The essay presents ideas on how to create lessons that develop students' critical thinking skills and teach them to make connections between culture and history. www.kinderart.com/multic The KinderArt website includes multicultural art lessons for students from kindergarten through high school. Each lesson presented on the site includes an introductory paragraph describing why the subject is important, listing the required materials, presenting the steps for completing the lesson, and providing access to resources that can be used to enhance the lesson. www.theartgallery.com.au/kidsart.html The Worldwide Art Gallery allows students from around the world to submit their artwork and autobiography for posting on the site for others to view. Visitors can check out drawings, cartoons, and paintings by students from countries such as England, Russia, Australia, and Germany. This site also provides free resources for teachers, links to other educational art websites, and an Art Fun center for students. www.naturalchild.com/gallery Teachers can display and view artwork by either their own students or students from 66 different countries on the Global Children's Art Gallery website. Artworks that are posted on the site can be purchased as posters, cards, and T-shirts.
