By fitting the directly computed dielectronic recombination rate coefficients on the basis of the relativistic intermediate-coupling MCDF model by M. H. Chen, we present a set of series formulas of dielectronic recombination rate coefficients for Ne-like ions from Ar8+ to Xe44+ with the electron temperature range from 0.2keV to 6.0keV. The reproduced dielectronic recombination rate coefficients are in close agreement with the orginal results of Chen. The errors are generally less than 5%. Our formulas may be used easily to obtain dielectronic recombination rate coefficients in calculations of ionization balance in hot plasmas. The detailed results are tabled and discussed.
