Pengaruh Motivasi, Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ((Studi Kasus Bagian Produksi Parts Pada PT Noble Medan)

Human Resources is an important property by a company. Having a high performance, attitude and motivation of human resources would support the main goal of the company. Reaching the main goal of the company would make the company is able to survive in the middle of the higher of minimum wage in Indonesia, especially in Medan . The main goal of the research is to know that motivation and performance coaching make a significant influence toward employee performance in production parts in PT. Noble Medan even in partial or simultaneous. Population of the research is all of the employee of parts production of PT. Noble Medan, which is count 147 people, from this population the researcher will choose sample that used as respondent in this research. Then, the researcher used simple random sample in this research. By using Slovin formula, then the researcher get 108 people as sample. Method of data accumulation is by using answer sheet. The data analysis is using double linier regression by using SPSS software. Result of the research shows that by giving motivation and job coaching was influential toward employee performance even partial or simultaneously, while the percentage of determination coefficient (R2) was 25.30%. it means that performance was influenced by motivation and coaching in the amount of 25.30%, while the others influence by others revealed variables

Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran IPS Siswa SMP YPM 6 Tarik Sidoarjo

Liquit Crystal Display (LCD) is frequently as either computer monitor or notebook. Laptop connected projector can be an interesting learning medium. Display on the screen is wide enough at about 2 x 2 meter, is suitable use to a big groups. The combination between laptop and LCD projector can present massage at learning method based on prepare design. Massage design can be audio, dtill visual, moving visual, audio moving visual; audio with colorfull display the students are interested in learning process. This research use an explanatory research approach. The research population SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo, using 64 students samples which meanc that 20% from the whole 314 student. The used sampling method is random sampling proportional technique. The method using the previous data sampling has undergone validaty and reliability test which involve 25 students of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Meanwhile, data analysis technique uses double linier regression, with the assistance of SPSS versi 16.00. Base on the result of research done by the writer about the influence of the usage of LCD projector in indicator process and learning motivation towards student subject achievement of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo can be concluded that there is signifivant influence achievement between the usage of LCD projector toward social subject achievement of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo. And also there is a simultaneous significant influence between the usage of LCD projector and the student’s learning motivation toward social subject achievement of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Therefore, from this research the writer suggest that the social subject teachers of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo had better use learning medium variously either using LCD projector or improving the student’s spirit in the various efforts to improve the student’s study achievement.

PARTISIPASI PETANI ANGGOTA GAPOKTAN DALAM PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN USAHA PANGAN USAHA PANGAN MASYARAKAT (PUPM) DI DESA MANCASAN KECAMATAN BAKI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

<p>The research aimed to investigate the characteristics of farmer gapoktan member which consist of influential factor-factor of program PUPM receiver, to investigate the participation of gapoktan member in PUPM program at stage of planning, implementing, utilizing the result and evaluating and investigating the influence of gapoktan member characteristics which consist of internal and external factor towards participation level of gapoktan member in PUPM. The location of the research was intentionally determined because Mancasan Village is the only village which receives PUPM in year of 2016 in Sukoharjo Regency. The method of sample taking was done randomly using proportional random sampling by the number of sample is 50 people. The data analysis used double linier regression. The result of the research showed that: (1) non formal education, income, land area and organization culture has significantly influenced towards the level of gapoktan member participation whereas other factor such as member’s liveliness, group management, and government role doesn’t influence significantly towards the level of gapoktan member participation in PUPM program, (2) low category factors which influence gapoktan member participation such as non-formal education and income, fair category member’s liveliness, very low category of land area, well category of management group, culture organization, and government role, (3) farmer gapoktan member participation at stage of planning and utilizing the result categorized fair enough while at stage of planning categorized very low and at stage of evaluating categorized low.</p>

Pengaruh Partisipasi Eksekutif Dan Kompleksitas Sistem Terhadap Sistem Informasi Pada Perusahaan Konstruksi Di Kota Mataram

The title of this research is “The Excecutives Participation and System Complexity Concerning The Development of Information System at the construction Company in Mataram City” which is intended for knowing the simultaneously and partially influence between excecutive’s participation and system complexity concerning the development of information system. 
 The sample determined which is used in this research is the stratified random sampling method with 56 people samples. The hypothetic test which used is the double linier regression. The F test is used for knowingthe influence of independent variable concerning the dependent variable concerning the dependent variable partially. 
 Based on the analysis which have done before, known that the excecutive’s participation and system complexity variable is influenced simultaneously concerning the development of information system. The result of second hypothetic analysis showed that the eexecutive’s participation had influenced partially concerning the development of information system, while system complexity had it.
 Based on the research result that have gotten, the next researcheris hoped to develop more sample or to add the other variable which is predicted that it has influence ininformation system development, like the communication of user developerand user affect and take a sample industry building on process (continues product).

Pengaruh Supervisi Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Siswa Di Lembaga Pendidikan Smect Sains Medan

Trade world competition today was really strict. The company was demand to compete with safe in order to get vision and mission of the company which is planned. Supervision to the occupation agent and the job that done, also operate with a good quality service was two things that should have by a company, to reach the main goal of the company it self. Achieving the goal of the company would make that company will be able to survive in the middle of the highest competition of the trade in Indonesia, especially in Medan Island. 
 The purpose that achieve by doing this research was is supervision and service quality significantly influencing toward student’s satisfaction to guidance institution of SMECT Sains Medan, even in partial or simultaneously. 
 Population of the research was all of students of SMECT Sains Medan with amount 168 people, from the population the researcher took sample that used in this research as respondent. Even, the technique of sampling was used simple random sampling. In used Slovin’s formula then the researcher got the amount of sampling as many as 116 students. The method of data accumulation was done by angket. Data analysis that the researcher used was double linier regression by used SPSS program. 
 The result of the research shows that supervision given and quality service was influenced toward students’ satisfaction in partial or simultaneously, even percentage of coefficient of determination (R2) was 0,250 or 25% even the others influenced by motivation and coaching as 25%, even the other was influenced unrevealed variable.

PENGARUH INSENTIF DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. DUTA EXPO LABUHANBATURANTAUPRAPAT

Sampling method using saturated sampling (the census) on the performance of the employees on PT Duta Expo Labuhanbatu as much as 40 people. Testing the hypothesis using the double linier regression, with test launches ( test F), and partially (test t) to know the influence of the independent variables against the dependent varaibel on the level of trust 95% or α = 0.05. The results of the analysis showed that the influence of the structure of incentives and competence of employees performance with the results of the regression Y = 7,544 0,050 X1 1,369 X2,which means that without the existence of incentives and competence, the performance of the employees will remain with the value of 7,544. While the value of R² = 60,20% and the rest of the other variables is not influenced involved in this research.

PENGARUH IKLAN TELEVISI DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN MIE INSTAN (SURVEI PADA MASYARAKAT TANJUNG SELAMAT)

This research was to know: (1) the influence of television commercials against the decision of the purchase of instant noodles (survey with the community of Tanjung selamat), (2) the influence of the price of the purchase decision instant noodles (survey with the community of Tanjung selamat). This research including survey research with quantitative approach. The population in this research is the community of Tanjung Selamat. Based on the results of the calculation of the specified number of samples is used as much as 98 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested and reliabilitasnya validity. Data analysis technique that is used is a double linier regression. The results of the study showed that: (1) influential television commercials significant on the Tanjung Selamat, proved from the value of the significance of 0,000<0.05 and regression coefficient of 0,058, (2) the price of a significant effect of Tanjung Selamat, proved from the significance of 0,000<0.05 and regression coefficient of 0,181.

Intellectual Capital, Financial Performance and Market Performance : Evidence From High IC Intensive Company in Indonesia

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of intellectual capital on firm financial performance and market performance. The company studied is the financial sectors High IC Intensive companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). 52 companies in period of 2014- 2017 are chosen for sample. Independent variable used are the intellectual capital measured using VAIC and MBIC, while the data analysis technique used double linier regression. The results showed that the intellectual capital (VAIC) effect the company's financial performance Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) and market performance. Meanwhile, intellectual capital (MBIC) affect the company's financial performance Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), but it didn't effect the market performance.

PENGARUH KONFLIK KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT POS INDONESIA (Persero) BENGKULU 38000

This research aims to know the effect of work conflicts and working pressure toward employees’ performance of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bengkulu 38000. This research was an explanatory research by using quantitative research. Sample of this research was all of the population of the PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bengkulu 38000 employee with total sample was 103 employee. To know the validity of the data, the researcher used validity and reliability of instrument. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, the researcher used double linier regression. Based on the result of analysis data, the researcher found that 1) concurrently work conflicts and working pressure give significant positive effect toward the employees’ performance of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bengkulu. 2) Partially work conflicts give significant positive effect toward the employees’ performance of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bengkulu. 3) Partially working pressure give significant positive effect toward the employees’ performance of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bengkulu.

Gender : Stress Levels On Performance In Modern Industry

This research aims to understand the influence of gender and working stress on working performance. There are three independent variables and one dependent variable, namely gender influence, working stress and working environment as the independent variables and working performance as dependent variable. This study object is the employees in Jakarta. The research is conducted towards 161 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach method and slovin method. Data analysis is conducted by using double linier regression and is processed by using SPSS program Version 23. The result of the study shows that the gender and working environment have a positive and significant influence towards employees performance, and working stress has a negative and significant influence towards employees performance.

FAKTOR DOMINAN PADA TEKANAN DARAH PENDERITA HIPERTENSI

The lifestyle changes influence to dietary habit, less physical activity, smoking,stress, family’s background and eating foods habit in high natrium, low fiber, low potassiumand low calcium will bring the consequences of developing hypertension. The aim of thisresearch was to find the relation between the consumptions of fiber, natrium, potassium,calcium and physical activity with blood pressure of hypertension patients at Basuki Rahmadlocal medical center working area Bengkulu City on 2016. This research was survey analyticwith cross-sectional approachment. The sample was done by using simple random samplingtechnique. Then the data was analyzed in bivariet by using correlation regression and wasanalyzed through multivariate by using double linier regression. The result of this researchshowed the respondents consumption of fiber, natrium, potassium, calcium was under theaverage normal requirements and the physical activity of hypertension patients was in mildactivity category (p value < 0,05). The dominant factor of blood pressure relation in thisresearch was fiber consumption. It is needed to do socialization and nutrient consultation byusing leaflets about the food that contains high fiber, potassium and calcium and also lownatrium to hypertension patients so that the respondents can keep dietary habit and reduce bloodpressure.

ANALISIS PENGARUH TARIF STEVEDORING, CARGODORING, DAN RECEIVING/ DELIVERY TERHADAP VOLUME BONGKAR MUAT MAKANAN TERNAK

The implementation of reloading activity is based on the rule which is exist and behaved according to each port’s condition, where the training and supervising are done and consist of the government thoroughly, the reloading workers and the reloading company factor. In the reloading activity, any kind of problems and the consideration of reloading company expands large cost for reloading taxes which is consist of stevedoring, cargodoring, and receiving/ delivery, so it can decrease the export import volume. In addition to make efficiency, in reloading operation needs absolute plan, so it can make an effective work plan with an optimal result. Corporation between each person in the field or the person who take a hand in the administration will be influenced much from the reloading taxes problem. For the increasing reloading taxes to face the competition between company, international competition intervention, the economic condition which is unstable and the fast growing technology development are the external factors which make the company should find a new trick to functioned the human resources and the budget more effective and efficient. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of stevedoring, cargodoring, and receiving/ delivery taxes toward pet feed reloading volume at Tanjung Perak Port, Surabaya in 1995 - 2004. The analysis which is used in this research are double linier regression. From this regression can be found Y = 203153,8 +16,128X1 – 484,036X2+ 224,570X3. Regression analysis also shows that all of the independent variable simultaneously have significant effect toward pet feed reloading volume at Tanjung Perak port Surabaya. Nevertheless, based on partial test, only stevedoring variable and cargodoring which have significant effect on reloading volume.

Determination Factor Alumni and Student of Economic Faculty Lamongan Islamic University to Become Enterpreneur

ABSTRAK The current condition of the world in a work becomes more difficult while the people that need the job continues to increase. One way to solve the current conditions with make the employment not seeking job namely entrepreneur. According to the data from the BPS the level of entrepreneurship in Indonesia have increased in the 2013/2014 and still 1.67 percent and now based on data BPS already rose to 3.1 percent. This was allegedly caused by an improvement in the motivation from both internal factors and external factors. The problems in the search is how the influence of the risk tolerance factor, freedom in working, success themselves in pushing the entrepreneurs decision either partially or simultaneously and which the dominant factors.This research uses the validity Test, Test reliability, classical assumptions, double linier Regression, double correlation, Determination Test, F and t tests. The results of the analysis showed that the questionnaire used in the collection of data is valid and reliable and does not have the problem of classical assumptions. Y = 3,790 + 0,246 X1 + 0,242 X2 + 0,313 X3, R = 0,705. F count ( 29,585) > F table (2.71). From t test, obtained : t count x1y t (2,624); x2y (3,083): x3y (3,569) > t table (1,987). From the explanation is deduced the existence of a significant influence of both simultaneously and partially between independent variables against the Decision of the Entrepreneurs at the Faculty Of Economics University of Islam Lamongan. The results of this study are expected, can be made in consideration in motivating and developing learning about entrepreneurship at Islamic University of Lamongan Key Words : Motivation risk tolerance, freedom in working, success themselves & the decision entrepreneurs.

PENGARUH PARTISIPASI PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA APARAT PEMERINTAH DAERAH DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI Studi pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Temanggung

This research is aimed to examine the effect of budget arragement participation, organization culture and leadership style toward local goverment officials performance, with organization commitment as moderating variable on local government of Temanggung. Budget is an effective short tem arrangement, high scale of budget arragement participation,organization culture and leadership style toward local goverment officials performance, and organization commitmen can support budget run well. Populations in this research are local government officials in SKPD Temanggung. Object in this research are head of division, division head, sub-division head and section head, data collection methode in this research with survei and questionaire. Data analysis technique used in this research are double linier regression and moderated regression analysis. The results of this research show that budget arrangement participation and leadership style influence the local government performance, organization commitment can moderate organization culture effect and leadership style toward local government performance, but it can not moderate budget arrangement participation effect toward local government officials performance.

PENGARUH LAJU PERTUMBUHAN INFLASI, HARGA MINYAK DUNIA DAN DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL AVERAGE TERHADAP INDEKS HARGA SAHAM GABUNGAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2007-2011

This research attempts to influence the inflation growth, the oil price dow jones industrial average to Composite Stock Price Index which is registred in indonesian stock exchange in the period of 2007-2011. The population in this research was the whole index in indonesian stock exchange (ISE). The sample was taken based on sampling purpodive. The data analysis technique used double linier regression. The dependent variable in this research was the growth of Composite Stock Price Index, while the independent variable was the inflation growth, the oil price and dow jones industrial average. The results of this research showed that the almost dependent variable used had effects for the growth of Composite Stock Price Index. The inflation rate growth variable did not have effects on Composite Stock Price Index growth, while the oil price rate variable and dow jones industrial average had effects on Composite Stock Price Index growth. Simultaneously, the independent variables examinedhere had effects on Composite Stock Price Index growth.

THE EFFECTS OF STUDENT’S PERCEPTION ON ROLE PLAY TECHNIQUE AND STUDENTS’ LEARNING MOTIVATION ON SPEAKING SKILLS

Abstract : Th is research is a kind of survey and aims to find out and analyze empirically the e ffects of s tudent’ s p erception on role p lay and s tudents’ l earning m otivation on s peaking skills. The observed population of this research is IX grade s tudents of State J unior High School, North Jakarta, which total of 195 students on six classes (9-1, 9-2, 9-3, 9-4, 9-5, 9-6). While the samples are 66 students which are divided evenly 11 students per class. The collection of the data is done by questionnaire and objective test for independent and dependent variables. The gained data was then analyzed by using correlation technique and double linier regression. The result of this research are: 1) There is a significant effect of student’s perception on role play method and learning motivation jointly on student’s speaking skill , b ased on the ANOVA table, the sig. value revealed is 0.000 which is lower than 0.05. Since sig. value t (2.999 > 1.998) ; 3) There is a significant effect of learning motivation on students’ speaking skill , since t value > t ( 5 . 119 > 1.998) . The findings of the research shows that all indicators for student’s perception on role play, motivation and speaking skill variables are valid and reliable. The mean scores show that the students felt Agree to the Roleplay, and felt Strongly Agree both to the Motivation and Speaking Skill, which can be concluded that the students are showing positive respond to Role Play and Strong Positive responds on Motivation and Speaking Skill.The hypothesis testing revealed that Role play method and motivation has significant partial and simultaneous effect on students’ speaking skill. Role play facilitate students to communicate and understand what they are communicating and what the other are saying. The motivation of the students encourage the student to intensively engaged in English language by communicating-speaking and listening as well to provide feedback based on the partners’ oral communication, thus enhance speaking skill.

PENGARUH SEKTOR RIIL DAN KEUANGAN SYARIAH TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2007-2014

Abstract : The research objectives of this research are to examine signifcant infuence of real sector of manufacture industry, real sector of trade, hotel, and restaurant, syariah fnance of syariah bank and syariah fnance of payment bank of syariah community to the growth of economy in Indonesia whether partial or simultan. The rsearch was used quantitative approach which used associative research. The taking of sample used nonprobability sampling technique and purposive sampling tehnique. The data used are secunder data which are gotten by triwulan data of gross domestic bruto based on constant price and from statistic report of syariah bank in year 2007-2014. The data accumulation are documentation and document study. The research was used method of clasic assumptsion experiment analysis, the experiment of doubled linier regression, hypotheses experiment, and the experiment of determination coefsien. The result of the reaserch showed that partially (individually), the syariah fnance of syariah bank infuenced positively and signifcantly to the growth of economy in Indonesia and syariah fnance of syariah bank and syariah fnance of payment bank of syariah community infuenced positively and signifcantly to the growth of economy in Indonesia. Meanwhile, simultaneously (collective) between the fnancial of syariah bank and syariah fnance of payment bank of syariah community infuenced signifcantly to the growth of economy in Indonesia. For variable of real sector in manufacture industry and real sector of trade, hotel and restaurant statistically couldn’t be continue, because in data excemination showed that there was problem of Multikolinieritas. So, the researcher took an action to delete variable which by Multikolinieritas by the reason if that problem was solred by using PCA prosedure. There is only one factor which represented all of free independent variable, so when picturing the similarity of factor regretion could be represented of each free variable to dependent variable, because it could not be seen which variable having the positive connection and which variable having negative connection to dependent variable. PENGARUH HUTANG LUAR NEGERI, PENANAMAN MODAL ASING, DAN TABUNGAN DOMESTIK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI INDONESIA (1976 - 2000)

Indonesian economic development along with economic growth needs sustainable development funding sources. This research examines the effect of developmental funding sources such as international debt, foreign investment, and domestic saving toward the development of Indonesian economy.The analysis instrument of the research is double linier regression with ECM model (Error Correction Model). ECM model is an econometric model that can be used to search for regression equations of short term and long-term balance. The data employed are data time series gathered with annual method starting from 1976 to 2000. These data are a secondary data obtained from the financial reports of Indonesian Bank and Statistics Center Agency. Furthermore, to reveal whether the estimation result can be trusted, the researcher performs classical assumption test and statistical test. The analysis result shows that the three factors of funding source for economic development above have significant effect toward the growth of Indonesian economy.
