Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa Kelas V SDQT Nurul Islam dengan Metode Kooperatif Group Investigation

The purpose of this study is to increase students learning activties by applying the cooperative learning model Group Investigation model. The research method in this study was carried out by applying the cooperative learning model of the Group Investigation model to improve student learning activties and was carried out in Class V SDQT Nurul Islam in Karawang City. The results showed that the learning activty of Class V students of SDQT Nurul Islam with the Cooperative Method increased from cycle I to cycle II by 17%. In the first cycle, the classical average of student learning activty was 73% and included in the Good category. While in cycle II, the classical average of student learning activty increased quite significantly, namely to 90% and included in the Very Good category. It can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of the Gr model.

PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION (GI) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR DAN SIKAP ILMIAH SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN FISIKA SMA

This study was motivated by the problems faced by teachers of physics are the low daily rate of students, it is characterized by  50% of students are in the range of values below 60. The purpose of this experimental study is (1) reveals the presence or absence of a firmness differences in learning outcomes between students taught using cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) with students who are taught by using conventional learning model, (2). reveals the presence or absence of firmness is a difference of scientific attitude of students, between students taught using cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) with students who are taught by using conventional learning model. This study was an experimental study. The first and second hypothesis can be tested using one-way ANOVA test. Differences in the use of cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) with conventional learning model on learning outcomes and student scientific attitude among these variables will be known. Subjects of this study were taken randomly selected by lottery first is the X3 class numbered 40 students, was elected second lottery X5 is a class of 40 students, the class were tested for normality and homogeneity. Timing of treatment for 2 x 45 minutes (1 x meetings) that do as much as 8 times the meeting. At the end of the treatment in the final meeting of the subjects were given a final test consists of 23 multiple choice test items with time-90 minutes. Based on calculations using ANOVA one lane, with criteria if F count> F table, then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a difference (not homogeneous), and if F count <F table, then H0 is accepted, meaning that there is no difference (homogeneous). Under these provisions, it can be interpreted that there is no difference in learning outcomes for 1.7731 <3.96. F count <F table or 1.773 <6.97 then H0 is accepted, meaning that there are no significant differences in the scientific attitude of students who use the model of cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) than conventional learning model The findings of this study indicate that there are differences in learning outcomes and scientific attitude of students, between students taught using cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI), with students taught by conventional learning model. PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGASI (GI) DAN KREATIVITAS BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR BIOTEKNOLOGI

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1). The relationship between the creativity of students with learning outcomes Biotechnology. (2). The difference in learning outcomes are taught using cooperative learning model Group Investigation when compared with the conventional model. and to determine how much influence it in a mathematical equation. The subjects were students of class IX, which consists of two classes that exist in the SMP 14 Batang Hari first semester of the academic year 2011 / 2012. The number of students of class IX is 60 people. Class has been divided by the school since the beginning of the class consisting of 30 people IXA, IXB class of 30 people. Members direndominasi subject can not because they are made in such a way from school, academically have average ability of each class is the same so it is considered homogeneous. This research was conducted by using a quasi-experimental type (quasi experiment) with the experimental design consists of classes and control classes.Based on the results of the study showed that: First, the influence of creativity learning on learning outcomes of biotechnology with learning outcomes, namely 7.78 to 7.32 in the experimental class and the control class. Second, the result shows that the statistical processing of F = 182.114 and table F, Fa (n-1)-1 = F.1.1.81 = 2,77 for F count > Ftabel or 182.114 > 2.77 then there is a difference learning outcomes of students who were taught with the model group when compared with the conventional investigate. The conclusion of this study are: (1) There is a significant effect on learning outcomes learning creativity Biotechnology. (2) There are differences in learning outcomes that learned by using cooperative learning model Group Investigation when compared with the conventional model. PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION (GI) BERBANTU AUDIO VISUAL TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X SMAN 3 PEKANBARU

This study aims to determine the effect of the group investigation cooperative learning model assisted by audio visual aids on the motivation and learning outcomes of class X SMAN 3 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in class X of SMAN 3 Pekanbaru in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research design used was quasi-experimental, using the matching only pretest posttest control design. The research sample was class X students with 36 experimental and 36 control classes respectively taken by Simple Random Sampling. Data collection was carried out through pretest, posttest and observation sheets. Based on the research results obtained for the learning motivation questionnaire value in the control class was 2.48 with a percentage value of 62.10% in the medium category, while for the learning motivation questionnaire value in the experimental class given the treatment of cooperative learning model group investigation type of 2,97 with a percentage value of 74.47% in the high category. Based on these categories, there was an increase in learning motivation in the experimental class which was given treatment with the group investigation type cooperative learning model assisted by audio-visual aids. For the mean N-Gain in the control class 0.29 (low), while in the experimental class 0.52 (moderate). On the results of the N-Gain t-test the value of Sig. (2-tailed) Equal variances not assumed on the output of the Independent sample test value is 0.000 <0.05 then reject Ho which means that there is a significant difference between the N-Gain control class which is given treatment with conventional learning and the experimental class which is given treatment with cooperative learning model with the type of group investigation assisted by audio visual which shows an increase in learning outcomes. Thus learning using the cooperative learning model type group investigation assisted by audio visual aids in virus material affects the motivation and learning outcomes of class X SMAN 3 Pekanbaru in the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GROUP INVESTIGATION DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DI SMPS KATOLIK BERDIKARI RAJA

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the group investigation type learning model is effective on mathematics learning outcomes in class VII students of the Independent Catholic Junior High School. This study aims to determine whether applying the group investigation learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes for seventh graders at the Independent Catholic Junior High School. The research instrument used is a test of learning outcomes. The type of research used is quantitative research. From the result of this study, it can be seen that the group investigation learning model can affect the mathematics learning outcomes of class VII students of the Independent Catholic Junior High School. Indicators of the assessment of learning outcomes can be seen from the increased post-test scores of students. Based on decision-making through a comparison of the value of arithmetic with the t table it is known that 11.640 > 2.042 and it can be concluded that is rejected and is accepted, meaning that there are significant differences in mathematics learning outcomes for students by applying the group type cooperative learning model group investigation. In other words, the group investigation cooperative learning model is effective in improving learning outcomes.

The Effect Of Use Implementation of Cooperatif Learning Type Group Investigation on Student Cooperation Capability in Fourth Grade at SD Negeri Tidung Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar

The problem of this study was the low level of collaboration between students in grade IV of SD Negeri Tidung Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar. The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) how is the description of cooperative learning model group investigation on the ability of student cooperation? (2) what is the description of students’ collaboration skill? (3) does the use of the cooperative model type group investigation affect the ability of cooperation in the fouth grade students of SD Negeri Tidung Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar?. The purpose of this study are: (1) to describe the application of cooperative learning model group investigation type to the cooperative ability of students, (2) to describe the cooperations ability of students, (3) to find out the effect of using cooperative investigation group effect on studect collaboration ability class IV SD Negeri Tidung Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approch with the type of Pre Experiment research. This study uses the Intact Group Comparison research design with a sampling technique using purposive sampling teechnique. The samples used in this study were 24 of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Tidung Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar. Data collection techniques in this study used student observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) The learning process observed with the observation sheet of learning implementation shows the results of improvement in meetings and is categorized as effective. (2) The ability of students to collaborate in the experimental group increases compared to the control group after giving treatment. (3) It have the positive effect of the use of the cooperative model type group investigation influencing the ability of cooperation in the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Tidung Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar.

PENERAPAN METODE COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DALAM BAHASA INGGRIS PADA KELAS XI BOGA SMK NEGERI 2 PARIAMAN SEMESTER 2 TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/2017

This type of research is qualitative research as the subject in this study is 37 students of class XI Boga SMKN 2 Pariaman consisting of 36 female students and 1 male student. In conducting this research, researchers examined the implementation of learning by applying the cooperative learning model type Group Investigation. Based on the results of research carried out at SMKN 2 Pariaman in class XI Boga students in the second semester of the 2016/2017 academic year with the application of the Cooperative Learning Model Group Investigation type, it is known that there is an increase in learning outcomes obtained by students in cycle I on average 70.6 to increase in cycle II, the class average score reached 81.84 above the KKM 75

COLLABORATION AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF STUDENTS MOTIVATION IN PHYSICS LEARNING

Teaching and learning activities that tend to be monotonous and passive result in low student interest in learning and achievement. Therefore, this study aims to determine the collaboration and achievement of student motivation in learning physics. This research is applied with the cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) type in six phases that can improve collaboration, motivation and student achievement, namely selecting topics, cooperative planning, implementation, analysis and synthesis, presentation, evaluation. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The instrument used was a test of student learning outcomes in the form of descriptions totaling 10 items and student activity sheets, namely experimental activities. The results showed that the existence of good peer collaboration will affect the achievement of student motivation in learning physics.

Effect of cooperative learning model type of group investigation and adversity quotient of students on mastery of chemical concepts on salt hydrolysis material

This study aims to see the effect of the cooperative learning model type of group investigation and adversity quotient of students on the mastery of chemical concepts on salt hydrolysis. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a control group posttest only design using a 2 × 3 factorial design. The research was conducted in class IX MIA SMA N 10 Batanghari with two classes. Sampling was done by total sampling. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, tests and documentation. The test instrument was used to determine the value of mastery of chemical concepts on salt hydrolysis. Meanwhile, the questionnaire instrument was used to determine the level of adversity quotient of students. Data processing used two-way ANOVA. The results showed that the cooperative learning model group Investigation type and the adversitiy quotient of the climber type students had high mastery of chemical concepts, but there was no interaction between the group investigation type learning model and the adversity quotient on the mastery of chemical concepts on salt hydrolysis due to the learning model and adversity quotient influence on mastery of chemical concepts independently. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: (1) there is an effect of the group investigation type cooperative learning model on the mastery of chemical concepts (2) there is an effect of students adversity quotient on chemical concept mastery (3) there is no interaction between the cooperative learning model group investigation type with students' adversity quotient on mastery of chemical concepts in salt hydrolysis.

Cooperative Learning Model of Group Investigation Type on Students' Critical Thinking Skill and Scientific Communication Skills

This research aims to find out the influence of the application of the group investigation cooperative learning model on critical thinking skills and the scientific communication skills of students. True Experimental Design in the form of Posttest-Only Control Design is a research design applied to this research. Analysis of the data obtained showed that the correlation coefficient value of the critical thinking skills test data was r = 0.672. The results of the t-test analysis showed that t-count = 5.671 and t-table = 2.042, which means that there is an influence on the application of the cooperative learning type group investigation model in the experimental class as seen from the coefficient of determination (KD) of 33%. The value of the correlation coefficient in the analysis of students' scientific communication skills data is r = 0.9. The value obtained from the calculation of the t-test is t = 3,576 and t table = 3,182 which means that there is an influence on students' scientific communication skills after the implementation of the cooperative learning model group investigation type. The coefficient of determination of students' scientific communication skills is 81%. The conclusion that can be drawn from the research that has been carried out is that there is an influence on the ability to think critically and the scientific communication skills of students after the implementation of the cooperative learning model group investigation type in the learning process.

EFEKTIFITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF GROUP INVESTIGATION (GI) PADA MATERI BARISAN DAN DERET DITINJAU DARI TIPE KEPRIBADIAN SISWA SMK KELAS X DI KABUPATEN KLATEN

The objectives of this research were to find out on the topic of Sequences and Series: (1) which had better learning achievement among cooperative learning Group Investigation (GI) or a direct learning; (2) which had better learning achievement between melancholies students, phlegmatic students, sanguine students or choleric students; (3) at each personality types, which had better learning achievement among GI or direct learning, and (4) at each learning models, which had better learning achievement between melancholies students, phlegmatic students, sanguine students or choleric students. This research was a quasi-experimental with 2×4 factorial design. The population was all students in tenth grade of vocational schools technology, health, and agriculture in Klaten Regency on Academic Years 2019/2020. Sampling was done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. The total of sample was 80 students. Statistical tests using the method Lilliefors test for normality, homogeniety of the Bartlett method, anava test with F test (Fisher) and post hoc test using the Scheffe’ method. The significance level was 0,05. Based on hypothesis test, it could be concluded as follows: (1) GI had better learning achievement than direct learning,; (2) there were no any differences in the learning achievement in mathematics of the students with melancholies, phlegmatic, sanguine or choleric personality types; (3) in each personality types, the cooperative learning model GI had better than cooperative learning Jigsaw II direct learning model; (4) in each learning model, the students with melancholies, phlegmatic, sanguine or choleric personality types have the same learning achievement

The Influenceof Cooperative Learning Model Group Investigation (GI) Type and Learning Motivation Approach With the Understanding Concepts and Solving Mathematical Problem on Grade 7 in Upt Smp Negeri Airpura

The aims from this study observe at the influenceof cooperative learning model group investigation (GI) type and learning motivation on students' ability to understand concepts and solve problems in Mathematics in UPT SMP Negeri Airpura both to the students who had high previous knowledge and those who had low previous knowledge.This was a quasi experimental research. Samples are choose using randomized sample. Data are analyzed using t-test, Mann Whitney test and two Ways Anova using MINITAB software. The result of data analysis showed that : (1) the influenceof cooperative learning model group investigation (GI) type and learning motivation can improve students' MGI skills and still need to improve their ability to understand concepts., (4) there was no interaction between learning approaches and previous knowledge toward the eighth grade students.

MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

<p>In essence teaching and learning activities are a process of interaction or reciprocal relations between the teacher and students in the learning unit. For this reason, an effort is needed in order to improve the quality of education and teaching, one of which is to choose a strategy or method for delivering learning material so that students can improve their learning achievement. Literature study was conducted to find information about learning, especially the cooperative learning model type Group Investigation (GI). So that by applying the GI cooperative model can improve learning outcomes and student learning motivation. Learning outcomes are what is achieved by students by involving all the potential they have after the students carry out learning activities. Achievement of these learning outcomes can be known by holding an assessment of learning outcomes tests. Motivation to learn means a tendency and high enthusiasm or a great desire for learning. Cooperative learning is a model of teaching where students learn in small groups and have different abilities. Group type Investigation (GI) learning is the most complex learning model. The core steps of the Investigastion Group's learning model are as follows. (1). The teacher forms groups and calls each group leader to receive assignments / material. (2). Each group leader returns to his group and then discusses in depth the tasks that are obtained with the group members. (3). After being considered enough time for group discussion, each group represented by the spokesperson delivered the results of the group discussion that was listened to by all students. (4). The results of the discussion were read by each group alternately by each group until all groups had their turn to deliver the results of the discussion. The application of cooperative learning model group investigation type can be used as one of the learning models in an effort to improve learning outcomes and student motivation in the learning process. Each stage in investigation group learning is a good assessment material related to teacher observation of student activities and the works produced by students while undergoing the learning process.</p>

Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar PKn Dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Group Investigation (GI) pada Materi HAM di Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi

This study aims to improve the students’ activities and learning outcomes of Civics (PKn) subject by using the Cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) type, therefore learning is not only focused on teacher-centered but more emphasis on student activity. The study was designed as a classroom action research; with the research subjects were XI grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi academic year 2017/2018 with 30 total number of students. This research was carried out in 2 cycles. Each published cycle, namely: (1) Planning, (2) Action, (3) Observation, and (4) Reflection. Data was taken using written tests, assessment sheets consisting of teacher activity observation sheets, active student observation sheets, and evaluation results. The results of the study show that indicators of success can be achieved in cycle 2, both from observing the activities of teachers in lesson preparation, observing student activities in attending lessons, and evaluating student learning outcomes. Students give positive responses to learning that are proven by students’ happiness in the classroom and students’undertsanding toward the lesson. This can be seen on the improvement of learning outcomes and supporting groups that are getting better. The conclusion was that the GI type cooperative learning model could improve students’ learning activities and outcomes in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. The students are more enthusiastic in learning Civic (PKn), and become more active students in learning. The atmosphere of the investigation class encourages students to discuss and deepen their way of thinking by finding various alternative thoughts. The application of the GI type cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes in class. This can be seen from the results of evaluations that show an improvement on students’ learning outcomes from 42.85% or 12 people (in the first cycle) to 92.86% or 26 people (in the second cycle). For the next researchers, it is suggested that the GI type cooperative learning model can be applied in teaching and learning activities in other high schools, so students can achieve maximum learning outcomes. The supervision program, empowering the MGMP, writing scientific journals, conducting research, taking part in an internship program and collaborating with colleagues.

PENGGUNAAN MODEL KOOPERATIF GROUP INVESTIGASI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 11 KAMPUNG BARU BATUSANGKAR

The purpose of this study to describe the activities and learning outcomes of students using cooperative learning model group investigation in the learning of science in public elementary school 011 Batusangkar. This classroom action research using observation sheet student activity and achievement test as an instrument. The results showed that the average student activity cycle I discuss activities 49.2 percent, 49.2 percent presented the task and do the test 55.3 percent. and the second cycle of activities discussed 81.1 percent , 82.4 percent and discuss test-taking 85.1 percent. Thoroughness of learning outcomes in the first cycle an average of 37.9 percent and an average second cycle 82.4 percent. Investigation group cooperative learning model can improve the activity and learning outcomes in science learning. Implementation of cooperative learning group investigation to improve students self-efficacy and learning achievement on statics fluid

Learning physics requires complex aspects of the students, not only the skill for achieving a task but also their beliefs of about their ability in overcoming the difficulties in achieving the purposed targets. In this case, students’ self-efficacy takes an important role in determining their success to improve their learning achievement. This research aimed at improves students’ self-efficacy and learning achievement with cooperative learning group investigation on statics fluid. A one group pre-test- post-test design was implemented to the sample of 75 students with three-time replications. This research was conducted at Senior High School 3 Singaraja-Bali in the odd semester of the academic year of 2017/2018. Research data were collected by using questionnaire, observation, and test. The N-Gain score and qualitative descriptive analysis were applied to analyze data. The results indicate that: (1) there is an increase in students’ self-efficacy with a high N-Gain score, (2) there is an increase in students’ learning achievement with a high N-Gain score and (3) the students’ response is positive to the learning activity. The conclusion is that the implementation of cooperative learning model group investigation can facilitate students to improve their self-efficacy and learning achievement on learning physics, especially for statics fluid.

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Siswa dalam Menyusun Teks

The implementation of this classroom action research aimed at finding out whether the Cooperative learning Group Investigation Type can improve students' ability in composing text. The subject of this study was the third grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in the odd semester of 2017/2018 Academic Year. The data of this research were collected using learning achievement test while the analysis used was descriptive analysis. After all data were analyzed, it was found an improvement in learning outcomes. The average score of the students before the research was 74.80 with learning completeness 60.53.%. Then, in the first cycle, the average score was 76.69 with learning completeness 73.68%. The results of the second cycle also improved with the average score 77.61 and classical learning completeness 89.47%. It turned out that the results in cycle II had exceeded the criteria proposed according to the indicators of success of the study. Based on the data gained, the researcher concluded that the Cooperative Learning model Group Investigation Type can improve the ability of students composing the text.

Effectiveness of Cooperative Learning Model For Enhancing Capability of Investigation tipe group Resolution on Student Mathematical Hight School

TThe purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the ability of mathematical problem solving class X SMA Negeri 1 Wundulako taught using cooperative learning model Group Investigation. (2)To determine the ability of mathematical problem solving class X SMA Negeri 1 Wundulakoyang taught using conventional learning model in teaching trigonometry. (3) To determine whether the mathematical problem solving ability of students taught bycooperative learning model of Group Investigationbetter than mathematics problem solving ability of students taught by conventional learning models in Class 1 Wundulako State XSMA in teaching trigonometry. This type of research used experimental method. The population in this study were all students of class X are scattered in seven classes in parallel with the number of 155 people. Sampling was conducted using random cluster sampling technique. In this study as a sample taken two classes of the population that there is a class X2 as an experimental class and class X4 as the control class. From the results of data analysis showed that: (1) average math problem solving ability X2 grade students taught using cooperative learning model type investigative groups (Group Investigation), which consists of 19 students showed minimum value maximum value 96.00 72.00 , the average (mean)87.0526, median88.00 and mode86.00, With a variance40.608And standard deviation 6.37246, (2 average math problem solving ability X4 grade students taught using conventional learning model which consists of 22 students showed 68.00 minimum value, maximum value 96, 00 average (mean)82.3636, median82,00, and mode82.00, With a variance58.147And standard deviation7.62543, (3) the results of t-test analysis using independent samples t-test obtained t =2.116 on the significant 0,005 <α = 0.05then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. With the rejection of H0, it can be concluded that the increase in mathematical problem solving ability of students taught using cooperative learning model type investigative groups (Group Investigation) is better than math problem solving ability of students taught using conventional learning models.

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Interaktif (Model Pembelajaran Berdasarkan Masalah dan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation ) terhadap Keterampilan Proses Sains pada Perkuliahan Ilmu Kealaman Dasar Mahasiswa PGSD UM Palangkaraya

Basic Science lecture with a value of t-test value of 4.714 is greater than t-table value of 2.010635 and Problem Based Learning Model can improve cognitive learning outcomes of students on all the indicators of the indicator 1 (formulating the problem) from 0.60 to 0.78, the indicator 2 (formulating hypotheses) of 0.78 into 0.86, indicator 3 (create tables of data) from 0.18 to 0 , 36, indicator 4 (make a line graph) of 0.54 and 0.20 into a 5 indicator (draw conclusions) from 0.60 to 0.80. In addition the Cooperative Learning Model Groupo investigation type can�t improve student learning outcomes in the cognitive processes of nature Basic Science lecture significantly due to the value of -1.53144 t-count is smaller than t-table value of 2.032244. The purpose of this research is to know the benefit of cooperative type study type study (GI) method in improving motivation of IPS learning History in grade VIII B students of SMP PGRI 4 Denpasar and to know the benefit of cooperative type study type study (GI) method in improving learning result of IPS History on grade VIII B students SMP PGRI 4 Denpasar The results showed that there is a real difference. Cooperative learning method type Group investigation (GI) can be applied to students of class VIII B SMP PGRI 4 Denpasar. this method can improve students' learning motivation. this is evident from the observation in the first cycle of meeting I reached 28, 21. meeting II 30.0 and meeting III reached 30.5, not only limited to the increase also occurred in cycle II At the meeting I where the result reached 31.39, II 34.17 and meeting III 35.25. see the results of observations that are obtained means the enthusiasm of students in following IPS learning becomes better by using model of learning model. Application of cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) can improve learning outcomes in students of grade VIII B SMP PGRI 4 Denpasar.This is seen in the improvement in terms of student learning outcomes that occur positively, meaning the enthusiasm of students in the process of instructional learning on the achievement of learning objectives and results of good student value, it is seen in the implementation of the stage that researchers do, where the cycle I to reach the average average 82.5%, absorption 82.5% and mastery learning reaches 72.5% and increases in cycle II to average 86.25%, absorption 82.25% and learning completeness reaches 100%. the increase in learning outcomes is inseparable from the students' ability to continue being taught at each meeting. hai is increasingly proves that the model of learning in applied to improve the spirit of learning in the subjects of IPS History, So it can be concluded that the model study group investigation can improve learning motivation and student learning outcomes.
