Recently, as a positive link between an organization and individuals, ‘work-life balance’ has been taken as a top priority among employees. In fact, people have desired to improve the quality of life in diverse fields as work-life balance regulates their lives and ensure a happy life. This study attempted to investigate the influence of work-life balance on organizational commitment and organizational performances against medical cosmetology workers to provide basic data needed to improve their working environments. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against estheticians, nursing assistants and patient care coordinators who work at skin and plastic surgery clinics and hospitals across the country from July 27 to August 12, 2023. Among a total of 310 questionnaires distributed, 303 copies excluding 7 poorly answered ones were used for final analysis, and the results found the followings: First, work-life balance had a positive influence on organizational commitment with statistical significance. Second, work-life balance revealed a positive effect on organizational performances with statistical significance. It is anticipated that the above results would be available in developing training programs for work-life balance against medical beauty workers and those in other sectors.
