Construction of a Public Service Cloud Platform for Disabled People Based on the Big Data Management Model of the Internet of Things.

With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's ideological level, the state and social people have given more and more care and assistance to the disadvantaged group of disabled persons. The construction of a public service cloud platform for the disabled is one of the important measures to protect the human rights of the disabled and improve the lives of the disabled. According to the statistics of the China Disabled Persons' Federation, since the twentieth century, with the acceleration of the equalization of basic public services and the establishment of urban and rural social security systems, a practical and effective public service system for the disabled has made leaps and bounds. Hierarchical Network Security Measurement and Optimal Proactive Defense in Cloud Computing Environments

This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of hierarchical network security measurement and optimal active defense in the cloud computing environment. Design and analysis of intelligent retrieval system for drilling data and completion data based on cloud platform

Distributed Cloud Platform Access Collaborative Selection Algorithm based on Multi-objective Optimization

Decentralization is the mainstream trend of large-scale center construction. Based on the requirements of mass service access, big data processing and high reliability of State Grid 95598 cloud platform, a distributed cloud platform access collaboration selection algorithm based on multi-objective optimization is proposed. The algorithm considers load balance of distributed cloud platform and average user experience quality. In addition, it measures the comprehensive performance of the cloud platform from users and load balance of distributed cloud platform based on the synergy degree in the selection process in order to avoid “cask effect”. Comparison and Analysis of X86 Server and Minicomputer Application in Power Enterprises

A Unified Data Publishing Protocol in Health Big Data Processing

In this paper, we studied a unified data publishing protocol in health big data processing by using the ASN.1 language to describe the data and taking the BER rules as encoding and decoding solution. We provided two kinds of data services: health data querying and health status warning. Finally, we proved that two services are feasible in the experiments.

Cloud Platform Based on Mobile Internet Service Opportunistic Drive and Application Aware Data Mining

Because the static cloud platform cannot satisfy the diversity of mobile Internet service and inefficient data mining problems, we presented a reliable and efficient data mining cloud platform construction scheme based on the mobile Internet service opportunistic driving and application perception. In this scheme, first of all data selection mechanism was established based on mobile Internet service opportunistic drive. Secondly, through the cloud platform different cloud and channel aware, nonlinear mapping from the service to a data set of proposed perceptual model is applied.
