Research on the path of local colleges participating in community education of affordable rental housing in industrial parks

The affordable rental housing community in industrial parks has become a large-scale community, but little attention has been paid to this type of community education. Therefore, based on the concept of educational equality, this project aims to explore the path of local colleges participating in community education for affordable rental housing in industrial parks. With convenient samples, empirical research is conducted on the current situation and residents’ needs of affordable rental housing community education in the Qianwan New Area Industrial Park. And it has been found that community residents have a high willingness to learn on one hand, however, on the other hand, there are few types of community education to meet their demand; Although there are many public space resources, the utilization of scene spaces is far from sufficient. Based on these findings, this research explores and proposes the paths for local colleges to participate in community education for affordable rental housing in industrial parks through resource sharing models, in-depth community services for all-age residential groups, the cultivation of application-oriented talents to promote the integration of industry and education and enriching spiritual connotation of community education content. By enhancing the quality of all-age residents, namely, the new citizens including industrial workers and their relatives, it can promote the construction of a learning-oriented society and contribute to the realization of common prosperity. This study has certain theoretical and practical significance in enriching the research field of community education, promoting social integration of new citizens, and helping to achieve common prosperity.

Research on Developing BIM Intelligent Construction Programs Based on Application-Oriented Talent Cultivation

Cultivating application-oriented talents have become essential in vocational and higher education. This concept also applies to BIM intelligent construction programs. Based on literature review and general observations, we analyzed the connotation, key points, and value of developing a BIM intelligent construction program based on application-oriented talent cultivation. We also identified problems in the development of the program such as lack of comprehensive planning and the school being the sole authority in program development. Therefore, we proposed several strategies to address these problems, including systematic program development planning and fostering a multi-faceted partnership between schools and the industry. The goal is to provide valuable insights for the development of relevant programs in the new era.

Evaluation of teaching quality of universities in the context of big data for the cultivation of application-oriented talents

Abstract Exploring the evaluation of the teaching quality of colleges and universities for applied talent cultivation in the context of big data is to be able better to improve the teaching level of colleges and universities. In this paper, the multi-indicator evaluation method is explained, and the commonly used teaching quality evaluation methods, i.e. hierarchical analysis, entropy weight method and gray correlation analysis, are cited. The basic principle of the hierarchical analysis method is given, the initial weight calculation steps of AHP method are illustrated, and the initial weights of AHP method are combined and solved using the entropy weight method. The evaluation principle of the gray correlation analysis method is given, and the combined weights of the AHP-EWM evaluation are illustrated using the gray correlation analysis method. Finally, universities’ teaching quality evaluation indexes for applied talent cultivation were constructed using the AHPEWM evaluation method, and the indexes were mined and analyzed respectively. From the indicators of theoretical literacy and professional research ability, the overall evaluation of the teaching quality of colleges and universities is 92.77% above the C grade. From the indicators of innovation practice and moral quality, the percentages of students’ evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities with A, B, C and D grades are 49.02%, 28.6%, 5.12% and 7.25%, respectively. This shows that the evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities is multifaceted, and colleges and universities can improve their teaching level according to different evaluation factors.

Research on the Teaching Concept of Undergraduate Education Based on Vocational Education

According to the characteristics of regional industrial development in Yangtze River Delta, Zhejiang Province and Ningbo City, combined with the orientation of application-oriented talents cultivation and the characteristics of automation majors in our university, with reference to the standards of professional certification of engineering education, we summarize the index system of students' ability to solve "complex engineering problems". We also construct a scientific and reasonable practical teaching system of automation majors based on outcomes-based education (OBE) concept, and implement the continuous improvement of practical ability cultivation process. However, talent in virtual reality technology is scarce, and there are some problems in the current talent training. Because of the widespread problems in the present teaching, this paper first analyzes the three characteristics of virtual reality courses. It gives the teaching objectives of the design, application and algorithm of virtual reality talent training. Then, this paper puts forward the overall idea of training virtual reality talents in computer specialty and the teaching content planning of the course and gives the detailed prerequisite courses and follow-up courses. Finally, this paper provides the theoretical overview, knowledge points and experiments of the virtual reality courses at three levels of content organization. After years of practice, we have achieved good results in our teaching reform. Virtual reality teaching has promoted the cultivation of application-oriented talents in computer science.

On English Courses and Teaching Strategies in Compound Application-Oriented Talents Training Based on the Education Ideas of CDIO in the Construction of Smart Cities

To improve the level of English education in China and promote the cultivation of compound application-oriented talents in colleges and universities, this research integrates the concept of conceive design implement operate (CDIO) into college English education. First, the CDIO educational concept is introduced in detail. Second, the moth-flame optimization (MFO) algorithm and the support vector machine (SVM) model by the MFO algorithm are presented, and they are applied to teaching evaluation, and then the teaching plan is proposed by the CDIO concept. The teaching evaluation model is applied to the English teaching of students in class A with ordinary learning levels in a university in Hengyang City. The implementation method of the teaching plan is explained in detail by taking “Unit 2 Charlie Chaplin” in the textbook “New Horizons College English” as an example. Finally, the accuracy of the MFO-SVM model for teaching evaluation is verified by simulation analysis, and the corresponding teaching strategies are summarized through teaching evaluation and customization of teaching plans. The experimental results reveal that the MFO-SVM model has an accuracy of 96.43% in teaching evaluation, while the extreme learning machine (ELM), SVM, and back propagation neural network (BPNN) models have an accuracy of 92.27%, 90.45%, and 86.36%, respectively in the evaluation results of the teaching quality. The summarized teaching strategies are mainly divided into four parts, namely, autonomous learning, project-based teaching, dynamic generation and information feedback, and production teaching. This research has a certain reference for the current reform of English education in China and the cultivation of compound application-oriented talents.

BackgroundHealth refers to one's complete physical and psychological state and social adaptability, not physical obstacles. Physical and mental health refers to having a healthy body and a happy state of mind. Relevant studies have proved that there is a very close relationship between human physiology and psychology. Some physiological changes or diseases will have a significant impact on people's psychological activities. The psychological state has an important influence on people's health. This paper establishes the “overall health view” centered on “sports to promote physical and mental health”, so as to comprehensively promote the physical health of the masses. Therefore, it is necessary to realize the combination of production and education, cultivate applied talents related to sports, promote physical and mental health, and check the impact of this training mode on emotional regulation.Subjects and MethodsFrom the perspective of sports promoting physical and mental health, starting from the cultivation of sports application-oriented talents. Under the requirements of sports service-oriented physical and mental health talents, according to the function of colleges and universities to provide services for the society, combined with the interactive mode of foreign colleges and universities and local economic development, this paper puts forward the University oriented talent training mode of industry university research cooperation, so as to solve the bottleneck problem that the supply and demand sides of sports train physical and mental health application-oriented talents in terms of structure, quality and level. Through the correlation analysis of production and education mode, the data results show that through the investigation of the impact of emotional behavior, there is a significant positive correlation between psychological expectation and emotional regulation ability (P < 0.01), and there is a significant correlation between production and education mode, emotional coping, psychological elasticity and anxiety relevant. It has a significant positive correlation with anxiety, a significant positive correlation with emotion oriented coping, and a significant negative correlation with psychological elasticity; There was a significant negative correlation between emotional coping and psychological resilience; There was a significant negative correlation between psychological elasticity and anxiety.ResultsIt is proposed that building the combination of industry and education and cultivating sports application-oriented talents can lay a solid foundation for people's physical and mental health. 1. “Wisconsin” - University oriented training path: University oriented, providing local people with intellectual and technical support for using sports to promote physical and mental health; 2. “Silicon Valley” - the cultivation path of the combination of industry, University and research: the combination of industry, University and research is formed. Research on Construction of High-Quality Application-Oriented Talent Cultivation System for Internet of Things Engineering: Based on Educational Psychology.

High-quality talent cultivating Internet of Things (IoT) Engineering is the basis for the rapid development of IoT technology. To train high-quality application-oriented IoT technical talents, guided by educational psychology, this article conducts in-depth research; analyzes the characteristics of IoT Engineering; makes professional talent cultivating programs and cyclical adjustment plans; builds a high-quality teaching system based on the professional knowledge system of the IoT; explores the “spiritual level” and “psychological level” characteristics of teachers and students in teaching; highly integrates “Industry-University-Research-Competition” from the perspective of students, teachers, and colleges; infiltrates positive psychological cues appropriately; formulates the construction method of the “student teaching assistant” auxiliary system to enhance the efforts to promote learning by learning; and finally innovates the talent cultivating system for the IoT Engineering. The implementation results show that the students trained by this system have a solid foundation of knowledge related to IoT Engineering and strong engineering practice application, adaptability, and innovation ability.

Research on the Deep Integration Mode of Theoretical Teaching and Practical Training of Road and Bridge Majors under the Background of Engineering Education Professional Certification

The deepening reform of engineering education and the building of a strong country in engineering education in the new era have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of compound application-oriented talents. On the basis of analyzing the current problems in the teaching mode of China’s road and bridge majors, a new teaching mode that deeply integrates the theoretical teaching and “AllTrue” engineering field training of road bridge and river crossing engineering for engineering professional certification was explored. This in-depth integration teaching mode was applied to the major of road, bridge and river crossing engineering of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, and the training activities were carried out on the infrastructure construction projects of Hai Liu Tu practice base. The practice has proved that this brand-new teaching mode with deep integration of theory and practice has effectively improved the engineering practice ability of students majoring in road bridge and river crossing engineering. It also enhanced the employment competitiveness of graduates and opened up a new situation for graduates’ employment.
