PENERAPAN 4C SKILLS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ABAD 21 DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Elementary schools play an important role in developing students' understanding and skills. Therefore, the transformation of elementary schools is very important to produce a critical, creative and innovative generation capable of facing the challenges of the 21st century. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of 4C skills (Critical Thinking Skills, Creativity and Innovation Skills, Communication Skills, Collaboration Skills) in teachers' teaching in 21st century learning at SD Negeri Serang 20. The research method uses qualitative methods by conducting structured interviews. The target respondents were all 10 teachers of SD Negeri Serang 20. The results of the research show that the respondents have integrated 4C skills into the curriculum and daily learning activities.

The Role of Pancasila in Overcoming Bullying in Elementary Schools

This research is motivated by the high incidence of bullying among elementary school students, which negatively impacts their psychological, emotional, and academic development. The aim of this study is to understand the role of Pancasila values in mitigating bullying behavior among 5th-grade students at Juluk II Elementary School. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the implementation of Pancasila values, such as Just and Civilized Humanity and the Unity of Indonesia, can help students develop empathy, respect for others, and resolve conflicts peacefully. These results highlight the importance of integrating Pancasila values into daily learning activities as an effort to create a safer and bullying-free school environment.

Penguatan Kapasitas Pendidik PAUD Mewujudkan PAUD Berkualitas Secara Holistik Integratif

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an important stage in children's development that has a long-term impact on their future. Therefore, the quality of education at an early age must be a top priority. One way to improve the quality of PAUD is through strengthening the capacity of educators. Competent and empowered educators can create a conducive learning environment and support children's holistic development. This article examines the importance of strengthening the capacity of PAUD educators in realizing quality education in a holistic and integrative manner. Strengthening the capacity of PAUD educators involves providing the training, resources and support necessary to increase the competency and professionalism of educators. Educators equipped with the right knowledge and skills can better implement an integrative holistic approach. This means that educators are able to integrate various aspects of children's development, including physical, cognitive, emotional, social and moral, in daily learning activities. Children also get a more comprehensive and balanced learning experience, which supports their optimal development.

The impact of the Systematic Assessment for Resilience (SAR) framework on students’ resilience, anxiety, depression, burnout, and academic-related stress: a quasi-experimental study

BackgroundMedical students face significant psychological stress, impacting their academic performance and well-being. The Systematic Assessment for Resilience (SAR) framework is designed to enhance resilience and mitigate stress among medical students, addressing the need for interventions within the assessment system in medical education. The aim of this study was to evaluate the implementation of SAR framework on medical students’ resilience, anxiety, depression, burnout, and academic stress.MethodsThis study employed a quasi-experimental design with pre- and post-testing. It involved the training of course coordinators in implementing the SAR framework and its integration into the daily learning activities. Fourth-year medical students were assessed before and after the intervention using standardized measures of resilience, anxiety, depression, burnout, and academic stress. Data were analyzed using quantitative methods and thematic analysis for qualitative feedback.ResultsPost-intervention, students demonstrated a significant increase in resilience scores (p < 0.001) and a notable decrease in measures of anxiety, depression, and academic stress (p < 0.001). The burnout types were also statistically different (p < 0.001) except client-related burnout (p > 0.05). Qualitative feedback of the course coordinators highlighted an improved learning environment, increased coping strategies, and a more supportive academic culture.ConclusionThe SAR framework significantly contributes to enhancing medical students’ resilience and reducing psychological distress. Its implementation suggests a promising approach to fostering a supportive educational environment that not only addresses the psychological challenges faced by medical students but also enhances their academic performance and overall well-being. Further research is warranted to explore the long-term impacts of SAR across different medical education contexts.

Technical Guidance Preparation of the Education Unit Operational of the Kurikulum Merdeka for Teachers in Elementary Schools

This community service activity involving the IAI Agus Salim Metro Lampung PKM team aims to overcome obstacles for elementary school teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum. This program provides benefits for various parties, including elementary school teachers at SDN 2 Sri Agung, SDN 2 Subing Karya, SDN 2 Ppurwosari, SDN 2 Srimulyo Anak Ratu Aji, and SDN 6 Tanjung Jaya, Central Lampung. The main obstacle faced by teachers in preparing the Operational Curriculum of Education Units in the Learning Curriculum is related to understanding concepts and their application in daily learning activities. Teachers need a comprehensive understanding of the preparation of the Operational Curriculum of Education Units with the Independent Learning Curriculum approach. The direction from the PKM Team makes an important contribution in delivering information, strategies, and approaches that support teachers to develop operational curricula effectively. Teachers in elementary schools who follow this technical guidance have experienced improved skills in developing operational curricula. This helps them to adapt the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum approach according to the characteristics and needs of students in their environment. Through a better understanding of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum, teachers can design learning that is more contextual, relevant, and in accordance with student needs. This has the potential to improve the quality of education in Primary School, spark students' interest in learning, and improve their academic achievement.

Development of Character Education in the PAUD Curriculum through Getting Used to Simplified Kromo Javanese at the SELASIH Banyuwangi Kindergarten

This research aims to determine the character cultivation program for early childhood through familiarization with simple Javanese Kromo language for early childhood at Selasih Kindergarten, Grajagan Village, District. Purwoharjo, Banyuwangi Regency. In practice, this habituation program is carried out on a scheduled or incidental basis every day. In this research, the method used is a qualitative method through general steps, namely problem identification, planning, implementation, reporting and follow-up. Overall, the results of this research show that the simple Javanese Kromo language familiarization program at the SELASIH Purwoharjo Banyuwangi Kindergarten can form students' attitudes of character and love of the homeland through the introduction and habituation of local culture, one of which is simple Javanese language culture for PAUD children. The character that is formed is language, polite attitudes and behavior towards friends, teachers and parents as well as love for one's culture. In its implementation, support from teachers, teaching programs, and parents is the key to success in implementing this habituation activity program. Because PAUD children are great imitators, PAUD teachers must be models who are able to teach character values regarding language and polite and polite behavior in daily learning activities.

The article discusses the impact of students’ participation in esports on their overall academic performance and motivation to study. Participation in esports classes can encourage students to achieve better academic results, as they learn to work in a team, develop strategic thinking and time management. This can lead to improved discipline and organization in their daily learning activities. It is also important to note that participation in esports can contribute to the development of leadership skills among students, such as the ability to make responsible decisions, motivate and inspire other team members. These skills can be important not only in the field of esports, but also in many other areas of life and professional activity. Thus, the organization of sectional esports classes with students of higher educational institutions can have significant positive effects and should be considered as an important part of the educational process.

PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN BONEKA JARI SEBAGAI MEDIA AJAR BAGI GURU TK KECAMATAN SERIRIT

Formal education for children begins at an early age, 4 years old the early childhood education programs. Learning in Kindergarten is carried out using the principle of play because playing for children is a very enjoyable activity and is always carried out every day. Daily learning activities in Kindergarten to develop children's intelligence abilities are adapted to the learning principles and values developed in the prepared curriculum. The learning process in kindergarten schools uses facilities and infrastructure that support the achievement of educational goals. One of them is using learning media that is interesting to children. However, teachers have difficulty providing teaching media such as storytelling media as learning facilities, which is one of the obstacles faced by kindergarten teachers in Seririt District. This is caused by financial factors, lack of ideas, skills, and other equipment. Learning media does not have to be in the form of sophisticated digital technology, therefore researchers provide a training program for making finger puppets as a teaching medium to kindergarten teachers in the Seririt sub-district as service partners with the aim of helping teachers develop teaching media that can be used in the classroom. The implementation of this service lasted for three months. Methods for implementing this activity include drafting training guidelines, providing training on making finger puppets as a learning medium, and practicing direct teaching using the media that has been created. The results obtained during the implementation of this community service, namely through training in making finger puppets as a teaching medium, are able to increase the creativity of teachers in creating shapes and characters from the media they make and also develop an entrepreneurial spirit because the materials used can be found around us, thus making children become more enthusiastic in the learning process, and the class atmosphere becomes more enjoyable.

PENGEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM KURIKULUM MUATAN LOKAL BERBASIS BUDAYA DAERAH PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Character education is important in the content of the elementary school curriculum. The content of this curriculum can be constructed on local content subjects, in addition to conveying material as well as strengthening character according to local customs and culture. The development of character education that contains traditional values and local culture is important because it sees the reality on the ground that school children are very dependent on gadgets but are not used for educational activities, and in making decisions for the future they are still very dependent and centered on parents' decisions. So that the service team from the Unisri PPKn study program was motivated to provide workshops on the implementation of regional culture-based local content curricula.&#x0D; Methods Implementation of activities is carried out in the form of counseling and training in implementing a local content curriculum based on regional culture. Implementation of Pancasila Values as a Form of Strengthening Character Education for MI Students in Sidoarjo

This research aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila values in an Elementary School (Madrasah Ibtida’iyah) in one of the districts in Sidoarjo as an effort to strengthen students' Character Education (PPK). The research conducted is of a qualitative nature, using a case study design. The research methods employed include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings reveal that the Madrasah Ibtida’iyah implements Pancasila values in daily learning activities, such as engaging in the Duha prayer and reading short verses from the Quran in the morning (Sila 1); assisting those in need (Sila 2); and conducting flag-raising ceremonies (Sila 3). The conclusion drawn from this research is that the Madrasah Ibtida’iyah successfully implements Pancasila values as a response to enhance students' character education, as evidenced by the indicators of Character Education Strengthening.

Student engagement and learning outcomes: an empirical study applying a four-dimensional framework

ABSTRACT Introduction This study applies Reeve’s four-dimensional student engagement framework to a medical education context to elucidate the relationship between behavioral, emotional, cognitive, and agentic engagement and learning outcomes. Meanwhile, we categorize learning outcomes in knowledge and skills, and added taxonomies to the cognitive education objectives for the knowledge part, including memorization, comprehension, and application. Methods We used the China Medical Student Survey to investigate student engagement, and combined it with the Clinical Medicine Proficiency Test for Medical Schools results as a standardized measurement of learning outcomes. We performed multivariate regression analyses to delve into the effectiveness of different types of student engagement. Moreover, we evaluated the moderating roles of gender and the National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) within the relationships between student engagement and learning outcomes. Results We observed that emotional engagement is most effective in promoting learning outcomes in basic medical knowledge and basic clinical skills. Emotional engagement and cognitive engagement could effectively contribute to learning outcomes in all three aspects of basic medical knowledge. In contrast, behavioral and agentic engagement showed negative effects on learning outcomes. Besides, we found that the results of the NCEE played a positive moderating role. Conclusion This study provides robust evidence for the effectiveness of emotional engagement and cognitive engagement in promoting learning outcomes. Whereas behavioral and agentic engagement may not be good predictors of learning outcomes in macro-level general competence tests. We suggest a combined effort by students and institutions to promote student engagement and bridge the distance between general competency tests and daily learning activities.

Pembinaan Peserta Didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Berprestasi

This study aims to describe the activities of fostering students in high achieving schools. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data analysis went through several stages, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. Checking the validity of the data through triangulation, checking membership, and referential adequacy. The results of the study indicate that the school's management of student development activities has been carefully planned. Coaching of students in the form of academic and non-academic coaching. Academic development is carried out through the daily learning activities of students at school. Non-academic coaching in the form of extracurricular activities and strengthening the character of students through habituation both incidental, routine and programmed activities. There are student regeneration activities and coaching students to take part in academic and non-academic competitions. To measure the success of student coaching activities, an evaluation of both academic and non-academic coaching is carried out. Follow-up carried out to increase the quality of student development activities. The results of coaching are in the form of positive character, attitude or behavior as well as the academic and non-academic achievements of students.

The teacher guides children during habituation in activities. The teacher gives guidance to children who do not take part in the line, the teacher demands the children to line up with their friends and tidy up the children in the line, after that the teacher gives praise to the children who have joined the line in the school yard. the teacher as a trainer in developing discipline, namely the teacher practices through daily learning activities. the role of the teacher in developing the discipline of children aged 4-5 years in Kindergarten Kasih Bunda Baros is that by developing the character of discipline seen from the teacher's role as a guide and coach towards children can instill positive disciplinary character values that will stick in the future until the child is an adult.

THE APPLICATION OF THE 2013 CURRICULUM IN THE EARLY COGNITIVE ASPECT OF CHILD TARBIYATUL ISLAM NGAGEL DUKUHSETI PATI CENTRAL JAVA

The educational curriculum is very important for the implementation and process of education. Without the right curriculum, students will not get the appropriate learning targets. Along with the development of the curriculum era in the world of education, it also continues to experience changes where these changes are adapted to the needs of each student. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques on daily learning activities at school. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of 2013 curriculum-based learning at RA Tarbiyatul Islam Ngagel went well. 2) The factors supporting the implementation of learning are class decoration, there are extracurriculars.

Keteladanan Guru Dalam Pembiasaan Karakter Sosial Siswa Taman Kanak-Kanak Berciri Islam

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the teacher's example in the formation of the character of social care and discipline in children aged 5-6 years in TKIB, Pandeglang Regency, to find out the various characteristics of children in TKIB, Pandeglang Regency, and to find out the teacher's obstacles in forming character social care and child discipline. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection tools namely observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation, in this study the subjects of the research were children aged 5-6 years. The results of the study show that the implementation of the teacher's example in shaping the character of social care and discipline in children is urgently needed. This can be seen from the way the teacher sets a good example by implementing the character values of social care and discipline in daily learning activities at school. However, there are several obstacles faced by teachers regarding the formation of social care and child discipline characters such as time constraints where teachers do not have much time at school to continue implementing these things. In addition to the time factor, the child's personal circumstances are also one of the obstacles in forming the socially caring and disciplined character of children through the implementation of the teacher's example. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the teacher's example is very influential in shaping the social care and discipline character of children aged 5-6 years in TKIB, Pandeglang Regency, Banten.

Based on the description of the data analysis table and the results of the standard deviation, it can be seen that the implementation of the problem based learning model in the specialization class of SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City is quite good. This is because, students already have sufficient knowledge related to the subject in question, although they are still constrained by the limited understanding of the theoretical language used from the subject matter received. In addition, students also tend to use the same case study to provide an example or an illustration related to the question asked. It can be concluded that the efficiency and effectiveness of developing learning models in accordance with learning conditions is able to direct students to the right flow of learning activities, although it is possible that learning success will be more optimal if learning time is not limited to school hours. PERAN GURU DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM DAN PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN DI PAUD

This study aims to find out how the role of teachers in curriculum development and the application of learning in Early ChildhoodEducation Institutions (ECCE). This research method uses literature study research or literature review studies. The result of this study,that the core of the educational program is the curriculum. Policies and approaches aimed at achieving national education goals can beseen as curricula. To ensure that Early Childhood Education (ECCE) is implemented in accordance with the established objectives, it isimportant that all educators and administrators participating in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) have an understanding of the basicsand structure of the Early Childhood Education Curriculum since 2013. The application of learning in the 2013 curriculum emphasizesthe scientific approach is to ensure that students master knowledge and understand various modules by utilizing a scientific approach,meaning that students can independently get the knowledge found from various sources of information. The scientific approach is closelyrelated to scientific methods. Scientific (scientific) methods usually involve observing the necessary activities to formulate hypotheses orcollect data. The scientific method is usually based on the presentation of information obtained through observation or experimentation.Teachers can support scientific approaches during the learning process using a variety of complementary approaches such as storytelling, conversations, assignments, social dramas, demonstrations, tourist works, projects, and experiments. Teachers, students, and learning resources are part of the learning process. Educators plan lessons until students can gain the knowledge, attitudes, and abilities they need to meet future challenges. If a teacher creates daily learning activities that demonstrate the application of a scientific approach, the application of that approach to learning is to be successful. And also an integrated approach to the early childhood curriculum.

The Correlation Between Sleep Quality And Working Memory Using Forward And Backward Digit Span Test In Medical Faculty Students

Background: Poor sleep quality is often found in medical students as a result of which many are not aware of due to academic loads and daily learning activities. Poor sleep quality can cause several factors, one of which is reduced working memory function. Working memory is the system whose role is to remember things when performing complex tasks such as reasoning, understanding, and learning. This study aims to determine the relationship between sleep quality and working memory in medical students.Methods This research was a cross-sectional analytic observational approach using purposive sampling as a way of determining the sample. The sample in this study was 41 respondents who were students of the YARSI University Medical Faculty class of 2019. The instruments were the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index to measure the respondent's sleep quality and the Digit Span Test to measure the respondent's working memory level. Bivariate analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test.Results: From the results of the analysis, it was found that 26 (63.4%) respondents had poor sleep quality and 32 (78%) respondents had moderate working memory. As many as 25 (78.1%) respondents had poor sleep quality with moderate working memory. The Chi-Square test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 (&lt;0.05) which indicates a significant relationship between sleep quality and working memory.Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between sleep quality and working memory in medical students. The advice that can be given is to maintain good sleep quality for optimal memory performance.

The Design and Research of Diversified High School Chemistry Homework in the Context of &amp;quot;Double Reduction&amp;quot;

Homework, is a dispensable part on stimulating students' curiosity and developing their thinking in the subject, providing a reference basis for teachers to optimize teaching methods and evaluate students' daily learning activities. Chemistry homework is an auxiliary form of chemistry teaching. The design of high school chemistry homework should be efficient, artistic, creative, and interesting, according to the Double Reduction policy issued by the Chinese Ministry of Education. The problems of high school chemistry homework at present are analyzed, and the research progress of domestic and foreign high school chemistry homework design is introduced briefly. In order to better improve the quality of current high school chemistry assignments, four novel and diversified homework cases are designed, including the interesting life homework "the Neutralization Reaction of Acid and Base", the game-based practical homework "Chemical Reaction Aeroplane Chess", the oral expression homework "Chlorine and Its Compounds" and the interdisciplinary homework "Chemical Fertilizer", using constructivist learning theory and multiple intelligence theory as guiding ideas. Through the systematic research and practice, it is found that high school students are passionate about the assignments, and their passion and enthusiasm for learning chemistry can gradually increase. The useful and effective chemistry homework can fundamentally trigger students' interest to learn chemistry.
