The Influence of Pandu Online Website Quality Toward User Satisfaction in Garut Regency Using Webqual 4.0 Method

The Pandu Online website provides benefits for the government in providing effective and efficient public services that enable the government to provide better accessibility for the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of the Pandu Online website on user satisfaction in Garut Regency using the Webqual 4.0 method. The Webqual 4.0 method is an approach that integrates advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analysis, Internet of Things (IoT), and others, to improve the quality and experience of users when accessing websites. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting a survey of 100 Garut residents who are users of Pandu Online website. The collected data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) with the help of WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results showed that there is an influence on usability, information quality, interaction service quality, which are the dimensions of website quality on user satisfaction. This research contributes to the application of the Webqual 4.0 method which can increase user satisfaction in the future.

ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY OF THE ZETA SCARVES WEBSITE USING THE WEBQUAL 4.0 METHOD

This research aims to analyze the quality of the Zeta Scarves website using the WebQual method. The study focuses on three dimensions of website quality: usability, information quality, and service interaction. The data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to users of the Zeta Scarves website. A total of 296 respondents participated in the study. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the WebQual index. The results showed that the Zeta Scarves website received high scores in all dimensions of website quality. The usability dimension, which measures the ease of use and navigation, received a score of 4. The information quality dimension, which assesses the accuracy and relevance of the provided information, received a score of 3,9. The service interaction dimension, which evaluates the customer service and interaction features, received a score of 3,9. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the Zeta Scarves website has achieved a high level of quality, as perceived by the users. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for Zeta Scarves in enhancing their website to further improve customer satisfaction and strengthen their competitive position in the online fashion industry

Examining the Influence of Website Quality on Citizen’s E-Loyalty in Domestic Tourism in Jordan: The Role of E-Trust and E-Satisfaction

The fast development of the Internet has raised the number of government-related websites and the variety of e-services available. Despite tourism’s critical significance in supporting the national economy, relatively few researches have been conducted on the influence of tourism website quality dimensions on electronic loyalty among citizens (e-loyalty), particularly in the Jordanian domestic tourism context. The objective of this research is to identify the factors that impact the e-loyalty of citizens toward the e-government services offered by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities in Jordan, considering the mediating influence of citizens’ e-satisfaction and e-trust, primarily following Oliver’s (1999) e-loyalty model. The survey questionnaire was adopted as a main strategy to collect and analyze primary data and to investigate the relationships between variables. Statistical processing was applied using IBM SPSS version 22 package and Amos version 25 for path analysis as the main statistical software package. The results indicated that citizens’ e-loyalty toward the governmental tourism-related website in Jordan is moderate, demonstrating that citizens are generally comfortable with the e-services provided. Furthermore, the results suggest that e-satisfaction and e-trust both play a mediating role in the connection between dimensions of website quality (specifically, information quality and personalization) and the e-loyalty of citizens. This study contributes to the theory by combining the relationships among website quality dimensions, citizen e-trust, e-satisfaction, and e-loyalty, particularly in the unique setting of Jordan’s domestic tourism sector. The results provide valuable insights for policymakers and tourism sector managers, aiding them in the implementation of information and communication technology (ICT) strategies that facilitate citizens’ transactions and encourage them to participate effectively in e-government activities, thereby boosting the kingdom’s economy and gross domestic product (GDP). The government also recommended enhancing awareness programs and employee training in order to enhance the e-services offered to citizens.

ANALISIS KUALITAS LAYANAN WEBSITE DISDUKCAPIL KABUPATEN SEMARANG DIUKUR MENGGUNAKAN INSTRUMEN WEBQUAL 4.0

The Department of Population and Civil Registration organizes and publishes all matters relating to population. The existence of a service information system is a method used by Disdukcapil Semarang Regency to implement e-government, namely through the website http://dukcapil.semarangkab.go.id. Testing is needed for website user satisfaction using Webqual 4.0 as a website quality assessment instrument. The goal of this study is to get an overview of the influence/impact of the three website quality dimensions: usability, information, and service interaction qualities on user satisfaction. This study used 60 data tested by validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that the usability and information qualities affects user satisfaction, but the service interaction quality does not. In addition, the research found that the three dimensions of website quality together did not affect user satisfaction. They affect 39.2% of user satisfaction, while other factors outside the variables studied influence the other 60.8%.

What drives social co-creation in tourism? An empirical study

Purpose As competition in the industry intensifies, companies must use market-oriented approaches to gain competitive superiority; one of the approaches that can lead to the success of companies in the competitive market is to undertake social co-creation with the help of customers. Although the use of social media for the development of social interactions has expanded, very little attention has been paid to how the concept of social co-creation is formed on social media by users. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of personality traits and website quality on social co-creation, with the mediating role of trust in tourism websites. Design/methodology/approach This research, in terms of purpose, is practical, and in terms of information collection, it is a descriptive survey. The research statistical population is all users of active tourism sites in Iran. The sampling method is non-probability and available sampling. The questionnaire was designed based on the Likert scale and was distributed electronically among the statistical sample. After collecting and reviewing the questionnaires, 203 were used for analysis. The data analysis method in this study is hierarchical multiple regression. Findings The results indicated that personality traits and website quality are correlated with trust and social co-creation. The dimensions of website quality, including quality of information, quality of system and quality of service on tourism websites, have considerable and positive effects on trust. Also, all dimensions of the personality traits, except extraversion and neuroticism, have a considerable and positive effect on trust. Moreover, the correlation between trust and social co-creation is positive. Originality/value According to the review of the digital marketing literature, some researchers examined the influential factors in co-creation, but there is little research about how the interaction of these three concepts (personality traits, website quality and trust) enhances co-creation. This study contributes to the existing literature with empirical evidence of how personality traits and website quality influence co-creation by mediating the role of trust.

The Relationship Between E-Business Website Quality And Customer Satisfaction

The goal of this study is to gather information from current literature regarding the influence of dimensions of e-business website quality on customer satisfaction in order to better identify the most significant e-service quality. This research focuses on five aspects of an e-business site quality model that may be used to better anticipate customer behavior. The final goal is to raise understanding of diverse countries' cultures and the relevance of quality features on an e-business website. The survey model was tested with SPSS using an online survey of 283 Libyan internet users, the majority of whom were working adults. According to the findings, all facets of an e-commerce website's quality, including website design, information quality, security and data protection, transaction and payment offerings, and delivery services, have an influence on consumer satisfaction. Customer behavior is statistically substantially connected to the overall quality of an e-business website Future research should look at multiple product categories and/or sectors to guarantee that the measurement performs equally effectively. In the future, various approaches such as focus groups and interviews may be employed.

The Effectiveness of the Beritamagelang.id Website as a Public Information Media

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the beritamagelang.id website as an information medium for the Magelang Regency community. Information from any part of the world can be easily obtained through online media, and much is in demand among the public to obtain information. Beritamagelang.id, managed by the Public Information Communication (KIP) sector, each field member can contribute news and information for further publication on the beritamagelang.id website. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the beritamagelang.id website, and analyze the relationship between the four needs expected from an information medium. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis and t-test analysis. Based on the test, the t-count value is 3.041, where the value is greater than the t-table, which is 0.334. So, it can be concluded that the beritamagelang.id website is effective against information media. Data collection uses a survey method by distributing e-questionnaires to 400 viewers or readers of the beritamagelang.id website.Based on the t-test analysis has resulted in a t-count of 42.102. The significance has resulted in a value of 0.000. The results of the significance value indicate that the results of the partial test or t-test are less than 0.05. It can be concluded that the beritamagelang.id website is effective as a medium of information. Beritamagelang.id website can be effective as a medium for disseminating information by fulfilling the dimensions of website quality. So that the variable effectiveness of the beritamagelang.id website influences the information media variable with a total value of 81%, while other variables explain the rest with a total value of 19%. It shows that the beritamagelang.id website is effective as a medium of information for the people of Magelang Regency.

The impact of website quality on online compulsive buying behavior: evidence from online shopping organizations

PurposeThe influence of website quality on online compulsive buying behavior (OCBB) in the context of online shopping based on the usage of a credit card (UCC) and online impulsive buying behavior (OIBB) was investigated in this study.Design/methodology/approachThe authors used a research model to examine the relationships between the study components as per the prescription. For this investigation, the authors used an online survey form to obtain primary data from 350 respondents on social media. A covariance-based structural equation modeling approach was used to evaluate the structural research model and data.FindingsThe findings reveal that the quality of online shopping websites positively affects consumers' UCC and OIBB, and these in turn positively influence their OCBB.Practical implicationsThe study emphasized impacting elements on consumer behavior and gave advice for future research based on the results. Using several dimensions of website quality, this study bridges the knowledge gap between UCC, OIBB and OCBB.Originality/valueBased on UCC and OIBB, the authors developed a new model to investigate the link between website quality and OCBB. To the best of the authors' knowledge, it is the first experimental result that assesses the impact of website quality on OCBB.

The Effect of Online Wet Markets Website Quality on the Purchase Intention of Consumers in Caloocan City

The digital age fueled the rise of Filipino internet users through text messaging and interacting through social media. In addition, users took advantage of the potential of the internet by conducting transactions online, such as purchasing, selling, and advertising products and services. Electronic commerce or e-commerce is becoming a global phenomenon, with more people opting to purchase goods and services online. E-commerce has also opened many opportunities for businesses to launch online. A wide array of products and services are being sold online, such as clothing items, home essentials, etc. The pandemic which caused restrictions in going out led to online wet markets gaining popularity. A wet market or palengke is a public market place where fresh produce, poultry, meat, fish, etc., are sold. The rise of online wet markets allowed people to purchase and receive fresh food items without having to leave the comforts of their homes. This also allows them to avoid going out and conform to existing protocols during quarantine. The study will use descriptive statistics in examining the relationship of website quality dimensions: quality of information, quality of interaction, usability, and consumer purchase intention of residents in Caloocan City. Some of the respondents were randomly selected to give intuition on the improvement of the existing research paper. The relationship between website quality and perceived risk may be deduced: the greater the website quality, the lower the perceived risk. Respondents' level of security in disclosing their information when making a transaction in an online wet market was regarded as a risk. In addition, the study found that online quality had a considerable impact on consumers' purchasing intentions. Customers' perceived risk is not taken into account when anticipating their intentions.

Hotel Booking Website Quality, Travel Agent Satisfaction and Purchase Intention

Website quality is one of the features that organisations increasingly use to maintain a competitive advantage. In the hospitality sector in particular, the growing use of a website as a sales channel has necessitated that hotel distribution companies understand the influence of website quality on their customers’ purchase behaviour. The purpose of this study was to assess the impact of Business-to-Business (B2B) third-party hotel booking website quality features on travel agents’ satisfaction, and their subsequent purchase intention. Quantitative data was collected from South African travel agents using an online survey. Three website quality dimensions namely ease of use, information quality and visual appearance, as well as customer satisfaction and purchase intention were measured. Results indicate that there is a positive relationship between website quality and customer satisfaction, and between customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Information quality appears to have the strongest relationship with customer satisfaction. Regression analyses revealed that the relationship between website quality and purchase intention is mediated by customer satisfaction. The study makes a predominantly empirical contribution as there does not appear to be a similar study conducted within an African context. From a practical contribution perspective, the findings may assist third-party hotel distribution companies with meeting the demands of travel agents, and thereby improve their overall business performance.

How does group-buying website quality for social commerce affect repurchase intention? Evidence from Chinese online users

PurposeThe success of social commerce group-buying information system (IS) is not a simple accumulation of functions, but a complex process of system integration that makes it difficult to design a high-quality website to improve the conversion rate of users has become a top priority for online companies. The purpose of this study is to further improve the IS success model to adapt to the new research scenarios and explore the boundary conditions between different satisfaction and repurchase intention.Design/methodology/approachIn this study, the users who have used the group-buying website quality for social commerce in the last 6 months are the objects of this study. Finally, 436 valid data were collected by questionnaire survey and analyzed by Smart PLS.FindingsThe results indicate that the four dimensions of website quality enhance consumers' economic satisfaction and social satisfaction, except that the path of system quality and social satisfaction is not significant. Economic satisfaction and social satisfaction also have a significant positive effect on repurchase intentions. Besides, the interactive effect of customer involvement and economic satisfaction has no significant impact on repurchase intention, but customer involvement plays a moderate role in the path of social satisfaction on repurchase intention.Originality/valuen order to make the IS success model better evaluate the characteristics of social commerce sites comprehensively, this present research introduces the measurement construct of interaction quality. Moreover, this study examines the effect of mechanism of economic satisfaction and social satisfaction on repurchase intention from the perspective of practical benefit and psychology. Finally, the boundary conditions of the effect of satisfaction on repurchase intention are explored.

Website Quality and The Role of Customer Satisfaction Toward Repurchase Intention: A Study of Indonesian E-Commerce

A survey by Katadata shows that during the COVID-19 Pandemic, the e-commerce sector of Indonesia showed a significant rise of visitors. In addition, the number of visits to e-commerce websites is very high in the third Quarter of 2020. Additionally, the e-commerce sector is one of the highest contributors towards Indonesia’s gross domestic product (GDP). Thus, increasing consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention is essential for companies, especially in fashion products. This study aims to measure website quality on repurchase intention through the role of consumer satisfaction in the context of e-commerce in Indonesia.Furthermore, website quality has dimensions such as information quality, system quality, and e-service quality. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach that focuses on e-commerce in Indonesia. The data is collected through online questionnaire which is distributed to 333 consumers who used e-commerce to buy fashion products and used for further analysis. To analyze each variable, partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to test the hypotheses. This study found that all dimensions of website quality and customer satisfaction are determining factors in repurchase intention. Lastly, this research provides guidelines in providing strategies for companies in the context of e-commerce websites in Indonesia

Analysis of the Effect of Website Sales Quality on Purchasing Decisions on e-commerce Websites

Both Web-based information infrastructure and marketing activities are dealt with by business-to-consumer electronic commerce. Centered on information systems and marketing literature, this review suggests a research model to explain the effect on consumer loyalty of the dimensions of website quality (system quality, information quality, and service quality). In order to verify the validity of the calculation model, confirmatory factor analysis was performed, and the structural model was also examined to investigate the correlations hypothesized in the study model. In this study, by comparing the Hyperparameter class & Catboost class we can find a number of distributions of individual absolute errors which can be considered as a fairly important factor in the analysis of sales quality on e-commerce websites.

THE DETERMINANT OF WEBSITE QUALITY AND E- SERVICE QUALITY AT SME IN INDONESIA

This study aims to examine the dimensions which determine the Website Quality and E-Service Quality in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. As one of the important determinant dimensions for website quality, E-Service Quality is specifically observed to find out the specific factors that determine E-Service quality which in some previous studies has not been widely studied. The study was conducted by using survey method with questionnaire involving 379 SME customer respondents. Website quality dimensions are measured using a Likert Scale with 5 alternative answers. The results of the analysis conducted with Smart PLS, shows that there are four dimensions of website quality determinants, of which the most influential are: E-Service Quality, Information Quality, System Quality and Image Quality; furthermore for E-Service Quality dimensions, there are three identified important dimensions that determine are: Fulfillment, Responsiveness, and System Availability

Impact of website design features on experiential value and patronage intention toward online mass customization sites

PurposeTo examine the relationships among website design features, consumer experience responses and patronage intention toward online mass customization (OMC) apparel websites.Design/methodology/approachA total of 312 useable online surveys were obtained from Mainland China consumers. Multi-item scales were adopted to measure eight constructs: visual design; information quality; entertainment, aesthetic, educational, escapist experiences; flow; and patronage intention. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted to determine factor structures and to test the hypothesized relationships among website design features, 4Es (entertainment, aesthetic, educational and escapist experiences), flow and consequent purchase intention toward OMC apparel websites.FindingsAll hypotheses, but one, were supported. OMC website visual design; information quality; and entertainment, aesthetic and educational experiences had a positive effect on consumer patronage intention.Research limitations/implicationsLimitations include using a sample of consumers from major cities in China; results cannot be generalized to all Chinese consumers. Websites were not actively navigated. Additionally, the present study examined only two dimensions of OMC website quality, visual design and information quality; more tangible and specific features could be considered in future research.Practical implicationsThe findings provide website designers and marketers with insights into experiences that may lead to an increase in patronage intention toward OMC websites.Originality/valueThe study provides evidence that flow helps explain the impact of experiential value (i.e. 4Es) from website design features on patronage intention.

The effects of website quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty to online travel agencies in Vietnam

This study aims to examine the effects of six website quality factors, including Information Quality (IQ), Security (SE), Website Functionality (WF), Customer Relationship (CR), Responsiveness and Fulfillment (PF), and Visual Appeal (VA) on Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Loyalty (LI) through the mediation of Customer Satisfaction. Quantitative approach was applied in this study. Specifically, questionnaires were sent to 300 respondents in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The findings showed that there were relationships among website quality dimensions, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. Particularly, direct and indirect effects of website quality factors on Customer Loyalty were found through the mediation of Customer Satisfaction. Considering the findings, recommendations were proposed to develop OTA website quality in Vietnam. To be more specific, we make some suggestions related to gaining Customer Satisfaction and long-term loyalty from website quality dimensions.

Customer gratitude in relationship marketing strategies: a cross-cultural e-tailing perspective

PurposeThis study aims to examine how an organization’s Web-based marketing communication strategies drive feelings of customer gratitude and desired behavioral responses. The study specifically examines how a key cultural characteristic, ethnic identity, works in conjunction with Web quality to influence customers’ gratitude perceptions, thereby driving increases in positive word of mouth, repeat purchase intentions and price tolerance.Design/methodology/approachA major soccer e-retailer based in the USA collected survey data for the study. The authors examined the direct and indirect effects of Web quality through conditional process analysis.FindingsStudy findings indicate that customers’ Web quality and ethnic identity perceptions significantly influence customer gratitude and performance outcomes. Study findings also demonstrate the central mediating role of gratitude on the main and interactive effects of Web quality and ethnic identity.Practical implicationsStudy findings suggest that online strategies of cultural-adaptation should go beyond integration of native language to include all key dimensions of website quality, to drive consumer gratitude and ultimately favorable outcomes such as word of mouth, price tolerance and repurchase intentions.Originality/valueThis research demonstrates empirical support for the successful deployment of relationship marketing efforts that impact all three dimensions (affect, cognition and behavioral intention) of customer gratitude.

Efektivitas website perguruan tinggi negeri sebagai penyedia informasi bagi mahasiswa

This study aims to describe the practice of public relations communication on the website of state universities. It explores the opinions of state university students on the website of their respective university. Evaluating websites based on student opinion is consired beneficial because the students are users who frequently access the website for administrative and academic purposes. The method used in this study was a survey with 360 respondents from four state universities in Malang. From the data findings, it can be concluded that in general, the websites of the four university have been rated effective by students based on several dimensions of website quality, such as transparency, interactivity, accessibility, useful information, web maturity, usability, openness, and positivity. However, the positivity dimension needs to be amended further because three out of four state university websites are only considered to be quite effective.

Relationships between website quality and trust dimensions in online shopping: An empirical study in Indonesia

We examine the relationship between the website quality dimension (specific content and technical adequacy) and trust dimension (benevolence, integrity and competence) in online shopping activities through e-commerce websites in Indonesia. The sample comprised of 634 respondents who filled out an online survey questionnaire. Using structural equation modelling statistical tests, this study finds that specific content has the most important role in increasing consumer trust for online shopping. Competence as a dimension of trust also has a role in increasing the consumers' intention to shop online and influences consumers to engage in online shopping. This study provides an understanding of the website quality and trust dimensions that have a dominant influence on online shopping activities; it also provides a website development model that focuses on priority dimensions to increase online shopping activities.
