Implementing Dynamic Systems Development Method for a Web-Based System to Evaluate Child Health and Growth

The Simpang Gambir UPTD Community Health Center has developed an innovative digital system to monitor the growth of toddlers. Previously, the recording of toddler growth data was done manually, often leading to data loss or damage. This new system is designed to address these issues and provide a more efficient and accurate solution. The system not only facilitates health center staff and posyandu cadres in monitoring toddler development but also assists them in creating digital growth reports. With this system, toddler growth data can be accessed quickly and easily, facilitating decision-making regarding child health management. One of the key features of this system is its ability to track toddler growth based on weight-for-age charts. This feature allows health workers to easily identify toddlers with nutritional problems and promptly provide necessary interventions. Additionally, the system is equipped with a fast data search feature, enabling staff to easily find specific toddler growth data. The development of this system utilizes the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM), allowing for a structured and efficient development process. With this method, the system can be developed rapidly and in accordance with user needs.

Bibliographic review of AI applied to project management and its analysis in the context of the metalworking industry

Competition between companies, especially in the metalworking industry, has driven the continuous search for strategies that aim to reduce costs, improve product quality, and shorten delivery times. However, a persistent challenge that these industries face is delivery delays, caused by a number of complex factors, including supply chain issues, project management difficulties, technical and work issues.To address this issue, several approaches and methodologies have been adopted. On the one hand, agile management tools such as Scrum, Prince2 Agile, Lean Project Management, Agile Project Management and DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method) have been implemented to increase the flexibility and adaptability of production processes. On the other hand, classic analytical solutions, such as the Gantt/Waterfall Method, PMBOK Guide, Spiral Model, Prince2 and the Critical Path Method (CPM) and/or the PERT method, have been applied to ensure a clearer and more structured view of projects.In addition to these traditional approaches, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a promising tool in project management. A detailed analysis of articles reveals a marked preference for Machine Learning (ML), with particular emphasis on Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs). These AI techniques have been successfully applied in a variety of projects, especially in civil construction, helping to predict and mitigate delays, improve operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.Despite the progress made, research on the use of AI in project management still faces significant challenges, as reflected in the scarcity of available studies on the topic in project management in the metalworking industry.

the aim of this research is to determine the merchandise inventory accounting information system used by Toko Rianzi. This research method uses descriptive research by looking for theoretical research related to the merchandise inventory accounting information system. The data collection used was observation and interviews. The type of data used is quantitative data. The results of this research are expected to provide information regarding the merchandise inventory accounting information system. The design of this merchandise inventory accounting information system uses the system development method Dynamic System Development Method with 3 main stages, namely, before the project, project life cycle and after the project. As well as 5 sub stages (feasibility study, business study, model iteration, iteration design, manufacture and implementation). Development of Big Data Analytics Technology on Sea Freight Operational Performance Using the Agile Model

The development of industry 4.0 is still difficult for a country to produce all goods according to the required needs. Big data analytics technology has the potential to revolutionize how logistics companies, including freight forwarders, can facilitate real-time monitoring in the supply chain by increasing flexibility. Management information systems produce a number of data from different sources and in different formats according to business needs. The development of big data analytics uses a dynamic system development method or model (DSDM), which is a dynamic system development model that uses a rapid application development (RAD) approach. Software development with an emphasis on collaboration, customer engagement, and continuous delivery of working software. This model is very suitable for the development of big data analytics technology that can provide solutions that often involve complex and rapidly changing requirements with large amounts of data and the business need to provide feedback from stakeholders in real-time. It is hoped that the final results of this research will provide insight into sea freight operations that are more informative and efficient for the logistics industry in Indonesia.

ANALISA DAN PERANCANGAN PENGEMBANGAN E-LEARNING DENGAN METODE DSDM (STUDI KASUS SDN 01 MANISREJO KOTA MADIUN)

In digital era technology development and information growing so fast, so it can’t be denied for all aspects and especially in education already using technology to support activities. The world of education really need a technology and information to support learning activities to improve the quality better of learning, making it easier to interact teacher with student for learning resource sharing activities and sharing theory. E-Learning is a solution that can be used to support learning activities. So,in this research aims to develop E-Learning which is expected to help teacher and students in managing class schedules, study material, quiz, attendance, and exam especially at SDN 01 Manisrejo Madiun City. The method using Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) and UML for system design. From this study resulted in a proposed system analysis and design development system which can be developed into a complete system.

Systematic Literature Review of Trend and Characteristic Agile Model

Agile is a methodology and engineering approach for software development that encourages change in collaboration through tasks carried out at various stages of the software development life cycle. Scaled Agile Framework, Kanban, Scrum, Lean, Extreme Programming, Crystal, Dynamic System Development Method, and Feature Driven Development are a few of the approaches that go along with agile. Each of these approaches has distinct traits and qualities of its own. Every engineer and researcher needs to be aware of the benefits and characteristics of each method before deciding to use one. In order to assist engineers and researchers who will use one of these methods, this research will analyze it. The method used in this paper is a systematic literature review, which involved at 52 papers published in the previous eight years, from 2018 to 2022. This method is carried out by determining research questions, determining library initiation and selection, determining inclusion and exclusion criteria, and finally performing data extraction. This essay seeks to establish: (i) Study trends on each agile technique from 2018 to 2022 and (ii) Each agile method's characteristics. The results of this literature review indicate that Scrum and Extreme Programming have overtaken other agile methodologies as the most popular agile techniques over the last eight years. Through an analysis of the characteristics of each methodology, namely the development approach, suggested iteration time period, team communication, project size, project documentation, design, workflow approach, project coordinator, role assignment, coding, testing, and the nature of customer interaction, it is found that Scrum and Extreme Programming do have several advantages over other methodologies.

SIBOX Smart Loker System with Dynamic Systems Development Method

At this time logistics companies have a very important role in everyday life, especially in package delivery. The high level of online shopping is one of the reasons why the role of logistics is very important in our daily lives. Thus, seeing the common problems that occur in the conventional logistics delivery process, we came up with the idea to create an integrated smart locker to be one of the replacements for existing logistics outlets, we hope that with this application we can reduce the company's logistics expenses used in procuring logistics outlets and make it easier for couriers to work in the package delivery process. We created this application using a microservices architecture with the SDLC method used is Agile Dynamic System Development (DSDM). React JS framework as an interface and Express js and Laravel as an application that works behind the interface. The idea that we initiated we raised as a project within the company with the client from the company. In the end, the smart locker program made using the DSDM method has been completed and is ready to be implemented in the company and the client

The work course at Ahmad Dahlan University's Informatics Engineering is a course that aims for students to go directly or get projects related to technology development. One of the creative courses that students must take in semester 6 is Information Technology Project Management (MPTI), where the course is conducted in groups. Processing of final grades from MPTI courses from 3 components, namely supervisors, examiners and industry supervisors (partners). Because the value components are from various sources, a system is needed to process all processes from registration to processing the final value. The agile development method is a development method that prioritizes input from partners as users, besides that the agile method has advantages including fast, adaptive, iterative. The model used in system development in agile is the Dynamic Systems Development Method. Data collection was done by literature study, observation, and interviews. The system development stage using an iterative model includes the needs analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage, and the evaluation stage. Implementation using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. Testing is done black box test. The results of the research produced an information system and tested. Tests carried out using a black box test which resulted in 82,76%

A Gitbash-Generative Model for an Enhanced Query Processing In a Distributed Database System

This research study is directly focused on an enhanced query processing system using GitBash- Deep Generative Model, it is use to improve the performance of big data. Due to Poor query execution plan and absence of an improved aggregate query method which impose threats to qualities of good query processing in distributed databases which also cause memory pressure in a database, inflated central processing unit (CPU) and an overall reduction in concurrency. Also the volume of data use in any organization is progressively increasing in it seize, thereby resulting or demand a large storage location or space system. The availability of intended software that will confront the problem of storage contents and execution plan for query processing is a vital challenge facing big data in a processing system, which can prompt to information loss and missing record of vital document in an enterprises. The study will boost solution and addresses the problem of latencies, inability to transform and store queries, and poor query processing plans for future improvement of distributed databases, using an unsupervised learning approach such as deep generative model. The adopted methodology is dynamic system development method (DSDM). php programming language and mongoDB database is adopted for implementation. The datasets used for the proposed system was generated from e-library server/data.json (query) and is inserted into MongoDB database json format. The datasets are all trained and recognized by the Deep Generative algorithm through the Git Bash server. The proposed system result shows highly increase in the efficiency of management of big data and improved query processing. Traffic Management System for Prioritizing Emergency Over Time and Density

An analysis of the current traffic management system in Uyo, an urban city in Nigeria showed a heavy dependence on the use of traffic wardens. Where traffic control lights operate, they are based on fixed time allocation which often results in traffic congestion on the more operational lane and hinders the rescue work of first responders. This study proposes a traffic management system (TMS-ETD) that prioritizes the passage of Emergency vehicles over the lane with the longest waiting Time, and lastly the lane with highest traffic Density. The Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) guided this work. A testbed to demonstrate the practicability of this model was designed using HC-SR505 IR sensor to measure traffic density and send the data to PIC 16F770A microcontroller, programmed using MikroC PRO version 6.0.0, for processing. The model was simulated using Proteus 8 professional version 8.6 where results showed a smoother passage of emergency vehicles necessary to safeguard lives and properties. SIMULATING A REAL TIME INTERACTIVE TELEMEDICINE IN A TYPICAL NIGERIAN HOSPITAL

Telemedicine involves the provision of health care and sharing of medical knowledge using telecommunications technologies. Diagnostic, patient education health can be provided via telemedicine. Due to the shortage of medical experts, hospitals coupled with geographic isolation and lack of opportunities, delay in the system, and cost of transportation, it important to develop a robust system that will improve and change the present state of health care and delivery services. In this research work, interactive service telemedicine is designed to provide tools for overcoming the unequal distribution of health care. The proposed system also provides opportunities for patients to gain easy access to medical personnel. The methodology used for this research work is the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM). As a result of this research medical personnel, have real homes. Telemedicine is the future of health care.

Implementation of telecommunications cross-industry collaboration through agile project management

The telecommunications service provider (TSP) strategy for collaborating with the industry that utilizes the Internet of Things (IoT) is an excellent opportunity to overcome digital disruption. TSP serves only human-type customers, thus constructing new business processes for the IoT, a non-human customer base, is a challenge to be addressed. Some large companies that are transforming business processes face difficulties in using the strategic framework for reasons such as ineffective management of organizational change, internal resistance, technical issues, and conflicts between frameworks and business needs. The enterprise architecture (EA) is a comprehensive strategic framework that involves company analysis, design, and solution implementation. This study examines transformation project implementation based on the EA model as a prototype, from business strategy to practice, using the concept of three intersections among project management, strategic management, and business processes. Thus, the aims of this study are to develop a method for implementing a telecommunications cross-industry collaboration project with an IoT-based company, and heuristic implementation of the method as a research initiative in producing an EA model as a project prototype. The development of the proposed methodology requires the dynamic systems development method (DSDM) as the agile foundation, including pre-project, feasibility, business study, functional model, design and build, and implement. The implementation phase proposes a transformation strategy that addresses company elements: 22 at business layer, 6 at application layer, 4 at technology layer, and 15 relationships, to be executed by the company in order to increase the company's competitive value.

Web-based promotional media is a web which specifically becomes a place to promote information such as coupons and discounts that exist and gather people who want to promote in a practical way, so as to save money and also time in the process of making promotions. Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) is a system framework that provides a lot of knowledge about project management. The DSDM method framework has five stages in designing and building the system, namely the feasibility stage, business studies, functional model iteration, design and build iteration, and implementation phase. The use of DSDM in system development can save time because the system design process is structured and neat, and also after the system is successfully built, the system maintenance process using the DSDM method can be done quickly and efficiently. The system to be built also uses a Codeigniter software framework. The Codeigniter framework is a PHP framework that can save time for programmers in designing a system.

Tracer studies are a method used by tertiary institutions to track, monitor, and supervise graduates that have been produced by tertiary institutions. These activities can make a performance measurement related to the implementation of education so far. Currently, the tracer study has been developed to become a system that can provide decisions and measure graduates using an intelligent agent (AI). In this study, the authors used a descriptive research method, namely developing an information system based on existing data and developed using PHP software, and the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) is a system development method. Researchers have implemented an AI integration framework in a web-based tracer study architecture. System evaluation is used as the next research iteration of the proposed decision support system, this study also aims to monitor graduates. School Operational Effectiveness Analysis Web Based Event System with Dynamic Systems Development

School institutions in Batam have problems in how the events they conduct can support the school's operational effectiveness. The solution model for these problems is to build web-based event systems using the dynamic systems development (DSDM) method. This system aims to solve problems that occur in event scheduling at activities carried out at school institutions in Batam. The school representative used is a school in Batam. The method is done by learning and the feasibility of case studies, model functionality, design, and implementation. This implementation produces a system that is very helpful in processing data and reports during the event. Starting from the registration of the event, the continuity of the event, until the completion of the event, all can be stored in detail. Besides users, there are also managers and administrators. Managers have a role to manage the data entered by registrants, while administrators give access to each user account and maintain system security. This system is divided into 2 roles with one as a user and one acting as an administrator. Registrants to participate in this event act as users. The results of this study are that school operational effectiveness increases after implementing this web-based event system.

This is a very slow process of work of the officers of the posyandu and not efisien Posyandu services process and often the parents who come to the Posyandu by not bringing KMS made the parents do not have a handle to monitor Toddler development so that in this study enulis information systems Design Services make Posyandu as Monitoring Developments for parents (SIPELAKOR) as one of the solutions of the problems of the existing system running at Posyandu to help simplify the entire process of service development and monitoring of Posyandu Toddlers using Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) as a method of development lnak and the Unified Modelling Language (UML) as an Object-based visual modeling tools for designing this Posyandu services system.

The type of data used is quantitative data. The results of this study are expected to be able to find out information about merchandise inventory accounting information systems. The design of the merchandise inventory accounting information system uses the method of developing the Dynamic System Development Method system with 3 main stages (before the project, project life cycle and after the project) and 5 sub stages (feasibility studies, business studies, looping models, repetition of design and manufacture and application). The discussion of design research on inventory inventory accounting information systems is expected to facilitate convenience stores in making inventory reports and financial reports.

Development of Sales Modules for Agricultural E-Commerce Using Dynamic System Development Method

E-Commerce is a process model of selling and buying goods using information and communication technology. This business model offers a broad market for products owned by the seller. However this sales model is not yet common for agricultural products. Most of the process of buying and selling agricultural products is still done conventionally. The lack of agricultural e-commerce sites is the main reason for the research conducted. This research will develop an agricultural e-commerce system. This system has two main modules that are sales module and purchasing module. This article specifically develops sales modules for agricultural e-commerce. The used of this model is based on characteristic of the project which have limited number of development team and short development time. The development stages consist of pre-project, feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build iteration. To what extent the medical device software regulations can be achieved with agile software development methods? XP—DSDM—Scrum

For medical device software development organizations, it is very challenging to maintain both conformance to the strict regulatory requirements enforced by the safety-critical nature of the domain and achieve efficiency in software development. Agile software development methods provide promising solutions to overcome the efficiency issues and the challenges of traditional software development approaches in the domain. Previously, we investigated to what extent the regulatory requirements defined in MDevSPICE® (the software process assessment framework for medical device software development) are met through using eXtreme Programming (XP) and Scrum and what additional practices have to be performed to ensure safety and regulatory compliance in the medical device software development domain. In this paper, we extended the research to include the Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) which covers the whole software development life cycle. Here, we provide a comprehensive and quantitative analysis of XP’s and DSDM’s suitability for medical device software development and briefly discuss Scrum from the same perspective. We provide the coverage ratios of processes and practices defined in MDevSPICE® when these agile software development methods are implemented.

Developing an Information System for Social Value Creation

This paper presents a proposal for an Information System (IS) to operationalise a social business model to promote active ageing and create social value. The aim of the IS is to support a senior social exchange programme grounded on Travel 2.0 concepts in social economy organisations that seeks to promote tourism experiences for the elderly and underlying active ageing. The design of the IS was guided by the Dynamic Systems Development Method framework and considers a set of identified requirements and the specific needs of each stakeholder. Since the product is intended to be used by a heterogeneous group of users from distant geographic places, the resulting software artefact should be sensitive to these conditions.
