Penentuan Rute Pengambilan Sampah Dengan Menggunakan Metode Clarke & Wright Algorithm Saving Heuristic Di Perusahaan Daerah Kebersihan Untuk Wilayah Bandung Timur

Trash problem in Capital City like Bandung City is became concern problem especially by West Java Government that relocating final waste disposal site from Sarimukti located in Padalarang Bandung Barat to final waste disposal site Legoknangka located in East Bandung, but final waste disposal site Legoknangka still in under construction, so the Government of Bandung City made temporary final waste disposal site located in Gedebage on Bandung City, because the distance between final waste disposal site Sarimukti and temporary final waste disposal site are far enough so need to be an assessement for disposal trucking route especially disposal truck various Dump Truck with maximum capacity 12 m³. The purpose for this research is to know, assessment, and analyze result from formation for route with VRP model (Vehicle Routing Problem) which is one of the methods are Saving Heuristic, the main focus on this methods is a big Savings distance, so that the result of distance is the shortest route but still concern maximum truck capacity. The result of this research is change route for truck disposal in East Bandung Area become 3 trucks with total travel distance 98.945 meters or ± 35.000 meters/truck from depot/pool to final waste disposal site, with this occur a savings from total trucks, total travel distance. Where is East Bandung Area usually needs 7 Dump Trucks for service this area, with only 1 truck serve 1-2 temporary dumping ground for travel distance 40.000 meters/truck for serve from temporary dumping ground this time not included travel distance and time travelling for truck to final waste disposal site.

Pengaruh Word of Mouth Promotion dan Service Excellent terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Memilih Giro BTN di Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Bandung Timur

Based on the observation results, that the background of this research is that there has been a decrease in the number of current account customers in the last two years, this is due to poor word of mouth promotion and also service excellent that does not meet customer expectations which can affect customer confidence in taking decision. This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth promotion and excellent service on customers' decisions to choose current account products partially or simultaneously at bank BTN Kantor Cabang Bandung Timur. The object of research in this thesis is BTN Giro customers at bank BTN Kantor Cabang Bandung Timur. The type of research is associative quantitative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, lists of statements (questionnaire), observation and literature study. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The population is all Current Account customers at the bank BTN Kantor Cabang Bandung Timur, totaling 838 people with a sample of 89 people. The results showed that there was a significant effect of word of mouth promotion on the decisions of BTN Giro customers at the BTN bank East Bandung Branch Office of 33.7% where the value of tcount>ttable (6.646>1.662), there was a significant influence of service excellent on customer decisions BTN demand deposits amounted to 40.3% where the value of thitun> ttable (7.656> 1.662), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between word of mouth promotion and service excellent on customer decisions choosing current account products at bank BTN East Bandung Branch Office of 52% with F test results Fcount <Ftable (46.62).

Analisis Kontribusi Penerimaan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) Dalam Meningkatan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2017-2021

The aim of this final assignment is to investigate the contribution of motor vehicle tax to the Regional Original Income (PAD) of West Java Province, specifically in the Samsat PPPD Bandung City III Soekarno Hatta Region. The research method used is the Quantitative Descriptive method. It aims to explain or describe the state of West Java Province's PAD regarding motor vehicle income, identify obstacles experienced in collecting motor vehicle collections, and propose solutions to increase regional income in West Java province. The data used in the analysis of Motor Vehicle Tax Revenue (PKB) and its impact on the Original Regional Income of Java Province was obtained through evaluations, interviews, and the author's internship at the Samsat Office. After careful analysis and discussion, it was concluded that there are still issues with motor vehicle tax revenue in the East Bandung Samsat and West Java PAD. It is hoped that this analysis will be useful in the future.

Soil Erosion Assessment Based on Remote Sensing and GIS in the East Bandung Basin, Indonesia

The research area is located in the East Bandung Basin, West Java, Indonesia. This research aims to assess the soil erosion rates in East Bandung Basin using remote sensing and Geographic Information System method. It was calculated using the Universal Soil Loss Equation, involves rain erosivity, soil erodibility, slope length and steepness, and land use indices. Rain erosivity and soil erodibility indices were determined from secondary data analysis whereas slope length and steepness, and land use indices were determined from the image analysis. The soil erosion rates in the research area can be classified into 5 classes, namely very low which is mapped across the foot slope to toe slope in the Rancaekek and Majalaya (7,055.22 ha), low in the shoulder to back slope (7,325.71 ha), moderate mostly from the summit to toe slope in half of the research area (17,151.91 ha), severe (3,223.97 ha) and very severe (2,891.49 ha) across the shoulder to back slope in parts of the Tanjungsari, Cileunyi, Jatinangor, Cimanggung, Cicalengka, Cikancung and Paseh areas. The results are expected to be important contribution to the government and local communities in order to minimize the impact of land use changes that can increase the risk of erosion.

Histopathological Review of Granuloma in Diagnosis of Tuberculosis Lymphadenitis (TBL)

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and is the second leading cause of death from an infectious disease. Indonesia has the highest TB cases in West Java, East Java, and Central Java. Tuberculosis lymphadenitis (TBL) represents about 30–40% of cases of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. The study aimed to study the clinical and histopathological characteristics of TBL patients. The research design in this study used an exploratory, descriptive method. Data was taken from Al Islam Hospital Bandung as medical records from January 2019 to December 2020. The result showed that TBL primarily affects patients aged 6–11 years (28%), male gender (57%), patients not working (25%), and those residing in the East Bandung area (34%). Histopathological appearance showed granulomas of caseous necrosis, epithelioid cells, and Langhan's cells, indicated by types 1, 2, and 3. The most common type was type 1 (47%), which was more widely distributed in the right neck (46%) with size 1–3 cm. In conclusion, the frequency of TBL is higher in boys aged 6–11 years, residents of the East Bandung area, and patients who did not work. Well-formed granuloma of enlarged lymph nodes in the right neck with size 1–3 cm is most commonly found in TBL.

Labor Producivity Analysis on Summarecon Mall Bandung Construction Project

Located in the East Bandung area Indonesia, in Gedebage, Summarecon Bandung want to develop the first independent city in the city of Bandung. The progress of project work is at 52.44%, still 0.13% higher than 52.31% for the planned sub-structural work in the following weeks. 21. This study will discuss the analysis of productivity values in reinforcing work to provide information regarding the causes of delays that cause project progress to be delayed, worker performance, and the amount of productivity produced. The method used for data collection includes direct observation, using the Five Minutes-Rating and direct interviews using the Foreman Delay Survey (FDS) in the form of questions that will be given to field supervisors in order to obtain valid and actual data. The results of the research through observation for 20 minutes with the Five Minutes- Rating is 85% with comparison the results of productivity analysis by Foreman A and B are 33% and 17%. As for the results of the Foreman Delay Survey, it shows that the factors that affect the productivity value with the top three rankings are construction equipment damage, waiting for materials (vendor delay), and changes / rework (design errors).

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Work Engagement at Pawnshops Sharia Sub-Branch Office in East Bandung Region

The development of economic problems today, since the enactment of Law Number 10 of 1990, Islamic financial institutions not only consist of banks but also other Islamic financial institutions, namely non-bank financial institutions called sharia pawnshops. One of them is the Sharia Sub-Branch Office Pawnshop in the East Bandung Region which is a non-bank Islamic financial institution that helps the community in the economic sector. Organizational culture and organizational commitment at Pawnshop KCPS East Bandung Region greatly affect work engagement, which is one of the strongest factors of employees in deciding to stay or leave their jobs. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, the number of employees at the KCPS Pawnshop in the East Bandung Region amounted to 34 people, which had the effect of b culture or organization to k attachment work with test results hypothesis that value tcount (3.797) > ttable (2,03693), there is an effect commitment organization to attachment work with results testing hypothesis that score tcount(15,122) > ttable(2,03693), and there is an effect of culture organization and commitment organization by simultaneous take effect to attachment work with test results Fcount(106,931) > Ftable(3,295).

Income Tax Calculation Analysis At IBP Bandung Tax Consultant Office

In order to prepare corporate income tax at one of East Bandung's Accounting Services Offices, this research will look at the income tax article 21 computation using three ways (net, gross, and gross up). The study's focus is a business that offers services like bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial advice, and other related ones in Bandung. This study uses a qualitative approach method with additional quantitative information. The company's Article 21 PPh computation, salary information for permanent employees in 2022, and PPh regulations were all employed. The Gross Up method is the best and most effective method for business tax planning, according to the study's conclusions. The Gross Up strategy allows companies to offer tax incentives to their employees and can be used as a deduction from gross income, lowering the amount of corporate income tax owed. This study is only applicable to one company, and it can be developed by distributing questionnaires related to the article 21 income tax calculation calculation.

Keterampilan Menulis Dan Bercerita Untuk Membangkitkan Kecintaan Sejarah Bagi Generasi Muda

This research aimed to develop a Community Service Program that focuses on improving the reading and writing skills of elementary and junior high school youth regarding local history in the East Bandung area. The program addressed issues such as the need for more understanding of local history, low interest in historical topics, and limited writing and storytelling skills among adolescents in the area. The program began with delivering material on writing and storytelling skills and local historical concepts to the participants. Although initially hesitant and embarrassed, the participants gradually became enthusiastic about sharing their stories. The program then continued with the practice of historical storytelling through objects in East Bandung, starting with the Bandros bus tour. The young educators within Bandros supported the program by hosting visits to Teras Sunda and Tugu Perjuangan. The program laid the foundation for habitual action to write and tell stories about local history among teenagers. The participants demonstrated their ability to tell stories with simple narrative formulations, such as what, where, when, who, why, and how. However, the program faced challenges in terms of timeliness, and the young participants were still hesitant to write down ideas related to historical places in their surroundings. Overall, the Community Service Program can potentially improve historical awareness and writing skills among the millennial generation in the East Bandung area.Keywords: Historical awareness, writing skills, millennial generation.

The Effect of Due Professional Care and Audit Evidence on The Appropriateness of Giving an Audit Opinion

The auditor has an important role in the client's financial statements so that the auditor can produce an appropriate and quality audit opinion. The occurrence of cases of auditors giving inappropriate assessments or evaluations and audit opinions on the client's financial statements due to a lack of due professional care and audit evidence owned by the auditor. This study aims to determine how much influence due professional care and audit evidence have on the accuracy of giving an audit opinion. The research method used is quantitative research with descriptive and verification with a survey approach, which in this case seeks to describe and also interpret the influence between the variables to be studied and the aim is to present a structured and factual picture of the relationship between the variables studied. The sample used was 30 auditors from 6 Public Accounting Firms in the East Bandung area. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, Correlation Coefficient, and T-test with calculations using SPSS version 20 software. Based on this research, it can be concluded that due professional care and audit evidence has a positive and significant effect on the accuracy of giving audit opinions to auditors who work at the East Bandung Public Area Accounting Firm.

Pengaruh Word Of Mouth (WOM) dan Customer Experience Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk UMKM Yoghurt di Bandung Timur Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19

This study aims to find out how big the description and influence of Word Of Mouth and Customer Experience on the Purchase Decision of MSME Yogurt products in East Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification research approaches, with classical assumption testing, coefficients linear regression, correlation coefficient, hypothesis determination coefficient, t test and f test. The sample selection in this study was carried out based on non-probability sampling, using a purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents. The results of the data processing that the author did on the coefficient of determination test resulted in a contribution of 0.757 / 75.7% to purchasing decisions and the remaining 24.3% (100%-75.7%) are influenced by other variables. The results of the multiple correlation coefficient between Word Of Mouth and Customer Experience to Purchase Decisions is 0.870 or 87.0%. This shows that Word Of Mouth and Customer Experience have a relationship with Purchase Decisions, the results of research from respondents' overall responses regarding the effect of Word Of Mouth on purchasing decisions stated that respondents felt the need to tell others and Customer Experience on purchasing decisions stated that the more The better the Customer Experience, the higher the purchase decision will be.

Da’wah Education Based on Religious Moderation Training Using Digital Technology at Islamic Boarding Schools in East Bandung

Indonesia as one of the great houses of Muslims must be a prototype in the world in developing religious moderation education based on the teachings of Islam rahmatan lil 'alamin. In the context of da’wah education, the issue of religious moderation in Islamic educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools, is an effort to prepare the best cadres of teachers who are not only able to read classical books, but also have comprehensive Islamic insight. With the development and progress of the times, the provision of the best teacher cadres in Islamic boarding schools is not only done traditionally but also must be followed by a training model using today's digital technology media. Based on arguments about the importance of preaching education based on religious moderation training using digital technology, this research has focused on Islamic boarding schools in the East Bandung area. This training using digital technology is an effort to increase the literacy of Islamic boarding school teachers and students about religious moderation education. This study uses a participatory observation method, meaning that researchers who involve themselves in the object of research are carried out. The conclusion of this study shows the importance of da’wah education based on religious moderation training by using digital technology in Islamic boarding schools to keep up with the times in the 4.0 revolution era, especially in strengthening religious moderation literacy. Strengthening literacy which has a positive impact to encourage the practice of religious moderation behavior among Islamic boarding schools and the surrounding community, in East Bandung.

Analysis of Intrapersonal Skills and Interpersonal Skills on the Welfare of Micro Entrepreneurs in the COVID-19 Era

Micro business actors in the era of the covid-19 pandemic are required to rack their brains in order to maintain the continuity of their business. To be able to overcome the problem of the COVID-19 pandemic, superior human resources are needed, namely those who not only have hard skills but are also good at soft skills. The abilities or skills that must be possessed by micro entrepreneurs, such as being able to read market opportunities, not getting bored quickly, being able to work in teamwork, the ability to communicate verbally and write reports well. We can see this ability in Interpersonal Skills and Intrapersonal Skills, it can be an evaluation material, for researchers to help micro entrepreneurs survive in this pandemic. Interpersonal skills are a person's skills in dealing with others while intrapersonal skills are skills in self-regulation that are able to develop maximum performance. The purpose of this study is to be able to see the interpersonal skills and interpersonal skills possessed by micro business actors in the East Bandung area, in order to be able to overcome the economic problems faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, so that based on these skills they can increase the income and welfare of micro entrepreneurs. The results of this study indicate that the Intrapersonal Skills of micro business actors in the East Bandung area can be categorized very well for change management sub-indicators, personal characteristics and have positive reference goals. However, there are still some micro business actors who have not been able to manage time management in terms of having a regular schedule for training and in the field of stress management there are some who have not been able to share if there is a problem with those closest to them. East Bandung area can be categorized as good, such as the ability to motivate, presentation skills, communication skills, the ability to make relationships, and the ability to speak in public. While that must be a concern is the ability to lead / team work.

STUDI WAKTU PERJALANAN DAN TUNDAAN DENGAN APLIKASI VISSIM PADA RUAS JALAN A.H. NASUTION

A.H Nasution Street is one of the primary arterial roads that connect between Cileunyi to East Bandung. East Bandung region is one of the areas that chosen by people at Bandung to settle. Therefore during rush hour there is congestion at A.H Nasution Street.
 The goal of this research is to identify vehicle travel time on A.H Nasution Street, and evaluate each intersection that is one of the major delays on A.H Nasution Street and provide alternative solutions using PTV Vissim. The road sections that reviewed ini this research started from the A.H nasution – Ahmad Yani Intersection until Ditbintekjatan, (Direktorat Bina Teknik Jalan dan Jembatan) with data collection time on Monday, 9th Mar 2020 at 06.00 am – 07.00 am.
 The existing analysis on A.H Nasution street from West to East has LoS F with vehicle travel time taken for
 22 minutes 10 seconds with a delay of 410 seconds, while from East to West has LoS F with vehicle travel time taken for 23 minutes 47 seconds with a delay of 345 seconds. If repairs are made by widening the lane at Sta (0+000) – Sta (0+500) and the the prohibition of turning right at each unsignalized intersection on the section that reviewed, the A.H Nasution street from West to East has a LoS C with vehicle travel time faster with a shorter delay, while from East to West has a LoS D with vehicle travel time faster with a shorter delay.

GAMPIL : Upaya Penguatan Daya Saing Ritel Mikro di Era COVID-19 dan Peningkatan Minat Memiliki Legalitas Usaha

In micro-scale retail, there are problems with the cost of legality management, the high costs and complicated rules are obstacles and the cause of the decrease in the number of legality ownership of micro-scale retailers. Based on this, the Bandung City Government, West Java, innovated using application technology and the internet for legality management, which was called the Gadget Application Mobile for License abbreviated as GAMPIL. This study is intended to determine whether efforts to strengthen internet-based applications can reduce the number of micro retailers that do not yet have legality and create a competitive power for micro-scale retailers in Indonesia, especially the city of Bandung. With a quantitative approach and explanatory research methods, 300 retailers from the city of Bandung, East Bandung to be exact, were taken randomly as a sample in the hope that the research can provide input for the government regarding strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in Bandung City through licensing. The results obtained are that the presence of GAMPIL as an application-based business license management innovation is able to increase the competitiveness of micro-scale retailers and their interest in having legality increases by 49.1%.

Dampak Subsidi Pendidikan BOS dan KIP Pada Pengeluaran Rumah Tangga Miskin dan Rumah Tangga non Miskin di Wilayah Bandung Timur

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of the education subsidy program on household expenditures for the poor and non-poor households in Babakan Sari Village, Kiaracondong District, East Bandung. The aspects analyzed are differences in people's income, food and non-food expenditures, education subsidies, education expenditures, and education subsidies to food and non-food expenditures, in the poor and non-poor communities. This study uses a primary quantitative data analysis method, from the data processing shows that there are differences in the results of expenditures for poor households with non-poor household expenditures. Through this research, it is hoped that the poor can improve the quality of their education because education has a very important role in the development of a country. For non-poor people, they should care about education by provide financial assistance to schools for the advancement of education.

Persepsi Masyarakat Mengenai Alih Fungsi Lahan Kawasan Caringin Tilu Kecamatan Cimenyan Kabupaten Bandung

Transfer of land functions is still a common problem in some areas. Caringin Tilu is located in the hills of Mount Manglayang, East Bandung, Cimenyan Subdistrict, Bandung Regency is a conservation area that has experienced rapid development, which was productive agricultural land into a tourist area with little regard for preservation of hydrological functions, especially for critical land. The purpose of this study is to find out, describe in depth and analyze people's perceptions about land use change and its causal factors and impacts. The research method used is a qualitative research method that emphasizes the development of appreciation and motivation of what people do with the assumption to understand human behavior by first understanding the object under study.The results of this study indicate that community perceptions about land use change are determined with different perspectives relating to benefits and interests, so community perceptions are very subjective. The perception of the community, especially smallholders and non-landowners, looks very different from the community members who have an interest in responding to the development of the area in terms of its benefits. Identitas Visual pada Signage System di Pusat Perbelanjaan Metro Indah Mall

Mall is a modern shopping center that provides maximum comfort in shopping for visitors. Metro Indah Mall is the largest modern shopping center in East Bandung that provides a variety of needs. Inside Metro Indah Mall there are many facilities and a fairly large commercial area. To make mall visitors stay comfortable when exploring all areas and easily determine the location they want to visit, the visitors need an information board and wayfinding sign that easily to understand, attracts attention and has its own characteristics, soit will easily recognized and understood by visitors. This research uses a qualitative method by conducting observations, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to see how effectiveness the application of signage system are measured by visibility, readability, noticeability, readability, and the use of appropriate materials on signage. It is hoped that this research can help Metro Indah Mall in creating and implementing effective wayfinding sign, so it can improve visitors comfort and can improve the mall's image among visitors.

KECENDERUNGAN PENINGKATAN PIUTANG PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DI PUSAT PENGELOLAAN PENDAPATAN DAERAH WILAYAH KOTA BANDUNG III

The Sources of state revenue derived from motor vehicle tax in the Regional Management Center of the City of Bandung show a significant downward trend every year. This study aims to analyze the receivables of East Bandung taxpayers to the Regional Revenue Management Center and the settlement mechanism so that the existing receivables can be minimized and can be resolved. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. In order to collect research data, researchers used interview techniques and literature studies. The results of this study explain that the mismatch of the target and the realization of motor vehicle tax tends to reduce state revenue in the tax sector, the factors causing it are the lack of awareness of taxpayers in East Bandung and Bandung City Region III, the lack of socialization for people who have receivables, and inadequate human resources tax apparatus both quantitatively and qualitatively.Keywords: Local Government, Public Policy, Tax Revenue.
