Literature Review: Faktor Pengaruh Wirausaha dalam Perspektif Psikologi

ASEAN Economic Community or ussualy called AEC are economic integration agenda by country in the ASEAN. AEC contribute huge impact on economic sector in Indonesia, but also gave both hope and challenge to people in Indonesia. AEC cause Indonesian workers need to compete harder with foreign workers, because that make the jobs offer more and more limited than before. Entrepreneurship is an activity that can create new jobs so that entrepreneurship is one answer to the problem of increasingly limited job opportunities. This article reviews previous research and articles with similar themes with the aim of providing an overview of the influencing factors of entrepreneurship from a psychological perspective. Based on several literature studies, it is concluded that there are various internal and external factors that influence entrepreneurship. Further research and studies are needed in the fields of psychology and entrepreneurship.

The Paradox Between Economic Gain and Environmental Sustainability: A Case of Small Island Tourism in Pari Island, Indonesia

As an important economic sector in Indonesia, tourism, particularly for small islands, should shift towards sustainable management practices. This study examines possible sustainable tourism management practices in Pari Island, one of Indonesia???s small islands with both a diverse ecosystem and high annual tourist flux. Tourism activities in Pari Island have resulted in environmental impacts, and implementing sustainable tourism has therefore become challenging. This study used a comprehensive assessment framework called DPSIR (Driver‐Pressure‐State‐Impact‐Response) to identify factors that triggered environmental problems and assess their implications for sustainable tourism management. A questionnaire method was used to collect survey data from 317 residents and 143 tourists. Water quality samples were collected from 15 sampling points (11 groundwater wells and 4 seawater locations) and tested via the APHA‐9221‐B method to determine the coliform bacteria content as a proxy for tourism pressure on the environment. Results showed that the small island tourism was built upon economic activities that trigger a range of environmental pressures (e.g., increased population, tourists, and lodging), with consequences for tourism-related resource exploitation, spatial changes, and contamination of groundwater and seawater. Implementing the DPSIR approach would ensure adequate responses to the main problems of small island tourism, such as creation of regulations informed by tourism???s carrying capacity, an open???close system for use of coastal and marine areas, increased public and tourist awareness, and legal assurance over spatial control.

Peran Pemerintah Dalam Meningkatkan Perekonomian Indonesia Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Introduction/Main Objectives: The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has paralyzed the Indonesian economy; many MSMEs have gone bankrupt because their income has decreased, and many companies have laid off their employees. This study aims to analyze several government policies to save the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Research Methods: This study uses qualitative data from articles, books, journals, or other related sources. Finding/Results: The results of the study show that to overcome the economic problems, the government has taken steps in the form of fiscal and monetary policies. Fiscal policies include the pre-employment card program, tax incentives, launching budget refocusing, and budget reallocation. Monetary policies such as MSME credit restructuring Bank Indonesia's rupiah stability. Conclusion: The government must make every effort to stabilize and improve the economic sector in Indonesia to improve people's welfare

Clustering Analysis of Internal and External Factors Affecting Post-Pandemic Study Duration in XYZ Educational Institution Using the Orange Application

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various economic sectors in Indonesia, including the education system. Consequently, the educational landscape has undergone substantial changes, such as the shift from traditional classroom instruction to online learning. All students, regardless of their academic or non-academic backgrounds, have benefited from this transition in numerous ways. We are interested in identifying the most crucial factors that determine long-term learning outcomes and how academic and non-academic factors influence students' academic performance. The study will be conducted in October 2022 at SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, and 529 out of 1400 participants will be randomly selected. We will use a Google Form with 22 questions to collect quantitative data.

Dampak Implementasi Perdagangan Bebas pada Sektor Ekonomi di Indonesia

This research aims to conduct an analysis of the impact of the implementation of free trade on the economic sector in Indonesia. In the context of international trade which is increasingly important for the world economy, the implementation of free trade has become a hotly debated topic because the positive side in terms of economic improvement is also balanced by the negative side in terms of trade imbalances and its influence on national policy. This research was carried out by conducting a literature study that collected various previous studies regarding the advantages and disadvantages of free trade. The results of the discussion show that the implementation of free trade can provide benefits for the country, such as increasing exports and imports, foreign direct investment, and increasing economic growth. However, on the other hand, the implementation of free trade can also result in losses, such as loss of jobs and negative environmental impacts. This research emphasizes the importance of managing free trade to ensure that trade profits and losses are distributed fairly and avoid the possibility of being exploited by stronger parties.

Blynk App-Based Plant Monitoring System Design

Plantations represent a vital economic sector in Indonesia. However, farmers who rely on plantations for their livelihood often encounter challenges related to air and soil quality, which can significantly impact plant growth. Each type of plant requires specific air and soil conditions to thrive optimally, including factors such as air temperature, humidity, soil moisture, and pH levels. To address these issues, a solution has been developed in the form of a plantation monitoring system that can be accessed remotely and in real-time through cellular and desktop applications. This monitoring system utilizes various sensors, including DHT11 sensors, resistive soil moisture sensors, and soil pH sensors, all of which are meticulously calibrated with digital soil sensors. The collected data can be conveniently monitored and managed through an Internet of Things platform, such as Blynk.Based on the case study, the measurement system that is displayed on Blynk has a range of 0-100 °C for air temperature, 0-100% for air humidity, 0-1000 for soil moisture, and 0-14 for soil pH.

The Impact of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine on the Economic Sector in Indonesia

This research discusses the impact of Russia's invasion of Ukraine on the Indonesian economy, focusing on the energy sector. Amidst the increasing complexity of global geopolitical issues, international events such as Russia's invasion of Ukraine have significant global consequences, even for countries not directly involved in the conflict. This study is grounded in the theory of the political economy of war, serving as the analytical framework to understand how these dynamics affect Indonesia's economic sector. As a direct consequence of the invasion, the global energy sector distribution has been disrupted. Nations that previously imported energy from Russia must now seek alternative sources to meet their energy needs. Indonesia, being one of the world's largest producers of non-oil and gas energy, emerges as a primary choice of alternative energy export source. The research findings indicate a substantial increase in the export of non-oil and gas energy from Indonesia, which, in turn, has a positive impact on the growth of the country's economic sector. The research employs a descriptive-qualitative approach, collecting data from literature reviews and online research to complement secondary data. The results of this study offer insights into how changes in global geopolitical dynamics can affect a country's economy, even when not directly involved in such events. Indonesia, for instance, has seized the opportunity to boost its non-oil and gas energy exports, thereby influencing the growth of a specific economic sector in the country. This research provides valuable contributions to understanding the interplay between geopolitical events and the global economy.

Integgration of the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and ANFIS neuro-fuzzy approach for creating a local wisdom-based tourism development model, case study of the Prabu Siliwangi tourist attraction, West Java, Indonesia

<p>Tourism has become one of the most important economic sectors in Indonesia. Indonesia, with its natural wealth, culture, and historical heritage, has attracted the attention of tourists from various parts of the world. One of the provinces that has great potential for tourism development is West Java. The purpose of the research is to formulate a tourism development model based on local wisdom in the tourism location of Prabu Siliwangi. The analysis method used in this research is the use of Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and ANFIS neuro-fuzzy analysis. Composite reliability above 0.7 GoF value of 0.725 means that the model is very good (has a high ability) in explaining empirical data. The accuracy of the model produced is 97.1% which shows that the input data in the model can represent the real data in the field.</p>

Analysis Entrepreneurial Characteristic that Supports Culinary Entrepreneurs to Survive During Covid-19 Pandemic

During COVID-19 pandemic, almost all economic sector in Indonesia fell. Accommodation, food and beverage (culinary) sectors were the third largest industry after the manufacturing and construction industry, which laid off workers. There was one interesting point, in this pandemic storm MSMEs were affected quite badly compared to the economic crisis hit in late 90s. Another interesting point was that some of MSMEs suffered from profit decrease to loss and even bankruptcy. However, some MSMEs could survive. What makes them survive? Through researchers observation, we saw that culinary entrepreneurs as respondents consider some behaviors to be the key to their business survival during the pandemic. Based on theory these behaviors are considered as entrepreneurial characteristics. The research objective of this article is to test confirmation among respondents that entrepreneurial characteristic is the key to survival regarding the demographic and experience factors. This research used a descriptive quantitative method and Levane’s test for equality of variances. As the result respondents showed no differences based on their demographic and experience factors to see that entrepreneurial characteristics is the key of their survival during the pandemic.

The Impact of Indonesia Green Economy in Masterplan for Future Urban Farming Indonesia

Indonesia is an agrarian country with 38.70 million people working in the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors, accounting for 28.61% of the total workforce. With a contribution of 12.98 percent to the GDP, agriculture is one of the crucial economic sectors in Indonesia. However, rapid urban development has reduced the vegetable supply, and urban farming in cities can be a solution by utilizing community yards to meet food needs, reduce household expenses, and increase farmer income. Utilizing community yards to meet food needs, reduce household expenses, and increase farmer income, urban farming in cities can be a solution. The research method employs a normative juridical approach, examining elements in positive law and making comparisons with other countries. Based on this approach, the study indicates that amid food issues and a declining interest in farming, Indonesia needs an urban farming program, but the current implementation of the program is not optimal. Therefore, the Indonesia Masterplan for Future Urban Farming (IM-for-FUF) is introduced as an innovation expected to better support the implementation of the green economy within the framework of positive law for sustainable economics in Indonesia. One effort to enhance food availability and environmental quality is the IM-for-FUF. Additionally, the farming concept is unique as it utilizes existing areas, eliminating the need for extensive space. By supporting IM-for-FUF, communities can acquire new skills and knowledge about farming, positively impacting the environment by utilizing the surrounding areas.

Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM Jakarta

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an economic sector in Indonesia that have an important role in developing the country's economy. Even though MSMEs have a role in the economy, in the course of business there are still obstacles and obstacles faced by MSME actors. These problems include the low level of education and gender issues whose equality is still questionable. This study aims to determine the effect of education level on the performance of MSMEs in Jakarta in terms of gender. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 80 respondents from SMEs in Pasar Rebo District. This study took data through a closed questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, whereas if viewed through the gender aspect it does not affect the performance of MSMEs.

Does Women’s Role Have an Influence on Economy Growth in Indonesia?

Economic growth is one of the goals that every country strives for because it is a measurement of a country's success. Gender equality and gender empowerment are important goals for Indonesia's development and economic growth. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of women’s role on the indicators of the gender development index, gender empowerment index, women's life expectancy, mean years of schooling for women, and women's income contribution to gross regional domestic product (GRDP), which is a proxy for Indonesian economic growth. This quantitative study uses a panel data regression model, secondary data from Statistics Indonesia, time series data from 2014 to 2021 and cross-section data for 34 provinces in Indonesia. The study's findings yielded 272 observations. Empirical results show that all indicators used to measure women's role, namely gender development index, gender empowerment index, women's life expectancy, mean years of schooling for women, and women's income contribution, have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia’s economic growth. The findings of the study show the Indonesian government's dedication to increasing women's role in various economic sectors in Indonesia. The influence of women's roles indicates additional household income and economic growth.

UKT PAYMENT CONTRIBUTION TO THE EXISTENCE OF SHARIA BANKING

Payment of UKT (Single Tuition Fee) by students at tertiary institutions in Indonesia has an important contribution to the existence and development of Islamic banking. UKT payments play a role in increasing the number of Islamic bank customers in Indonesia. UKT paid by students often involves the banking system to manage and distribute these funds. Many universities in Indonesia have collaborated with sharia banks to provide UKT payment facilities that comply with sharia principles. Through the involvement of Islamic banks in the UKT payment process, students tend to be more inclined to use Islamic banking products and services. Thus, UKT payments contribute to an increase in the number of Islamic bank customers in Indonesia. the use of funds from UKT payments can help the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia. Funds collected from UKT payments can be used by Islamic banks to support Islamic economic activities, such as financing micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in accordance with sharia principles. Through the utilization of these funds, Islamic banks can provide financial access to sharia-based business actors, thereby strengthening the Islamic economic sector in Indonesia. In addition, funds from UKT payments can also be used for sharia banking product development and innovation, increasing operational efficiency, and expanding the range of services.

Therefore, we conducted socialization and simple bookkeeping training for MSMEs so that they can advance the income of the people in Botubarani Village. By conducting outreach to the people of Botubarani Village, so that they can introduce information about the importance of simple bookkeeping in this case is the traders in Botubarani Village. With the topic that we raise is "Training and Assistance for Micro Entrepreneurs in carrying out simple bookkeeping" as a Community Service program because it relates to the major we have chosen, namely accounting. Which in the program, the objects we chose were traders of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The Important Role of MSMEs in National Economic Development

ABSTRACT
 
 Member countries of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), make MSMEs a default factor in every economic law, especially investment law. However, the role of MSMEs in Indonesia is still often underestimated and has not received adequate opportunities to play their role in national economic development. The main problem in this research is to question how the issue of providing opportunities for the development of MSMEs in the rule of law in the economic sector in Indonesia. By using the normative juridical legal research method, it appears that MSMEs have an important role in national economic development, and therefore become an important target in efforts to achieve the State's Goal in promoting general welfare. The data collection technique in this study uses secondary data with qualitative data analysis techniques. From this research, it was found that there is an awareness of the importance of the role of MSMEs in national economic development, which is contained in various policies and legal regulations. The problem is that the implementation of these policies and regulations are still not in line with expectations. From the results of this research, it is recommended that the Government of Indonesia to reform the investment law in which it is mandated to provide opportunities for the development of MSMEs, so that MSMEs can really play an important role in the national economic development.

Pengaruh Penetration Pricing Dan Peningkatan Motivasi Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mi Konyol Bumiayu

MSMEs have contributed 60.34% of Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP). This number is spread throughout Indonesia. MSMEs have a very important role in the economic sector in Indonesia. Bumiayu's konyol noodle SMEs in the last 1 year decreases their sales because of Indonesia's economic situation which has not fully recovered after the co-19 disaster. The demand for konyol noodles has decreased in the last year due to rising prices of raw materials and supporting materials and also because of increasing fuel prices. This study analyzes the effect of penetration pricing and consumer motivation on purchasing decisions for Bumiayu’s konyol noodle. A sample are 97 respondents who have used MSME products at least twice, was tested using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The result is that penetration pricing and consumer motivation have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Bumiayu silly noodle products. The implications of the results of this study are as a basis for determining strategies that can increase sales and profits of mi konyol Bumiayu.

KESESUAIAN LAHAN REKLAMASI UNTUK REVEGETASI TANAMAN MAHONI (SWIETANIA MACROPHYLLA) DAN TANAMAN SUNGKAI (PARONEMA CANESCENS) PADA PT. BHUMI RANTAU ENERGI DI KABUPATEN TAPIN PROVINSI KALIMANTAN SELATAN

The mining sector is one of the main economic sectors in Indonesia, including coal. Given the importance of ecosystem sustainability, reclamation and revegetation activities are very important. The aims of this study were (1) to analyze the characteristics of soil fertility at the reclamation and revegetation sites of PT. Bhumi Rantau Energi and (2) analyze land suitability of PT. Bhumi Rantau Energi which has been planted with mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla) and sungkai (Peronema canescens) plants.. The approach used in this study is a quantitative method and descriptive analysis, with a research implementation time of 3 (three) months. The research was conducted at Rinjani and Merapi which is a reclamation and revegetation area of PT. Bhumi Overseas Energy. The objects in this study were soil samples in Rinjani D3 planting year 2017 with an area of 2.39 ha and measurements of Mahogany, Sungkai and Sengon vegetation on Rinjani D3 planting year 2017 with an area of 2.39 ha, Rinjani E2 planting year 2018 with an area of 6, 40 ha and Merapi F9 planting year 2019 with an area of 18.62 ha. The results showed that the fertility of the soil was in the low fertility class. However, the success of growing the main types of sengon and inlay types of mahogany and sungkai in post-coal mining revegetation land was in the high category. Sungkai inserts have better diameter and plant height than mahogany inserts. For land suitability results, the mahogany insert is thought to be relatively slightly better than the sungkai plant. Parameter differences that occur in the annual average rainfall. The results of the land suitability analysis obtained direct engineering improvements to be carried out by improving the parameters of soil pH, soil fertility and soil depth.

Application-Based Siger Tourism Design As a Solution Program for Tourism Development in Post-Pandemi Lampung Province

Tourism is one of the most important economic sectors in Indonesia, this is evidenced by the large number of domestic and foreign tourists who come to visit Indonesia, according to data from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics in September 2019 there were 1,388,719. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of tourist visits decreased by -88.95%, where as of September 2020, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics, the number of foreign tourists was only 153,498. Siger Tourism is an android-based application that aims to assist the Lampung Provincial government in attracting interest and increasing the number of tourism visits which have decreased significantly after the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, this program also aims to help local MSMEs around tourist sites and in the Province. Lampung. This scientific writing uses a qualitative method that is literature study, namely the technique of collecting data and information through various literature or references. Siger Tourism as a tourism application media that is suitable for use by the community because it provides information about tourism and also introduces the history of these tourist attractions as an educational event for tourists. Siger Tourism has several features, namely log in menus, tourist destinations, restaurants, markets, lodging, maps and call center features. So that this can help tourists, MSME actors, and the government to increase the economic value of the community. The Siger Tourism design is a tourism development solution program in the province of Lampung during the post-pandemic period.

ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN INSENTIF PAJAK PENGHASILAN FINAL UMKM DITANGGUNG PEMERINTAH PADA KPP PRATAMA SAWAH BESAR DUA

The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all lines of life, especially in the economic sector in Indonesia, including Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) players who have also experienced a decline in sales turnover. In response to this, the government issued a policy of incentive provision in the form of Government-Borne MSME Final Income Tax as a stimulus to taxpayers affected by Covid-19. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the incentive provision policy at the Primary Tax Office of Sawah Besar Dua in 2020. A qualitative method was used in this study with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation. This study uses the Policy Implementation Theory of Van Meter and Van Horn. The results of the study indicate that the Government-Borne MSME Final Income Tax policy has been implemented by tax officials. This incentive program has been utilized by 25% of taxpayers. This means that the policy has not been maximized. This is due to several issues such as the lack of campaign to taxpayers so that there are still many of them who are not aware of the tax incentive policy.

PENDAMPINGAN MANAJEMEN USAHA UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN UMKM SELEUD DI SAWO JAJAR KOTA MALANG

UMKM are one of the important economic sectors in Indonesia. The fact is that UMKM have played an important role in the Indonesian economy to date. When Covid 19 became a global problem, it happened in 2019. This virus spread to various countries, one of which is Indonesia. One of the economic impacts felt by UMKM players is a decrease in sales turnover. Development of Managerial Insights is a course whose program teaches students to do community service. Which activity is a form of training in the form of Community Service. This community service aims to help UMKM to increase sales. With this problem, we are the students at the Malang State University Master of Management who carry out this service activity which will be carried out from the beginning of September 2022 to the end of November 2022 at UMKM Seleud, which is addressed at Jl. Sunda Strait II D3/24 Sawojajar Malang city. The methods used in socialization and education activities include identifying work programs, training, and mentoring. The results of this series of community service activities are the development of attractive product logos, making business logos, more modern marketing, payments via QRIS and getting distributors hydroponic raw materials.
