This study aims to determine the role of the digital economy in economic resilience and growth in Indonesia. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are. The potential of the digital economy greatly influences the resilience and growth of the Indonesian economy, this is able to make Indonesia the largest digital economy market share. The existence of the digital economy is greatly felt by the community, forcing related parties to design new strategies by adopting digitalization, which is dominated by innovation in technology, information, communication, and the increasing development of internet networks. The digital economy has a very important role in economic resilience and growth in Indonesia. Some of these roles include increasing efficiency and productivity, expanding markets, creating new jobs, and increasing innovation.

Multi-Mode SpMV Accelerator for Transprecision PageRank With Real-World Graphs

With the development of Internet networks, the PageRank algorithm, which was initially developed to recommend important pages in Google’s web search systems, is widely used as the basis of various ranking systems in graph processing fields. However, PageRank algorithm requires Sparse Matrix-Vector Multiplication (SpMV) repeatedly which becomes main bottleneck for the calculation. In this study, we present the multi-mode SpMV accelerator for half-to-single transprecision PageRank with real-world graphs. To support transprecision, where the operation performs in half-precision (FP16) initially and changes its precision to single-precision (FP32), the proposed multi-mode SpMV accelerator can perform both dual FP16 mode and single FP32 mode. In dual FP16 mode, the proposed accelerator performs two FP16 SpMV in parallel, and in single FP32 mode, it performs one FP32 SpMV with the same hardware resources. Also, for the reduction of memory footprint, the proposed accelerator supports the Compressed Sparse Row (CSR) format. In addition, dual-issue accumulator and multi-mode transprecision multiplier are presented to support both FP16 and FP32 modes. Validation of the proposed transprecision PageRank algorithm is performed with four real-world graph datasets, resulting in a low 0-4% error rate and <inline-formula xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$1.3\times $ </tex-math></inline-formula> - <inline-formula xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$1.9\times $ </tex-math></inline-formula> speedup compared to single-precision PageRank computation without transprecision.

Design of Load Balancing Using Static Route Address List Method In The Case Study of Tambakrejo Village Tulungagung

internet plays a very important role today, both to search for information and knowledge. In the development of internet networks, many factors influence it, such as the geographical location of the area, supporting facilities such as signal towers, construction costs, and Internet Service Providers (ISP) that cover the area. The purpose of this study is to build an internet network in Tambakrejo village, which has very difficult internet access due to its geographical location which is very far from urban areas and very few supporting facilities in the construction of internet networks, so the authors develop a solution using devices such as the Router Router, hubs, dongle modems, and bolic e-goen pans, and uses a load balancing method to stabilize the activity load of all connected devices. the final result expected by the authors in this study is so that people who live in the Tambakrejo village of Tulungagung city can feel internet access that is easier and more stable, and the construction of their internet network does not cost much.

Web-Based Instrument Development Workshop as Supporting Materials for Online Learning

The development of information and communication technology is currently driving the development of internet networks around the world. This internet can be useful in various fields including education. Education is currently experiencing system changes as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The learning is carried out online. Therefore, it takes teacher skills in preparing online learning media. Based on this, a web-based instrument development workshop activity was carried out for science teachers in the IPA MGMP of Jombang Regency. The number of participants was 65 science teachers in the IPA MGMP of Jombang Regency. The workshop was held for three days online via the zoom platform. The first two days were the delivery of learning video development materials using the OBS application, google form, quizizz and google classroom then the participants worked independently. The third day was a presentation of the participants' independent work. The workshop participants were enthusiastic about participating in the workshop as seen from the zpost-workshop survey results. This workshop resulted in 60 web-based instrument products and articles on the development of participant instruments.

As for the problem how Cipurut Wangun Village requires the development of internet network, What is the purpose of Cipurut Wangun Village to build an Internet network, How to open a new business by utilizing Internet Network (Technology), How to benefit from the advancement of internet network technology that has been built one of the citizens there Author tried to create a network that could possibly be utilized for all residents of Kampung Wangun by utilizing WiFi network. Partner cooperation of a tower triangle at the central point of the server and planted several radios to channel to several points in Kampung Wangun Cipurut, The results obtained by the network become a great opportunity for the people in the village to open a home-based entrepreneurial industry facilitated by the village through BUMNDes.

Image steganography based on a new hybrid chaos map and discrete transforms

With the development of Internet networks, the importance of information security is becoming more and more significant. Therefore, it is considered necessary to study the existing methods in order to develop them for creating more suitable approaches. Due to the fact that, in the most communication networks image is one of the most popular and widely used communication formats, the method presented in this paper is the image steganography method in transform domain. In order to enhance the image transfer, first of all, we have introduced a hybrid chaotic map based on the sine and Logistic-Tent systems by applying radical function and a variety of trigonometric functions. Furthermore, we have represented some new kinds of shift operators for shuffling pixel positions of the cover image in order to improve resistance of the algorithm against different kinds of attacks. In the proposed algorithms, we have also applied discrete framelet and wavelet transforms on secret and cover images, respectively. To show the ability of the proposed algorithm, the results have been evaluated.

The development of internet networks has undoubtedly increased the awareness of everyone who uses them. How far, however, perceived information delivers only positive experiences depending on its content. Everyone prefers to read for himself or herself or see himself or herself on the internet in priority in a positive light. Internet communication, however, also provides another opportunity - the negative relationships that have arisen from the real communication environment to be transmitted into cyberspace. The phenomenon of causing pain, harm, demonstration of hatred and enmity through the capabilities of social internet networks is referred to as cyberbullying. It is a contemporary form sending and receiving information, which, since its distribution, aims to injure, frighten the recipient or embarrass him in front of more people.&#x0D; The article presents the results of a study conducted with students from different schools in Bulgaria. No matter what age or gender the students are, the strongest effect of change occurs in their behavioral responses. Negative experiences make the victims unsure. Students who are victimized by cyberbullying lose their desire to go to school, they even close for their friends, neglect their academic preparation, more at home, watch more TV, avoid the society of their classmates, reduce their internet activity. This closeness and contact limitation enhances their experiences. Girls’ victims of cyberbullying are more likely to turn to their parents for help than boys.

INCREASING CYBER CRIME AGAINST WOMEN IN INDIA: A CRITICAL STUDY

The arrival of the digital age and the development of internet networks gave rise to a new aspect of human experience that is referred to as cyber space. In other words, it is an addition to the world that exists within an individual's mind. These people use the internet in the same way. Given the proliferation of the Internet, this has recently become a new type of abusive weapon specially targeted towards women in India. Hence, the goal of this article is to combine the digital and physical worlds, which are often seen as opposites, into a useful discussion and present the situation of cyber violence against women in India.

A Design and Teaching Practice of Micro Mobile Learning Assisting College English Teaching Mode base on WeChat Public Platform

With the advances in information technology, fragmentation mobile learning is becoming increasingly popular. WeChat public platform and mobile micro learning shows good match, which can satisfy the needs of college English autonomous learning. We build a mode by using WeChat public platform to assist college English teaching, then use a method of questionnaires and in-depth interviews to conduct an empirical study of this model. And the results show that the mobile micro-learning is a useful supplement to classroom teaching; finally, this paper proposes WeChat public platform can aid college English teaching. With the rapid development of network and information technology, the traditional education pattern has been greatly influenced by informationization tide. China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) in Beijing issued “the 35th China Internet network development state statistical report”, showing that up to December 2014, there are 557 million mobile Internet users in China, accounting for 85.8% of the total number of Internet users. The popularity of smart phones and the rapid development of mobile Internet, WeChat, Weibo and other learning technical support, provide a possibility for people to do mobile micro learning.

Blast disease is caused by the Pyricularia oryzae fungus and has been recorded in more than 80 rice-producing countries around the world, and the disease is progressively more complex, causing many difficulties for farmers. From previous studies on rice blast disease, six important factors including rice variety, density, temperature, moisture, leaf color (protein), and lesion status have been found to have significant influence on the pathogenesis of diseases. Today, with the rapid development of internet networks, mobile devices, etc., most of the farmers own mobile phones. In this study, the content-based of recommender method is used to build the mobile application “BLASTREC” that supports farmers in blast prevention. The software BLASTREC functions Android operating system based on two Naive Bayes and Decision Tree classification algorithms. Experimental results show that the accuracy of two algorithms is more than 90%. The experiment data on blast in Trung An area, Thot Not district, Can Tho city combines with agricultural experts’ opinion to provide farmers with appropriate treatment.

One of the most important side of market mechanism which is important to educate is commercial activities. As the evolution of economic relations, the level of commercial activities increase and its content and form change. Nowadays, in covering all fields of economic relations, commercial activities have great impact on economic development of the countries all over the world. Global and regional economic integration extends relevance between different economic issues and countries that their exemplifications are very significant. The formation of the global internet network development and e-commerce caused sweeping changes both over the world economy and activities of individual companies and enterprises. These changes even sometimes led to refusing some traditional ideas and provisions in economic theory. The trend of development of cross country integration reduction of the volume of world trade during last years proves the urgency of improvement in this field. The subject of the presented research article contains economic, institutional, and legal mechanisms of regulation of commercial activities in accordance with the constantly changing demands of the world economy. During scientific research, abstraction, comparison, and analysis techniques were used. Commercial activity of the regulatory processes in the economic activity of enterprises not only had a great impact on the development of individual institutions but also it sometimes affected the economic development of the country. In this regard, the results of the research can be used to improve the regulatory mechanisms and commercial activities.

Do Internet and Human Capital Matter for Economic Growth in Developing Countries? Empirical Evidence from WAEMU Countries

In the attempt to establish new sources of economic growth in the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) countries except Gunea Bissau for sustainable growth of the region, this study aims to empirically assess the role of internet and revisit the impact of human capital in these countries based on panel data from 2009 to 2014. We firstly use the principal component analysis technique to build the internet network development index and the human capital index. Then we estimate a Cobb-Douglas function under the neoclassical Solow model to establish the relationship between gross domestic product and internet and human capital by using the fixed effects estimation technique. The findings indicate that internet network development constitutes an important pillar for economic growth in WAEMU countries at the current prevailing economic environment. In addition, they reveal that the performance of human capital in terms of economic growth is weak, a result which can be attributed to the poor quality of educational systems of the union. Physical capital is another source of economic growth of the WAEMU countries established by this study. Policy message drawn from this study encourages strategies aiming to strengthen internet network development in WAEMU countries.

Design of Carbon Efficient Online Logistics Networks

With development of internet network, more traditional brick-and-mortar firms sell products via online channels. The key feature of online channels is home delivery, hence, how to design efficient online logistics networks has been the core problem faced by online firms. Furthermore, with increasing pollution of ecological environment and global warming, more carbon emission regulations enacted and implemented also impact firms operation and decision. This paper mainly study online logistics networks design constraint from carbon emission regulations. We analyze the following three types of networks, dropping delivery network (D), delivery network via distribution center (W), and last mile delivery network (L). Combining carbon emission from inbound and outbound transportation, and emission from inventory storage, we design optimal logistics networks and then analyze online logistics network design of Sunfeng best choice firm.

Analysis and Visualization of Scientific Communities with Information Extracted from the Web

The aim of the present work is to represent graphically the structures of a specific area of knowledge, from data extracted from the Web. The recent development of Internet network has facilitated the access to new resources, which has contributed to create new disciplines that try to exploit these resources. The main problems for their use are their location and processing. Through this work we will combine techniques of extraction, analysis and visualization of data, in order to define an architecture to solve the problems of processing resources. We will specifically explore two of the most important structures that define a scientific community, the subjects that generate a greater interest and its social network. As an example of the application of the architecture and the techniques used, we will present a study on the community of the JISBD using data extracted from the Web.
