Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengadaan Suku Cadang Kereta Api Berbasis Web

Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP (Operation Area) II Bandung is one of the operating areas of Indonesian railways, under the environment of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) which is under the Board of Directors of PT Kereta Api Indonesia led by a Head of Operations Area (Kadaop) who is under and is responsible to the Board of Directors of PT Kereta Api Indonesia. Operational Area II Bandung has three major stations, including Bandung station, Kiaracondong station, and Tasikmalaya station, while the middle class train stations include Padalarang station, Cipeundeuy station, Ciamis station, and Banjar station. The train warehouse is located at Bandung station, while the locomotive depot is not far from Bandung station. In presenting logistics information, it is still not optimal because it still uses manual methods so that in terms of time it is not effective and efficient. To solve this problem, a Web-based monitoring information system was created. The theoretical basis refers to the definition of Information Systems, Scout Movement and web builder applications including Web Browsers, Web Servers and Web editors.With the existence of an information system that supports it is expected that the processing of spare parts data and other reports can be more effective, efficient and timely.Hopefully the system created can be used as the beginning of developing a better system and can help with logistics work, so that the author hopes that employees are open to information systems that can make their work easier which may change in the future. ОСОБЛИВОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ МЕХАНІЗМІВ ЕКОЛОГІЗАЦІЇ СИСТЕМ ТЕПЛОПОСТАЧАННЯ З БЕЗРЕАГЕНТНОЮ ПІДГОТОВКОЮ ВОДИ

The aim of the article is to research according to the desire to approach the effective achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which is supported by a UN expert group visiting Ukraine to support contextualization and adaptation of the SDGs to the needs and priorities of Ukraine through an approach based on updating, supporting policy and accelerating achievement -approach M-Mainstreaming (updating), AAcceleration (acceleration), PS-Policy Support (policy support)), United Nations agencies in Ukraine, namely FAO, IOM, UNDP, UN Population Fund, UNICEF and UN Women jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. According to the approved Law of Ukraine "On the basic principles (strategy) of the state environmental policy of Ukraine for the period up to 2030" and the analytical report of ICED "Analysis of state strategic documents on the accounting of the Sustainable Development Goals adapted for Ukraine until 2030" and the Paris climate agreement, potentially imposes on Ukraine new obligations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and, unfortunately, the suspended consideration of the draft resolution on holding parliamentary hearings on the topic: "On the foundations of state policy forsustainable development of Ukraine" (June 3, 2020) - negatively affect the development of energy sector as the largest source of greenhouse gas emissions. For this, there is a vision of a way to manage mechanisms for greening production, goals to reduce anthropogenic emissions, where a significant role in the country's energy supply of water and steam heat supply systems is acquired by the issues of efficient use of thermal energy in all areas of these systems: generation for heating water or for generating steam; transportation to the consumer, as well as when using it by the consumer. Improvements of integrated environmental management systems to ensure environmentally balanced nature management and environmental modernization for activities within the framework of energy-saving technologies, implementation features are given. In particular, the proposed methodological approach, based on theoretical research, the definition of information systems, taking into account as forms of environmental management. Highlighted features of system creation and practical implementation.

Database development of information system for determining the outcome of myocardial infarction

The article is devoted to the database development definition of information system for determining outcome of myocardial infarction that is designed to automate the analysis and storage of the data on the state of the cardiovascular system after myocardial infarction. The analysis of requirements developed by the database is shown the need for consolidation of heterogeneous information for IS to determining outcome of myocardial infarction. In accordance with the requirements it was developed a scheme of database and defined the parent and child entities between which have been defined and established links such as one-to-many and many-to-many, and was designed physical model of database of information system for determining the outcome of myocardial infarction, and modeled its work with ErWin CASE-tools.For a software implementation of the developed physical model was proposed to use the RAD-system of C++ Builder, which will simplify the download process, processing and manipulating data in a developed database. The proposed database is open and cross-platform, which greatly increases its versatility. Developed database can be used successfully in urban and municipal medical cardiological institutions, private clinics, as well as the laboratory model in universities in the training of bachelors and masters of the corresponding profile.

Information system definition of adaptation opportunities of the students organism

The creation of the information system of definition of adaptive capabilities of students is considered in the paper. The problems of studying the functional capabilities of an organism, features of adaptation of students and their psycho-emotional state are highlighted. The main objective of the study is the development of methods and systems for the collection, processing and analysis of the data, obtained using technical means, as well as the use of medical and psychological knowledge. The information analysis includes the integrated assessment of adaptation capabilities of the student’s body, which involves the research of the overall variability by the spectral and temporal method, the dynamic component of the heart rate variability; the definition of the level of depression and anxiety and the estimation of distribution and switching of attention on the corresponding psychological tests.The proposed system allows to obtain the qualitative assessment of the adaptation capabilities of the student’s body taking into account the functional class and psycho-emotional state.

Business Rules in DBMS

Business rule is very important to the modeling and definition of information systems. Business rules are implemented as triggers in relational databases. The rule expresses a policy that how organization carries out a task. Business rules represent information about real world and database is collection of related information. Also people are interested in the set of rules that determines operation of business. Data models in DBMS give the structure of data; business rules are sometimes used to tell how the data can and should be used. There are various types data models supported in DBMS like network model, Hierarchical model and relational model. There are various business rules in DBMS like domain rules, integrity rules and triggering operations. In relational database business rules can be implemented with the help of checks, assertions and triggers. Eliciting, expressing, and capturing business rules is most important in DBMS which makes live databases more strong. Towards A Model Of Maturity For Is Risk Management

The risk management is an indispensable discipline for any organisation to acheive its objectives. As the IS (Information Systems) are key assets for organisations, managing IS risks becomes more and more important especially within a world in perpetual change. Since IS risk management creates plus value, it must follow a process of continuous improvement orchestrated by a model of maturity indicating in every time the runways of improvement. The studied literature shows the lack of a model that treat the maturity of the IS risk management and that consider all IS components. The present article has for purpose to initiate reflexion around this area and deliver a model of IS risk management maturity. First, we indicate IS definition that will fix the scope (All things concerned by IS risk management). Second, we define the IS risk management process that will fix the way (Activities used in IS risk manaegement). Third, we develop the maturity model for IS risk management. At the end, we conclude with perspectives opened to this work.

Avaliação econômica em Saúde na esfera de atenção local à saúde

This work aims to contribute to the discussion about the possibility of applying health economic evaluations at local level government healthcare system, and consequently use the results of this study into decision making. In order to subside this reflexion, it was analyzed the SAMU/192 Program costs evaluation in the city of Belo Horizonte, as well as data concerning effectiveness of the program and a review on electronic databases (SciELO and Medline) about the application of studies in decision making. The analysis showed that even for a simple evaluation on expenditure, there are still unsolved problems of data availability as well as of data effectiveness on information systems definition and association. It showed that decision makers do not use the result of studies for decision making either. So, we conclude that there is no possibility to apply a health economic evaluation research and have the results used in a local level government health care system.

Defining information systems as work systems: implications for the IS field

The lack of an agreed upon definition of information system (IS) is one of many obstacles troubling the academic IS discipline. After listing a number of definitions of IS, this paper defines IS as a special case of work system as defined in Alter (1999a). This definition has many desirable characteristics: it is easy to understand; differentiates IS from information technology (IT); covers totally manual, partially automated, and totally automated ISs; links to a life cycle model that generates many insights about development and implementation problems; provides a simple guideline that helps in interpreting common IS/IT jargon; and has other useful implications related to IS concepts, IS terminology, and the analysis and design of ISs. The paper presents the proposed IS definition and evaluates the definition in terms of simplicity, clarity, scope, systematic power, explanatory power, validity, reliability, and fruitfulness. An Appendix summarizes previously published concepts and two frameworks that flow from the proposed definition and are useful for appreciating many points in the evaluation section.

Defining CSFs for Information Systems Strategic Planning in Holding Companies: A Case Study of an Iranian Managerial Holding Company (System Group)

Holding companies (HCs) differ in their nature and behavior from other types of companies. Their role is to support, control and budget their subsidiaries. In general, HCs do not compete directly with one another, as it is difficult to find two HCs with the same product and service portfolios. Competition occurs instead at the subsidiary level against companies, which may or may not be part of other HCs, in overlapping markets with similar products and services. This concept of competition, which differs from that of typical commercial companies, is central to the development of HC strategies for supporting and controlling their subsidiaries. Information Systems Strategic Planning (ISSP) attempts to align information systems strategy with business strategy by directing the investment in information systems so as to satisfy strategic goals. Traditionally, ISSP methodologies have addressed the definition of information systems for Strategic Business Units (SBU). This research demonstrates, using a case study of an Iranian Managerial Holding Company, how ISSP can be applied instead to Strategic Business Processes (SBP). It illustrates how to define Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Information System Needs (ISN) on Strategic Processes instead of Strategic Units. Moreover, this study combines the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) with a statistical questionnaire survey to define strategic processes.

Client‐Led Information System Creation (CLIC): navigating the gap

Abstract. This paper offers a new framework to facilitate an interpretive approach to client‐led information system development, referred to as CLIC (Client‐Led Information System Creation). The challenge of moving seamlessly through a process of information systems (IS) design is still the subject of much research in the IS field. Attempts to address the difficulties of ‘bridging the gap’ between a client's business needs and an information system definition have hitherto not provided a coherent and practical approach. Rather than attempting to bridge the gap, this paper describes an approach to managing this gap by facilitating the clients’ navigating through the information system design process (or inquiry process) in a coherent manner. The framework has been developed through practice, and the paper provides an example of navigating through the design phase taken from an Action Research field study in a major UK bank.

Design and Development of a Himalayan Studies Information System for India: A Proposed Model

The ever-increasing need for information,with its complexity and escalating costs; theenormous growth in publications, and theemergence of subject specialization have compelled librarians to share resources throughinformation networks and systems. Thispaper describes the necessity of networkingamong the Himalayan Studies and ResearchCenters in India, allowing the sharing ofinformation originating from the HimalayanStudies Information System (HIMIS). Thepaper also discusses in brief the definition ofinformation systems, as well as the objectivesand needs of a proposed HIMIS.

Implementation of proactive maintenance in the Egyptian Glass Company

The implementation of proactive maintenance, as presented here, offers a complete package for maintenance system development. The package contains a methodology, a software package, and a set of tested and verified procedures. The methodology is general enough to be used in various fields of applications, as it was tested in different facilities, and service and production environments. It addresses the total corporate system, augmented by the new concepts of maintenance methods, and utilizes suitable approaches of information systems development. With the present approach process re‐engineering becomes essential for computerized maintenance information systems definition.

Information Systems For Maintenance OfHistorical Buildings And Monuments - Basics,Data Acquisition, Visualization

The objective pictorial representation and description of the actually found state of buildings forms the basis for all subsequent investigations and works for maintaining and restoring historical buildings. Simultaneously, there is urgent demand for information systems which can supply global information on the object and especially on the effects of the processing steps to all participating institutions. The first step has to be the exact geometrical representation of the object. Here, different methods centred around the application of digital image processing techniques will be presented. The consideration of historical sources and their conversion into data bank structures in connection with geometric quantities permit the definition of information systems. Additionally, interfaces must be set up to integrate current results into the data stores. On the basis of reasonably defined data bank structures, simulation calculations can be performed. In this area, first results from current research projects in the field of the maintenance of buildings will be presented.
