the role of work conscience.
 Conclusion: It can be concluded that managers of organizations can increase their working conscience by enhancing the spiritual intelligence of their employees and achieve more productivity.

This study aims to find the effect of emotional and spiritual intelligence on the morals of students in junior high schools in Bangkinang City District. The purpose of this study are three, namely: 1. To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the morals of students in the First Middle School in Bangkinang District. To find out the effect of spiritual intelligence on students' behavior in the First Middle School in Bangkinang City District. 3. To find out the significant influence between emotional and spiritual intelligence on the morals of students at the First Middle School in Bangkinang Kota sub-district. This research is a correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 2205 students. Research samples were 399 students. Sampling using Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, sampling technique using Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using multiple regression. From the results of the study obtained that there is an influence between emotional intelligence on student morals with a Significant value of 0,000 <0.05. There is an influence between spiritual intelligence on student morals with a Significant value of 0,000 <0.05. Then there is a significant influence of Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence on the Morals of Students in Junior High Schools in Bangkinang City District with a Significant value of 0,000 <0.05.

The Role Of Spiritual Intelligence On Pesantren-Based Educational Institutions

The study aims to analyse the effect of spiritual intelligence and organizational culture toward employee performance in pesantren - based educational institution. The study carried out in 2019 at Secondary High School An-Nur Bululawang, Malang, East Java and involved 76 teachers and employees as samples. The approach used in this study is the explanatory approach. The data were primary obtained through questionnaire. The data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) with smartPLS 7 software. The results showed that spiritual intelligence and organizational culture influence employee performance. However, organizational culture does not play a role as a moderator variable. The managerial implication is that leaders should continue to develop the spiritual intelligence of teachers and employees.

Leader's spiritual intelligence and religiousness: Skills, factors affecting, and their effects on performance (a qualitative study by grounded theory)

Spiritual intelligence has received increasing quantitative research interest, while there is still no attention regarding to investigate spiritual intelligence with applying qualitative methods, especially grounded theory design. This study aimed to detect the skills, affecting factors, and the effects of spiritual intelligence and religiousness on performance. The qualitative analysis of the data collected through the in‐depth interview of the participants after encoding and classification, and the continuous comparison of the data by encoding and data by axes, resulted in these data can be coded in three axes: leader's spiritual intelligence skills, factors that affect leader's spiritual intelligence, and the effects of leader's spiritual intelligence on performance. The results revealed that there are five skills of leader's spiritual intelligence: work‐life balance skill, consists of (5) sub‐skills, leadership transcendence skill includes (6) sub‐skills, leadership meaning and purpose production skill includes (4) sub‐skills, leadership mindfulness skill consists of (9) sub‐skills, and the fifth skill is leadership virtue behavior includes (8) sub‐skills. And also, the results indicated that there are many factors that impact the leader's spiritual intelligence, were classified into three objects: personal (three factors), social and family (two factors), and work factors (4 factors). All participants were agreed unanimously that the leader's spiritual intelligence and religiousness are determined and affect the performance of the leader and his subordinates, these were classified into two objects: The first object is a leader's work‐performance, consisting of (16) indicators, and the second object is a workers performance includes (12) indicators. In light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of developing leaders' awareness of the importance of passion of spiritual intelligence skill and their impacts on performance. Thus, these findings shed new light on the importance of developing leaders' spiritual intelligence skills to resolve leadership problems, and increasing productivity, creativity, and well‐being among leaders and workers in Arab World.

The Effect Of Intellectual, Emotional, And Spiritual Intelligence On The Economic Learning Achievement Of SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng

This study aimed to examine the effect of intellectual intelligence on the students’learning achievement, the effect of emotional intelligence on the learning achievement students, the effect of spiritual intelligence on the learning achievement students, and stimulatingly examine the effect of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on the economic learning achievement of students in SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng, Soppeng. Afterward, this study included as descriptive quantitative study. Population the study was all students of SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng which is 955 students. For the sample, 90 students were chosenusing simple random sampling technique. Further, data collection techniques used was questionnaire and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques used was descriptive analysis, analysis test requirements, and data analysis used SPSS 21 program. The result of this study showed that (1) intellectual intelligence variable significantly influenceon the economic learning achievement of students; (2) emotional intelligence variable significantly influencesthe economic learning achievement of students; (3) spiritual intelligence variable significantly effects the economic learning achievement of students; and (4) There was significant variables of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on the economic learning achievement. Determination coefficient of X1, X2, and X3 to Y (r2Y.123) was 0,153 which showed that intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence factors have contribution to influence the economic learning achievement of students in SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng that was 15,3%, while 84,7% was influenced by another variable that was not analyzed further.
