Analisis Potensi Kawasan Pengembangan Lahan Pertanian Tanaman Padi Sawah di Kabupaten Tanah Datar

This study aims to determine 1) the level of suitability of wet-rice land on food agricultural land in Tanah Datar Regency, 2) existing land cover in Tanah Datar Regency and 3) potential wet-rice land development areas in Tanah Datar Regency. The method used is a descriptive approach with quantitative research. Data was processed using fuzzy logic, supervised classification, and spatial data analysis. The results of this study show 1) Tanah Datar Regency has 3 levels of land suitability with an index value of 0-0.59 which is classified at the level of unsuitable to less suitable for rice paddy agricultural crops, with an area of 7,583.9 Ha with a percentage of 5.5%. The second category of land suitability with an index value of 0.6-0.79 is classified as moderately suitable to suitable, with an area of 98,955.7 Ha with a percentage of 71.8%. The third category of land suitability with an index value of 0.8-1.0 which is classified as moderately - highly suitable for wetland agricultural crops, with an area of 31,267.7 Ha with a percentage of 22.7% of the total area of the study site. 2) Analysis of existing land cover using Landsat 8 satellite images in 2023 in Tanah Datar District shows that the structure of land cover in 2023 is as follows: dense vegetation cover covering 93,385.5 Ha with a percentage of 67.9%, followed by agricultural land covering 35,630.6 Ha with a percentage of 25.8%, settlements covering 1,828.3 Ha with a percentage of 1.4%, open land covering 137.6 Ha with a percentage of 0.09%, and waters.

Management of Nagari Pariangan Tourism Village and The Economic Impact of The Nagari Pariangan Community in Tanah Datar District, West Sumatra Province

This research discusses "Tourism Village Management and the Economic Impact of the Nagari Pariangan Community." The purpose of this research is to describe the management of the pariangan nagari tourism village and the economic impact of the pariangan community. The theory used in this research is the theory of community participation from Edward Inskeep. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The findings in this study explain that the management and impact in this tourist village are by increasing human resources for all activists and tourism business actors in Nagari Pariangan, improving and developing tourism objects in Nagari Pariangan, and fostering ummkm in Nagari Pariangan. The impact of tourist villages on the community is an increase in community income through MSMEs and opening up new jobs.

DIFFERENCES IN FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT RESULTS OF BASIC PHYSICS 2 STUDENTS IN OFFLINE AND ONLINE LECTURES ON SPECIAL RELATIVITY THEORY MATERIAL

The research was motivated by the Galodo disaster that occurred in Tanah Datar district. This disaster has an impact on the implementation of basic physics 2 lectures at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar which must be carried out online using the Zoom application. The research was conducted on two different campuses, namely 2nd semester students at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar and UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the results of formative assessments of students who conduct online and offline lectures by chatting with lecturers, teaching methods, and teaching media. This research was analyzed using a quantitative approach with a control group posttest only design. The instrument used is a formative question on special relativity material in essay form. The results of the study were analyzed using an independent sample t test which resulted in a 2 tailed sig value (0.269) > 0.05 which indicates that there is no difference in the results of students' basic physics formative assessment between students who conduct online and offline lectures on special relativity theory material. The average formative score of students is also not much different in both samples. The use of appropriate lecture methods, strategies, and media needs to be improved in basic physics 2 lectures.

Application of Management Aspects in Business in Beef Cattle Group

Community service was conducted at the Balai Gadang Sapan livestock group in the Rambatan sub-district, Tanah Datar district. This group's businesses are beef cattle breeding and organic fertilizer processing. The problem with group businesses is that management and business knowledge still need to be higher. Group members still need help to apply management and business principles in managing the business. This community engagement aims to develop the Balai Gadang Sapan group business by increasing the performance and productivity of the beef cattle breeding and organic fertilizer processing business (UPPO) through implementing management aspects in the group business. The methods for carrying out activities were lectures, discussions, mentoring, and demonstrations. The stage carried out in implementing those four methods was the preparation stage, namely preparing material related to completing the solution in the form of PowerPoint, modules, banners, and leaflets. At the implementation stage, modules were distributed to participants, and the material was later. The evaluation stage involved participants filling out a prepared questionnaire. This evaluation was carried out to determine the group's ability to implement management aspects. The results of this activity were five essential aspects that must be applied in group management: making plans consisting of learning and business planning, organizing, and carrying out activities, evaluating business activities, and cadre of management. The group's ability to apply management aspects can be improved at the intermediate and primary levels.

Species diversity of Odonata as a bioindicator of water pollution in the Batang Harau watershed, Tanah Datar District, West Sumatra

The Batang Harau River was located in Nagari Paninjauan, X Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. The local community uses this river as a water source to carry out various daily activities, such as the irrigation of rice fields; household activities, and household waste disposal. The research aimed to analyze the comparison of dragonfly species diversity as a bioindicator for pollution in several habitat types (natural, rice fields, and settlements). The observations were made by exploring and walking along the river in the morning (9 am – 12 am) and evening (3 pm - 5 pm). The Visual Encounter Survey (VES) method was modified using a 20 m x 10 m plot, and all dragonflies found in this area were collected using an insect net. The data obtained were analyzed using the ShannonWienner diversity index, the Margalef species richness index, and Simpson’s dominance index. A total of 280 individuals, 12 species from 7 families, were collected in this study site. Most Odonata species were found in natural areas, followed by rice fields and settlements. The environmental conditions have affected the diversity of Odonata. The odonates can be used as bioindicators of the aquatic environment, especially in the suborder Zygoptera, which is dominantly found in natural habitats.

Body measurements and body weight from the crossing of Swamp Buffalo with Murrah Buffalo in Tanjung Bonai Regency, Lintau Buo Utara Subdistrict, Tanah Datar District

This study aimed to determine the body measurements and body weight of crossbred Swamp buffalo with Murrah buffalo in Nagari Tanjung Bonai, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. This study used 42 buffaloes from the crossing of Swamp buffalo with Murrah buffalo aged <12 months, 12-24 months, and >24 months. The methods used in this study were survey and census. The research location was determined based on the location of the crossbred buffaloes. The data collected consisted of primary data and secondary data. The variables observed were chest circumference, body length, shoulder height, and body weight. Data were analyzed descriptively, including mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of variance. The results showed: Chest circumference of buffaloes at <12 months old males 145 cm and females 140.13 cm; 12-24 months old males 182.75 cm and females 175.33 cm; and>24 months old males 199.56 cm and females 181.14 cm. Buffaloes’ body length at the aged <12 months old males 101.33 cm and females 95.87 cm, 12-24 months old males 127.25 cm and females 115.33 cm, and > 24 months old males 141.78 cm and females 127.71 cm. Buffaloes’ shoulder height at <12 months old males 100.11 cm and females 97.25 cm, 12-24 months old males 121.75 cm and females 119.50 cm, and >24 months old males 141.11 cm and females 126 cm. Body weight of buffaloes at the age of <12 months 270.48 kg and 232.96 kg, age 12-24 months male 410.27 kg and female 379.75 kg, and age >24 months male 472.50 kg and female 403.97 kg. This study concluded that male and female buffaloes from crossing Swamp buffalo with Murrah buffalo had chest circumference, body length, shoulder height, and body weight that increased with age. Male buffaloes have a larger size than female buffaloes.

The Role of Tuo Banda Local Institutions in Improving Competitiveness and Implementation of Salibu Technology in Rice Farming in Tanah Datar District, Indonesia

Local Tuo Banda institutions play an important role in irrigation water management to support the application of Salibu technology in rice farming. Data analysis was done quantitatively using the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) method. The result showed that Tuo Banda as a local institution in managing irrigation water is very instrumental in ensuring the availability of water for the application of Salibu technology in rice farming in Tanah Datar District, Indonesia. The failure of the implementation of Salibu rice technology so far in some places is due to the absence of local institutions to ensure the availability of irrigation water for Salibu rice farming. Rice business with Salibu technology has competitiveness based on the acquisition of private benefits and social benefits as well as a competitive advantage and comparative advantage.

Analisis Faktor-Faktor Pemeliharaan Aset Irigasi Kabupaten Tanah Datar

According to Minister of Public Works No. 12 of 2014, drainage with good conditions if drainage is able to control residential water so that it does not disturb and harm the community. However, looking at the current drainage conditions in Tanah Datar Regency, there are still many that are not well maintained. Based on field surveys, it was found that irrigation conditions in Tanah Datar district had good conditions of 56.69%, in other words, as many as 379 irrigation areas were only in good condition, the rest ± 43.31% were severely damaged and lightly damaged. This will affect planting productivity for farmers in the area around Tanah Datar Regency, (PSDA field of PUPR Office in 2023). The causes of damage to the irrigation network in Tanah Datar district in recent years are caused by landslides, overflow of irrigation water due to large amounts of sedimentation and garbage, lack of maintenance after irrigation is built, and lack of P3A members and community participation and sense of belonging to irrigation. The purpose of this study is to analyze, determine the dominant factors of irrigation asset maintenance management in Agam District and find solutions or solutions to improve the maintenance of irrigation assets in Tanah Datar District. This study used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that there are 8 factors that determine the management of irrigation maintenance in Agam Regency, consisting of factors such as the physical condition of irrigation networks, planting productivity, planting facilities, personnel organization, documentation, P3A conditions, funds and community participation.

Agro-tourism development sustainable analysis based on agricultural landscapes in Nagari Pandai Sikek, Tanah Datar District, West Sumatera

In agro-tourism development, sustainable agricultural development in Nagari Pandai Sikek is expected to continue in terms of superior commodities and tourist attraction objects. This study aimed to analyze agro-tourism development based on agricultural and cultural landscapes in Nagari Pandai Sikek based on ecological, economic, socio-cultural, and institutional aspects, using Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis and the Rapfish method. The results of the status of agro-tourism development in Nagari Pandai Sikek on the Jorong Pagu-pagu of Nagari Pandai Sikek ecological dimension have the highest value of 56.76, with a fairly sustainable sustainability status. The economic dimension of Jorong Baruah of Nagari Pandai Sikek has the highest value of 84.41 with its sustainability status. The social dimension of Jorong Baruah of Nagari Pandai Sikek has the highest score of 99.98, with good sustainability status. The institutional dimension of Jorong Baruah of Nagari Pandai Sikek has the highest score of 99.98 with its sustainability status. The attributes that influence each dimension are the ecological dimension of land management and the economic dimension of harvest productivity. The dimension of community social organization is the institutional dimension of the tourism management group.

Cancellation of a Certificate of Ownership Based on a District Court Decision in Tanah Datar District

The problem formulations in this research are: the reason why the plaintiff did not submit a request for annulment to the BPN, the process of canceling a land title certificate based on a district court decision in Tanah Datar Regency, the status of the sale and purchase of land objects whose certificates are not valid but have not been canceled by the BPN, This research uses normative-empirical juridical methods. The reasons why the plaintiff did not submit an application for cancellation to the BPN were due to the plaintiff's ignorance of the cancellation procedure, physical control and certificates that were still controlled by the defendant, the length of the physical execution process due to resistance and the many requirements for submitting a cancellation to the BPN. 2. The process of canceling a certificate based on a court decision in Tanah Datar District begins with a request from an interested parties and then the file will be analyzed by the Land Office and then sent to the Regional Office, where the Regional Office will issue a decree of cancellation. 3.With the transfer of land rights by a person who is not the actual owner of the transferred land, his actions have clearly violated the principles that apply to land registration activities, namely the Nemo Plus Juris Principle and also the provisions of Article 1320 of the Civil Code, namely a lawful cause. Because the point of a lawful cause is violated, the agreement made by the parties becomes null and void.

TINJAUAN SIYASAH DUSTURIYAH TERHADAP PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR NOMOR 4 TAHUN 2010 TENTANG KETENTRAMAN DAN KETERTIBAN UMUM DAN PERATURAN DAERAH KOTA PADANG PANJANG NOMOR 4 TAHUN 2022 TENTANG KETENTRAMAN DAN KETERTIBAN UMUM

The problem in this research is how is the comparative study of the Regional Regulation of Tanah Datar Regency Number 4 of 2010 concerning Public Peace and Order and the Regional Regulation of Padang Panjang City Number 4 of 2022 concerning Public Peace and Order. The purpose of this study was to analyze a comparative study of the Tanah Datar District Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2010 concerning Public Peace and Order and Padang Panjang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2022 concerning Public Peace and Order. The type of research used in this study is normative juridical research, namely library research or research with a comparative approach. The data source in this research is a secondary data source. Secondary data sources consist of: primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and primary legal materials. This research originates from a collection of legal materials in the form of legislation related to research, and secondary legal materials in the form of materials that provide explanations or support and explore regulations -laws and regulations from books, articles, and journals. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Tanah Datar Regency Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2010 concerning Public Peace and Order and Padang Panjang City Regulation Number 4 of 2022 concerning Public Peace and Order as rules to maximize the implementation of Public Peace and Order in society. However, in these two Regional Regulations the indicators of the articles contained in these two Regional Regulations are different, this can be seen from the peace and public order in Public Facilities. The strictness of the articles in the Regional Regulation of Padang Panjang City is better than the Regional Regulation of Tanah Datar Regency. In Siyasah Dusturiyah it has been explained that the rules made by the authorities are there to be obeyed, but in practice the result of not being strict about the rules of the articles contained in the Regional Regulations of Tanah Datar Regency makes the community disobedient to the rules that are enforced.

Analysis the Implementation of the Active Learning Learning Process in MTs Negeri Throughout Tanah Datar Regency

The educational process aims to make students master science. Education is also very important in shaping the personality and behavior of students. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the active learning learning process in MTs Negeri throughout Tanah Datar Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative,the data analysis used is by scoring, presenting data and determining the frequency of implementing active learning for teachers and students of MTs Negeri in Tanah Datar District. The results of the analysis of the implementation of active learning with a percentage of 30% in the frequent category, 33.33% in the sometimes category and 6.67% in the never category. Where the average implementation of the active learning learning process for MTs Negeri teachers in Tanah Datar Regency is 87.96% which is included in the frequent category and means having good criteria. As for the results of the implementation of each variable such as the use of learning models by 82.5%, lesson planning by 93.3%, implementation of learning 87.2% implementation of evaluation 88.6% and obstacles in learning 69, 3% and the negative impact and positive impact of learning by 81.3%. Implementation of active learning by students gets the value of each variable such as learning planning with a percentage of 73.9% after that the implementation of learning is 83.2% learning evaluation is 90% obstacles in learning 53.9% % and positive and negative impacts of learning by 62%.

Strategi Komunikasi Antara Pengasuh Dengan Peserta Didik Dalam Meningkatkan Hafalan Al-Qur’an Dirumah Tahfidz Mardhatillah Nagari Tabek Patah Kecamatan Salimpaung Kabupaten Tanah Datar

This study aims to determine the stages of communication strategies and effective communication strategies owned by caregivers at the Tahfidz Mardhthillah Nagari Tabek Patah House, Salimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, namely explaining objectively about how communication between caregivers and students improves memorization at the home of Tahfidz Mardhatillah Nagari Tabek Patah, Salimpaung sub-district, Tanah Datar district. in the field then poured into the results and conclusions. The results of the study stated that the communication strategies carried out by the caregivers of the Tahfidz Mardhatillah House included students being required to add their memorization at home, memorization that had been implemented had to be deposited first before students continued their memorization to other parts of the letter, caregivers gave rewards to students who had memorized the good one. In addition, the caregivers also give punishment to students who do not want to add their memorization, namely if:one day does not add sanctions for bowing for 5 minutes, then two days will be sanctioned for bowing for ten minutes, and three days sanctioned for bowing for 15 minutes and so on.

The Relationship between Ustadz Supervision and Student Discipline in Pondok Tahfizh Darul Qur'an Surau Polak Botuang Nagari Pangian Lintau Buo District Tanah Datar District

This research was motivated by the low discipline of the students at the Tahfizh Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Surau Polak Botuang Nagari Pangian, Lintau Buo District, Tanah Datar Regency. This is presumably due to the low level of supervision of students of Ustadz. Aims to find out of Ustadz supervision, students discipline and the relationship between the two variables. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population of the study were all students who were active at Pondok Tahfizh, totaling 96 students. The research sample was taken based on cluster sampling with total 76 samples. The data collection technique is questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses the percentage and product moment formulas. The results showed that (1) supervision of Ustadz was still low, (2) discipline of students was still low, and (3) there is a significant relationship between supervision by Ustadz and discipline of students. Based on this research, it hoped that (1) It is suggested to the managing institution of Pondok Tahfizh Darul Qur'an Surau Polak Botuang to strengthen supervision and monitor the implementation of regulations so that they are appropriate and on target. (2) It is recommended that ustadz be more disciplined in enforcing regulations, increasing learning and supervising congregational prayers for students so that the vision and mission of Tahfizh Darul Qur'an Islamic boarding school Surau Polak Botuang is realized. (3) It is recommended that students be more disciplined in complying with the regulations that have been made by the ustadz, so that students get used to these habits from an early age so they are able to apply them both at Pondok Tahfizh Darul Qur'an or at home.Keywords: Supervision Ustadz, Student Discipline

Pelatihan Pengenalan Kosa Kata Bahasa Inggris untuk Anak-anak Dengan Metode Total Physical Response (TPR)

The presence of an independent curriculum initiated by the Indonesian Minister of Education has begun to support the optimization of English language learning in elementary schools (SD). However, teaching English to elementary school children is a challenging matter. Teachers are expected to be able to have particular strategies that make it easier for children to enjoy English. Total Physical Response (TPS) is a technique for learning English that is innovative and fun for children. TPS uses body movements to interpret words and facilitate children to recognize English vocabulary. This training aims to help elementary school children to learn English vocabulary and create a pleasant classroom atmosphere. This community service activity was conducted at SDN 05 Sumanik Salimpaung district Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra, on Wednesday, 6 September 2023, from 08.00 until Finish. Thirty-three students were participated in this activity, including students from grades 4 and 5. This activity was successfully conductedl, and the participants participated enthusiastically in the whole program. According to results of oral quiz on the use of TPS method, students could comprehend and master the English vocabulary that was introduced quickly and very well.

PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI DAN SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTEREN TERHADAP PENERIMAAN OPINI WTP PADA PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems and internal control systems on the acceptance of WTP opinions in the Regional Government of Tanah Datar Regency. This type of research is a type of field research (Field Research) with a quantitative approach. The technique used in sampling is Quota Sampling. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, descriptive statistical analysis, and classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis tests, and hypothesis testing, with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results showed that the application of accounting information systems had a significant effect on acceptance of WTP Opinion Tanah Datar District Government. The internal control system has no significant effect on the acceptance of WTP opinion at the Regional Government of Tanah Datar Regency. The accounting information system and internal control system have a significant effect on the acceptance of WTP opinions in the Regional Government of Tanah Datar Regency. Transformational Leadership on Employee Engagement: The Work Motivation as a Moderation Variable

This study aims to prove the effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Engagement, besides that this research also proves the impact of Work Motivation in strengthening the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement. The research was conducted on employees of the Tanah Datar District Communication and Informatics Office. The process of collecting data and information was carried out by means of a survey, namely distributing questionnaires to employees within the Communication and Informatics Office of Tanah Datar Regency. This research is a causative research. The data analysis technique used is Structral Equation Modeling (SEM). The stages of data processing are assisted by using the SmartPLS4.0 application. The results of the study show that: (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Engagement. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employees Engagement. (3) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation (4) Work Motivation strengthens the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement at the Communication and Informatics Office of Tanah Datar Regency

PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN GOOGLE EDU UNTUK PENILAIAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA DI SATUAN PAUD KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

The Joint Community Service aimed to provide training for early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in utilizing Google for Education for assessing the "Kurikulum Merdeka" curriculum within Early Childhood Education Units. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method was employed, involving 40 PAUD teachers from the Tanah Datar District. The outcomes of this training program can be summarized as follows: 1) A significant enhancement was observed in the teachers' comprehension and skills in leveraging the Google for Education platform for curriculum assessment within the framework of "Kurikulum Merdeka" in Early Childhood Education Units, and 2) the training program achieved an average rating of 3.92, indicating its effectiveness. The implications of this program are substantial, as it lays a strong foundation for schools to continue training PAUD teachers in utilizing educational technology, such as Google for Education, to support the "Kurikulum Merdeka." Furthermore, the utilization of the Participatory Action Research approach in this community engagement initiative can serve as a model for similar endeavors in other regions, promoting active involvement from all stakeholders in educational program planning and evaluation.

Tax Contribution to Regional Original Income (PAD) Tanah Datar District

Regional taxes are mandatory contributions from individuals or entities to the regions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and are used in running the government with the aim of accelerating development and people's welfare. This study aims to determine the level of contribution of local taxes to PAD. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used documentation techniques sourced from the 2020-2022 Tanah Datar Regency PAD documents. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of local taxes to PAD in 2020 is 14.57%, in 2021 it is 16.17% and in 2022 it is 17.22%. In general, the contribution of local taxes to PAD has increased every year, but based on the classification criteria, the contribution is included in the less category. The Tanah Datar District Government through the Regional Revenue Management Agency should maximize human resources and infrastructure in maximizing revenue from the local tax sector.
