E-Commerce Information System Design Using SpringBoot Framework and PostgreSQL

Advances in information technology, especially in the field of information technology, have become an integral part of our daily lives. The increasing volume and complexity of data affects almost all aspects of our activities, including education, sales, transportation, banking, and others. In a world filled with advanced technology, people expect speed and convenience in everything. Therefore, businesses need to design and build effective and reliable e-commerce information systems to meet the demands of an increasingly connected and digitalized market. In this research, e-commerce information systems are faced with the demand to efficiently manage various aspects of business such as product management, stock, transactions, delivery, and payment. RESTful web services are used as a solution to facilitate data exchange between various systems effectively by using SpringBoot Framework, which is chosen as an easily configurable and efficient framework. In addition, security and flexibility in data management were in focus, with PostgreSQL chosen as a database capable of dealing with large data volumes and providing a good level of security. By combining SpringBoot-based RESTful web services and the use of PostgreSQL database, the e-commerce information system can provide high performance, integrated, and secure, improving the user's shopping experience and building customer trust in the e-commerce platform used. The research method used by researchers in the design of this information system is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes planning, analysis, design and implementation.

ANALISIS STRATEGI E-COMMERCE PADA PT. SPADA INOVASI DIGITAL MENGGUNAKAN METODE IT BALANCED SCORECARD

The use of information systems is one of the IS/IT investments in a company. Information systems can certainly improve company performance, but many information systems have not been implemented optimally, and do not meet the company's vision, mission and goals. This research was conducted with the aim of making strategic planning for the implementation of the E-Commerce information system at PT. Beware of Digital Innovation. The strategic plan was developed based on the IT Balanced method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, then the data obtained was subjected to SWOT analysis, then mapped into the IT Balanced Scorecard. This research produces strategic recommendations that companies can implement, including: 1) from an operational excellence perspective, companies need to determine IS/IT employees and regular maintenance; 2) user orientation perspective, companies need to adjust the interface design according to customer wishes and provider manuals as a template for system use; 3) future orientation perspective, companies need to recruit employees which can be done with background checks; 4) from a business contribution perspective, companies need to maintain and improve service quality. It is hoped that the results of this research can improve the quality of PT Waspada Innovation Digital's e-commerce.

Enhancing User Experience in E-commerce through Personalization Algorithms A Study on Information System Design

This research aims to improve user experience in e-commerce through the use of personalization algorithms in information system design. The research methods used involve literature analysis, prototype development, and user testing. Literature analysis was conducted to understand the concept of personalization, relevant algorithms, and factors influencing user experience in e-commerce. Based on this understanding, a prototype e-commerce information system with personalization features was implemented. User testing is carried out to collect data about user experiences before and after implementing a personalization algorithm. The research results show that the use of personalization algorithms significantly improves user experience in e-commerce. Users report feeling more engaged, increased relevance of content, and ease in finding products that match their preferences. Apart from that, this research also identifies several important factors that need to be considered in the design of e-commerce information systems that use personalization algorithms, such as data privacy, transparency, and user control. In conclusion, the use of personalization algorithms can effectively improve user experience in e-commerce, with the important note of considering relevant factors.

The development of sales transaction is growing rapidly from time to time every business is a competing to promote and sell product, good and service online. E-Commerce is a trade transaction contact between seller and buyers using the Internet. Sumatera Silver is a shop that sells many types of silver jewelry. This store is still manually performing the sales process and transaction. The research resulted in an e-commerce information system to facilitate the buying and selling process. The design the application uses UML (Unified Modeling Language), modeling, and the programming language use is the PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), programming language based on the CodeIgniter framework with MySQL as the Databse Management System (DBMS) and sublime Text3 as the editor. The aim of development this application is so that sellers and buyers can buy and sell online, and can carry out the buying and selling process easily and effeiciently.

Digital Marketing Information System of Plantation Research Company (Case Study: PT XYZ's E-Commerce)

E-commerce has great potential in supporting the success of a company's digital marketing. However, some problems are thought to have an impact on the low percentage contribution of e-commerce sales transactions to non-e-commerce transactions. This study aims to examine the conditions of PT XYZ's e-commerce success using the success model and to see the effect of the variables in the model on the success of e-commerce. Data were obtained by interviewing techniques and filling out questionnaires that were distributed online. This study adopts the theoretical framework of DeLone and McLean (2003) to assess the success of PT XYZ's e-commerce information system implementation. Research data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that users assessed the measurement of e-commerce success as a whole in the good category. Service quality improvement can be prioritized to increase e-commerce success. According to Presidential Decree No. 99 of 1998, the replacement of small businesses with business sectors which are predominantly small business activities and need to be protected to prevent unhealthy business competition. In the development of information technology, especially in the field of internet, it is a global network that unites computer networks and interactions between one another throughout the world. The aim is by connecting the network with the producer's computer to the internet, the producer can establish relationships with buyers or customers more efficiently. In this final assignment we use the E-Commerce information system method with the YII 2 framework. And in this final assignment we produce an E-Commerce information system for the Kacio outlet in the Batusangkar area using the YII 2 Framework. By using E-Commerce marketing can be done anywhere and anytime because customers only need to access the website that has been provided.

E-Commerceat Haziz Furniture Limited Company Website-Based Digital Marketing

PT. Haziz Mebel is a company engaged in specialized furniture. The problems that occur at PT. Haziz Furniture is in managing branding and buying and selling goods with the aim of increasing company revenue. All activities carried out at PT. Haziz Furniture is still done manually and in receiving goods that are not in accordance with the stock of goods in the warehouse. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a solution to PT Haziz Furniture with a web-based application to promote and buy and sell more systematically. The sales and promotion system that still uses the conventional system makes PT. Haziz Mebel experienced various forms of difficulties in the company's operations. In this study using the Waterfall Method and the results of the research conducted resulted in a web-based furniture e-commerce information system at the Haziz Furniture furniture store. The expected result of this study is that by creating an information system, the manager of the Haziz Furniture company can increase revenue and can reduce miscommunication in company management.

During this pandemic, many people lost their jobs and switched to running their own businesses to meet their daily needs so it is possible for people to open Ultra Micro UMKM Businesses with a capital of between 2 to 5 million rupiah. With the number of UMKMs developing in Bandar Lampung City, competition is created in the business world, a strategy for sales is needed that can make it easier for sellers and consumers to buy products. Web-based information systems are one way to compete creatively in the business world. This E-commerce Information System has a database of product sales, product suppliers, product data, and sales reports. The database of product data is products purchased through suppliers, then the product sales database is generated from products that have been sold through online sales carried out locally within the scope of Bandar Lampung City. This research method uses Black-box Testing and has involved 3 examiners and showed a good response to the suitability of UMKM E-Commerce needs.

Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) can be interpreted as a technology that is the basic needs of an organization engaged in business. One of the cities in Indonesia where people and business actors have widely used e- commerce as a tool for buying and selling transactions is Bandar Lampung. Most of the people of Bandar Lampung city have used various kinds of social media and e-commerce to market products, including Ultra Micro (UMi) business actors. With so many business actors developing, it is possible to create a new Ultra Mikro (UMi) in Bandar Lampung, with capital ranging from 2-5 million students / female students and housewives domiciled in Bandar Lampung can already establish a private Ultra Micro (UMi) business. The website-based Ultra Mikro e-commerce information system is designed to be able to help the sales activities of Ultra Micro business actors. Features that can be utilized by business actors include product categories, product data, and sales data. Laravel is used as a framework in the construction of this e-commerce system with PHP programming languages and MySQL as databases. The system development methodology used is the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method has several stages, namely communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. Data collection techniques are carried out with literature studies, interviews, as well as analysis of system needs. The results of the research obtained from the development of a website-based Ultra Mikro e-commerce information system are information systems that can improve the quality of customer service and facilitate the marketing of products that can be accessed from anywhere and anytime.

Digital technology and organizational competitiveness at MTN Ghana

Information system is very important because it improves the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative duties in an organization. Therefore, there is the need to evaluate and suggest ways in which these systems can be used in order to improve performance in organizations. Information is also of value because it can transform and capture the various ways in which documents are stored and retrieved. Relating performance to the use of information system is particularly difficult because often times, it is impossible to obtain valid measure of users’ performance. The average respondent is relatively well educated. Twenty (20) respondents representing 67% of total respondents holds at least a first degree. The remaining Ten (10) respondents (representing 33% of respondents) were Commercial Noc/tech school certificate holders. As a result of the information obtained from self-administered questionnaires the study revealed that the organization involved with E -Business and E-Commerce information system. It was however encouraging knowing that the information system has improved the service at delivery by given staff the opportunity to provide good service delivery to customers and through effective survey. Due to in adequate maintenance and lack of training and education the use of information has negative effect on administrative work and organizations so need to be given proper attention.

E-Commerce Information System Management Based on Data Mining and Neural Network Algorithms

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has led to rapid development in various fields. It has many hidden related customer behavior information and future development trends in the e-commerce information system. The data mining technology can dig out useful information and promote the development of e-commerce. This research analyzes the significance and advantages of data mining technology in the application of e-commerce management systems and analyzes the related technologies of data mining and future trend prediction. This research has taken the advantages of clustering and naive Bayesian methods in data mining to classify product information and purchase preferences and other information and mine the associated data. Then, the nonlinear data processing advantages of neural networks are used to predict future purchasing power. The results show that data mining technology and neural networks have high accuracy in predicting future consumer purchasing power information. The correlation coefficient between real consumption data and predicted consumption data reached 0.9785, and the maximum relative average error was only 2.32%. It fully shows that data mining technology can obtain some unrecognizable related information and future consumption trends in e-commerce systems, and neural networks can also predict future consumption power and consumption patterns well.
