Munawir dan Isu Mawarith: Sebuah Kajian Linguistik Pada Al-Nisā Ayat 11

<p style="text-align: justify;">The law of inheritance is a study that has been stipulated in the Qur'an in detail. This study examines how Munawir Syadali thinks about the division of inheritance and the factors behind the emergence of this thought. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type. The data collection method is document analysis and uses content analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that H. Munawir Sjadzali's thoughts on verse 11 of Surah An-Nisa' are related to the law of inheritance division, namely to equalize the division of inheritance between sons and daughters. Analysis of Munawir's biography, thoughts, and interpretation methods shows his hermeneutic approach, emphasizing the spirit of justice behind the text of the Qur'an compared to mere literal interpretation. This approach, which takes into account the current social and cultural context, differs from traditional interpretations that adhere to the 2:1 ratio stated in the verse. Several factors have shaped Munawir's views, including his educational background, partnership experience, and commitment to Islamic reform. He prioritizes freedom of thought and contextualization of Islamic teachings, so that they are relevant in the modern world. Although his approach is provocative, he conveys to broader and deeper discussions about the interpretation of the Qur'an and the law of mawarith.</p>

Multi-Objective Routing and Categorization of Urban Network Segments for Cyclists

This study develops a progressive navigation and guidance model for the route selection of cyclists executed in a designated area. The route selection of cyclists is modeled as a Pareto multi-objective optimization problem which is solved with the NSGA-II algorithm. The study aims to contribute to the ongoing efforts to create efficient and cyclist-friendly navigation tools to promote sustainable urban mobility. Data collection methods include GPS tracking, field measurements, and qualitative approaches to understand cyclists’ behavior and preferences. Nine objective functions are constructed based on criteria related to safety and comfort, incorporating decision variables related to cyclists riding on sidewalks, capturing the complexity of urban cycling infrastructure. Tests are performed in a defined area in the center of Athens, Greece. The NSGA-II algorithm is executed with modifications and the Pareto front is constructed, which consists of 28 alternative routes between two origin–destination points. The four routes that optimize the nine criteria of the objective functions are presented, with most routes passing through the Zappeion Gardens. The NSGA-II algorithm is proven to be a suitable approach for applications in networks with complex characteristics and for capturing cyclists’ choices when they face conflicting options. The study presents how a novel approach for the multi-objective optimization of cyclists’ route choice, which considers a wide range of cyclists’ needs and preferences, can be implemented in an urban environment with a lack of cycle infrastructure.

Analisis profitabilitas dalam isu perubahan iklim global pada CV. Kelapa Inti Murni

Climate change is a global issue that remains a significant topic of discussion among many countries, including Indonesia. This is clearly expected to impact companies in areas such as sales and company profits. To analyze the risks and opportunities related to climate change on the profits generated by a company, it is essential to measure using profitability ratios. Profitability measures a company’s ability to generate profit from a certain level of sales, assets, and equity capital. This study aims to analyze the profitability in the context of global climate change issues at CV. Kelapa Inti Murni. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative. Data sources include primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data analysis method employs profitability ratios. The research findings indicate that profitability at CV. Kelapa Inti Murni is related to climate change. If there is a climate change event such as excessive heat, the company's profitability is expescted to decrease due to reduced sales or minimal profits. Overall, the company's profitability is considered quite good as it is above the industry average, except for return on equity which remains below the industry average standard.

The effect of positive mental well-being on patient reported outcome (PRO): finding from a cross-sectional multi-disease study in China.

This study aims to investigate the potential impact of positive mental well-being on responses of patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs), such as EQ-5D-5L. This study utilized the data collected in a cross-sectional study in a sample consisted of individuals with different health conditions. Spearman's rank correlations were employed to investigate the relationship between the responses to the dimensions of EQ-5D-5L and the Short Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (SWEMWBS). A binary logistic regression analysis and ordered logistic multivariable regression were utilized to examine how SWEMWBS scores could impact the responses to EQ-5D-5L dimensions, while controlling for variables such as age, gender, education level, health conditions, caring experience, and data collection methods. The effects of SWEMWBS on EQ-VAS and utility values were also examined. One thousand nine individuals participated in the survey. Spearman's rank correlation revealed that all dimensions of EQ-5D-5L, except for the anxiety/depression dimension, exhibited weak correlations with all dimensions of SWEMWBS. Binary logistic regression and ordered logistic multivariable regression indicated that age, SWEMWBS scores, gender, health conditions, data collection methods, and caring experience significantly influenced the likelihood of reporting problems in EQ-5D-5L responses. Notably, better SWEMWBS outcomes increased the likelihood of reporting no or fewer problemsacross all EQ-5D-5L dimensions. Spearman's rank correlation suggested a moderate or strong positive correlation between SWEMWBS scores and EQ-5D-5L utility values and EQ-VAS. The results of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that SWEMWBS scores, health conditions, caring experience, and data collection methods were significantly associated with EQ-5D utility values and EQ-VAS. Individuals with better positive mental well-being results are more likely to report better results in PROMs like EQ-5D-5L. Future study is needed to understand the thought process and to explore strategies to cope with the response heterogeneity that led by the status of mental well-being.

FACTORS INFLUENCING THE PURCHASE INTENTION OF MICRO TRANSACTIONS IN FREEMIUM MOBILE GAMES IN BANGKOK: A CASE OF HONKAI STAR RAIL

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine the significant influence of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Game Satisfaction towards purchase intention of microtransactions in freemium mobile games in Bangkok in the case of Honkai: Star Rail. Understanding these influencing factors can help game developers and stakeholders gain valuable insights into player behavior and develop monetization strategies to maximize positive player experiences and revenue. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses primary and secondary data collection methods in addition to descriptive and inferential data analysis techniques to analyze the factors influencing the purchase intention of microtransactions in freemium mobile games. The data was collected from 396 respondents who live in Bangkok, have played Honkai: Star Rail on a smartphone, and have the intention to purchase microtransactions in Honkai: Star Rail. This research referenced twelve theoretical frameworks from previous studies to construct a conceptual framework. Findings: This research shows that Performance Expectancy, Hedonic Motivation, and Game Satisfaction have a significant influence on the purchase intention of microtransactions in freemium mobile games in Bangkok in the case of Honkai: Star Rail. Research limitations/implications: Because of the chosen research approach, the research results may lack generalizability. Therefore, researchers are encouraged to test the proposed propositions further. Practical implications: This research offers valuable insights for game developers and stakeholders to enhance monetization strategies for freemium games like Honkai: Star Rail. Social implications: This research highlights the growing influence of mobile gaming on consumer behavior. This has broader implications for discussions around digital consumption, addictive behaviors, and the ethics of in-game purchases, prompting stakeholders to consider responsible game design and marketing practices that prioritize player well-being while maximizing revenue. Originality/value: This paper fulfils an identified need to study the factors influencing microtransaction purchase intentions within the Bangkok market.

How feasible is nutrition intervention research in eating disorders? Lessons learnt from a pilot parallel randomised controlled trial of tyrosine supplementation in adolescents with anorexia nervosa.

Eating disorders are complex illnesses with high morbidity and mortality. Yet, there is promising evidence to support the effects of nutrition on the brain and behaviour. One proposed example is the use of tyrosine as an adjunct treatment in anorexia nervosa (AN). However, recruitment and retention in eating disorder clinical trials has posed difficulties for researchers. The aim of this study was to pilot test a parallel randomised controlled trial (RCT) of tyrosine supplementation to explore the feasibility of recruitment and retention, intervention adherence and data collection methods from the perspective of participants and researchers. Feasibility was assessed using numbers participating, questionnaire completion in patients and parent/carers completing and declining participation, a researcher implementation record and clinical measures. Subjects included adolescents aged 12-17 years with AN. The study was conducted over a 12-week period, with the intervention group receiving 5mg of L-tyrosine supplement and the control group receiving a placebo. Recruitment targets were not met and recruitment to a full RCT based on the current study protocol and recruitment sites did not prove feasible. Of the 39 approached for RCT participation, seven were recruited to the RCT (18% response rate) despite extending recruitment periods, with 100% retained and analysed. Patients or parents/carers identified barriers to study participation including burden, the need to consume tyrosine as tablets, and the use of blood, urine and psychological testing. Blood tyrosine rose markedly for subjects in the intervention group. No side effects were reported or measured. This study offers a unique exploration of the feasibility of a tyrosine trial in anorexia nervosa and is of relevance to assist the success of future nutrition trials. Exploring the suitability of future study designs for nutrition intervention research is warranted.

IMPROVING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH COMPETENCE AND WORK DISCIPLINE : A CASE STUDY AT THE REGIONAL SECRETARIAT OFFICE OF PATI REGENCY

This study aims to determine employee performance strategies through competence and work discipline. The population and sample used were employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Pati Regency in the general section, totaling 50 respondents. The data collected were 50 respondents from the Regional Secretariat Office of Pati Regency, specifically the general section. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. Data collection methods using primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis reveal that partial competence can be used as a strategy to improve employee performance through knowledge, skills, experience, attitudes, and education levels that support the positive and significant results of the analysis, as well as work discipline that to improve employee performance can use work discipline through high attendance, obeying the rules, obeying work standards, working ethically according to the results of the analysis which show positive and significant.

Unveiling Community Needs and Aspirations: Card Sorting as a Research Method for Developing Digital Learning Spaces

<p style="text-align:justify">This pilot study is part of a larger “Decolonization of Digital Learning Spaces” project, which aims to develop research tools for communities that are remote and/or excluded geographically, politically, economically, socially, culturally, and linguistically. The project’s ultimate goal is to work alongside these communities to design their own digital learning tools, networks, and online educational environments by accessing and leveraging their knowledge and skills. Testing the single-criterion card sorting method is the first step toward this goal. Card sorting is an easy, enjoyable, and cost-effective method for data collection and analysis, particularly for researchers working in remote areas with limited access to electricity or the Internet. The pilot explored single-criterion card sorting as a method to elicit knowledge from two diverse cultural and linguistic groups engaged in learning activities within their communities. These groups were from a Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) community in Canada (engaged in a bow-making workshop) and a rural Kabyle community in Algeria (engaged in a traditional cooking lesson). Despite low participant numbers, distinct patterns emerged, indicating the method's effectiveness. The results, though anticipated, were non-random, demonstrating the potential of card sorting in producing patterns indicative of how individuals and/or communities categorize their world(s). Kabyle sortings focused on ingredients, highlighting older individuals as teachers passing along knowledge, while the DHH sortings emphasized face-to-face contact and hand movements in communication. The findings, though modest, established relationships, provided insights into the research context and offered logistical understanding, paving the way for further work with DHH and Kabyle communities towards the design of digital learning spaces.</p>

Assessment of the reliability of sociological research on the Internet

The purpose of research. The main goal of assessing reliability is to quantitatively substantiate the measure of confidence in a particular process. The article discusses the methodological and practical aspects of assessing the reliability of sociological research conducted on the Internet. Emphasis is placed on analyzing the specific problems encountered when using online surveys and other digital data collection methods. Issues of sample representativeness and a number of other quantitative indicators that affect the reliability of the assessment of sociological research are discussed.Methods. The article is devoted to methodological and practical aspects of assessing the reliability of sociological research conducted on the Internet. Issues of sample representativeness, weighting coefficients, data analysis, testing for systematic errors, and calculation of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient are discussed.Results. The main steps for calculating the reliability of sociological research conducted on the Internet are presented. Key steps include proper sample selection and adjustment, use of weights, performing statistical analysis, and estimating confidence intervals. These methods help minimize errors and increase the reliability of the data obtained.Conclusion. The proposed methods for assessing the reliability of the Internet will help improve the quality of data and the reliability of the results, namely, Online surveys can be subject to various types of biases, including self-selection of participants, when only certain groups of people decide to participate in the survey. Credibility assessment will promote fair and transparent research, which strengthens the trust of respondents and the public in research projects.

FACTORS AFFECTING CLOUD ACCOUNTING ADOPTION IN SMES USING THE TOE FRAMEWORK

This study aims to explore the factors that can influence the adoption of cloud accounting in MSMEs. Software such as cloud accounting has a very important role in business activities in the field of accounting because it can help businesses stay financially organized. This will help MSMEs make better business decisions based on accurate and real-time financial data. The population used in this study were MSMEs located in Soloraya. The research method used in this research is quantitative with data collection methods using gform and paper questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM (Central Equation Model) analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that factors such as relative advantage, top management support, adequate resources, business partner pressure, provider support (except security concerns) positively and significantly affect cloud accounting adoption in MSMEs in Soloraya. Therefore, this research is expected to help recommend and encourage MSME decision makers in Soloraya to be able to adopt cloud accounting in their business.

The Influence of Budget Planning, Bureaucratic Environment and Budget Evaluation on Budget Absorption with Management Commitment as a Moderator at the Directorate of Yogyakarta State University

This research is research with a quantitative approach carried out at the Directorate of Yogyakarta State University. This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of budget planning, bureaucratic environment, budget evaluation on budget absorption with management commitment as a moderator. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method. The population that was the object of research was the financial planning and management team at the Directorate of Yogyakarta State University. The sample in this study was 100 members of the Directorate of Yogyakarta State University. Hypothesis testing was carried out with Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS 4.0 program. Based on the research results with a significance level of 5%, the conclusions obtained are: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of Budget Planning on Budget Absorption with at statistic of 3.255 and a significant value of 0.001; (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the Bureaucratic Environment on Budget Absorption with at statistic of 2.410 and a significant value of 0.008; (3) There is a positive and significant influence of Budget Evaluation on Budget Absorption with at statistic of 1.688 and a significant value of 0.046; (4) Management Commitment strengthens the positive influence of Budget Planning on Budget Absorption with at statistic of 2.071 and a significant value of 0.019; (5) Management Commitment does not strengthen the positive influence of the Bureaucratic Environment on Budget Absorption with at statistic of 0.534 and a significant value of 0.297; (6) Management Commitment strengthens the positive influence of Budget Evaluation on Budget Absorption with at statistic of 1.685 and a significant value of 0.046.

Dampak Kesehatan Mental dan Atmosfer kerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan

Isnawati The Impact of Mental Health and Work Atmosphere on Employee Work Motivation (Case Study on Private Employees in Surabaya City), Institut of Economic Science Pemuda Surabaya, Mentor Nur Farida, S.M., M.M. The purpose of this research is to determine how the working environment and mental health of private employees in the Surabaya City area affect their motivation for their jobs. 150 private workers from a range of industrial sectors made up the research sample. A Likert scale questionnaire survey is employed as the data collection method to gauge factors related to job motivation, workplace culture, and mental wellness. The findings of data analysis using SPSS indicate that private employees' motivation at work is significantly positively impacted by their mental health and the environment in which they operate. The results of the partial t-test indicate that job motivation is significantly impacted to some extent by mental health and the work environment. Simultaneous F tests verify that work motivation is significantly impacted by both mental health and the workplace environment.

The extent of practicing quality standards of educational activities in Arabic language lessons

The present study aims at exploring the extent to which the quality standards of educational activities in Arabic language syllabi is practiced. For this goal, the research adopted the descriptive approach. For the objective of the study, the researcher resorted to the mixed method; quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. The mixed data collection methods comprised list of quality standards for educational activities, observation card, and semi-structured interviews. The research sample included 28 Arabic language teachers in government schools for boys in Abha city and 4 language teacher supervisors and 4 School Accreditation Evaluation Specialist. The respondents of the sample were distributed as follows: 10 teachers from the upper grades of primary school, 10 Arabic language teachers from intermediate school and 8 teachers from secondary school. The study tools include a list of quality standards of educational activities and a classroom observation card. An observation card was designed to reveal the extent of practicing the quality standards of educational activities in Arabic language courses. Regarding the list of quality standards, the research identified 25 quality standards for educational activities in Arabic language syllabi. Ultimately, the study concluded that the degree of practicing the quality standards of educational activities ranged from 2.28 to 1.18, which means that the degree of practicing them is between average and low. Moreover, the extent of practicing the quality standards of educational activities in Arabic language syllabi as a whole was 1.59, which means that they are practiced at a weak level. Accordingly, the researcher suggested some recommendations and future studies.

Tujuan dan Rancangan Program Diklat Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah

This article aims to provide an in-depth insight into appropriate training objectives, so as to improve the effectiveness of education and training programs and achieve the desired results. In the context of organizational strategy and training program design, training objectives play an important role. Clear and purposeful training objectives can help improve the effectiveness of training programs, motivate trainees, and provide indicators of success that can be evaluated. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that clear and well-defined training objectives are essential in designing an effective training program. The research also emphasizes the importance of training objectives in the context of organizational strategy, where appropriate training objectives can help the organization achieve its goals and respond to existing needs. This article contributes to the understanding of the importance of training objectives in improving the effectiveness of education and training programs. The results of this study can serve as a basis for organizations, especially the Central Kalimantan Province Human Resources Development Agency, in designing more effective training programs and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals through human resource development.

THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR, TEAMWORK, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY WORK ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. BAHTERA BAHARI SHIPYARD BATAM

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Teamwork, Occupational Health, and Occupational Safety on Employee Performance of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard Batam. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all employees of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard Batam, totaling 254 employees, with sampling using the Slovin formula so as to obtain respondents totaling 72 employees. The analytical test tool used is SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 29. The results of this study found that (1) There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance, (2) There is a positive and significant effect of Teamwork on employee performance, (3) There is a positive and significant effect of Occupational Health on employee performance, (4) There is no positive and significant effect of Occupational Safety on employee performance, (5) Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Teamwork, Occupational Health, and Occupational Safety simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard Batam.

Resilience in 3rd grade Muhammadiyah Vocational High School students: The impact of achievement emotions

Third-year students at Vocational High School must meet many academic demands towards the end of their study period. These include fieldwork practices, report writing, attending sessions, taking tests, and preparing for exams and higher education. Such demands can affect their emotions and resilience, leading to a study being conducted to assess the impact of achievement emotions on their resilience. The research method employed in this study was quantitative, using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The research sample consisted of 183 third-grade students from SMK Muhammadiyah in Bandung, selected using a cluster random sampling technique. The study utilized two measuring tools: the achievement emotions scale and the resilience scale. The data collection method was a questionnaire, which was conducted both online and offline (paper-based). The results indicated that positive and negative emotions simultaneously influence the resilience of grade 3 vocational school students. Positive emotions play a significant positive role in increasing resilience, while negative emotions can reduce it. Educators and parents can focus on nurturing positive emotions in their students to create a positive learning environment. Cognitive restructuring may be the intervention strategy to change students' appraisal of learning situations so that they evoke enjoyment and relief and then eliminate boredom, making students more resilient.

Embodied learning of science concepts through augmented reality technology

AbstractAugmented Reality (AR) revolutionizes educational approaches by providing an immersive experience that superimposes virtual 3D elements onto the physical environment. This integration of virtual and real worlds addresses the challenge of understanding abstract concepts by enabling three-dimensional visualization and interaction. This study aims to assess the role of embodied cognition in science learning through AR technology, analyze its impact on collaborative, inquiry-based learning in primary science, and understand students' perceptions of its influence on their engagement and comprehension in collaborative science tasks. Data collection methods for this study included three focus group interviews and five video observations involving ten grade 5 students, totaling 23 participants, in a primary science classroom. The analysis utilized content, thematic, and multimodal frameworks to evaluate student interactions. The findings indicated that the use of AR significantly enhanced the students' learning experiences. Students' comprehension of complex scientific concepts improved through active engagement with 3D models using the AR application. The AR app's 3D virtual shapes encouraged students to move around more during lessons, likely because these shapes were engaging and offered various perspectives. The use of embodied learning was enhanced with the support of AR technology, as students were constantly in motion around the table, using their fingers to manipulate objects and explore 3D forms from different angles.

An Analysis of Students' Perspective Toward the Classroom Management of English Teaching-Learning Process at MTs NW Putra Rinjani NW

This study has two objectives. The first objective is To describe the Students' Perspective Toward the Classroom Management of English Teaching-Learning Process at MTs NW Putra Rinjani NW .The second objective is To know what the students Problem in learning English Language. The data collection methods used in this study observation and interview. The data analysis method uses a qualitative descriptive method with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of the study shows that to handle a big class, the teacher uses the conventional seating arrangement. The teacher uses both English and Indonesian in the teaching and learning process in order that the students understand the lesson. To make the students easy to understand the material, the teacher acts as an informer and monitor in the teaching and learning process. The teacher uses small groups in grouping students. The teacher corrects the students’ spoken and written language by checking students’ pronunciation and writing one by one. The teacher gives feedback to the students individually or in groups. The teacher’s voice is loud in explaining the material. It is aimed to make the students hear the teacher’s voice clearly. The teacher’s pronunciation is correct and clear.

Optimising school leadership development for 21st-century learning: An in-depth analysis of South African private secondary schools in KwaZulu-Natal

There have been significant and rapid improvements in information and communication technology (ICT) since the early 1990s. Subsequent global changes have increased with the onset of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and have dictated pedagogical transformation. Many countries have moved from traditional approaches of education to 21st-century Learning (21CL). 21CL is ICT-aligned, inquiry-based, and includes the development of affective abilities. School leadership influences all structures and individuals directly in a school. It has the potential to be one of the cornerstones of the paradigm shift to 21CL. I investigated how school leadership is developed to facilitate 21CL and how it can be improved. I required quantitative and qualitative data to achieve the research objectives. Therefore, I adopted a mixed methods research approach that is underpinned by the positivist and interpretivist paradigms. I used a case study design. The data collection methods I employed were questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and focus group interviews. Phase one of the research involved the quantitative data collection from twenty-five schools, of which five schools were purposely sampled for the second qualitative phase. The use of transformational leadership, strategic leadership, system leadership, and ecological leadership in enacting 21CL featured prominently in the reviewed literature. However, the research findings show that, largely, these four leadership theories were not incorporated in leadership development in South Africa. The results also show that school leadership development specifically designed for 21CL, was limited. The leadership training that is available focused more on administrative tasks instead of on leadership theories and skills to facilitate 21CL. I recommend that further research be conducted in both private and public schools in other South African provinces.

ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM ON PATIENT SATISFACTION AT RATU AJI PUTRI BOTUNG HOSPITAL, PENAJAM PASER UTARA REGENCY

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the online registration system on patient satisfaction at Ratu Aji Putri Botung Hospital, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were patients of Ratu Aji Putri Botung Hospital and a sample of 83 people was taken as respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The testing technique uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and Regression Analysis test in which there are t test results, and the coefficient of determination. This shows that the level of significance is smaller and also the comparison between tcount is greater than ttabel and is positive, it can be concluded that the Online Registration System (X) has a positive and significant effect on Patient Satisfaction (Y). The results showed that the utilization of information and communication technology applied to this Online Registration System will create an organized system and avoid the accumulation of more patients to come repeatedly to the service place, but customers only come according to the days and hours obtained from the Online Registration System website patients at a service place, so that the online registration system will increase patient satisfaction at Ratu Aji Putri Botung Hospital.
