ИЗУЧЕНИЕ И СТАНДАРТИЗАЦИЯ ПОЛИЭКСТРАКТА ПЛОДОВ ЗИЗИФУСА ОБЫКНОВЕННОГО

The main quality indicator for polyextracts is the content of biologically active substances (BAS). Depending on the presence of various groups of biologically active substances, the consistency and stability of the extracts, the regulatory documentation for the extracts contains requirements regarding their composition and quality. Liquid extracts are standardized according to the content of ethyl alcohol. Thick and dry extracts are assessed by their moisture content. Heavy metals are determined in all extracts. Standardization of plant extracts is carried out in accordance with the current regulatory documentation, namely the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation [1-4]. In this study, using the following methods: GC - MS, TLC and UV spectrophotometry, we studied extracts of the fruits of the common jujube Ziziphus Jujuba Mill., obtained by cascade extraction of raw materials with a solvent system with increasing polarity for maximum depletion of raw materials according to the main groups of biologically active substances. As a result of the work, the quality indicators of the polyextract of jujube fruits were determined and the drug was standardized in terms of the content of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides. The work was carried out in accordance with the research topic of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution VILAR FGUU-2022-0011.

Insights into the stereoisomerism of dihydroquercetin: analytical and pharmacological aspects.

Dihydroquercetin (DHQ) is a representative of flavonoids that is available on the market as a food supplement and registered as an active pharmaceutical ingredient. The structure of this compound is characterized by the presence of two chiral centers in positions 2 and 3 of the pyranone ring. Current regulatory documentation on DHQ lacks quantitative analysis of the stereoisomers of this flavanonol. This poses potential risks for consumers of DHQ-based dietary supplements and developers of new drugs. This review was conducted to systematize data on the pharmacology of DHQ stereoisomers and the possible methods of controlling them in promising chiral drugs. We found that relying on literature data of polarimetry for the identification of DHQ stereoisomers is currently impossible due to these heterogeneities. NMR spectroscopy allows to distinguishing between trans- and cis-DHQ using chemical shifts values. Only HPLC is currently characterized by sufficient enantioselectivity. Regarding pharmacology, the most active stereoisomer of DHQ should be identified, if the substituents in chiral centers both take part in binding with the biological target. The significant impact of stereochemical structure on the pharmacokinetics of DHQ isomers was reported. The question about these toxicity of these compounds remains open. The results of the conducted review of scientific literature indicate the necessity of revising the pharmacology of DHQ taking into account its stereoisomerism.

Development of standard operating procedure "Quality control of sodium chloride solution 0.9% (350 ml) for infusion (intra-pharmacy preparation) in pharmacy organizations manufacturing pharmaceuticals"

To develop a standard operating procedure (SOP) for quality control of 0.9% sodium chloride solution (350 ml) for infusion (intra-pharmacy preparation) in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation. Materials and Methods. Sodium chloride 0.9% sodium chloride solution (350 ml) for infusion (intra-pharmacy preparation) served as the object of the study. The SOP was developed taking into account the requirements of updated regulatory documents used in the field of quality control of medicines: Federal Law No. 61 dated 12.04.2010 "On Circulation of Medicines", Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated 22.05.2023 No. 249n, Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated 22.05.2023 No. 647n dated 31.08.2016, State Pharmacopoeia XV ed. and GOST R 52249-2009. Results. The main stages of the SOP in accordance with the current regulatory documentation are given, reagents, instruments and equipment required for testing are listed, mandatory and sample types of control are indicated. For this dosage form the mandatory controls will be organoleptic, written, control at release, physical and full chemical control. The methods of pH and authenticity tests are described, and the chemistry of qualitative reactions is given. For quantitative determination by the method of argentometry according to Mohr, the method of analysis is given, chemical reactions occurring during titration, the necessary calculations are made: the titer of silver nitrate solution of sodium chloride, the preliminary volume of titrant, the content of sodium chloride in the dosage form in grams. Permissible content limits are given in accordance with OFS.1.8.0001 "Medicinal preparations of pharmacy manufacture". Based on the results of the SOP development, a working instruction for quality control of sodium chloride solution 0.9% (350 ml) for infusion was drawn up. Conclusion. The presented SOP for quality control of sodium chloride solution 0.9% (350 ml) for infusion (intra-pharmacy preparation) describes the requirements for the organization and conditions of testing in assessing the quality of this dosage form and can be implemented in the work of manufacturing pharmacies as a detailed instruction for intra-pharmacy control.

OPTIMIZATION OF THE METHOD OF QUANTITATIVE DEFINITIONS OF FLAVONOIDS IN THE RAW MATERIALS OF "MENYANTHIDIS TRIFOLIATAE LEAVES"

The aim of the study is to optimize the methodology of quantitative determination of flavonoids in the leaves of Menyanthidis trifoliatae. In official medicine, the leaves of Menyanthidis trifoliatae are used for anorexia and dyspeptic disorders.
 In the current regulatory documentation (State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation), it is proposed to evaluate the quality of raw materials by the content of the amount of flavonoids in terms of rutin using spectrophotometry. This technique is based on the ability of flavonoids containing free aromatic hydroxyl groups to form colored products with diazotized sulfanilic acid. The disadvantage of this technique is the long and time-consuming stage of cleaning raw materials from certain groups of lipophilic substances, which can also react with diazotized sulfanilic acid to form colored products.
 We have proposed a selective method for the quantitative determination of flavonoids in the herb trifoliate by the method of spectrophotometry in terms of rutin. The technique is based on the ability of flavonoids to form stable colored complexes with aluminum chloride. We have selected the optimal conditions for extraction and complexation reaction of aluminum chloride with flavonoids of M. trifoliatae extract. The proposed method has been validated and is suitable for use in an analytical laboratory.

ПРОБЛЕМНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ, КАСАЮЩИЕСЯ ДЕЙСТВИЙ ОРГАНОВ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО ПОЖАРНОГО НАДЗОРА НА СТАДИИ ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИИ МЕТРОПОЛИТЕНОВ

The actual problem of improving the fire safety requirements that determine the actions of supervisory authorities at the stage of operation of subways is considered. The purpose of the work was to analyze issues related to the actions of federal state fire supervision. The research method was the analysis of statistics and problematic issues of the actions of the federal state fire supervision authorities. The distinctive features of subways from other objects of transport infrastructure are considered on the basis of statistical data relating, among other things, to the implementation of passenger transportation.
 As a result of the study, a list of problematic issues that arise in the implementation of supervisory activities at the stage of operation of subways was determined, and a scientific justification was made for approaches to the development of technical requirements necessary to solve them. Recommendations are given for improving supervisory activities and introducing changes to the current regulatory documentation.

ПОРІВНЯЛЬНА ОЦІНКА ЯКОСТІ СОНЯШНИКОВОЇ ОЛІЇ

Comparative assessment enables consumers to make an informed choice and use high-quality and safe sunflower oil, which has a positive effect on their health and economic well-being. Vegetable oils, especially sunflower, are a popular source of dietary fat in economically developed countries, promoting heart and brain health. They contain essential fatty acids useful for cell growth and brain development. Sunflower oil is also the most widespread type of vegetable oil in Ukraine. A healthy lifestyle requires quality food. The issue ofassessing the quality of sunflower oil is timely and relevant. The purpose of our research was to assess the quality of sunflower oil samples of leading producers in accordance with the requirements of current regulatory documentation and the declared labeling.Based on the survey, it was determined which types of sunflower oil are preferred by consumers. These samples were chosen as research objects. At the first stage of the research, the appearance of the package and the quality of the information provided on the label were evaluated. Then the quality of the samples was assessed according to organoleptic and physicochemical parameters.The assessment of the labeling and quality of sunflower oil showed that the information on the labels meets the requirements for mandatory information about the food product.The organoleptic characteristics of the oil samples meet the requirements of the State Standard of Ukraine 4492 "Sunflower oil. Specifications".Some samples have an increased moistureand volatile content, which can affect the stability and quality of the product during storage. However, the iodine value of all samples is within acceptable limits. Acid and peroxide numbers also do not exceed the established norms. The results of the research can be useful both for consumers when choosing high-quality oil, and for producers in order to improve product quality.

Предремонтная подготовка резервуаров, осложненная пирофорными отложениями

Purpose. One of the most important measures to reduce fire and explosion safety of hot and repair work at oil and oil products storage tanks is premaintenance works. Most oil tank fires occur during this stage. Premaintenance works are significantly complicated by corrosion deposits on tank inner surface. When conducting premaintenance works, there is a risk of spontaneous combustion of pyrophoric sediments. The most frequent cases of catching fires occur at high-sulfur oil tanks with pyrophoric sediments, and that requires a new approach to conducting this technological operation. Methods. Methods of comparison, description and generalization were used in the study. The information basis for the study was scientific sources, regulatory documents and reports of fire analyses at tank farms. Findings. Analysis of practice of operating tanks for storing high-sulfur oil, as well as data on tank fires shows that current approach to premaintenance works is ineffective. It is necessary to adjust current regulatory documentation in the field of improving fire and explosion safety at petrochemical industry facilities and develop new, more effective means of anti-corrosion protection for tanks with high-sulfur oil. Research application field. Analysis and development of regulatory- technical base will allow finding a new approach to methods of premaintenance works and hot works to improve fire and explosion safety at tank farms for storing high-sulfur oil. Conclusions. In-depth studying the problem of storing high-sulfur oil in tanks and the issue of its purification will allow us to find more modern and high-quality methods for conducting premaintenance works to ensure fire and explosion safety at tank farms.

Methodological Aspects of Determining the Estimated (Marginal) Cost of Objects in the Implementation of Projects based on the IPA

The paper is devoted to the study of the issues of determining the estimated (marginal) cost of investment projects that are implemented within the framework of the IPA. The purpose of the study is to develop scientific and practical recommendations for determining the estimated (marginal) value of real estate objects created in the framework of investment projects implemented on the basis of the IPA. The paper is relevant because current regulatory documentation does not clearly define the concepts of estimated (marginal) cost of infrastructure objects, and there are no recommendations for their assessment, which leads to distortions of the cost base for obtaining subsidies and impacts the evaluation of the effectiveness of such projects. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the development of scientific and practical recommendations for determining the estimated (marginal) value of real estate objects created as part of an investment project implemented on the basis of the IPA. The authors used the following methods of scientific research: deduction, induction and logical method. The concept of the estimated (marginal) value of real estate objects is clarified, which is based on the estimated cost of construction, taking into account a certain number of assumptions. A review of the current methods of calculating the estimated value in Russia and abroad is conducted. It is concluded that in Russia there is no single base for determining the cost of the CIW. The basic index method in the prices of 2000– 2001 significantly reduces the accuracy of calculations. The idea of forming a new dynamic system of the resource-index method, which takes into account the life cycle of a building and is based on big data of price information in construction, on the basis of which it is possible to develop a system of forecasting the estimated value of an object using machine learning methods, is prospective.

СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ РАСЧЕТА ПРОСТРАНСТВЕННЫХ СТЕРЖНЕВЫХ КОНСТРУКЦИЙ ИЗ ПОЛИМЕРНЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ С УЧЕТОМ ТЕМПЕРАТУРНОГО ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЯ.

The influence of temperature effects on the technical condition of cross-bar spatial structures (CSRS) made of polymer building materials (PSM) is considered using the example of tubular elements made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). From numerous scientific studies by various authors, it is known that low and high temperatures significantly affect the mechanical safety of engineering plastics: tensile-compressive strength, bending, loss of stability, torsion, which ultimately reduces the operational reliability and durability of CSRS. The current regulatory and technical construction documentation on loads and impacts provides only climatic temperature impacts. In the documentation for building structures, technological temperature effects do not take into account the time factor. The general solution to the problem of unsteady heat transfer of a cylindrical element is considered in a nonlinear formulation to calculate the two-dimensional temperature field separately for the rod cylindrical element and the node connection in the “cylinder-cylinder” system. Graphic illustrations of the calculations are provided.

Effects of prestress parameters of fiber reinforced polymer rebar on the stiffness and crack resistance of bending concrete elements. Experimental studies

Introduction. In contrast to steel reinforcement, high tensile strength and relatively low elasticity modulus of fiber reinforced polymer rebar (FRP) determine the feasibility of its prestressing. However, the issues of its prestressing technology and the design of structures with its application are insufficiently studied. The current regulatory documentation contain no exhaustive scope of provisions and requirements in relation to the conditions and parameters of FRP prestressing and their account in the design and calculation of structures. In this regard, conducting a set of clarifying studies on this topic appears to be relevant and represents a considerable practical interest.Aim. To assess the effect of various FRP prestressing parameters on the stiffness and crack resistance of bending concrete elements.Materials and methods. As a part of the study, an experimental research program was developed and implemented, including the manufacture and bending testing of six concrete sample series with various FRP prestressing parameters.Results. The destructive loads were determined; patterns of deformation, cracking and destruction of bending concrete elements for various FRP prestressing parameters were established. The prerequisites for improving the system of urban planning activities in terms of clarifying and supplementing the existing regulatory documents for the design of FRP-reinforced concrete structures were established.Conclusion. The technology of FRP mechanical tensioning was laboratory successfully tested. Nevertheless, an adaptation of tensioning devices and grippers is required for its implementation at contemporary production enterprises. FRP prestressing was concluded to be an effective way of increasing the crack resistance and stiffness of bending concrete elements. Within the framework of the study, increase in the time of crack formation (relative to structures without prestressing) and a decrease in deflections in the middle of the span of up to 2.25 and 0.5 times, respectively, was recorded.

Normal section strength of eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete structures with loop reinforcement joints. Experimental studies

Introduction. The current RF regulatory documentation contains only general instructions on the structural requirements for loop reinforcement joints in reinforced concrete structures without accounting their influence on the bearing capacity of normal sections, in particular, eccentrically compressed elements. These circumstances limit designers and may have a negative effect on the reliability of design solutions. In this regard, it seems necessary to investigate various possible structural options of loop joints and experimentally check their effect on the normal section strength of eccentrically compressed elements under static loads.Aim. To conduct experimental studies of the bearing capacity for normal sections of eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete elements with various options of loop reinforcement joints.Materials and methods. Experimental studies were carried out by testing reinforced concrete elements under an eccentrically applied static compressive load, taken into account the requirements of the current regulations. Results. The result of the studies involve experimental data on the normal section strength of eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete elements with various options of loop reinforcement joints, as well as data on their stiffness and crack resistance.Conclusion. According to the results of experimental studies, destructive loads, cracking patterns, and deflections of test samples were determined. For all eccentrically compressed samples with loop joints, the strength of normal sections is lower by 3–12 % than the strength of control samples without reinforcement joints. This reveals a tendency of a bearing capacity to increase as the length of the straight insert at the joint, as well as the area of the transverse reinforcement in the joint area, increases. Further, a more detailed publication of the obtained experimental data is planned.

Improving concrete quality for transport construction

The creation of a transport network with high performance characteristics of the roadbed is an urgent task in the field of road construction. Foreign practice in the construction and operation of such facilities indicates the need for research studies aimed at obtaining an optimal concrete stone structure by optimizing the concrete composition (controlling the concrete mixture properties at the microlevel) and using state-of-the-art complex additives. The technological properties of concrete mixture and concrete were studied in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation using verified equipment. The compressive strength of concrete was determined using an MS2000 testing machine (with a measuring range of up to 2000 kN and a loading error of no more than 1%). The abrasion level was estimated by the loss of the sample mass during operation of an LKI-3 device (abrasion disc). The mass water absorption was determined by variations in the sample mass during water saturation. The article presents the physical and mechanical characteristics of heavy concrete (strength, abrasion, water absorption) obtained using TechniFlow-61, TechniFlow-178 PRO, and PowerFlow-3100 additives. The results indicate the positive effect of the above additives, which can be used to decrease the water-cement ratio for obtaining concrete mixtures of a given mobility, produce concretes of a denser structure, and reduce the number of open pores. The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of new-generation additives with plasticizing and water-reducing agents for improving the technological properties of concrete mixtures, as well as the physical and mechanical characteristics of the resultant concretes.

ОБОСНОВАНИЕ МЕТОДИКИ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ИНТЕНСИВНОСТИ ТРАНСПОРТНЫХ ПОТОКОВ

This paper presents a methodology for measuring the intensity of traffic flows, which provides the necessary initial data for the construction of a high-quality transport model. For further calculations, a full-scale survey of the accounting points necessary for the analysis was carried out. The video material obtained as a result of the surveys was processed in accordance with the current regulatory documentation for all types of vehicles and presented in the form of intensity pass-ports for each accounting point.

DESIGN FOR PREMISES OF PROTECTIVE STRUCTURES IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Problem statement. The article highlights one of the most urgent problems in today's protection of children in educational institutions. The authors examined the main requirements of the current legislative and regulatory documentation regarding the protection of children in preschool education institutions during hostilities, the recommendations of the State Emergency Service, the main provisions of the concept of safety of educational institutions, as well as norms. The purpose of this study is to develop proposals for the design of protected spaces in children's preschool institutions that will ensure the maximum possible safety, physical and psychological comfort of staying in a protected space. The main aspects regarding the design of premises in children's preschool institutions are considered in detail. One of the most important tasks of arranging a shelter in a children's preschool is to ensure visual comfort, taking into account factors that can reduce stress and feelings of anxiety in children. The main room of the shelter should have a rest area with children's beds, a play area with a carpet filled with toys, and an area for classes with tables and chairs. The comfort of staying in a protected space should be provided by means of interior design, through the use of appropriate colors, soft lighting, and appropriate decor. In our opinion, one of the main elements of shelter design should be wall painting, which should encourage and divert attention from a stressful situation. Proposals for designing protected spaces in children's preschool institutions have been made. These proposals will make sure that children are as safe, comfortable, and as safe as they can be. Recommendations regarding the equipment and options for wall painting in the main rooms of the shelter in children's preschool institutions are offered. In particular, murals with an unpainted part for multiple uses as coloring with colored chalk or markers, and a mural as a walled playground. Research results can be used in practice when setting up a shelter in children's preschool institutions.

VOLUME-PLANNING SOLUTIONS OF PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS WITH PLACEMENT OF SHELTERS

The article highlights one of the most pressing problems of today ‒ the protection of children in educational institutions. The author analyzes the main requirements of the current legislative and regulatory documentation on the protection of children in preschool education institutions during military operations; recommendations of the State Emergency Service; the main provisions of the concept of security of educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to develop proposals for the placement of protected premises in preschool institutions, which will ensure the maximum possible safety, physical and psychological comfort of staying in a protected space in these conditions. Proposals have been developed to change approaches to the space-planning solutions of preschool buildings with the arrangement of protected rooms in the middle span of the building, which will ensure the maximum possible safety, physical and psychological comfort of staying in a protected space. The possibility of using the bedrooms of a kindergarten as a shelter is substantiated. A comparative analysis of regulatory requirements for insolation and energy saving in preschool educational institutions is carried out. It is emphasized that there is a mismatch between the requirements of these requirements and the safety of existing premises of preschool institutions. Proposals for new building codes for the protection of children in educational institutions, including the area of the premises per child, recommendations for the use of these premises in peacetime, and the composition of furniture and equipment, are analyzed. If these proposals are adopted, which include the use of bedrooms as permanent premises in the protected part of the building, as well as ensuring the optimal ratio of energy saving and insolation requirements, architects will have to completely revise their approach to the space-planning solutions for kindergartens. The new space-planning solutions will make preschool buildings more compact, which will provide energy savings, and most importantly, there will be rooms in the middle part of the building that will be enclosed by at least two main walls and, with appropriate structural strength, can be used as shelters. The results of the research can be used in practice in the construction of shelters in preschools.

Organization of a Simulation Workshop to Prepare Residents for Primary Specialized Accreditation

The article was prepared on the basis of the current regulatory and legislative documentation in the field of accreditation of healthcare professionals in the Russian Federation and the positive experience of organizing a simulation workshop to train second-year residents of S. P. Botkin City Clinical Hospital of the Moscow Health Department for the second stage of primary specialized accreditation — assessment of practical skills in simulated conditions.

THE STATE OF PRODUCTION, APPLICATION AND SPECIFIC ISSUES OF REGULATORY AND METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF UNMANNED AIRCRAFT TESTS

The experience of armed conflicts that do not cease on our planet confirms the increasing role of unmanned aerial vehicles in today's wars. The article analyzes the state and prospects of the unmanned aircraft vehicles production in the world, and highlights some problematic aspects regarding the provision of own unmanned aircraft vehicle (UAV) development and samples testing of Ukrainian and foreign UAV production in modern conditions. It is shown that the largest producers of military UAVs in the world during the last decade were the USA, Israel, the Republic of Turkey, China, and Iran. A significant part of the European NATO member states, having their own development of unmanned aircraft vehicles and sufficient capacity for their production, prefer the purchase and acceptance into service samples of UAV, mainly of American or Israeli production, which have proven themselves well during armed conflicts in the Middle East. Considering the urgent need of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for UAVs in 2014, Ukraine also followed the path of NATO countries and initially concluded contracts for the supply of foreign-made unmanned aerial vehicles. The beginning of the war with the russian federation also gave a significant impetus to the development of private defense companies in Ukraine. In 2014-2015, an entire industry of unmanned aircraft production was born, and Ukraine became the world's largest testing ground for advanced military technologies. Information about the UAVs used by the Ukrainian military is different, since the Armed Forces receive both officially accepted and adopted UAVs samples, as well as UAVs samples that are transferred by volunteer organizations and often do not have official records (especially those UAVs that are not originally intended for military use). The changes to the regulatory documents that govern the procedures for acceptance into service and acceptance of samples of weapons and military equipment are aimed at ensuring the urgent needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for these samples, but they create a number of problems. In the context of providing the Armed Forces with unmanned aircraft vehicles, this is an aggravation of the problems of regulatory and methodological support for the development and testing of UAV samples and the low level of readiness of UAV samples provided by their developers (manufacturers) for testing or proposed for operation under a simplified approval procedure. According to the authors, one of the ways to increase the defense capability of Ukraine is to increase the development and testing efficiency of weapons and military equipment that will be put into operation and armed in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, it is necessary to stimulate the developers (manufacturers) of UAVs to strictly comply with the current regulatory documentation on the development of UAVs and to improve the quality of preparation of UAVs samples for testing; to study the experience of NATO countries, as well as in terms of requirements for the specialists training in the combat use of UAV; to promote the implementation of NATO standards in Ukraine in order to expand the opportunities for the participation of UAV in joint operations in NATO member countries and in Ukraine.

Effect of external factors on the stability of sparkling wine quality during storage

The shelf life of sparkling wine is an indicator that can vary depending on the impact of a large number of external factors on the product. These factors include transportation conditions, storage temperature, humidity, exposure to light, and packaging quality. The current regulatory documentation regulates certain requirements for the storage conditions of sparkling wines, but they are often violated during transportation and storage, which leads to a significant deterioration in the quality of products. This review is devoted to the study of changes in the quality characteristics of wines during their storage and transportation. It is shown that the intensity of physicochemical changes occurring in wine during storage depends on temperature conditions, the presence of vibration and exposure to light. The issue of the influence of temperature storage conditions on the quality characteristics of wine products, including sparkling wines, has been studied in some detail. Most researchers are of the opinion that in order to maintain a stable quality of wine, it is necessary to store and transport it at a constant temperature not exceeding 20 °C. In scientific publications, there are different views on the problem of the influence of bottle color on the change in chemical composition and the preservation of the quality characteristics of both still and sparkling wines during storage. It has been found that bottles made of darker glass allow protecting wine to a greater extent from the effects of light, especially in its ultraviolet and visible short-wave (λ = 400 nm) range, and prevent the appearance of the so-called “taste of light” (gout de lumière) in the wine. It is shown that the causes of the appearance of the “taste of light” in champagne are sulfur-containing compounds formed as a result of photochemical reactions. It has been found that the intensity of these reactions depends on the degree of illumination, as well as the presence of riboflavin and iron (III) ions in the wine. It is concluded that controlling the amount of light to which wines are exposed can prevent deterioration of their quality during storage and extend the shelf life. The possibility of preventing photodegradation of wine through the use of various antioxidants is also considered. Based on the information available in scientific publications, the study of the development of negative changes in wine under the influence of light is an important aspect from the point of view of risk assessment during product storage.

Monitoring of the content of heavy metals and selenium in com-pound feeds for productive animals and poultry

Currently, the issue of regulating the safety indicators of feed for productive animals and poultry in terms of technical regulation is in a regulatory vacuum, since the Technical Regulation "On the safety of feed and feed additives" has not been approved. This situation also applies to indicators of the content of toxic elements, which include selenium and heavy metals such as zinc, copper, iron, capable of accumulation in the body and migration through food chains. In connection with the above, the purpose of the research was to monitor and analyze the content of heavy metals and selenium in compound feeds for productive animals and poultry sold on the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region as an indicator of toxicological safety.As part of the work, 40 samples of mixed feeds of domestic production were examined. The share of the studied compound feeds for pigs and piglets accounted for 50.0%, for broilers and cattle - 25.0% each. At the first stage, sample preparation and mineralization of samples were carried out in a muffle furnace. At the second stage, using the atomic absorption spectrometer Thermo Scientific Solaar S4, the amount of copper, zinc, iron, selenium in the mineralized sample was determined in accordance with the current regulatory documents. At the third stage, the results were analyzed in comparison with the temporary maximum permissible level according to MDU No. 123-4/281- 8-87 "Temporary maximum permissible level (MDU) of the content of certain chemical elements and gossypol in animal feed and feed additives".The detected concentrations of copper, iron and selenium in the studied samples met the requirements of the current regulatory documentation and did not exceed the established MDU. When determining zinc, it was revealed that 38 samples out of 40 met the requirements of regulatory documentation, in the remaining 2 samples, an excess of MDU was found to be 1.1 and almost 1.5 times, respectively. The obtained results of the monitoring studies allow us to draw a conclusion about the safety of compound feeds in terms of the content of heavy metals and selenium sold on the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region
