Efforts to Improve Fine Motoric Skills of Early Childhood through Coffee Dregs at Tkit Ar-Rahmah, Bener Meriah Regency

This study aims to determine how efforts to improve the fine motoric abilities of early childhood through coffee grounds at Tkit Ar-Rahmah, Bener Meriah Regency. using the method of class action research (PTK) descriptive qualitative model. The subject of this research is class B children totaling 24 children, of which there are 15 girls and 14 boys at the age of 5-6 years. The results of the achievement of action in cycle 1 showed that the percentage of children's fine motor skills was 37.5% undeveloped (BB), children who began to develop (MB) 41.67%, and children developing as expected (BSH) 20.83%. Whereas in cycle II there was a very good increase, namely with a percentage of 16.67% of children who developed as expected (BSH) and 83.33% of children who developed very well (BSB). Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in children's fine motor skills through coffee grounds collage media in TKIT Ar-Rahmah, Bener Meriah district.

Blater's power in local politics, village head election in Madura

The involvement of elite groups or certain groups in winning political contests is often carried out by candidates for political office. This also happens in local political contestations, village head elections. This research was conducted to reveal the role and behavior of blater in village elections in Sumenep, Madura, East Java. This research uses a descriptive qualitative model. The data collection technique was carried out using in-depth interviews with various informants involved in the election, such as blater, village head candidates and voters. Apart from that, document searches were also carried out regarding village election activities and after the election of the village head. To obtain accurate data, the research cross-checked the data collected, between the data obtained through in-depth interviews, and the documents traced and obtained by the researcher. From the research conducted, blater has an important role in the election of village heads. This is caused by several factors. Blater has influence, blater also has a strategy for carrying out his role, blater has certain preferences when the village head election takes place, and blater's role has an impact on the village head election process. Apart from that, the blater has a network that shapes the winning process.

Changes Da’wah of Kyai Hasyim in the Naqsabandiyah Order in Jember, 1982-2013

<span>This article examines the Naqsabandiyah Mujaddadiyah Khalidiyah Order in Jember during the leadership period of KH. Abdul Wahid Hasyim Nawawi in 1982-2013. The historical approach was used in this study with a descriptive qualitative model which was analyzed through Anthony Giddens' structuration theory regarding the influence of the kyai obtained due to the structure of the surrounding community. The author considers this study important to write because the Naqsabandiyah Mujaddadiyah Khalidiyah (TNMK) Order in Jember has not been well documented by the community. Thus, TNMK is basically seen as exclusive by the community which then raises negative prejudice from the community. The results in this study the role of Kyai Hasyim through: routine studies, strengthening sharia issues, increasing patience, building emotional relationships and living tolerance can have an impact on social change in the Jember community, both in educational institutions and social life. Among the several roles played by Kyai Hasyim in dealing with a multicultural society, it is very possible if the structure concept used in the Naqsabandiyah Mujaddadiyah Khalidiyah Tarekat uses the "contemporary Sufism" model, so that it is easier for people to understand the tarekat and become a new paradigm in the development of the tarekat in the next leadership.</span>

Transformational Leadership in Increasing the Quality of Educational Human Resources

Islamic educational institutions must devise effective strategies in the current era of information openness and transformation, keep up with changes in people's lives, offer the best level of community service, and produce breakthroughs, innovation, and limitless creativity in order to be recognized and gain the public's trust as institutions capable of managing education. The data gathering methods used in this study are interviews and documentation, utilizing a descriptive qualitative model approach. Techniques for data analysis used a qualitative descriptive model approach This study discovered that, although though SDIT is typically found in metropolitan regions, Ash Sholihat may persuade the community to support the development of schools in rural areas by using the transformational leadership model at SDIT.

Language Politeness Strategies Spoke by Boy William in the Breakout Interview with Ruel

This study aims to (1) find out the types of politeness strategies spoken by Boy William in a breakout interview with Ruel, (2) find the most dominant politeness strategies, and (3) find the contribution of politeness strategies from a pragmatic perspective. This research is qualitative. The research data is in the form of a conversation between Boy William and Ruel in the talk show "Breakout Interview with Ruel" on the YouTube channel. The research data was taken from Boy William's speech when communicating with Ruel. The research data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's descriptive qualitative model theory (2014). Research data was collected by watching talk show videos on YouTube, listening, recording, analyzing, and classifying the speaker's speech (Boy William) when communicating with the guest star (Ruel). The results of the study stated that 21 utterances had been analyzed as language politeness strategies spoken by Boy William in the Breakout Interview Talkshow with Ruel, namely; 12 (57.142%) positive politeness strategies, 4 (19.047%) Bald Off Record, 1 (4.761%) %) negative politeness and 4 (19.047%) Off Record. It can be concluded that Boy William tends to use positive politeness strategies more often in interviewing guests (Ruel).

From Declarative to Procedural Knowledge: toward a more efficient arabic teaching in Indonesia

Declarative and procedural knowledge are the two knowledge systems in the second language acquisition process. Declarative knowledge is more prevalent in Indonesia when it comes to the teaching and learning of Arabic. Thus, Arabic education in Indonesia focuses more on knowledge and memorization of grammar. Meanwhile, procedural knowledge is often overlooked. This research aims to present procedural knowledge system as the alternative to transform the Arabic learning in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative model. This research found that several language patterns need to be mastered to achieve optimal procedural knowledge. These patterns require appropriate learning strategies. Metacognition is the main key in conducting self evaluation in preparing learning strategies. This article describes ninepatterns in Arabic that should be mastered for activating the learner's procedural knowledge.

Football Sports Development Management (Case Study at the North Bolaang Mongondow Persibolmut Club)

This research was motivated by the decline in the performance of North Bolaang Mongondow Persibolmut in the Liga III competition in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the sports management of the North Bolaang Mongondow Persibolmut club, the coaching and training patterns carried out by the club, and to find out more about the achievements that have been achieved by North Bolaang Mongondow Persibolmut. This research is a qualitative research, with a descriptive qualitative model. The sources of this research are the management of the board, the coaching team, and the players of North Bolaang Mongondow Persibolmut. The instrument used is data search by interview, survey and documentation methods. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research carried out at the North Bolaang Mongondow Persibolmut football club can be concluded as follows: (1) The management of the Persibolmut club management, namely the District Football Association (Askab) PSSI Bolaang Mongondow Utara and the club management are not well and effectively run. (2) The coaching program for the North Bolaang Mongondow Persibolmut football club was not carried out properly and correctly in accordance with the development of football sports, namely massing, breeding and scouting talent. (3) The training program at the North Bolaang Mongondow Persibolmut club is not documented or unwritten and there is no information on the players. Players do not know the training program that must be carried out because training is carried out by the management only at certain times when facing matches and competitions. (4) Football facilities and infrastructure at the Persibolmut club are not yet complete, the facilities are limited to the field, Persibolmut does not yet have adequate facilities and infrastructure, especially secretariat facilities and infrastructure, player facilities and infrastructure, as well as training facilities and infrastructure. (5) The local government of North Bolaang Mongondow does not pay serious attention to improving the management of football sports coaching at the Persibolmut club.

Kerjasama bagi hasil ayam potong untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan bagi pelaku usaha

Chicken farming is a form of agribusiness that is capital intensive. Broiler chicken is one of the farms if it is developed to have good prospects. Businesses in the field of animal husbandry in the form of broiler cultivation can establish partnerships. A partnership is a form of cooperation that applies profit sharing. The broiler cooperation program aims to establish mutually beneficial and reinforcing business cooperation and mutual trust between farmers and the core party (business partners or investors). Qualitative analysis was used in this study with a descriptive qualitative model. The study results indicate that the system is a partnership cooperation system, with farmers as plasma following the policy from its core (the investors). The policy on delivery issues already exists. Marketing has been regulated by the core party so that, in this case, the breeder only takes care of it. Profit sharing in partnership applies to an agreement where the nucleus already gives a benchmark price.

The Effect of Mamakiah Tradition toward Students' Education in Padang Pariaman Traditional Islamic Boarding School

The tradition of Mamakiah is a form of habit that students from generation carry out to generation to support and assist their lives in carrying out education at Islamic Boarding Schools in the Padang Pariaman area. However, the community sees this tradition as a habit that is equated with beggars and begging. This study uses a descriptive qualitative model to use a field research method (field research). The result of this study is that the mamakiah tradition carried out by the students of the Padang Pariaman Traditional Islamic Boarding School is a form of learning provided by the Pondok to help the cost of living and education students while at the Islamic Boarding School. In addition, this tradition also provides education to students related to Education of Patience, Sincerity, helping each other and providing opportunities for the community to give alms.

The Effectiveness of Online Learning For Business Administration Students at Indragiri College

The Covid-19 outbreak has made everything change routine, including in terms of education. In the past, learning in universities was carried out face-to-face, but now learning must be carried out online. The purpose of this study was to find out how much effective online learning is during the covid 19 pandemic for Business Administration students at the STIA Indragiri college. This study uses a descriptive qualitative model. Respondents from this study amounted to 26 students. The results of this study indicate that students want face-to-face learning, while some students want online learning, so it can be concluded that continuous online learning during this pandemic is very ineffective.

Actualization of Thinking KH. Ahmad Shiddiq About Education Leadership of National Insight

This article examines the thoughts of KH. Ahmad Siddiq on the educational leadership model with a national perspective. There is a very interesting lesson from his thoughts so he deserves to be called a national hero because he is a cleric who has national insight who can unite the Indonesian people and accept Pancasila as the basis of the Indonesian state. This study uses a descriptive qualitative model with library data collection and data validity using data triangulation. KH. Ahmad Siddiq has a proportional thought, ideology and religion are not two things that must be chosen one while discarding the other. In the relationship between religion and Pancasila, the two can support each other and strengthen each other, the two are not contradictory and should not be contradicted.

Sharia Magashid in the Perspective of Corporate Zakat

This study aims to determine the role of sharia magashid in the perspective of corporate zakat, including contemporary ijtihad and the expansion of property entities that need to be issued zakat. Corporate zakat is usually analogous to trade donations, this is in accordance with the opinion of the global Zakat Conference, and is based on the opinion of scholars (Ridlo, 2007, regarding performance) Companies should produce zakat, because the company's presence is as a legal institution or what people think. Therefore, between individuals, after that, there are lending transactions, selling, correlating with outside parties, and also undergoing cooperation. all roles and the results of the conclusions are enjoyed in the same way, including the role of Allah SWT in the zakat arrangement (Reza, 2012). The methodology used in this research is a descriptive qualitative model. The research with this model begins with the steps of collecting primary information, making descriptions, systematically compiling all the data/information and presenting the discussion and analysis in the form of narrative descriptions. This research focuses on literature study, in which the research process prioritizes library data. Or in other terms it is called library research. While library research itself is a research activity that prioritizes data mining by reviewing various literatures such as scientific books, national journal articles.

Sara Kidina in Buton: The Perspective of History, Culture and Quality of Life

This article aimed to explain the existence of ‘Sara Kidina’, a traditional institution that has survived to this day in Buton. Sara Kidina means a government or small institution that deals with legal and religious issues. This study used a descriptive qualitative model. Data were collected through a literature search and in-depth interviews with key informants. According to the results, the Sara Kidina institution has survived for approximately 423 years. Since its formation during the reign of the fourth Sultan of Buton, DayanuIkhsanuddin, Sara Kidina’s duties and functions have not significantly changed, even though the Buton sultanate system has ended. Sara Kidina functions to take care of the Butonese people, both now and in the hereafter. In carrying out these customary, legal and religious processions, Sara Kidina has an organizational structure with assigned duties. During the Sultanate of Buton, four Bhisa were included in the Sara Kidina structure because of their extensive knowledge of legal, religious and mysticism issues. At present, Sara Kidina is still functioning well in serving the needs of the community. This shows the strong influence of these institutions in the social and cultural life of the Butonese people. Therefore, government policy alignments are expected to support the existence of the Sara Kidina institution.

Strategi Pembelajaran Daring Dengan Model Resitasi Berbasis Teknologi Bagi Siswa MI/SD

4.0 Revolution eases people to get connected online. It also influences the education development that goes in line with the information and communication technology advancement. One of the most-contributing in education world is online learning. This research aims to (a) describe the online learning strategy concept, (b) describe the technology based recitation model for learners, and (c) analyze the implementation of the online learning with technology based recitation model in NU Nurul Haq Islamic School, Prambatan, Kudus. This research uses a descriptive qualitative model from the interview results held online and face to face. The findings showed that online learning was effective to be implemented in current technologized era. Then, to make online learning running smoothly, there is a need of technology based tasks that could facilitate the online learning promotion by considering social, affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspect. It is in accordance to technology based recitation model that could foster students’ behaviors to seek and manage their information and communication. Furthermore, it could foster responsibility and discipline of the learners.

An Analysis of Figurative Language in Maroon 5 – Nobody’s Love Song Lyrics

Beautiful words have special meanings and involve expressing ideas in song lyrics through figurative language. This study discussed an analysis of the figurative language in the Maroon 5 song’s lyrics. This study emphasizes the use of figurative language and meaning in the lyrics of the song "Nobody's Love" by Maroon 5. Furthermore, the data source was taken from the lyrics of the Maroon 5 song lyrics. This research employed the descriptive qualitative model. In the analysis, the procedure began by reading the lyrics. Second, the researchers sought to identify words, phrases, and phrases that involved figurative language and catch each figurative language's context. Thirdly, the researchers took some notes about figurative language. Finally, the researchers classified and re-checked the details and analyzed them. The next step was the discussion of each category's results. The last step was drawing conclusions based on the report. The data showed five types of figurative language found in the lyrics of this song: Personification 20%, Hyperbole 30%, Irony 20%, Simile 20%, and Repetition 20%.

Job profile of welding and machining in the ship industry of Penataran Angkatan Laut Company Indonesia

This study aims to describe the Penataran Angkatan Laut company’s modern shipping industry’s job profile and its relevance to the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program curriculum, Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University 2014. The research is focused on the job profile of a welder level for the field welding and operator level for the machining plane. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative model with the research subject of Penataran Angkatan Laut company Indonesia Surabaya, East Java. Data collection techniques used include interviews, documentation, and observation. The data is then analyzed using the percentage method—checking the validity of the data used triangulation of sources and techniques. This study’s results indicate that the curriculum is a relevant category in the welding field with a 64.74% value and 91.67%, a very relevant category in machining.

An Investigation of Macrostructure, Superstructure, and Microstructure on Online News Text

This study aimed to analyze the structure of the text in the news texts of tempo.com entitled “Tolak Relokasi Ibu Kota,” published in 2019, in which it highlighted the government’s plan to relocate the capital city of Indonesia. The descriptive qualitative model was used by adapting van Dijk’s approach. The data were analyzed only in terms of the structure of text on online media tempo.com and with the orientation of the descriptive-analytic method. The data of this study were presented qualitatively. The results showed that the journalists of tempo.com media built public opinion in the news negatively. The journalists utilized selected diction, cause-effect organization, and selected speaker’s indirect quotations to produce news texts. Besides, the news was considered in harmony with its mission of providing a multimedia product independent and free from all pressures. The readers were led to a negative image of the government on tempo.com as an active and existent media in voicing justice.

Investigating Figurative Language in “Lose You to Love Me” Song Lyric

Figurative language is part of the semantic aspect in language that employs various figures in a language. The study discussed an analysis of the figurative languages in the Selena Gomez song. The study aimed at finding out the kind and the meaning of figurative languages in her song “Lose You to Love Me”. The source of the data was taken from the lyrics of Selena Gomez’s song. Her song was classified as a pop song released on 23rd October 2019. In this analysis, the descriptive qualitative model was used with a pure structuralism approach, such as hyperbole, irony, paradox, personification, repetition, and simile. Then the types of figurative language were classified and analyzed. The result showed that six kinds of figurative languages were found: hyperbole 33.3%, Irony 11.1%, paradox 22.3%, personification 11.1%, repetition 11.1%, and simile 11.1%. The figurative language dominant is hyperbole since song lyrics are distorted by adding original meanings to explicit words. Instead, song lyrics contain a comparative meaning between denotative interpretation and connotative meaning. In addition, this song provides the essence of the song on aesthetic principles and colors.

Partisipasi Masyarakat pada Penerapan Pembangunan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan (Studi Kasus Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul, Kabupaten Magelang)

The development of sustainable tourism with tourism villages as its implementation has become one form of development that is considered in accordance with current needs, both from fulfilling economic needs as a parameter of the successful implementation of tourism development in the community and community involvement in tourism development in their area. This paper aims to record the form of implementation of the development of sustainable tourism in rural areas, with a focus on tourism villages seen from the impact of economic implications on income levels and shifts in people's livelihoods. Taking a case study in Pujon Kidul Tourism Village, Malang Regency. The research method was carried out by descriptive qualitative models and in-depth interviews. As a result, Pujon Kidul Tourism Village has succeeded in empowering the potential of its village through the development of sustainable tourism, as seen from the increased income of the community and the shift in the livelihood of agrarian communities to become entrepreneurs.

Regulatory framework for Islamic financial institutions: lesson learnt between Malaysia and Indonesia

Islamic finance is a rapidly growing stream in the Halal economy. Islamic finance is a method of banking or financing activities that are based on the Sharia law and operated by sharing the risk or divide the profits of any investment as per the agreed terms. This study discusses the forms of a regulatory framework and on the organizations that are constituted for standardizing the regulations. The paper also analyses the regulatory framework for Islamic financial institutions in Malaysia and Indonesia. The type of research used is a descriptive qualitative model. We find that both countries maintain a dual system of the regulatory framework which considers the conventional and Islamic financial system. Hence, the central bank has full authority to enact required laws and policies and to regulate the Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia and Malaysia.
