A Study on the Effect of High-Speed Railway on Economic Growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

In order to measure the value of high-speed railway in the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and provide empirical support for the rationality of “eight horizontal and eight vertical” planning, based on the impact mechanism of high-speed railway on economic growth, this paper uses the data of 13 prefecture level cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from 2009 to 2017 to quantitatively study the economy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration triggered by high-speed railway Growth effect. The empirical results show that the overall effect of high-speed railway on economic growth of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is 0.545 in the past two years, which is a large positive effect. The highspeed railway can not only directly stimulate the economic growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration by expanding the scale of capital investment, but also indirectly promote the economic growth of Beijing Tianjin Hebei urban agglomeration by promoting the development of system, technology, labor force and industrial structure, which proves the value of high-speed railway. Finally, according to the empirical results, it provides reasonable feasible suggestions to the relevant government departments.

An Agent-Based Simulation Model of Knowledge Spillover Under the Influence of High-Speed Railway

Abstract The calculation for the influence of high-speed railway on knowledge spillover is based on the results of global instantaneous equilibrium in the mechanism explanation of knowledge spillover. In real production, the interaction between the high-speed railway and the regional innovation system is dynamic and local. In order to simulate the impact of high-speed railway on innovation activities in the time dimension, it is necessary to simulate scenarios under appropriate parameter assumptions. Based on the interaction of economic participants, a discrete evolutionary simulation model is established, which is helpful to predict and estimate the evolution of spatial effect of high-speed railway according to the theory of cellular automata. It is concluded that high-speed railway accelerates the formation of knowledge innovation industry cluster in the region in the process of regional knowledge innovation and evolution. Under the influence of high-speed railway, the node city will gradually evolve into a regional innovation center. By comparing the production evolution of knowledge innovation system with and without high-speed railway, the results show that high-speed railway has a more significant impact on knowledge spillover in higher knowledge privatization environment. Under the background of low labor migration rate, high-speed railway has increased the potential of regional innovation to external knowledge spillover. In the case of higher labor migration rate, the convergence rate of influence of high-speed railway on the concentration of innovation is faster.

Effects of High-Speed Railway in Tunnel on Vibration Response of Upper Building

In order to study the effects of high-speed railway in tunnel on vibration response of upper building, the Vehicle-Track-Tunnel-Soil-Building coupling dynamic model was established, and the reaction force of fasteners was used to transmit between Vehicle-Track coupling dynamic model and Tunnel-Soil-Building finite element model. According to modal analysis for typical section of building, sensitive frequency range and sensitive structure locations were obtained. In terms of two conditions, Tunnel-Building Integrated Structure and building are evaded from tunnel for some distance, 1/3 octave vibration level and VLZ vibration acceleration level for all measuring points were calculated to analyze the vibration response of building. The results are shown as follows: for Tunnel-Building Integrated Structure, the overall vibration level is high,which is above 65dB. 2-3dB will be reduced by decreasing speed and improving standard of track. when building is evaded from tunnel for some distance, with larger evaded distance, the vibration response is slighter. However, when evaded distance is above 30m, vibration may be amplified ,so its necessary to select proper distance. Vibration response of structure is most strong when 4 lines meet under building, so strict limitation on meeting condition of trains can effectively reduce vibration level.
