A new elasto-visco-plastic damage model and numerical simulation method used for time-dependent behavior prediction of deep tunnel

Accurately predicting the time-dependent behavior of surrounding rock is crucial for supporting design, revealing the mechanism of lining cracking and understanding long-term stability in deep-buried tunnels engineering. Based on the component combination model method and continuous damage mechanics theory, a New Elasto-Visco-Plastic Damage (NEVPD) model was proposed considering the characteristics of viscoelastic-plastic and the damage evolution of rocks. Three groups of experimental data were used for validating the model, and the results indicate that the model can effectively describe the time-dependent deformation characteristics of rocks at different stress levels. The dynamic link computer application program of the NEVPD model was procured through the secondary development interface of the FLAC3D software, and its validity was ascertained through test simulations. By investigating the influence of stress levels on creep parameters, a creep simulation approach considering the impact of rock mass stress state on the creep parameters was proposed for used in the long-term stability analysis of underground rock engineering. Finally, the time-dependent behavior of deep tunnel was predicted using two simulation approaches (the traditional method and the proposed method) based on the Burger-Creep Viscoplastic (CVISC) model built-in FLAC3D and the NEVPD model. The findings suggest that the proposed tunnel creep simulation approach provides a more precise reflection of the local deformation features of the surrounding rock compared to traditional methods. The simulation outcomes based on the NEVPD model exhibit the highest agreement with the field monitoring data.

Relationships Between Service Quality, Store Image, Customer Satisfaction, And Customer Loyalty

Over the last few years, MSMEs have become the main motor in driving economic growth. In today's increasingly fierce competitive conditions, business competitors continue to strive to provide high quality services, create an excellent brand image, with the aim of meeting customer satisfaction and maintaining their loyalty. The aim of this research is to empirically examine the relationship between service quality, store image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. We collected research data on consumers who purchased MSME products at the Mojokerto City Center for Featured Products, using accidental sampling techniques. We propose a conceptual model from previous research and consider it in the context of superior MSME products in Mojokerto City. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS computer application program. The research results show that service quality and store image significantly impacts customer loyalty. Likewise, the research results also confirm that customer satisfaction significantly impacts customer loyalty at the Mojokerto City Center for Featured Products. In addition, the research results reveal that customer satisfaction strengthens the influence of store image on customer loyalty. This research suggests implications for managers, limitations and directions for future research of the above findings.

Facilitate stock management and make displaying the latest products from Saung Batik easier. The results of service activities are that problems of its partners in field of batik innovation have been resolved. Design of this batik group has increased and is expected to characterize group's style. Marketing Batik products of the group becomes effective and efficient because the market reach is not limited. The solution offered is to provide Android-based online marketing and sales facilities. The batik marketing and sales application is named "E-Saung Baswet," which can reach the entire archipelago and global market as a new market share with one tool, namely a smartphone. The application is registered in Playstore, so all internet users can access it. Increased partner empowerment was achieved 100% through training on Android-based marketing and sales computer application programs and training on innovative batik designs.

Development of a rational model range of hydrodynamic torque transformers based on their key parameters: method

Introduction (problem statement and relevance). The existing methods for development of a model range of hydrodynamic or hydraulic torque converters do not consider characteristics of devices operating together with such converters. Consideration of characteristics of internal combustion engines and gearboxes will allow development of a more rational model range of hydrodynamic torque converters.The purpose of the study is to develop a method for building a model range of hydrodynamic torque converters taking into account characteristics of devices operating together with such converters.Methodology and research methods. Based on the analysis of parameters characterizing a hydrodynamic torque converter and of the existing model ranges, key parameters have been selected. To select estimated figures and parameters, mathematical statistics elements have been used.Scientific novelty and results. The method has been developed that allows keeping and using advantages of the known methods and eliminating a number of their disadvantages. The advantage of the proposed method consists in consideration of characteristics of internal combustion engines and gearboxes assumed to be used, which will allow, using the optimization process, definition of rational key parameters of hydrodynamic torque converter models. Based on the proposed method, a computer application program has been developed for estimation of rationality of key parameters of hydrodynamic torque converters of a model range.Practical significance. It makes sense to use the proposed method when developing model ranges of hydrodynamic torque converters.

This was done because looking at the problems that are generally faced by teachers in research, namely the lack of utilization and knowledge of teachers in the use of Wingeom-Based Mathematics Learning Media, in schools teachers are known that one of their weaknesses is the lack of work in the field of scientific work and research caused by erroneous one of them is the inadequacy of teachers in using mathematics learning media which can make it easier for them to be able to work. Program Wingeom 2D and 3D is a computer application program designed to support geometry learning, both two-dimensional and three-dimensional. This program can be used asmind tools in learning geometry, where teachers can use it to develop a dimensional geometric framework. With programs Wingeom It is hoped that later the teacher will be able to explore, observe, do shape animation and display dimensional geometry material, in addition to the program Wingeom 2D and 3D are expected to help visualize a geometric concept clearly so that teachers will more easily understand geometric concepts so that it will have an impact on improving the quality of teachers in the learning process, especially learning geometry. Implementation and Implications of Regional Government Information System (SIPD) on Expenditure Administration

This study aims to determine the implementation the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) in the implementation of expenditure administration and the implications faced in the implementation of the local government information system. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the Local Government Information System Application at BPKAD Manado City is a computer application program that has been integrated and synchronized by one data at the Central Government, namely SIPD, one of the efforts in order to meet information needs quickly, precisely, completely, accurately and integrated. In addition, this can help the Central Government in controlling the financial activities of the Regional Government, but there are still several obstacles and obstacles that need to be addressed in order to optimally implement SIPD. In addition, the SIPD implementation policy in Manado City is in accordance with Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 70 of 2019. From the aspects of resources, the character of the implementing agents, and the attitudes of the implementers, it still describes implementers who have minimal knowledge of SIPD and communication between implementing agents has not been maximized. The positive thing in the implementation of SIPD in Manado City is the existence of conditions conducive to the external environment (economic, social, and political environment). The implementation of SIPD creates practical constraints, such as network constraints that interfere with the data verification process and difficulties in communicating with implementing agents. Efforts to overcome obstacles are to conduct regular training programs for SIPD implementing employees with training materials that have been packaged easily so that the attitude of the SIPD implementing agents themselves can accept the new policy.

Pengaruh karakteristik individu dan karakteristik organisasi terhadap pengembangan karir pegawai dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura

Individual characteristics and organizational characteristics are the two variables used in this study to analyze employee career development. The object of research is an employee of the Agriculture, Food Crops and Horticulture Office of West Aceh district. The type of method used is quantitative through data collection using a total sampling technique, namely taking data on the entire population of 56 respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and data analysis through the techniques used were validity and reliability tests; classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis; t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R²) with a computer application program tool, namely SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the individual characteristic variable (X1) is negative. This shows that individual characteristics (X1) have no significant effect on the career development variable (Y) and the organizational characteristics variable (X2) shows a positive value. This shows that organizational characteristics have a significant effect on career development variables (Y) and the F test is known to be positive which indicates that individual characteristics variables (X1) and organizational characteristics (X2) have a significant influence simultaneously on career development variables.

This study aims to identify whether the factors of liquidity, leverage have a significant influence on financial distress in Islamic General Insurance Companies in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive method with quantitative data analysis in this research population, namely all General Sharia Insurance Companies in Indonesia in 2020. In this research sample, namely three General Sharia Insurance Companies in Indonesia, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and processed using the assistance of the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 computer application program. Pengaruh Pemahaman Akuntansi, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze how the influence of accounting understanding, accounting information systems, and internal control systems on the quality of financial statements. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal type of research. The population in this study is the entire Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD) within the Pasuruan City Government. The sample in this study used Financial Administration Officials (PPK) at the Pasuruan City Regional Government SKPD totaling 32 respondents from 32 SKPD using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and processed using the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 computer application program. The output of this study is that the internal control system has a significant influence on the quality of financial statements, while partially the understanding of accounting and accounting information systems does not have a significant influence on the quality of financial statements. And simultaneously understanding accounting, accounting information systems, and internal control systems affect the quality of financial statements.

This type of research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Efek Mediasi Brand Trust dalam Pengaruh Brand Image dan E–Service Quality Terhadap Customer Loyalty Bukalapak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand trust mediation in the influence of brand image and e–service quality on customer loyalty Bukalapak. The population in this study are Bukalapak users who are domiciled in DKI Jakarta, aged 17 years and over, and have transacted in Bukalapak at least 3 times in the last 1 month. The sample in this study was 150 people using purposive sampling method. Data analysis is done with the help of a computer application program that is Smart PLS. The result of this study showed that 1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 2) e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on Brand Trust, 4) e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, 5) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 6) brand trust mediates the positive and significant influence of brand image on customer loyalty, 7) brand trust mediates the positive and significant influence of e-service quality on customer loyalty. The conclusion in this study is customer loyalty is strongly influenced by brand image and e-service quality through brand trust. The higher brand image and e-service quality of a company, it will cause brand trust in consumers, and ultimately the more consumers trust a company, it will cause customer loyalty.

The purpose of the 2022-2023 Odd Semester Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) activities is to improve teachers' ability to make citations and references in writing scientific articles which they will publish either manually or by using computer application programs, especially Mendeley. The target of this PPM activity is all SMA/MA Mathematics MGMP Teachers in Mojokerto Regency. There are three stages in this activity, namely the planning stage. at the socialization stage, the implementation stage. This PPM was held from 1 to 30 November 2022 which was attended by 47 MGMP mathematics teachers in Mojokerto Regency. The implementation of the Community Service Program activities by the Mathematics Education Lecturer team at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya, went smoothly. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in every activity that had been scheduled. There are three activities in this PPM, namely the Basic Concepts of PTK and Writing of PTK as well as how to cite and make references in writing PTK Scientific Articles. The implementation of the Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) activities by the Mathematics Education Lecturer team at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya, went smoothly. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in every activity that had been scheduled. The obstacle faced during the implementation of the Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) by the Lecturer Team of the Mathematics Education Study Program at PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya was that the room provided was not comfortable because the room was hot so the participants were less comfortable and maximal in participating in the delivery of the material. However, this did not affect the enthusiasm of the participants during the discussion session. Many questions were submitted to the resource person related to the material presented, especially during the mentoring session.

Determination of fertilizer rate recommendations for chili (Capsicum annuum L.) fertigation through drip irrigation using ferads (decision support system) in precision agriculture

Location-specific fertilization rate recommendations are important for precision agriculture. This study aims to validate chili pepper fertilization recommendations in the field based on Ferads, a computer application program that is used to determine fertilizer recommendations for vegetable crops based on soil analysis. Two chili pepper varieties (Imola and Ori) were grown in Inceptisol soil with available content of 4.8 ppm P (very low), 44.2 ppm K (moderate), 1.53% organic C, and pH 6.46. Experiments were conducted at Cikarawang Field Station, IPB (250 m asl), from July to December 2021, set up in RCBD with four replicates and five fertilization rates. Nutrigads automatic fertigation machine was used for delivering fertilization treatment. The Imola variety obtained a quadratic response on marketable and total fruit weight per ha, with the line of equation Y = -1460.1x2 +2316.3x+5951.3, R²=0.3168, and Y=-3025.6x2 + 4272.2x + 12032; R² = 0.4237, with the optimum rate of x = 0.7931, and x= 0.7060, respectively. The prediction for the Imola variety was higher than the on field conditions, hence the Ferads fertilization recommendations are to be multiplied by 70%-79% for optimal implementation on farmers’ land. The Ferads rate had no effect on Ori variety, therefore, recommended rate is 100%.

Computers are increasingly providing significant benefits in education, especially in learning. Hundreds or even thousands of computer application programs or software can be used for learning mathematics, especially the Matrix. One software that can be used in Matrix learning is the Matrix Laboratory (MATLAB). This program can increase speed and accuracy in mathematical calculations in Matrix learning so that the time needed to work is more efficient. The results obtained are more accurate than estimates done manually. It can also visualize graphs in 2 and three dimensions, for example, in completing the Matrix, so it is expected to increase understanding of the material provided.

Development of a Multidimensional Curriculum Evaluation Model for the Independent Curriculum in Elementary Schools

This study aims to develop a multidimensional curriculum evaluation model (ECM) for the Independent Curriculum in Elementary Schools (SD). Independent Curriculum is a curriculum that allows teachers to design quality learning based on students’ needs and environment. It focuses on enhancing students’ character and competencies through the Pancasila student profile project. A comprehensive, systematic, and continuous evaluation model is required to ensure Independent Curriculum’s quality and relevance. The research method is R&D using the ADDIE model with five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects are teachers, principals, supervisors, and curriculum experts. Data are collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results show that ECM has six evaluation dimensions: context, input, process, product, impact, and meta-evaluation, which suit the Independent Curriculum’s characteristics in SD. ECM can evaluate various curriculum aspects: objectives, content, strategies, media, learning resources, assessment, learning outcomes, and curriculum impact. ECM also has a computer application program that simplifies the evaluation process and reporting. ECM receives positive feedback from the subjects and is valid, reliable, practical, and effective. The study concludes that ECM can improve Independent Curriculum quality in SD.

Image Contrast Enhancement in CT SCAN for Determining Cervical Cancer Area

The quality of the contrast enhancement, which is deemed to be vague in contrast between one region and another, is a problem that many doctors face once identifying their patients with CT scan images. Image correction was used in this study to help doctors gain good CT scan images. In addition to reducing errors in the administering of radiation doses during treatment, accurate images are used to locate and assess the extent of cancer in patients. In this study, a computer application program to improve image contrast was created using the linear regression equation method. In this investigation, the cancer area is still being manually marked by doctors. Additionally, the proportion of the cancer area in the image that the doctor marked from the corrected image is calculated by comparing the ratio of cancer pixels to body pixels. The severity of the cancer is estimated using the proportion of the affected area. The error percentage for the average improvement in application performance is 0.15689%.

Pengaruh Pergantian Auditor, Kesulitan Keuangan, dan Reputasi KAP terhadap Fenomena Audit Delay

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of auditor switching, financial distress, and KAP reputation on the phenomenon of audit delay in property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2020. This study uses three (3) independent variables, namely auditor switching, financial distress, and KAP reputation as well as one (1) dependent variable audit delay. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample of twenty-six (26) property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for five (5) years of observation, in order to obtain a final sample of one hundred and thirty (130) data. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis using the EViews 12 SV computer application program. The results of this study indicate that auditor switching and financial distress partially have no effect on audit delay. While the reputation of KAP partially affects the audit delay.

비교과 교육과정에 대한 재학생의 인식 및 요구 분석에 따른 대학교육의 방향성 정립

Objectives The purpose of this study was to establish a direction for the university's extracurricular education and to support program improvement by examining students' perceptions and needs for the extracurricular curriculum. Methods For this purpose, an online survey was conducted by developing a questionnaire on the perception and needs of the extracurricular program for S University students. As for the analysis method, ANOVA, t-test, and cross-analysis were performed to check the differences between groups with descriptive statistical analysis and frequency analysis for each question using the data of current students who responded to the questionnaire. Results To summarize the results of the analysis, First, as for the participation status of the extracurricular program, the student participation in the first and second graders, the College of Science and Technology Convergence and the College of Design and Arts was low, and the participation of female students was higher than that of male students. In addition, students had high demands for publicity using website announcements and awarding mileage scholarships and prize money. Second, the ‘extracurricular mileage’ was highly recognized in the operation method of the extracurricular program, and the online extracurricular program took advantage of the ‘online environment regardless of location’ and ‘internet use of PC/smart devices’ as the strengths, ‘decreased concentration’ and ‘Difficulty in interaction between instructors and students’ was recognized as a disadvantage. Third, satisfaction with ‘instructor's professionalism’ and ‘program theme’ was high in the learning outcomes of the extracurricular program, and ‘various experiences outside of the subject’ and ‘help in understanding and adapting to university life’ were highly recognized as the program participation outcomes. Fourth, students' demands for extracurricular programs were highly supported by school policy that reinforced core competency certification system, mileage and scholarships. In addition, there was a high demand for application for the subject-related extracurricular program, and the employment support program was the most important, and it was hoped that the certificate application and computer application program would be opened first. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it provided implications by statistically analyzing the perceptions and needs of current students based on the process and output aspects of the extracurricular program, and identifying differences by gender, grade, and college. Through this, it is expected that it will be used to improve the perception of university members on extracurricular education and to establish a direction for establishing an operating system.

Analysis Of Interest Rate Through Credit Channel And The Amount Of The Money Circulation On Indonesian Economic Growth 2005 – 2019

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Interest Rates Through Credit Channels and the Money Supply on Indonesia's Economic Growth. The data used in this study is time series data from 2005 to 2019, sourced from Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analytical method used in this study is Vector Autoregression (VAR) using the Eviews version 10.0 computer application program. The results show that interest rates have a negative and significant effect on lending in the short term, lending as a variable connecting interest rates has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, both in the short and long term. The banking credit variable has a significant effect on the money supply in the long term, while the money supply in both the short and long term has a negative effect on economic growth. The results of the Granger causality test show that there is a one-way causal relationship between interest rates and bank credit in Indonesia, interest rates with economic growth if we use 10% and a one-way relationship between bank credit and the money supply.
