Sanitation-hygiene Knowledge, Practices and Human Health Impacts: Insights from Coastal Bangladesh

Better sanitation and hygiene are very significant for sound health for human lives and it protects various water borne disease. This study aims to find sanitation-hygiene knowledge, practices and impacts on human health of coastal Bangladesh. Rajoir (Sarankhola), Gangarampur (Batiaghata) and Ganapatipur (Kalaroa) villages are purposively designated from shoreline, interim and inland coast. Data are collected with semi-structured questionnaire between July-October 2022 and analyzed through SPSS and map is produced with Arc GIS. Overall about 9.6, 36.3 and 54.1% respondents have good, moderate and poor knowledge regarding sanitation and hygiene. Overall about 57% respondents have accessed sanitary latrines. About 67% respondents claimed that their children deface are thrown in the toilet, followed by, around the house (16%). About 70, 83 and 84% respondents wash their hands with soap/handwash after defecation in shoreline, interim and inland area, followed by, 34, 35 and 27% before taking meal; 19, 19 and 4% before cooking; 9, 21 and 16% after household chores. Cleanliness index are categorized into satisfactory levels except water containers for shoreline (0.677) and inland (0.718) areas. About 96% (shoreline), 91% (interim) and 95% (inland) respondents claim women play a direct role during collection of water. Based on sanitation inspection tool, overall 6, 41, 47 and 3% tube-wells are grouped into very high, high, intermediate and low risk categories. About 57% (shoreline), 48% (interim) and 36% (inland) water sources are grouped into ‘high’s category. The study suggest to formate management committee to monitor proper sanitation and hygiene systems.

Mapping Seagrass Biodiversity Indicators of Pari Island using Multiple WorldView-2 Bands Derivatives

Comprehensive information on seagrass biodiversity indicators, such as species composition, percentage cover, and biomass carbon stock, remains limited across various regions globally. Mapping these indicators using remote sensing images requires extracting maximum information from the input images to achieve effective results. This study aims to map seagrass distribution, percent cover (PC), and aboveground carbon stock (AGC) as biodiversity indicators in the optically shallow waters surrounding Pari Island. We integrate WorldView-2 (WV2) derivatives, field seagrass data, and RF classification and regression algorithms to accomplish this objective. The WV2 image derivatives encompass surface reflectance bands, band ratios, mean and variance co-occurrence texture bands, and principle component bands. These inputs are used individually and collectively for mapping, employing a random forest algorithm trained with field seagrass data. Our results demonstrate that the most accurate benthic habitat map achieves an overall accuracy (OA) of 65.2%, with a user's accuracy of 65.2% and a producer's accuracy of 72.8% for the seagrass-dominated class. Seagrass PC mapping yields a root mean square error (RMSE) of 17.1%, with an average PC of 47.4 ± 9.9%. Seagrass AGC mapping achieves an RMSE of 5.0 g C m-2, with an average AGC range of 6.2 – 29.1 g C m-2, estimating the study area's aboveground biomass carbon stock at 27.9 tons C. Combined inputs produce the most accurate results for all biodiversity indicators, emphasizing the importance of utilizing combined bands from SR band derivatives to maximize information input for training mapping algorithms, instead of using derivative bands individually or as replacements for the initial SR bands.

Water Balance Assessment, Land Use Land Cover Change and Increasing Water Demand in Three Major Watersheds in Jember, East Java, Indonesia

Jember Regency is the third largest agricultural area in East Java Province. Expansion of built-up and agricultural areas occurred and significantly changed the landscape. Moreover, increasing both types of land cover will increase water consumption. Therefore, there may be changes in the condition of the water balance in the Jember Regency area. This area has three major watersheds: Bedadung, Mayang, and Tanggul. This study evaluated the water balance condition at the three major watersheds in Jember, East Java, Indonesia. The WEAP (Water Evaluation and Planning) model calculated the water balance. Research procedures include (1) inventory of spatial and non-spatial data; (2) setup of the WEAP scheme; (3) Calibration; (4) Validation; and (5) Simulation of water balance model in scenario increasing water demand and land-use change). From 1997 to 2020, the water balance was evaluated using a 10-day interval. The results show that from the November 1st to August 2nd periods, the watershed can supply all demand sites with 100% coverage. However, from August 2nd t to October 3rd periods, the watershed’s ability to supply the water needs decreased. This deficit is due mainly to the uneven rainfall distribution between rainy and dry seasons. Variation in annual rainfall received from 1997 to 2020 also affects the water balance’s surplus and deficit. The fluctuation of land-use change contributed to the surplus and shortage of water balance.

Women and The Poverty Trap (Study on The South Merapi Slope)

The infection rate of COVID-19 has forced many households into economic hardship when poverty strikes, women are the most affected. In rural areas, the beginning of the poverty trap is economic difficulties in addition to reduced arable land. The research was conducted in Girikerto Kapanewon Turi District, women in the research areas experience increasingly complicated poverty traps. This study aims to find out the social conditions and economic conditions of women during COVID-19, the second objective is to find out the efforts made by women to escape from household poverty during the COVID-19 pandemic, and third to find out how women find alternative social and economic activities during COVID-19. To examine primary and secondary data related to demographics, descriptive quantitative data analysis is essential. Frequency tables are utilized to describe the distribution and pattern of features of particular variables. The demographic characteristics of women in the research region are dominated by their productive age, high school/vocational education, their status as housewives, and their employment in agriculture. The result show women can still meet their food needs from their limited agricultural land. The poverty trap experienced by women is the difficulty in fulfilling household needs other than food such as the cost of educating children, the health of household members, and transportation. Women manage household finances by tightening the fulfillment of household needs, even women have to sacrifice setting aside the fulfillment of their own needs in order to meet the minimum household needs. Women to get out of the poverty trap take advantage of social relations, family ties, and government assistance, even when women have access to look for alternative income, women try to find additional income by working modestly.

The Development of Sustainable Tourism Destination Area: Spatial Planning in The Tuktuk Siadong Tourist Village, Samosir Regency

Lake Toba is still surrounded by a stunningly lush environment and one of the biggest lakes in Asia and the world. Gradually, this tourist destination began to be recognized by the people of Indonesia and also the world. The tourist village located in Tuktuk Siadong Village is in an area of the peninsula of Lake Toba, in this tourist village you can find many hotels with various choices and always offer direct views of Lake Toba. This study aimed to describe the spatial development of Tuktuk Siadong Village in Samosir Regency based on tourist destination attributes such as tourist attractions and tourist characteristics. This study used a qualitative descriptive methodology to assess spatial development considering the attributes of popular tourist sites, including tourist attractions and visitor traits. The results showed that the spatial development in the study area was more spread out following the existing circulation path and following the traditional Batak development pattern which produces clusters and is unrelated to the major transportation channel. Tuktuk Siadong Village will become a tourist destination, with cultural tourism attractions from Huta Batak in sight. The landscape, which is a component of the spatial structure, must be preserved along with traditional settlements. The spatial development of the tourism area on Lake Toba can refer to the model that has been prepared so that it can make tourism on Lake Toba in a better and more sustainable direction.

Residential Land Prices Changes and Tourism Development in Watukarung Village Pacitan Regency Within Local Communities Perspective

Tourism objects in Pacitan Regency are increasingly diverse and attract tourists from within and outside the region to visit. The price of residential land is one aspect that has also changed along with these developments. The phenomenon of changes in land prices also occurred in Watukarung Village. This study aims to analyze changes in the price of residential land and its relation to tourism developments that occurred in Watukarung Village based on the perceptions of the local community. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews. The data from the interviews were processed using data reduction techniques so that a unit of information was obtained which could then be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The accuracy of the data obtained was tested using a data source triangulation technique that compared the results of one informant with another. The result shows that the development of tourism has attracted foreign tourists to come and buy residential land in Watukarung Village. The price of residential land by the beach was originally around IDR 300,000/m2 increase to IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 1,500,000/m2. Based on the perception of the local community, the significant increase in the price of residential land is closely related to the development of tourism that has taken place in Watukarung Village. However, there are also people who have the perception that rising residential land prices and tourism development have no direct relationship.

The Use of Sentinel-2A Images to Estimate Potential Flood Risk With A Multi-Index Approach in The Mempawah Watershed

Natural disasters in Indonesia have become an annual cycle, an example is flooding. This study aims to determine the flood risk potential in the Mempawah watershed and the places likely to be flooded. The method used was a survey and interpretation of secondary data from topographic maps, Sentinel-2A images, and Digital Elevation Model images. Furthermore, the secondary data analysis used includes the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI), Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI), Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI), and Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW). The result showed that the Mempawah watershed has high, medium, and low flood risk potential. Areas with high flood potential have an area of 1,511,967 ha, those with medium potential were 2,606,778 ha, and the places with low potential were 12,644,034 ha. The changes in class user's accuracy results reached 90.909%, while those with no change were 83.333%. It was also discovered that when the satellite analysis was > 70%, it was regarded as good. This means that the accuracy of the interpretation results and flood change detection approach was also good.

Worldwide Efficiency of Bioremediation Techniques for Organic Pollutants in Soil: A Brief Review

Soil pollution is a major human and environmental issue. Among the several components of soil degradation, organic contaminant in soil is regarded as a significant factor that causes considerable damage to the environment along with several health dangers to humans. Polychlorinated biphenyls, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated dibenzofurans, poly-brominated biphenyls, organic fuels particularly gasoline and diesel, herbicides, insecticides (carbamate and organophosphorus) are by far the most common forms of organic pollutants identified in soils. The employment of living organisms such as microorganisms and plants in bioremediation technology reduces/degrades, eliminates, and transforms pollutants found in soils, sediments, and water. This review examine and critically view the efficiency of bioremediation techniques for the polluted sites. The most common bioremediation technologies for the treatment of organic pollutants are bioventing, bio-sparging, bio-slurping, bio-augmentation, phytoremediation, bio-immobilization, bio-sorption, composting, land farming, aerobic degradation, co-metabolic and natural attenuation. The efficiency of these techniques depends on the pH, type of soil, level of oxygen, any other electron acceptors, temperature, and the nutrients. Selection of the treatment process depends upon the type of pollutant, concentration of the contaminant, site and source of pollution. All the treatment techniques are not good for all type of pollutants. Cost-effective techniques are mostly used worldwide as they have more public acceptance. Pump and treat methods were mostly used in Past but due to its non-reliability and excessive cost, these techniques are no longer in use.

Analysis of the Dynamics of Water Flow and Suspension Flow Discharge in Volcano Watershed with Settlement Land Use

Suspension flow into the upstream of volcano watershed is sensitive to land use. In Indonesia, a settlement is a form of land use in several volcanic landscapes. There is currently no detailed study on the suspension flow sediment from the settlement land use. The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the relationship between water and suspension flow discharge. The study was conducted through the measurements at a gully outlet that produced 747 suspension load data. For each rainfall event, suspension load measurements were made in the field, followed by laboratory analysis. Additionally, field surveys were used to determine the characteristics of settlement land use and the water flow into the gully system. According to the findings, the peak flow discharge corresponds to the peak suspension discharge, the peak flow discharge comes before the peak suspension discharge, and the peak flow discharge happens after the peak suspension discharge. The average time lag between initial rainfall events and suspension flow was 10.36 minutes, and the suspension peak content varied by an average of 2.22 gl-1. The grain size was also dominated by the clay fraction, averaging 67.86% on the ascending branch and 67.82% on the descending branch.

Analysis of Sea Surface Dynamics during the Coastal Floods in Manado

Coastal flooding is one of the serious problems facing most coastal areas in the world. On January 17 and December 7, 2021, coastal flooding hit the coastal area of Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The disaster disrupted economic activities on the coast of Manado Bay. This study analyzed the dynamics of the atmosphere and the sea during coastal flood events using water level data from the Geospatial Information Agency, which was then filtered to separate residual and atmospheric tide, and oceanographic reanalysis data of Wavewatch-III from BMKG Ocean Forecast System (OFS). The results show that events on January 17 and December 7, 2021, coincided with the occurrence of the maximum tide. The residual water level shows a significant value of around 0.2 – 0.3 m, indicating the influence of atmospheric phenomena on sea level rise. According to oceanographical data, the local wind is the main factor of flood occurrence, which is shown by wind speed data which increased wave height significantly to 1,5 m on January 17, 2021, and to 2,0 m on December 7, 2021, around Manado Bay coast. Another factor that might contribute to the event is Manado's land morphology. Further study must be conducted to discover the influence of land morphology on coastal floods.

Species Distribution Modelling Using Bioclimatic Variables on Endangered Endemic Species (Bubalus depressicornis and Bubalus quarlesi)

Sulawesi Island is an island located in the Wallacea area. Most of the fauna on the island of Sulawesi is a transitional fauna from Australia and Asia. This study aims to model the potential distribution of the species Bubalus depressicornis and Bubalus quarlesi using famous models in the present and in the future as a result of climate change phenomena throughout the island of Sulawesi and beyond their natural habitat. The parameters used are bioclimatic variables and in-situ presence data. The method used is Maximum Entropy by comparing the GLM, SVM, and RF algorithms. The model is evaluated with reference to the values of AUC, COR, TSS, Deviance, and observation data. The RF model is quite good in modeling the distribution of B. depressicornis and B. quarlesi species with AUC values of 0.92 and 1, COR values of 0.59 and 0.84, TSS values of 0.87 and 1, and Deviance values of 0.37 and 0.08, respectively, while the results of data observations show values of 80% and 84%. B. depressicornis was most affected by bio14=0.665, while B. quarlesi was most affected by bio2=0.525, which means that this endemic species is suitable to live in a tropical climate with a warm and wet climate throughout the year, where the difference in temperature at night and during the day is very large. In the future, B. depressicornis and B. quarlesi are estimated to be compatible in an area of 143,281.78 km2 (81%) and 136,892.89 km2 (77%) of the Sulawesi.

Emergency Response Demand and Supply: A GIS-Based Network Analysis for Fire Station’s Service Coverage Delineation in Kano Metropolis, Nigeria

Inadequate fire emergency response infrastructure and a lack of defined service coverage remain key barriers to timely fire disaster response. This study is applied research which employed geospatial techniques and aimed at examining fire disaster emergency response demand and supply relationships with the view to delineating service coverage and locating more facilities for optimum coverage in Kano metropolis. Locations of the existing fire stations and fire incidents (2009-2019) were gathered through GPS surveying. Network data set were generated. Nearest Neighbor and Network Analysis (origin-destination, service coverage and location-allocation) were conducted to determine emergency response demand and supply relationships, service coverage area delineation and identifying best site for allocating new facilities within the metropolis respectively. It was found that no clearly defined service coverage exist as emergency response supply takes more than 4-8 times the NFPA travel standard, and with a great deal of overlapping response patterns. New service coverage areas were proposed and best sites for 8 firefighting facilities identified for optimum coverage. It is concluded that emergency fire disaster response demand and supply relationships within Kano metropolis is imbalanced, with extensive recurrent demand especially within the core area served by overstretched and inefficient response supply. This, therefore, implies continuous exposure of lives and properties to the menace of fire disaster in Kano metropolis.

Farmers Participation in Applying Silvopasture Technology for Organic Fertilizer Production as A Sustainable Agriculture

Medowo Village is a potential location for plantings due to its location on the slopes of Mount Anjasmoro in Kandangan District, Kediri Regency. Moreover, Medowo Village is renowned for its dairy for cows and goats. This research aimed to determine the type and level of participation in the production of organic fertilizers to support in sustainable agriculture. This research used a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documenting. The identification of key informant was using the purposeful snowball throwing technique. Data analysis used reduction, display, and verification, as well as data validation through Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The discussion was conducted with 20 farmers, with the main topics related to: a) the problem of fertilizer needs in Medowo Village, and b) producing fertilizer for sustainable farming using the Shivansh fertilizer method. According to the results, there were four stages of farmer participation: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) utilization of results, and 4) evaluation. The findings indicated that the level of farmer participation is classified as "good" for all stages. Participation is demonstrated specifically by attendance, participation, and enthusiasm. High participation is found mostly in stages that include activities in producing the . Therefore, inviting farmers at the planning stage is essential to increase participation in program.

Geographic areas of responsibility among PCI-capable hospitals in the Philippines

Abstract Funding Acknowledgements Type of funding sources: None. Introduction The archipelagic nature of the Philippines is unique and the geographic areas of responsibility for ST elevation myocardial infarction patients should be defined. Methodology The list of registered PCI capable hospitals and the total members of adult interventional cardiologists per island from the Philippine Society of Cardiac Catheterization Incorporation as of January 2022 was used. Their characteristics were described using frequency and percentage. The web application Map Developers was utilized to locate the exact location of each PCI-capable center and a 120km radius at the center of each PCI-capable hospital was drawn. The 120km radius was based on the average of 60km/hour from the Land Transportation & Traffic code multiplied by 2 hours based on the maximum expected delay from STEMI diagnosis to primary PCI. The map of Philippine provinces was obtained from the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 international file name Ph administrative map blank. The maps of the geographic area of responsibility and provinces were interposed using MS PowerPoint version 2201 and categorized as covered, partially covered, and not covered. Results The analysis included a total of 3 islands with 82 provinces, 244 adult interventional cardiologists (IC) and 54 PCI-capable hospitals. The region registered the highest percentage of IC (85.7%) and PCI-capable hospitals (78.9%) followed by Visayas (8.6%) and (11.5%), and Mindanao (5.7%) and (9.6%) respectively. Most PCI-capable hospitals are privately (79.6%) versus government owned (20.4%). Most percentage of PCI-capable hospitals are in Metro Manila (46.3%), followed by Cebu (9.26%), Laguna and Pampanga (5.57%), Benguet, Davao del Sur, Misamis Oriental, Nueva Ecija and Iloilo (3.7%). Only 46.4% of the provinces are covered, 34.1% are partially covered and 19.5% are not covered. Conclusion In the Philippines, most PCI-capable hospitals are privately owned and centrally located on an island. There may be a need to add PCI-capable hospitals that are government owned, equally distributed, and strategically placed in partially and non-covered provinces. In addition, due to its archipelagic nature, STEMI patients in other provinces that are not covered may benefit from rapid fibrinolysis.

Discovery and Invention: A Reflection on Representation in Science

Despite increased awareness of the lack of equity and inclusion in the STEMM classroom, lessons on DEI topics are treated as separate to the scientific curriculum being taught. Rarely are intentional reflections and conversations on the lack of representation integrated into the lessons themselves. This lesson, titled &ldquo;Discovery and Invention&rdquo;, was developed to guide students through an exploration of the history of a topic&mdash;in this case, fermentation&mdash;followed by reflections and discussion on the culture of science and how it highlights certain individuals over others. Reflections allow students to explore and discuss their own scientific self-identity and sense of belonging in science. The Implementation of Disaster Curriculum Toward Disaster Preparedness Campus at Syiah Kuala University

The earthquake and tsunami disasters in Aceh Province, Indonesia led to several injuries, deaths, unfound bodies, and high property losses on 26 December 2004. This hazardous period has reportedly become a valuable case for Syiah Kuala University, where various solutions are being considered for eradicating subsequent occurrences. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation patterns of the disaster curriculum developed and applied at Syiah Kuala University, to achieve a DPC (Disaster Preparedness Campus) reputation and enhance DP (Disaster Preparedness) among community members, especially students. A qualitative verification method outlined as a description was used, due to being an inductive approach to the entire experimental process. Data collection was also carried out through observation and literature review, as well as several interviews with the following, (1) The head of the technical implementation unit general course of Syiah Kuala University, (2) The coordinator and lecturer of disaster and environmental knowledge course, and (3) The students of Syiah Kuala University studying the course. After this process, a Delphi method was used to analyze the data obtained, with the outcomes confirmed by a competent expert. Based on the results, three important steps were found to improve disaster preparedness among the people of Aceh and Syiah Kuala University students, namely (1) The establishment of the Tsunami Disaster Mitigation Research Center in 2006, (2) The establishment of the Master Program Study of Disaster Science in the university's Postgraduate Program in 2010, and (3) Development of the general course of disaster knowledge and environment in 2016, which was a compulsory requirement for all students from various faculties, departments, and programs. This indicated that Syiah Kuala University was the first campus to mandate a disaster science course in Indonesia. The Compatibility of Area Functions Map with Actual Site Conditions in Konawe Selatan District

The Konawe Selatan District region is characterized by Karst hills, various soil types, and steep slopes. Functional classification considers the physical and non-physical characteristics of the location to determine its many uses. The map developed by the Regulation of the Agriculture Minister of Indonesia should be checked with the actual condition for the validation process before presenting to the society and Local government. Therefore, this research aimed to determine the compatibility of the area function map result with the actual conditions in Konawe Selatan District, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The research is a regional survey, collecting data from interviews and observations, and the data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively with percentages. The results show that the compatibility of the Konawe Selatan District area function map is 89.61%, functioning as a guideline in the land use plan. Furthermore, the map could guide potential land-use planning functions such as protected forests, limited production forests, rice fields, and settlements. Simulation of Rainfall Using Two Statistical Data Driven Models: A Study on Santhal Pargana Division of Jharkhand State, India

Although the variability and prediction of rainfall is an essential issue of the Santhal Pargana Division of the Jharkhand State but the issue is still far from its’ conclusive statement till date. Therefore, this study aimed to simulate the monthly rainfall from 1901 to 2020 using an eight-step procedure. After downloading the monthly rainfall for the Santhal Pargana Division from 1901 to 2020, the TBATS and Naive models were used to simulate the rainfall. The accuracy assessment of each model was done by using the MASE, MAE, RMSE, ME, and R. For the Naïve model, the Godda station was noticed with a comparatively high combined error. The lowest combined error was found for the Pakur station in case of Naïve models. Similar result was also obtained for the TBATS model. The TBATS was found with comparatively higher accuracy, as the combined error was less for the TBATS. The spatial assessment for the standardized rainfall varied from 84.419 mm. to 149.225 mm. For the Naïve predicted model, the rainfall was marked in between 8.133 mm. to 67.059 mm. For the TBATS fitted model, the rainfall fluctuated from the 37.127 mm. to 62.993 mm. Dumka station was noticed with comparatively low rainfall (i.e.,37.127 mm.). Deoghar and Jamtara stations were marked with a moderate rainfall. Remaining stations were marked with higher amount of rainfall for the TBATS fitted model. The Wilcoxon test proved that each model was significant at 95% confidence interval. Exploration of Knowledge and Community Preparedness in Flood Disaster Mitigation

Floods are natural disasters that should be highly considered due to their threats to human lives and the economy. It is also the third largest natural disaster in the world, which has claimed many lives and properties. Therefore, this study aims to identify community knowledge about floods and determine the efforts to increase preparedness strategies. A qualitative study was conducted in the village of Sapanan, Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency, Indonesia. Subsequently, data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation with various selected informants. Based on the results, the following were obtained, 1) The level of knowledge and actions performed by the Sapanan people was quite good regarding flooding. This was due to the experience of the community with the disaster, which they had decided to use as a learning platform, 2) The impacts often caused after flooding were the outbreaks of many diseases, which hindered the community from performing their usual activities. This was because they were busy cleaning their homes, with children consequently unable to attend school regarding the muddy state of the chairs and environment, and 3) The community's efforts to increase preparedness for the disasters included land use monitoring and prone location planning in safe areas. In this case, the level of knowledge and actions performed by the people of Sapanan village was quite good concerning flooding. The Application of Multi Temporal Satellite Data For Land Cover Mapping of Bawean Island, East Java

Land cover dynamics in a small island can be determined using Geographic Information System (GIS) approach based on multitemporal image analysis. This study aimed to classify major land cover types and to map land cover changes of Bawean Island. Two sets of 10 meter resolution satellite data ALOS AVNIR (2010) and Sentinel-2A (2020) were used in this study. Satellite image analysis was carried out through several stages namely image pre-processing including radiometric and geometric correction, supervised image classification and accuracy test. Image classification results from 2010 to 2020 showed a significant change in land cover on Bawean Island. The forest vegetation land cover declined significantly from 13,470.5 Ha in 2010 to 8,543.4 Ha in 2020. Most of the area have been converted into paddy fields and built-up areas. The accuracy test and validation were determined by comparing the 2020 Sentinel image classification results with field observation conducted in 2021. The analysis showed good results with 82.52% overall accuracy and 79.66 Kappa coefficient.
