Political Network Patterns Of Village Head Dynasty In Red Mata Village, Banyuasin I District Banyuasin District

The dynastic political network pattern is a series of human politics for acquire power but it is on his side by inheritance power that has been held over other people who have ties of power with previous power holders. Based on this, the study This research aims to determine the pattern of political network formation dynasty and the impact it had on the political behavior of the village community Red Eyes, Banyuasin I District, Banyuasin Regency. This research uses qualitative methods to describe and explains the pattern of formation of dynastic political networks and their impacts impact on political behavior. Data collection techniques used includes observations, interviews and documentaries. The research results show that the political network pattern of the head dynasty villages in Merah Mata Village, Banyuasin I District, Banyuasin Regency include 1) Capital Economy: The Red Mata Village Chief has stable economic capital, however has a familial relationship with the previous village head so belonging to dynastic politics, 2) Cultural Capital: Character and competence The Red Eye Village Head is much more important because it has an impact on the process decision making and benchmarks for action, 3) Social Capital: Head Merah Mata Village has good social capital, which can be seen in its role in creating and participating in community activities, and 4) Capital Symbolic: The Head of Merah Mata Village has classified symbolic capital lacking, but he was able to improve the welfare of his people. As for the impact arising from the political dynasty in Merah Mata Village, namely restrictions opportunities for other people who are more worthy to occupy positions as Head of Red Eye Village.

Overview Facility Service Passengers at the Ferry Port Cape Fires Regency Banyuasin South Sumatra Province in 2022

After being analyzed by the researcher, it was concluded that the percentage level suitability Standard Service Passengers at the Ferry Port Cape Fires by 23.67% and the discrepancy by 25.65% from 49.32% percentage maximum set _ for standard service passenger based on Legal Basis , then from that researchers also make proposal solving problem for Fulfill level suitability standard service Passengers at the Ferry Port Cape Fires in the District Banyuasin South Sumatra Province.

Implementation Of the Minister of Social Regulation Number 1 of 2018 Concerning the Harapan Household Program (PKH) (Case Study in Talang Keramat Village Talang Kelapa District Banyuasin Regency)

The problem of poverty is one of the issues that hinder development. Poverty is a central problem that must be addressed immediately in an effort to realize the national goals as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution, namely protecting the entire Indonesian nation and the entire homeland of Indonesia, promoting public welfare, educating the nation's life and participating in carrying out world order based on independence, lasting peace and social justice. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification The results of the research and discussion, the implementation of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program (PKH) carried out in Talang Keramat Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency has been carried out well because communication has been created well, implementing officers have carried out their obligations with full responsibility. responsibility, the existing bureaucratic structure can also be understood by the community, this makes the implementation of PKH effective. However, there are several problems, firstly, the Kelurahan is only a facilitator, secondly, no budget funds have been received by the output in the implementation of PKH and the third is data collection that is not relevant to people's lives. Abstrak: Masalah kemiskinan merupakan salah satu yang menjadi isu terhambatnya pembangunan. Kemiskinan menjadi masalah sentral yang harus segera ditanggulangi dalam upaya mewujudkan tujuan nasional sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam Pembukaan Undang-undang Dasar 1945, yaitu melindungi segenap bangsa Indonesia dan seluruh tumpah darah Indonesia, memajukan kesejahteraan umum, mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan ikut melaksanakan ketertiban dunia yang berdasarkan kemerdekaan, perdamaian abadi dan keadilan sosial. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Sosial Nomor 1 Tahun 2018 Tentang Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang dilakukan di Kelurahan Talang Keramat Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Kabuapten Banyuasin sudah terlaksana dengan baik sebab komunikasi telah tercipta dengan baik, petugas pelaksana telah melaksanakan kewajiban dengan penuh tanggung jawab, struktur birokrasi yang ada juga sudah dapat dimengerti oleh masyarakat, adanya hal tersebut membuat pelaksanaan PKH menjadi efektif. Namun ada beberapa masalah yaitu pertama Kelurahan hanya sebagai fasilitaor, yang kedua belum ada dana anggaran yang diterima keluarahan dalam pelaksanaan PKH dan yang ketiga adalah pendataan yang tidak relevan dengan kehidupan masyarakat.

Kinerja Gabungan Kelompok Tani dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Petani Karet di Kecamatan Banyuasin III, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Provinsi Sumatra Selatan

One such efforts to develop rubber business by forming a farmer group. This study aims to: (1) measure the level of performance the combined farmer group and the rubber farmer group, (2) measure the behavior rubber farmer, (3) calculate the production and income, (4) analyze the relationship the combined performance of the farmer group and the rubber farmer group with the behavior of rubber farmers, (5) analyzing the relationship behavior with production and income of rubber farmers. Research in the District Banyuasin III. This research method uses survey methods. Data from research and interviews made qualitatively presented in tabulation, mathematical calculations explained descriptively and Spearman Rank correlation analysis. Respondents are members of rubber farmers. The results of the study (1) the level of performance the combined farmer group high (98.00%) and the farmer group high (93.73%), (2) the behavior of farmers high (93.26%), (3) the average production (5,008 tons/year/cultivated) and average income of (Rp.33,600,059,122,-year/arable), (4) there is a significant relationship the performance of Gapoktan and Poktan with the behavior of rubber farmers, the value of Spearman Rank correlation coefficient 0.340 and 0.374 α 0.01, (5) there is no relationship behavior and production and income of rubber farmers with Spearman Rank correlation coefficient -0.032 and -0.070.

Pola Saluran Pemasaran Beras di Kecamatan Tanjung Lago, Kabupaten Banyuasin

The purpose of this study is to first look at the pattern of rice marketing channels and to find out the factors that influence it in Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in Tanjung Lago district, Banyuasin Regency in September - November 2019. The selection of the location of this study was carried out deliberately with the consideration that the majority of residents in Tanjung Lago district Banyuasin Regency are rice farmers, there is a village market, and is an area of rice production centres. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with surveys and interviews in which the sampling is used a simple random sampling method by taking 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that rice marketing institutions have formed a marketing pattern consisting of four marketing channels. Factors that have a significant effect on the pattern of rice marketing channels are farm-level selling prices, marketing margins, and marketing efficiency. Marketing channel 1 is the shortest marketing channel, which has produced the smallest marketing margin value of 23.65%. The selling price of farmers' grain/rice, marketing margins, and marketing efficiency partially or simultaneously significantly influences the average farmer share of 67.69%.

BC2F2 LOCAL RICE GENOTYPES FIELD TEST AT NON-TIDAL SWAMP IN SOUTH SUMATRA PROVINCE

Non-tidal swamp is one of suboptimal land available to increase rice production in Indonesia. The problems is stagnant flooding during vegetative growth phase of the crop. Therefore, it is important to have rice varieties that tolerant flooding. Crossing and selection have been conducted to obtaine BC2F2 genotype from local swamp rice varieties, i.e. Siam, Pegagan and Pelita Rampak. This research was aimed at knowing the growth and production of several genotypes BC2F2 and their parental varieties, Siam, Pegagan and Pelita Rampak. The research was conducted in non-tidal swamp in Village Sako, sub-district Rambutan, District Banyuasin, South Sumatra from October 2017 to March 2018. Rice genotypes have been used BC2F2 Siam, BC2F2 Pegagan, and BC2F2 Pelita Rampak, and their parental varieties i.e. Siam, Pegagan, and Pelita Rampak. The results showed that genotype BC2F2 had vegetative and generative characters different from those of Siam, Pegagan, and Pelita Rampak. The production of the tested rice varieties was high, ranged from 4.52 to 7.95 tonnes per hectare. The best of each genotypes planted in the first season were SM 2, PGG 4, and PLR 3. While the best BC2F2 of each genotypes planted in the second season were SM 2, PGG 3, and PLR 3.

EFECT OF LEAF FERTILIZER ON SECOND TREATMENT TO THREE GENOTYPES CORN EFFICIENT CROPS IN TIDAL LAND

This study aims to determine the effect of leaf fertilizer on three nutrient efficient corn genotypes in tidal land. This research was coducted in Village Mulia sari, Sub-district Tanjung Lago, District Banyuasin, South Sumatra in the noble village of Sari Tanjung Lago sub-district from August to December 2017. This study uses the Split Plot Design consisting of 3 factors, namely the first factor of genotype, the second factor is the dose of urea A0 = 0 kg, A1 = 250 kg, A2 = 300 kg and the third factor of leaf fertilizer consists of: P0 = (control without spraying), P1 = 30 days of spray, P2 = 45 days of spray, P3 = 30 + 45 days of spray, P4 = 60 days of spray, P5 = 75 days of spray, P6 = 60 + 75 days of spray. repeated three times. Observation results used of 300 kg of urea fertilizer and leaf fertilizer had a good influence on the growth of G3 corn genotypes and the production of corn plants in tidal land. The combination of giving 300 kg of urea fertilizer + leaf fertilizer gives a pretty good influence on the growth of G3 corn genotypes with a production of 7.44 Ton/hectares

The problem in this study is '' Is there the Effect of Taman Asri Tourism on the Economyof Communities in the vicinity of Lane 8 Bridge 3 Air Salek District Banyuasin Regency? '' Thepurpose in this study is to analyze the Effect of Taman Asri Tourism on the Economy ofCommunities around the Path 8 Bridge 3 Air Salek District Banyuasin Regency. This researchmethod uses quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study is the community thatlives around the beautiful garden consisting of 129 families, the sampling technique uses clustersampling (Area Sampling). Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with agutman scale. The analysis used in this study used the t-test. The results of this research thatthere is an influence of Asri park tourism on the economy of the community has a pretty goodinfluence. From the calculation, the tcount is 4,943 while the table is 1,734. Then it was statedthat there was an influence of beautiful garden tourism on the economy of the people who werearound Line 8 Bridge 3 Air Salek District, Banyuasin Regency.

APPLICATION OF TRAP BARRIER SYSTEM COMBINED WITH CAGE TRAP FOR CONTROLLING RATS IN RICE FIELD

Rice-field rat is a main pest of rice. Yield reduction caused by rat is quite high, because rats attack rice plant at all stages. One of the efforts applied to control rats is by using Trap Barrier System combined with cage trap. The objective of this research was to identify species of rat attacking rice plants and investigate the presence of rat by their footprints. The experiment was conducted in Jalur 6 Village Sumber Mulya, Sub-district Muara Telang, District Banyuasin, South Sumatra. One hectare of farmer’s rice field, divided into 3 sub-plot. Each sub-plot was planted with variety paddy of Inpari 22 (sub-plot A), Inpari 33 (sub-plot B), and Inpari 43 (sub-plot C). The number of cage traps was 6 traps per sub-plot. Observations were made 7 times, with an interval of 10 days. Results showed species of trapped rats in the research area was Rattus argentiventer, in which number of males was higher than females. Morphologically, the size of males were bigger than female. Number of footprints did not reperesentative the number of trapped rats. Inpari 43 variety was more preferred by rats because damage intensity was the highest than other two rice varieties.

SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERN PEMERINTAH ATAS AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DANA DESA DI KECAMATAN SEMBAWA

The purpose of this research was to analysis the influence of government internal control system (GICS), consists of the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring control to accountability of village fund finance management. Sample was determined by using purposive sampling that were village government who holds a position in finance village fund in Sembawa District Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The data were collected through questionnaires. The respondents are the head of the village, the secretary of the village, the treasurer of the village, section head, and village consultative agency. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regressions. The results showed that partially and simultaneously GICS components have significant effect on the accountability of village fund finance management.

Efisiensi Penggunaan Faktor Produksi Produksi Jagung Hibrida di Desa Sugih Waras Kecamatan Muara Sugihan Kabupaten Banyuasin

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine To analyze the effect and efficiency of the use of factors of production such as land, labor, seed, fertilizer Urea, SP36, KCl fertilizers and herbicides Gramaxone on hybrid corn production. in the Sugih Waras village Muara Sugihan District Banyuasin Regency. The method used is the method of a survey of corn growers in the Sugih Waras village Muara Sugihan District Banyuasin Regency. Sampling method is done using a random method (simple random sampling) using the formula Slovin. The number of members of the population of hybrid corn farmer in the village of 168 on the Sugih Waras then the amount calculated into the formula Slovin with a confidence level of 85%, 85% confident that the true and the research results with significance level of 0.15, then a sample of the entire population of hybrid maize farmers which can be taken are 35 farmers. Data processing method is the method of interview data collected in this study included primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from respondents through direct interviews and field observations accompanied by a list of questions has been provided while secondary data obtained from the competent institutions or agencies associated with this research. Data were processed using mathematical models and presented in tabular form. The results showed that the factors of production labor, urea, fertilizers and herbicides Gramaxone SP36 no significant effect on the production of hybrid corn. While the seeds, area of land and fertilizer KCl significant effect on the production of hybrid corn. Based on the level of inefficiency of production factors such as labor, land, urea and herbicides Gramaxone inefficient that need to be reduced in order to achieve an efficient level. While the factors of production seed, fertilizer KCl, and SP36 has not been so efficient that need to be added to reach the level of inefficiency.

KEANEKARAGAMAN ZOOPLANKTON DI RAWA BANJIRAN DESA SEDANG KECAMATAN SUAK TAPEH KABUPATEN BANYUASIN

The purpose of this research is to determine the diversity of zooplankton in the swamp flood waters in Sedang Village, Subdistrict Suak Tapeh, District Banyuasin. This research was conducted in Juli in the swamp flood waters in Sedang Village, Subdistrict Suak Tapeh, District Banyuasin. Determination of sampling stationsbased on purposive random sampling. Sampling of fitoplankton was done in 3 stations, they are: Swamp Nebong Kuning (station 1), Swamp Poron (station 2) and Swamp Banan (station 3). Based on the results of the research was found that the type of zooplankton in swamp flood waters in Sedang Village, Subdistrict Suak Tapeh, District Banyuasin consist of 3 classes, they are Monogonota, MastigophoradanCiliata. Diversity index of zooplankton species in the swamp flood waters in Sedang Village, Subdistrict Suak Tapeh, District Banyuasin in Swamp Nebong Kuning was medium, whereas in the Swamp of Poron and the Swamp of Banan was low.

Farmer’s welfare in Telang’s integrated independent city: lesson learned from migrant and local farmers in tidal land, South Sumatera

Telang’s Independent Integrated City development is a model of tidal agricultural development through technological innovation to improve farmers’ welfare. In this area, the diversity of origin of population is also suspected to have an impact on the achievement of success. The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the hypothesis that farmers are able to prosper in tidal land by Telang’s Independent Integrated City Program based on migrant and local farmers disaggregation. The research was conducted at Tanjung Lago District Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The research method is survey with stratified simple random sampling. Data is processed by mathematics and statistics. Telang’s Independent Integrated City is an area of rice production center development and rice industry. Since 2008, farmers have implemented rice cultivation innovations by the twice-cropping index. This program by utilization of tidal land proved that farmers have a great chance of success. Farmers have succeeded in breaking the myth that has been growing in the food agriculture sector, that farmers cannot prosper only with food crops. Both Farmer’s income has been above the necessities of life. Judging by the diversity of origin of population, the income of migrant is higher than local farmers.

ANALYSIS OF PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND PREVENTIVE BEHAVIOR DETERMINANTS TOWARD GENESIS FILARIASIS CASES IN THE SUB-DISTRICT OF TALANG KELAPA AND SEMBAWA, DISTRICT OF BANYUASIN

Background: Filariasisis aninfection causedby afilarialwormthrough the intermediary ofa mosquitothatis chronicif untreatedwould give rise topermanent disabilityin the legs , arms, breastsandgenitals. Indirectly,the existence ofa home environmentthat isnot eligibleandmanners make contact with the gnat could be the cause of thefilariasis. South Sumatra Provincial Health Office said that Banyuasin was the region with the highest filariasis cases in South Sumatra with microfilaria rate of 1.5 % . There are as many as 142 cases of chronic exist in this district . The aim of this study was to analyse of phsysical environment and preventive behavior determinants toward genesis filariasis cases Methods: This research was conducted in two districts, namely in the Sub-District Talang Kelapa and Sub-District Sembawa District Banyuasin. This study uses a case control study research desig n . Total sample are 87 consisting of 29 cases and 58 controls with total sampling metodh(with ⍺ value = 0,05 and β value = 20 %) . The data were analyzed using bivariate and multivariate by using the chi-square test . Then the data is presented in tabular form and narration to interpret the data. Results: Statistical analysis was showed that there a significant correlation between a crack in the wall (OR 13,2; 95%CI 3,57-48,67 and p Value < 0.0001 ) , coverings on plavon (OR 4,41; 95%CI 1,36-14,32 and p Value = 0.019 ) , breeding place of vector (OR 13,27; 95%CI 4,46-39,47 and p Value< 0.001 ) , behavioral avoid mosquito bites (OR 21,71; 95%CI 2,55-184,23 and p Value = 0.001) and behavior out of the house at night (OR 3,14;95%CI 1,16-8,49 and p Value = 0.038 ) with the incidence of filariasis . There is no relation to kassa in the ventilation ( OR 0,554, 95%CI 0,14-2,19 and p Value = 0.530 ) and drug habbit of drinking (OR 1,42;95%CI 0,452-4,47 and p Value = 0.763 )with the filariasis cases.Multivariate analysisshowed that physical environmental factors and preventive behaviors associated with the incidence of filariasis in both these districts were the existence of a crack in the wall (p = 0.01 and OR 10,555) and the puddles as potential mosquito breeding places (p = 0, 00 and OR 10,948) Conclution: Determinants physical environmental and preventive behaviors factors associated with filariasis case in the sub-district Talang Kelapa and Sembawa District of Banyuasin were the existence of a crack in the wall and the puddles as potential mosquito breeding places.From the results of this study suggested that the relevant agencies to increase outreach activities , monitoring and evaluation activities filariasis treatment program , especially in areas that are still found in patients with potentially infectious clinical filariasis. In addition, people are advised to keep taking medication filariasis and continue to avoid mosquito bites as a precaution transmission of filariasis. Motivation Labor Women In Increasing Family Income Through pineapple farming (Ananas comusus L. Merr) in the Lubuk Karet Village Betung District Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of women workers, to determine the outpouring of women workers, to determine the contribution of pineapple farm income. This research was condusted in the Lubuk Karet Village Betung District Banyuasin Regency of July until the month of Agustus 2015. The method used was a survey, While the sampling method used is the method by farmers census respondents as many as 19 people. Data collection method used observation and interviews directly to farmers. To answer the first problem formulation using qualitative descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The survey results revealed that the motivation of women farmers to come to work on a pineapple farm belonging to the category with a score of real low and the percentage obtained for 2021 (70.91%). With each variable spare time with the percentage of 84.10%, followed by the variable no other job opportunities in accordance skill of 67.68% and a variable meet the economic needs of 60.94 %. The outpouring of female workers on a pineapple farm on average 36.00 HKSP. Pineapple farm income contributes to the family income average of 71.93 %.

Relationship between farmer’s characteristic and Watermelon (Citrullus vulgaris) in the Sugih Waras village Muara Sugihan District Banyuasin Regency

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of watermelon farming, to determine the relationship of the characteristics of watermelon farmers to farm income.This research was conducted in the Sugih Waras Village Muara Sugihan District Banyuasin Regency of March until the month of May 2015. The method used was a survey, the data collected is of primary data and secondary data that has to do with the problems and objectives of this study. While the sampling method used is the method by farmers census respondents as many as 16 people. tabulation processing, while for calculating income calculation preceded reception and production costs, then using Spearman rank correlation to determine the relationship characteristics of watermelon farmers and farm income.The survey results revealed that within three (3) years of the last developments of watermelon farm in the Sugih Waras village Muara Sugihan District Banyuasin Regency always increased and relationships farmer characteristics (age, education and experience of farming) shows the positif relationship and income.

Formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Revenue Budget at the Department of Revenue District Banyuasin been effective and efficient . The aim is to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of budget revenues in Banyuasin District Revenue Office . Research conducted includes descriptive studies , where the goal is to present a structured , factual and accurate facts about the financial ratio analysis of Department of Revenue . Variables to be analyzed in this study is to explain financial ratios , Revenue Budget , effectiveness , and efficiency , where the variables will be measured by the ratio scale . Analysis conducted in this study was to assess the effectiveness and efficiency in the realization of revenue by using an analytical tool that is the ratio of self-sufficiency ratio , the ratio of effectiveness , consistency ratio , Debt Service Coverage Ratio , and growth ratios .
