Pengaruh Peran Konsultan pada Performa Proyek Jalan di Kabupaten Dharmasraya

In the development of road infrastructure development, many are still found to be less than optimal in its implementation, not on time, and contract termination. One of them is road improvement work in Dharmasraya Regency. This study aims to identify the role of consultants in the performance of road projects in Dharmasraya Regency and to assess the most dominant role of consultants that influence the success of a road construction project. This research was conducted using a quantitative method. The data source uses primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from literature reviews. The research population was 81 respondents consisting of the owner, namely the Dharmasraya Regency PU Service, supervisory consultants, and implementing contractors involved in road construction and improvement projects in Dharmasraya Regency for the 2020 to 2022 budget years. The research sample used was the entire population. Data analysis techniques used factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found 61 sub-factors or variables that were the role of consultants in the successful implementation of road construction projects in Dharmasraya Regency. The dominant factor that is the role of consultants in controlling the implementation of road supervision in Dharmasraya Regency is the task factor with the sub-factor of coordinating all construction supervision personnel for each implementation of field measurements or engineering. The factors that are the role of consultants in controlling the implementation of road supervision in Dharmasraya Regency greatly influence costs, quality, and time with levels of influence reaching 48.3%; 56.8%; and 55.7% respectively.

The Effect of Trust, Promotion, and Service Quality on the Decision to Use the Ollin Application

This research was conducted at the Bank Nagari Koto Agung Branch Office, Block B, Sitiung 1, Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Trust, Promotion, and Service Quality on the Decision to Use the Online Application at the Bank Nagari Koto Agung Branch Office. A quantitative research method was used, with data collected through a questionnaire distributed from February to March, resulting in a sample of 173 respondents selected using Accidental Sampling. The data analysis techniques applied in this study included validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and determination tests (R²). The results of this study indicate that Trust, Promotion, and Service Quality variables have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the Decision to Use the Online Application at the Bank Nagari Koto Agung Branch Office. The R² value is 0.739, which implies that 73.9% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Implementasi Reformasi Birokrasi Dalam Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur Di Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Dharmasraya

This research aims to find out how bureaucratic reform is implemented in developing human resources for the apparatus at the Dharmasraya Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives and Trade Service. Researchers conducted qualitative research using descriptive methods. The research was conducted at the Dharmasraya Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives and Trade Service. To select informants using purposive sampling. The data sources for this research are primary and secondary data, which were collected through interviews and documentation. However, triangulation of methods and sources is used to test the validity of the data. Data analysis consists of four stages: data collection, data reduction, data delivery and conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of bureaucratic reform in the development of human resources for the apparatus has gone well, although not optimally. employee skills are still lacking, thus explaining the importance of providing training to State Civil Servants who need it. The Dharmasraya Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives and Trade Service has implemented bureaucratic reform in the aspect of human resource development. There are three indicators in human resource development according to Lijan Poltak Sinambela (2016), namely (1) Training and development of human resources such as training for civil servants (Laksa), career advancement training, (2) Compensation (3) Career development. Meanwhile, in the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2021 concerning the Road Map for Bureaucratic Reform of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform for 2020-2024, there are seven indicators of success in developing human resources, namely (1) Planning employee needs (2 ) Employee recruitment (3) Employee development (4) Promotion, transfer and rotation of employees (5) Implementation of employee performance assessments (6) Enforcement of employee code of ethics (7) Developing a personnel information system. However, in implementing bureaucratic reform, the Dharmasraya Regency Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade Service experienced obstacles, such as a lack of infrastructure, a lack of budget, and a lack of training provision for ASN. Bureaucratic Politicization in the Process of Changing Bureaucratic Positions After the Vacancy of the Deputy Regent of Dharmasraya Regency in 2022

Bureaucratic politicization refers to introducing bureaucratic reform in the management of regional government. The regional head and deputy regional head posts are political roles that oversee administrative positions within a region, so political influence is inherently intertwined with the bureaucracy. Dharmasraya Regency exhibits signs of bureaucratic politics, as seen by a vacancy in the position of deputy regent. This vacancy has resulted in numerous examples of non-job ASN inside the government of Dharmasraya Regency. This thesis seeks to analyze the political dynamics involved in the transition of bureaucratic positions in Dharmasraya Regency, particularly after the vacancy of the deputy regent position. This study employs a qualitative research methodology utilizing a case study approach. This thesis uses the theory of bureaucratic politicization pioneered by Barbara Geddes. The findings of this study suggest that there are indicators of the techniques employed by the regent in his role as PPK to determine bureaucratic positions. The regent also has a vested interest in the bureaucracy, as he desires a loyal and efficient bureaucratic system to ensure continued control until the end of his term. The regent's politicization of the bureaucracy is seen in the ambiguous enforcement of heavy sanctions against ASN.

Legend Categories and Structure in Nagari Sungai Limau Dharmasraya District and Its Implications for Indonesian Language Learning

Folklore as a source of cultural information for a community group needs to be studied, which then needs to be introduced and socialized to other community groups. Legends have the potential and role as cultural treasures. Legends also have educational value that can be appreciated, pondered and appreciated. This research aims to describe the categories and structure of legends in Nagari Sungai Limau, Dharmasraya Regency and the implications for learning. This type of research is qualitative using descriptive methods. The source of research data is a legend in Nagari Sungai Limau, Dharmasraya Regency. Research data collection techniques use observation, data, interviews and data techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by classifying or grouping data, analyzing categories and legend structures, drawing conclusions from the entire research work process, and compiling and reporting research results. The results of the research are: first, there are two categories of legends, namely local legends consisting of the Lubuk Tagadih legend and Lubuk Tosau legend and supernatural world legends consisting of Wang Binun (Binun People) and the Plisit legend. Second, the structure of legends in Nagari Sungai Limau, Dharmasraya Regency generally contains theme, plot, characters, setting and message. Third, the implication in learning is in the Basic Competency that it examines the structure and language of local fables/legends that are read and listened to. Therefore, the current study can be concluded that a category includes local legends and supernatural legends, the structure of the legend which includes theme, plot, characters, setting, and message.

Woman Creativepreneurship Based on Minangkabau Culture

Indonesia comprises various ethnic cultures, which has its own uniqueness. One element of culture is a livelihood system. The Minangkabau ethnic community has a uniqueness that is represented by the tradition of migrating and the livelihood system of trading. Migrants were initially only carried out by men but later were also joined by women. Many Minangkabau women migrants are successful in their overseas and trading businesses. This prompted this research to be carried out with the title Minangkabau Woman Creativepreneurship. This paper applies qualitative approach, with ethnographic research methods and an anthropolinguistic paradigm. The informants in this research were 10 Minangkabau women who were creative in running their businesses. The location of this research is Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra Province. This research found 7 (seven) Minangkabau Woman Creativepreneurship values, namely: (1) religiosity, (2) hard work, (3) discipline, (4) honesty, (5) never giving up, (6) thriftiness, and (7) creativity. These values were internalized from the teachings of the Minangkabau adat. It is deemed that cultural values are represented in and internalized from language in the form of adages, forming attitudes, character, ethos and ethics and behavior, leading to their success. These findings are relevant to the current state of unemployment rates and in motivating local cultural education in the education system.

Silek Pangian in the Bolek Laman Tuo Tradition in The Social Structure of The Nagari Sungai Dareh Community, Dharmasraya District, West Sumatra Province

This research, entitled "Silek Pangian in the Bolek Laman Tuo Tradition in the Social Structure of the Nagari Sungai Dareh Community, Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra Province", is research on the Silek Pangian performance which is performed on a page tuo in the Bolek Laman Tuo tradition in the Nagari Sungai Dareh community. This research uses performance studies theory by Richard Schechner which is assisted by the concept of performance by Milton Singer. Performance studies theory is used to investigate the Silek Pangian performance in the Bolek Laman Tuo Tradition in the social structure of the Nagari Sungai Dareh community, as a performance that can be observed from various aspects, both from the aspect of the person performing, the audience, and the people who was accidentally present at the incident. Milton Singer's concept of cultural performances helps to analyze that a cultural performance has: (a) limited performance time; (b) beginning and end; (c) organized activity events; (d) a group of players; (e) a group of spectators; (f) performance venue; (g) the opportunity to demonstrate it. This research uses an ethnographic method, which makes the researcher a participant observer in this research. The results of the research show that Silek Pangian in the Bolek Laman Tuo Tradition is a show and performance that has always been part of the social structure of society and has become a tradition that is proud of the local community of Nagari Sungai Dareh, Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra Province.

Faktor Kinerja Sistem Irigasi pada Tiga Daerah Irigasi di Kabupaten Dharmasraya

From the results of initial observations, it was found that the irrigation network management system in irrigation areas in Dharmasraya district was not managed properly and optimally, so that the impact was that many irrigation channels were found that were damaged and not well maintained. The purpose of this study was to identify the dominant factors and factors that influence the performance of the irrigation system in the three irrigation areas in Dharmasraya Regency, as well as to optimize the operation and maintenance of the network. Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Dharmasraya Dalam Mempromosikan Festival Pamalayu

The Dharmasraya Regency Tourism Office faces various reasons that lead to failure in promoting the Pamalayu Festival. Seeing the challenges faced by the Tourism Office in promoting this festival, researchers are interested in digging deeper into the communication strategies used. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Communication Strategy of the Dharmasraya Regency Tourism Office is in Promoting the Pamalayu Festival. The research method used in this study used a qualitative descriptive approach with qualitative research. Data were collected using in-depth interviews and documentation methods for informants. Data analysis used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The theory used in this study namely Laswel's communication theory. Lasswell states that the best way to explain the communication process is to answer the question: who says what in which channel to whom with what effect (who says what through what channel to whom with what effect). The answer to Lasswell's paradigmatic question is the elements of the communication process, namely the communicator, message, media/channel, receiver, and effect. The results of this study indicate that the strategy used by the Dharmasraya district tourism office in promoting the Pamalayu festival is with multimedia campaigns, campaigns with print media, cross-regional collaboration, and involving local communities. While the inhibiting factors for the marketing communication strategy of the Pamalayu Festival are limited access to technology, lack of human resources, and ignorance or ignorance.

Assessment of agricultural extension program planning on innovation dissemination in cattle farmers in transmigration area, Dharmasraya Regency, Sumatra Barat

The most important aspect of an agricultural extension programme is planning. The Extension Officers establish the program’s goal in this step. The study aimed to assess the farm extension program planning and measure the adoption rate of innovation among cattle farmers in the transmigration area in Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The survey method was used in this study. The respondents were sixty cattle farmers determined purposively chosen from five farmer groups presenting the transmigration area and has been attended to intensive agricultural extension. The data was collected with a questionnaire, analysed using descriptive statistics, and then presented in percentages. The result showed the program planning was implemented on preliminary data collecting (98.33%), existing condition analysis (85.83%), problems identification (52.50%), goals formalisation (70.83%), planning formations (98.33%), planning execution or agricultural extension activities (98.33%), evaluation of program progress (70.00%), and reconsideration (72.50%). The adoption rate of innovation showed adoption speed at 137-point, innovation spread in society at 129-point, and adoption quality at 167-point. It concluded that the agricultural extension program planning was implemented well, except for the problem identification phase. The adoption rate of innovation was categorised as good for cattle farmers in the transmigration area in Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra, Indonesia.

Morphological Characterization of Cacao Plants (Theobroma cacao L.) from Dharmasraya Regency of West Sumatra

Dharmasraya, a regency in West Sumatra Province, has traditionally focused on cultivating oil palm and rubber. However, due to a decline in prices for these commodities, there has been a shift towards cultivating cacao plants. Despite several years of cultivation, cacao production in Dharmasraya Regency remains low. This is attributed to unsuitable land and weather conditions, as well as the use of inferior plant material and uncertain origins of the cacao clone. To address these issues, a research study was conducted to assess the diversity and similarity of cacao plants in Dharmasraya Regency. The study focused on four locations within Sitiung Subdistrict: Siguntur, Sitiung, Gunung Medan, and Sungai Duo. A purposive sampling method was used to select the sample plants. The data was analyzed descriptively, and similarity analysis was performed using the NTSYS 2.02 software. The study identified seven different clones of cacao plants, each with distinct morphological characteristics in terms of leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds. The phenotypic similarity analysis revealed a coefficient value ranging from 23% to 47%, indicating a moderate level of similarity, and a variability value ranging from 53% to 77%. It was found that qualitative traits exhibited a narrow range of variability, while quantitative traits displayed a broader range of phenotypic variability.

PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MODIFIKASI PERMAINAN TERHADAP KEBUGARAN JASMANI PADA PESERTA DIDIK PUTRA KELAS VII SMPN 3 KOTO BARU

 Based on the results of observations that researchers found in the field, the low physical fitness of VII grade male students is evident from the facts that researchers found in the process of physical fitness learning for the 1st semester of 2021/2022 school year. Only 13 students who have good physical fitness level out of 37 students, here the percentage can only be 35.14%, while 64.86% have low physical fitness levels (Physical Educater for Junior Haig School 1 Tiumang, Dharmasraya Regency). This study aims to uncover the differences in the learning model of game modification and traditional games on physical fitness of male students of class VII Male Students of Junior High School 3 Koto Baru Dharmasraya Regency)
 This type of research is quasi-experimental, which was conducted on Agust 1 to Ocober 2 in male students of class VII Junior High School 3 Koto Baru Dharmasraya District, amounting to 30 people. Sampling in this study using proportional random sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 24 people. The test instrument used in this study is the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test for children aged 13-15 years while the statistical data analysis technique uses the normality test, and the t-test.
 Based on the results of data analysis using t-test analysis. The first hypothesis is obtained tcount (10.78)> ttable (1.796) which means that there is a significant exercise effect of the learning model of game modification on physical fitness..

Pengaruh Digital Skill, Transformational Leadership dan Readiness for Change sebagai Variabel Mediasi terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour

The decline in the Global Innovation Index (GII) in Indonesia highlights the importance of promoting Innovative Work Behavior. In response, the government has initiated a Large-scale Bureaucracy Reform Design, emphasizing the significance of innovation in achieving world-class governance. Innovative Work Behavior is defined as creative ideas and contributions from employees in solving job-related problems, which impact organizational performance improvement. This research is motivated by the need for innovation in the public sector, particularly in the digital transformation of government services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Digital Skills and Transformational Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior, mediated by Readiness for Change, in the context of implementing Dukcapil Go Digital in the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Dharmasraya Regency. This research is a case study with a quantitative approach. The research respondents are all employees of Disdukcapil Dharmasraya Regency. This study uses primary data obtained from respondent answers through a questionnaire filled out via Google Forms. Data analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS (Structural Equating Modeling-Partial Least Square) method. The research findings indicate that Digital Skills and Transformational Leadership have a positive and significant influence on the Innovative Work Behavior of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Dharmasraya Regency. Digital Skills also have a positive and significant influence on Readiness for Change, while Transformational Leadership does not have a significant influence on Readiness for Change. Although Readiness for Change has a positive impact, it is not significant on Innovative Work Behavior. Furthermore, Readiness for Change is not able to function as a mediator between Digital Skills and Innovative Work Behavior, as well as between Transformational Leadership and Innovative Work Behavior.

Spatial Analysis of Transmigran Settlements and Service Facilities in Timpeh Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency

This research is motivated by factors to analyze transmigrant settlements and service facilities in the Timpeh Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency using a geographic information system. The results of the research are expected to explain how transmigrant settlements and service facilities in the Timpeh Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency. The type of research used in this research is spatial descriptive. The population in this study is the area where there are migrant communities in Timpeh Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra Province. In this study using total sampling with a sample of all areas where there are transmigrant people in Timpeh Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra Province. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that first, the distribution of transmigrant settlements in Timpeh Subdistrict is uneven and different. There are 4 villages with different numbers of settlements in each village. In Nagari Panyubarangan there are 7 settlements, Nagari Ranah Palabi with 8 settlements, Nagari Tabek with 8 settlements, Nagari Taratak Tinggi with 12 settlements. Second, education and health service facilities in Timpeh Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency are unevenly distributed in each Nagari. The distribution of educational facilities in this Subdistrict with a total of 15 schools and health service facilities has 7 main health centres and auxiliary health centres (Pustu). Third, Nagari Taratak Tinggi there are 6 educational service facilities and 2 health service facilities that can be reached by transmigrant settlement communities, Nagari Tabek has 4 educational service facilities and 2 health service facilities that can be reached by transmigrant settlement communities. Nagari Ranah Palabi has 5 educational service facilities and 2 health service facilities that can be reached by transmigrant settlement communities, but the Nagari in Panyubarangan has 2 educational service facilities that can be reached by transmigrant residential communities and does not have health service facility coverage areas.

Identifikasi Jenis Serangga Hama pada Tanaman Padi (Oryza Sativa L.) di Kampung Surau Kabupaten Dharmasraya

The aim of the research is to identify insect pests on rice plants (Oriza sativa) in Kampung Surau, Dharmasraya Regency. The method used is direct capture, direct identification by looking at body morphology and using Google Lens. The results of the research show that insect pests in the rice fields are low because they only consist of 7 species of insect pests on rice plants (Oryza sativa), namely black ants (Dolichoderus thoracicus), stalked crabs (Anasa tristis), grasshoppers (Dissoitera carolina), rice caterpillar larvae ( Pyraloidea innota), leaf beetles (Cryptocephalus Beetles), white pests (Nhympula depunctalis) and fierce grasshoppers (Letocorisa acuta).

The Management of Land Assets in Dharmasraya Regency Based on WebGIS

Land asset management is crucial in governance because government assets encompass properties and resources managed by government entities to generate economic value in the future. Dharmasraya Regency, located in West Sumatra Province, possesses a variety of government assets, including land and buildings. Despite its significant potential, the management of these assets has not been optimal. This research proposes a solution in the form of Geographic Information System (GIS)-based asset management, with a focus on land asset data collection. GIS enables in-depth spatial analysis of land assets and the entire region, facilitating efficient decision-making in asset management and development. The objective of this research is to map the position and distribution of government land assets in Dharmasraya Regency and provide visualization of web-based land asset management through WebGIS. The results of this research reveal that government land assets are spread across 11 districts, with the highest number of assets in the Sitiung District and the lowest in the Asam Jujuhan District. This research also produced a WebGIS application integrated into the Dharmasraya Regency Government website. This application allows easy and fast access to information about government-owned land assets, with features such as search, distance measurement, and various base map options. Thus, this research contributes to improving the management of land assets of Dharmasraya Regency Government through a modern approach based on information technology and geospatial technology.

Perbedaan Status Sosial Di Tengah Masyarakat: Studi Kasus Tradisi Alek Bajawek Di Kabupaten Dharmasraya 1960-2005

<p><em>As a tradition that has long existed in the lives of the people of Dharmasraya Regency, the Alek Bajawek Tradition is always held only on certain days. This research aims to reveal the Alek Bajawek Tradition in Kenagarian Koto Baru Dharmasraya. In contrast to the implementation of other traditions which involve all people in every procession, the Alek Bajawek tradition can only be carried out by certain people, such as Urang Nan Ampek Jinih. The research method used in this writing is the historical research method, with data collection carried out directly in the field through interviews and observation as primary sources. Meanwhile, researchers obtain secondary sources through the library. Then in the historical method there are several stages that must be carried out, such as heuristics, source criticism, analysis and writing. The results of this research explain the beginning of the emergence of the Alek Bajawek tradition at the same time as the Koto Besar Kingdom in Koto Baru Dharmasraya District, the existence of the Alek Bajawek tradition as a special tradition in the form of respect from the community for Urang Nan Ampek Jinih and is usually called Alek Gadang or Alek Rajo . However, this phenomenon indirectly makes a difference in the social status between a king or other leading figure and ordinary people.</em><em></em></p>

Enhancing Science Learning Outcomes through Quantum Teaching Method at Grade VI Students of SD Negeri 11 Koto Salak

The condition of mathematics learning to date is still dominated by teachers as providers of knowledge, resulting in students getting more information from teacher explanations alone, resulting in students' thinking being less developed. The impact of this learning is that mathematics learning outcomes are not optimal. Question Students Have is a strategy that encourages students to dare to ask questions in written form. The aim of this research is to determine the learning outcomes of students taught using the Question Students Have strategy for Class VI students at SDN 11 Koto Salak. The type of research used in this research is experimental research, namely Pre Experimental with a One Group Pre-test and Post-test research design. The sample for this research was 23 Class VI students at SDN 11 Koto Baru, Dharmasraya Regency. The research instruments used in this research were student learning outcomes tests, documentation and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with the PTK cycle. The research results show an increase in student learning outcomes in mathematics lessons seen from the class average score. The value before intervention was 39.78%. The value in cycle I increased to 67.82% and there was another increase in cycle II to 82.40%. Based on these results, it is concluded that the Question Students Have strategy can improve mathematics learning outcomes for class VI students at SDN 11 Koto Salak.

Kemandirian Belajar Matematika Siswa Melalui Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Pulau Punjung

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach increases student independence in learning mathematics. This type of research is pre-experimental or Static Group Comparison methodology. The study population is all grade VII students enrolled in SMP Negeri 3 Pulau Punjung, Dharmasraya Regency for the 2022–2023 school year. The technique used is random sampling. The research sample came from grade VII.1 students who were used as an experimental class with a total of 22 students, and VII.4 which was used as a control class with a total of 20 students. The results of the questionnaire analysis of students' independence in mathematics learning were obtained tcalculate = 5.042 and ttabel = 1.68. because if tcount>ttable then H0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning independence in the problem-base learning model compared to conventional learning.

Women Empowerment (Case Study On Tanah Like Batik Group) in Teluk Sikai Sungai Duo Dharmasraya

This research was conducted to find out that empowerment in a society is very important to advance people's welfare. Most people in Indonesia have their own creativity which is very productive, they just don't realize it. Empowerment is one of the first steps in community activities to improve welfare towards the survival of the community. Women's empowerment is carried out in order to grow the strengths of women so that they are able to develop and prosper, one of which is through the Tanah Liek batik group in Jorong, Sikai Bay, Duo Dharmasraya River. It is very visible that the existence of this batik group can improve the community's economy and create jobs. for people who work as housewives only. This research aims (1) To determine the implementation of learning between fellow craftsmen. (2) To determine the community's environmental support for the Tanah Liek Batik Group. (3) To find out the impact obtained by the Tanah Liek Batik Group craftsmen.This research uses a qualitative approach with the nature of a case study which aims to provide an overview of the findings. The location of this research is Jorong Teluk Sikai, Nagari Sungai Duo, Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. The sources for this research are managers, women who work in the Tanah Liek batik group who can be interviewed, village heads and the surrounding community. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data obtained from this research is based on source triangulation, method triangulation, and theory triangulation.The results of the research show that: (1) There is an implementation of learning between fellow craftsmen in the form of cooperation and giving each other advice, (2) There is support from the surrounding environment for the Tanah Liek batik group physically and non-physically, namely women's empowerment in Sikai Bay, (3) Impact What the craftsmen in the Tanah Liek Batik Group get is able to provide employment opportunities for mothers who only work as housewives, and can help improve the family economy of the craftsmen in the Tanah Liek Batik group.Kata kunci: Women's Empowerment, Tanah Liek Batik
