Research on the Sustainable Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents in Developing Countries

The sustainable development of society and economy is in urgent need of talents with innovative qualities. Entering the information age of the 21st century, technologies such as AI, big data, cloud teaching and the internet are developing rapidly. The cultivation of innovative talents in Developing Countries should also follow the sustainable development mode. Only by discussing the current mode of fostering innovative talents can continuously change the concept of training innovative talents, which is conducive to combining theory with practice and promoting the highlighting of outstanding innovative talents.

Exploration of the "Science and Education + Production and Education" Dual-Integrated Innovative Talent Cultivation Model for the Grassland Science Major

The integration of science-education and industry-education is not only an important issue in the development of colleges and disciplines, but also a key factor restricting the training quality of high-quality talents. The dual-integration collaborative education model can effectively promote the innovation chain, talent chain, education chain, and achievement chain of universities, and deeply integrate with the application chain, development chain, and industrial chain of enterprises. That will promote the transformation and upgrading of important technologies and the improvement of students’ professional skills. The collaborative education model is conducive to the establishment of an interactive promotion model for the quality of talent training and social development needs. Based on expounding the importance of the integration science-education and industry-education to the quality of talent training, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the cultivation mode of innovative talents of Grassland Science in Qingdao Agricultural University. Based on the coordinated development of scientific research, industry and education, this paper puts forward the ways of innovative talent training under the background of the integration of science-education and industry-education, that formed a new innovative talent training mode with diversified education subjects leading and cooperating, responsibility sharing and achievement sharing. It has comprehensively promoted the transformation of the grass science major to the cultivation of diversified and innovative talents under the background of "double first-class" and "new agricultural science".

Analysis of an Extensible Teaching Mode for Cultivating College Students into Innovative Talents

The competition between countries is essentially the competition of innovative talents. However, China now faces multiple problems in the cultivation of innovative talents: the talents are weak in innovation ability; the high-level innovative talents are not sufficient; neither the quality or level of talents fully meet the demand of social and economic development. As a result, it is urgent for colleges to renovate the cultivation mode of innovative talents. Focusing on the cultivation of innovative talents majoring in architectural design, this paper thoroughly analyzed the extensible teaching mode for cultivating college students into innovative talents. Firstly, a questionnaire survey on relevant issues was carried out among employers and college graduates. The survey results revealed several problems with the innovative talent training in Chinese colleges, namely, the irrational curriculum design, the narrow scope of training objectives, and the lack of diverse teaching methods. Results verified, the employers are not highly satisfied with the innovative talents, especially the newly graduated ones. These problems are attributable to the weak professional development ability, poor teamwork ability, and insufficient innovation ability. To solve these problems, the authors analyzed and expounded the extensible teaching mode for the cultivation of innovative talents from four aspects: teaching content scope, teaching methods, teaching space, and appraisal. The research findings enrich the evidences of innovative talent training in Chinese colleges, providing a reference for improving the training quality of innovative talents.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a combination of advanced educational ideas and scientific education mode. The cultivation of entrepreneurship and innovation ideas and innovative talents are the top priority in contemporary talent cultivation. Therefore, it is imperative to explore the cultivation mode of innovative talents in art design. This paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of innovative talents in art design, summarizes the difficulties of the cultivation of innovative talents in art design, tries to start from the new needs of the cultivation of innovative talents in art design, and finally puts forward the strategy of constructing a new mode of the cultivation of innovative talents in art design.
