The Training Mode of International Talents in Local Universities in China

Today's human society has entered the era of political and economic globalization. In the wave of political and economic globalization, capital, labor and technology have realized free flow, which has also had a profound impact on higher education. The globalization of political economy requires the internationalization of higher education. This paper analyzes the connotation of international talents in higher education under the new situation, and finds out the existing problems in the process of training international talents in local universities. This paper explores a new approach to the cultivation of international talents from four aspects: improving the international school-running mode, strengthening the international curriculum construction, enhancing international exchange and cooperation and improving the safeguard measures. It not only provides theoretical guidance for the cultivation of international talents in local colleges and universities, but also helps local colleges and universities to find a new mode of training international talents, so as to better meet and serve the needs of society.

Research on Cultivating International Talents in China's Agricultural Master's Program under the Context of International Education

China's higher education is gradually becoming more internationalized, particularly in the areas of international education and internationalization of graduate education. This trend provides important opportunities for the cultivation of high-quality international talents in the field of agriculture, particularly for the agricultural master's degree. In the process of talent cultivation, the characteristics of international talents in the field of agricultural master's degree continue to deepen. By analyzing the international talent education strategies of domestic and foreign universities, we have found that the cultivation of international talents in the field of agricultural master's degree in China needs to strengthen internationalization construction in four aspects: cultivation concepts, foreign language teaching, student training, and faculty development, in order to improve the quality of talent cultivation and enhance the international competitiveness of China's agriculture.

Optimization design of international talent training model based on big data system.

With the deepening of the concept of a “global village,” the exchanges between countries in the world are deepening. This has led to ever-closer ties between countries and regions. They are more and more interdependent and mutually restrictive. Internationalization has become an inevitable trend and trend in the development of higher education in the process of globalization. Big data refer to a collection of data whose content cannot be captured, managed, and processed by conventional software tools within a certain period of time, and need to be processed to obtain the required information. Developed countries have developed earlier in the field of education internationalization and have more mature experience, which provides a reference for the development of other countries. This paper aims to study the optimization design of the international talent training model based on the big data system. In this paper, the system analysis method is used for theoretical discussion. It establishes an index system of graduate students’ international talent training mode through AHP, and puts forward a breakthrough for international education in colleges and universities. Internationalized talents refer to high-level talents who have an international awareness and mind, a world-class knowledge structure, a vision and ability reaching an international level, and who are good at seizing opportunities and striving for initiative in global competition. This paper deeply studies the current situation of the international talent training model in colleges and universities, and finds out the deficiencies in the international talent training model. It also optimizes the path for the cultivation and development of international talents, which provides a basis for regional development and cultivation of international talents. The experimental results of this paper show that 20.1% of students believe that international education is to adapt to educational development, 25.4% of students believe that it is mainly to meet the needs of student development, and 62.2% of students believe that college majors lack internationalization characteristics.

Thinking and Practice of International Curriculum Cooperation in Post-Epidemic Era

In the post-epidemic era, the internationalization of higher education is facing new missions, new challenges and new problems. How to carry out Internationalization at Home to promote international talent cultivation is an important issue that needs to be explored in the post-epidemic era. Benefiting from the rapid development of computer and network technology, online teaching has become a popular teaching method adopted by most universities under the epidemic situation. A novel online teaching model for international curriculum cooperation is proposed in this paper, to ensure the stable operation of international education cooperation programs and promote the cultivation of international talents under the epidemic situation. To ensure the smooth implementation of international online courses, multi-party collaborative teaching operation mechanism and professional teacher assistance mechanism are designed in the teaching model. We have proved the validity of the proposed teaching model through practices on the international course of web crawler design.

Research on Methods to Improve University Students’ Ability in International Communication Based on SWOT Analysis

With the deepening of the progress of reform and opening-up, interaction between China and other countries has become more and more frequent and higher requirement for contemporary university students’ ability in international communication has been raised. Higher education in our country is heading for the goal of internationalization and the cultivation of international talents is also critical. Through SWOT-model-based analysis on the current situation of contemporary university students’ ability in international communication and the cause of it, this passage would elaborate on the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the improvement of the ability in international communication. By doing so, one can understand the necessity to improve the ability, on the basis of which an effective scheme to enhance the ability is proposed.

Relationship between Internationalization of Higher Education and the Further Study Trend of Overseas Students

Along with the economic globalization, international competition is becoming more and more intense and internationalization of higher education has become an irresistible trend. Cultivation of international talents has become the only way for the development of a country. Internationalization of higher education in China is speeding up with the proposal of policy of “the Belt and Road” and “Double First-Class University Plan”. This study explores the relationship between internationalization of higher education and the further study trend of overseas students, and analyzes it with the case of university. The ways to promote internationalization of higher education are given. The results show that the total number of overseas students and the number of students studying in China have increased rapidly in recent years, and the number of Confucius Institutes established abroad has exceeded 550. China has made great efforts to improve the guarantee system for internationalization of higher education, the management system of overseas students and international academic exchanges, and has put forward many ways to solve the existing problems. This study will provide a theoretical basis for the realization of internationalization of higher education in China.

International Talents Cultivating Mode of Economic Majors in Chinese Universities

As the global flow and allocation of factors become more and more frequent, internationalization has been inevitable for Chinese higher education. While more direct connection lies between economic majors and accelerated development of globalization, international talents cultivation becomes a necessity for the development of economic majors. Therefore, this paper profoundly summarizes and analyzes the basic connotation and existing problems of international talents cultivation of economic majors in Chinese universities, as well as explores efficient methods in international talents cultivation, based on comprehensively untangling and summing up the orientation, system, mechanism and talents cultivating features of the economic majors in Chinese universities.

Research on the Quality Assurance for the Sino-Foreign Cooperative Graduate Education

With the acceleration of the global integration process, Sino-Foreign cooperative graduate education has become increasingly common. However, it has become an important issue about how to ensure the quality of graduate in Sino-Foreign cooperative graduate education. This paper analyzes the current situation of Sino-Foreign cooperative graduate education, summarizes the current quality assurance system, and the current problems. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding suggestions and implementation plan. It will benefit for the cultivation of international talents in the future.

Fluency First Guided Cultivation of Academic Communication Competence for Chinese Graduates Based on EAP

English for Academic Purposes (EAP), which is a branch of English for specific purposes (ESP), focuses instruction on skills required to perform in an English-speaking academic context across core subject areas. For Chinese graduates whose mother tongue is not English, EAP teaching consists of four parts, which are academic listening, academic reading, academic listening and academic writing. This paper takes EAP teaching for computer major graduates with professional master degree as an example to introduce our creative teaching methods such as games, memory competition, debates and international conference simulating, with purpose of cultivating graduates’ academic communication competence, broadening their academic fields and improving their job competitiveness. Key of these teaching methods is students centered and situation-based teaching, focusing on students’ competence of free expression in oral or written English. Our teaching design concentrates on encouraging graduates interests in EAP learning, which is guided by fluency first principle. This teaching reform is also one exploration for IT international talents cultivation for computer major graduates with professional master degree.
