The main goal of this research paper is to investigate contact CR-warped product submanifolds within Sasakian space forms, utilizing a semi-symmetric metric connection. We conduct a comprehensive analysis of these submanifolds and establish several significant results. Additionally, we formulate an inequality that establishes a relationship between the squared norm of the second fundamental form and the warping function. Lastly, we present a number of geometric applications derived from our findings.

In this article, we derived an equality for CR-warped product in a complex space form which forms the relationship between the gradient and Laplacian of the warping function and second fundamental form. We derived the necessary conditions of a CR-warped product submanifolds in Ka¨hler manifold to be an Einstein manifold in the impact of gradient Ricci soliton. Some classification of CR-warped product submanifolds in the Ka¨hler manifold by using the Euler–Lagrange equation, Dirichlet energy and Hamiltonian is given. We also derive some characterizations of Einstein warped product manifolds under the impact of Ricci Curvature and Divergence of Hessian tensor.

Vanishing Homology of Warped Product Submanifolds in Complex Space Forms and Applications

In this paper, we prove the nonexistence of stable integral currents in compact oriented warped product pointwise semi-slant submanifold Mn of a complex space form M˜(4ϵ) under extrinsic conditions which involve the Laplacian, the squared norm gradient of the warped function, and pointwise slant functions. We show that i-the homology groups of Mn are vanished. As applications of homology groups, we derive new topological sphere theorems for warped product pointwise semi-slant submanifold Mn, in which Mn is homeomorphic to a sphere Sn if n≥4 and if n=3, then M3 is homotopic to a sphere S3 under the assumption of extrinsic conditions. Moreover, the same results are generalized for CR-warped product submanifolds.

A Topological sphere theorem for contact CR-warped product submanifolds of an odd-dimensional unit sphere

AbstractIn this paper, we investigate topological sphere theorems for compact minimal contact CR-submanifolds of odd dimensional unit sphere. We show that if an inequality involving the warping function and the scalar curvature of the fibers is satisfied, a compact minimal contact CR-warped product submanifold of the odd dimensional unit sphere is homeomorphic to the sphere. In particular case, for 5-dimensional unit sphere, we show that a 4-dimensional compact minimal contact CR-warped product submanifold is homeomorphic to a sphere if ∣∇lnf∣2 < 1 is satisfied. By using Bonnet-Myers’s theorem we give a result about fundamental group and by Leung’s theorem we obtain a result about homology groups of a contact CR-warped submanifold.

Geometry of contact skew CR-warped product submanifolds of Sasakian manifolds

In this paper, we study warped products of contact skew-CR submanifolds, called contact skew CR-warped products. We establish a lower bound relationship between the squared norm of the second fundamental form and the warping function. The equality case of the inequality is investigated and some special cases of derived inequality are given. Furthermore, we provide non-trivial examples of such submanifolds.

Characterizing inequalities for existence of contact CR-warped product submanifolds of generalized Sasakian space forms admitting a nearly cosymplectic structure

This paper studies the contact CR-warped product submanifolds of a generalized Sasakian space form admitting a nearly cosymplectic structure. Some inequalities for the existence of these types of warped product submanifolds are established, the obtained inequalities generalize the results that have acquired in \cite{atceken14}. Moreover, we also estimate another inequality for the second fundamental form in the expressions of the warping function, this inequality also generalizes the inequalities that have obtained in \cite{ghefari19}. In addition, we also explore the equality cases.

On the Topology of Warped Product Pointwise Semi-Slant Submanifolds with Positive Curvature

In this paper, we obtain some topological characterizations for the warping function of a warped product pointwise semi-slant submanifold of the form Ωn=NTl×fNϕk in a complex projective space CP2m(4). Additionally, we will find certain restrictions on the warping function f, Dirichlet energy function E(f), and first non-zero eigenvalue λ1 to prove that stable l-currents do not exist and also that the homology groups have vanished in Ωn. As an application of the non-existence of the stable currents in Ωn, we show that the fundamental group π1(Ωn) is trivial and Ωn is simply connected under the same extrinsic conditions. Further, some similar conclusions are provided for CR-warped product submanifolds.

Geometry of Pointwise Semi-slant Warped Products in Locally Conformal Kaehler Manifolds

In this paper, we study the geometry of pointwise semi-slant warped products in a locally conformal Kaehler manifold. In particular, we obtain several results which extend Chen’s inequality for CR-warped product submanifolds in Kaehler manifolds. Also, we study the corresponding equality cases. Several related results on pointwise semi-slant warped products are also proved in this paper.

A General Inequality for CR-Warped Products in Generalized Sasakian Space Form and Its Applications

In the present paper, by considering the Gauss equation in place of the Codazzi equation, we derive new optimal inequality for the second fundamental form of CR-warped product submanifolds into a generalized Sasakian space form. Moreover, the inequality generalizes some inequalities for various ambient space forms.

Characterization of Skew CR-Warped Product Submanifolds in Complex Space Forms via Differential Equations

Recently, we have obtained Ricci curvature inequalities for skew CR-warped product submanifolds in the framework of complex space form. By the application of Bochner’s formula on these inequalities, we show that, under certain conditions, the base of these submanifolds is isometric to the Euclidean space. Furthermore, we study the impact of some differential equations on skew CR-warped product submanifolds and prove that, under some geometric conditions, the base is isometric to a special type of warped product.

The objective of this paper is to achieve the inequality for Ricci curvature of a contact CR-warped product submanifold isometrically immersed in a generalized Sasakian space form admitting a trans-Sasakian structure in the expressions of the squared norm of mean curvature vector and warping function. We provide numerous physical applications of the derived inequalities. Finally, we prove that under a certain condition the base manifold is isometric to a sphere with a constant sectional curvature.

In this work, several pinched conditions on the Laplacian and gradient of the warping function are found in consideration of warped product submanifolds structure that force to homology groups vanish with no stable currents. Also, it is proved that a warped product pointwise semi-slant submanifold [Formula: see text] that is compact and oriented in an odd-dimensional spheres [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text], has no stable integral [Formula: see text]-currents and [Formula: see text]-currents, respectively, and their homology groups are null, provided squared norm of the gradient for warping function satisfies some extrinsic restrictions including the Laplacian of the warping function, pointwise slant functions in addition to dimension of fiber of warped product immersions. Moreover, under assumption of extrinsic condition on the warping function, it is show [Formula: see text] being homeomorphic to a standard sphere [Formula: see text] with [Formula: see text] and homotopic to a standard sphere [Formula: see text] with [Formula: see text]. Further, the same results are generalized for contact CR-warped product submanifolds of same ambient spaces.

Stable currents and homology groups in a compact CR-warped product submanifold with negative constant sectional curvature

The main purpose of this paper is to highlight some striking features of the relationship between homology groups and compact warped product submanifolds geometry with negative constant sectional curvature that follows from Lawson and Simons (1973). Using the result of Fu and Xu (2008), we prove that there does not exist stable integral p-currents and their homology groups are zero in a compact CR-warped product submanifold Mn from a complex hyperbolic space ℂHm(−4) under extrinsic conditions involving the Laplacian of warped function and the squared norm of gradient of the warping function. Moreover, under the same extrinsic conditions and using the generalized Poincaré’s conjecture, we derive new topological sphere theorem on a compact CR-warped product submanifold Mn, we prove that Mn is homeomorphic to the sphere Sn if n=4. Also, if n=3 then M3 is homotopic to the sphere S3 and this result follows from the work of Sjerve (1973). Finally, the same types of theorems are constructed in terms of some mechanical tools such as Dirichlet energy and Hamiltonian as well.
