The research aimed to examine the flexibility of human resources and its relationship to strategic creativity in Al- Kut Textile Factory in addition to determining the level of interest of the researched laboratory in the main and sub-research variables. The research started from the problem of the weakness of strategic innovation processes in the organization under study through the scarcity of its products and its inability to compete with imported products in the local market. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire was designed as a tool for collecting data. It included (24) items. The researcher used the random sampling method. The number of the study population was (350), from which (322) questionnaires were suitable for statistical analysis. The research ended with the following conclusions: the existence of a positive moral correlation in the flexibility of human resources and strategic creativity in the researched laboratory, and the presence of a positive moral effect of the flexibility of human resources in achieving strategic creativity in the researched laboratory. The research recommended the necessary need for the researched laboratory to adopt the strategic innovation process and work to achieve it effectively and efficiently. This will enhance its strengths and reduce its weaknesses due to its role in the survival, growth and superiority of the researched laboratory in its field of work and increasing its competitive position. .
