Guidelines for Manufacturing and Application of Organoids: Liver.

Recent amendments to regulatory frameworks have placed a greater emphasis on the utilization of in vitro testing platforms for preclinical drug evaluations and toxicity assessments. This requires advanced tissue models capable of accurately replicating liver functions for drug efficacy and toxicity predictions. Liver organoids, derived from human cell sources, offer promise as a reliable platform for drug evaluation. However, there is a lack of standardized quality evaluation methods, which hinders their regulatory acceptance. This paper proposes comprehensive quality standards tailored for liver organoids, addressing cell source validation, organoid generation, and functional assessment. These guidelines aim to enhance reproducibility and accuracy in toxicity testing, thereby accelerating the adoption of organoids as a reliable alternative or complementary tool to animal testing in drug development. The quality standards include criteria for size, cellular composition, gene expression, and functional assays, thus ensuring a robust hepatotoxicity testing platform.

Dessecting the toxicological profile of polysorbate 80 (PS80): comparative analysis of constituent variability and biological impact using a zebrafish model

Polysorbate 80, commonly abbreviated as PS80, is a widely used pharmaceutical excipient renowned for its role as a solubilizer and stabilizer in drug formulations. Although PS80 is essential for various pharmaceutical applications, particularly in the formulation of injectable drugs, it has been implicated in a range of adverse reactions. However, due to the complexity of the composition of PS80, the differences in the types and contents of the constituents of PS80 from different manufacturers increase the probability or likelihood of their uneven quality.Addressing the complete spectrum of PS80′s components is challenging; thus, most studies to date have examined PS80 as a singular entity. This approach, however, carries a degree of uncertainty, as it overlooks the unique composition and concentration of components within the PS80 used in experiments, which may not reflect the actual diversity in commercially available PS80 products.Recognizing the critical need to understand how PS80′s composition influences biological effects and toxicity, our study aims to bridge this knowledge gap. By doing so, we can clarify how different PS80 compositions from various manufacturers might affect the quality of pharmaceutical formulations, and also guide excipient manufacturers toward producing higher-quality PS80. Such insights could further facilitate a more targeted application of PS80 in drug development.Building on our previous work, we isolated and prepared two key components of PS80—polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (PSM) and polyoxyethylene isosorbide monooleate (PIM)—and conducted a systematic comparison. We evaluated the acute, hemolytic, and target organ toxicity of two different PS80 samples, as well as PSM and PIM, using a zebrafish model. Our research also delved into the potential mechanisms behind the observed toxicological effects, providing an in-depth understanding of PS80′s impact on biological systems.The results show that PS80, PSM, and PIM resulted in developmental anomalies in larval zebrafish. The primary organs of acute toxicity in zebrafish exposed to PS80 and its typical components PSM and PIM include the cardiovascular system, kidneys, intestines, skin, and liver. Notably, PIM further induced severe pericardial edema and erythrocyte hemolysis, thereby affecting blood flow. The samples also instigated oxidative damage by disrupting the redox equilibrium in the larvae. Compared to PS80, both PSM and PIM induced greater oxidative damage, with PIM notably causing significantly higher lipid oxidation, suggesting that oxidative stress may play a crucial role in polysorbate80-induced toxicity. Furthermore, our study found that PS80 could induce alterations in DNA conformation. The findings underscore the necessity for excipient regulators to establish comprehensive quality standards for Polysorbate 80 (PS80). By implementing such standards, it is possible to minimize the clinical risks associated with the variability in PS80 composition, ensuring safer pharmaceutical products for patients.

The study aims to explain the role of information management in achieving comprehensive quality in government organizations through an applied study on the Chamber of Commerce in Jeddah Governorate. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach because it is the most appropriate scientific research method to describe the role of data management in applying comprehensive quality standards and analyzing the information that is provided. Obtaining it, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information from the study population, and the study sample amounted to (72) participants. The study concluded that the level of application of comprehensive quality standards in the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce reached a record level, through continuous improvement, measuring the level of commitment of all departments to applying these standards and periodic follow-up, and sustainable work to make the most of information management and its continuous development in order to keep pace with the modern changes that Ensuring improvement of the Chamber of Commerce’s performance and achieving the best targeted results. The study recommended holding seminars and conferences to increase awareness of the importance of information management to apply comprehensive quality standards, to improve the level of products and services to increase the competitive advantages of local organizations.

Institutional Surgical Setting and Volume Effects of Certified Arthroplasty Centers in Germany: Evaluation of the Quality of Care in a 5-Year Comparison.

To improve arthroplasty care quality, the EndoCert initiative focuses on structural, processual, and surgeon-related quality assurance. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of a surgeon's case load in certified centers on quality of care, distinguished by different types of surgeons. Data from the annual reports of EndoCert certified centers for the years 2017 to 2021 were analyzed. The study revealed reduced numbers of cases, while the number of surgeons remained constant. Since 2020, the decrease in the average case load per surgeons has become more pronounced. There were also differences between senior (sECrs) and EndoCert-registered surgeons (ECrs). Before the 2020 pandemic, over half of surgeons exceeded minimum annual case requirements, while, afterwards, this number declined, especially for the ECrs. Affiliated surgeons, who are also sECrs or ECrs, performed predominantly lower numbers of arthroplasties. However, a higher percentage of affiliated surgeons in a center correlated with faster surgeries and lower mortality rates. High numbers of arthroplasties per center or surgeon were not necessarily associated with better quality indicators, especially in the knee. While the comprehensive quality standards may offset volume effects, EndoCert should reconsider minimum volume regulations based on surgeon, but also on each joint.

Evaluation of The Arabic Language book for The Fourth Literary grade in The Light of Comprehensive quality Standards From The Point of View of Male and Female Teachers

This research aimed to identify the evaluation of the Arabic language book for the fourth grade literary in the light of comprehensive quality standards from the point of view of male and female teachers, and the researcher used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire consisting of eight dimensions (the general form of the book, the introduction to the book, the content of the book, objectives, means of evaluation in the book, the methods used in the presentation of the material, the appropriateness of activities and their applicability, and the development of the book material for positive trends), and the research tool was applied to a sample of (119) teachers and schools and was chosen randomly. The results of the research showed that it came first the field of the general form of the book among other areas, and secondly the field of the appropriateness of activities and the possibility of their application, and came third introduction to the book, then fourth means of evaluation in the book, and finally the objectives and in all ranks came the percentages are medium, and the proportions of the content of the book and the development of the book material for positive trends and methods used in the presentation of the material with low percentages, and also from the results of the research there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of male and female teachers' grades in the Arabic language book for the fourth grade of literature , It is attributed to the scientific qualification, specialization, years of experience, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the averages of male and female teachers in the Arabic language book for the fourth grade literary , according to the gender variable in favor of females, and in light of the results of the research, the researcher put forward some recommendations.

رمى البحث الحالي إلى ( تقويم كتاب الجغرافية الطبيعية للصف الخامس الأدبي في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر مدرسي المادة ومدرساتها ) . وللتحقق من هدف الدراسة اتخذت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي منهجاً لدراستها وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مدرسي ومدرسات مادة الجغرافية الطبيعية للصف الخامس الأدبي والبالغ عددهم ( 811 ) مدرساً ومدرسة في مدينة بغداد فقد اختارت الباحثة عينة بنسبة ( 25% ) من مجموع المجتمع الأصلي وبلغ عدد عينة الدراسة ( 200 ) مدرس ومدرسة وقد استعملت الباحثة العينة الطبقية العشوائية وذلك لكي تمثل المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة أما أداة البحث فكانت استبانة تحتوي على معايير جودة كتاب الجغرافية الطبيعية للصف الخامس الأدبي . وقد تم التأكد من صدق الأداة ( الاستبانة ) عن طريق عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء ، وقد تأكدت الباحثة من ثباتها عن طريق إعادة تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة من المدرسين والمدرسات وبعدها طبقت الباحثة الاستبانة في صورتها النهائية إذ تكونت من (88 ) فقرة معيارية موزعة على ستة مجالات هي ( الأهداف – المحتوى – الأنشطة – لغة الكتاب – شكل الكتاب – أساليب التقويم ) وقد عالجت الباحثة البيانات إحصائياً لاستخراج النتائج باستعمال الوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي ، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة محكاً قدره ( 75% ) للحكم على مدى جودة كتاب الجغرافية الطبيعية للصف الخامس الأدبي .

As for the research sample, it was deliberately selected and made up of (the dean of the college, the assistant dean, heads of branches and officials of administrative units) of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Salah al-Din University - Erbil. (42) individuals. To complete the research, the research used the following tools: 1- Scientific sources. 2- A questionnaire form. In this regard, a questionnaire was used for the study (Al-Osaili, Raja Zuhair, 2007) to suit its axes and paragraphs and the nature of this study after presenting it to the experts to find out its adaptation to the environment in which the research is applied. The research reached several conclusions, including: - The efficiency of the administrative body in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Salah al-Din - Erbil - Iraq, is good in terms of planning, method of performing exams, creating an appropriate organizational climate, developing educational means and teaching methods, and changing and developing curricula. - The efficiency of the administrative body in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Salah al-Din - Erbil - Iraq in using information technology is not at the level required to develop the educational performance of the college. The aim of the research is to identify the training needs of kindergarten teachers in accordance with comprehensive quality standards. The research community is made up of all kindergarten teachers in the General Directorate of Baghdad Karkh/2, and the research sample (160) was a kindergarten teacher, the researcher built a questionnaire comprising (50) paragraphs representing training needs distributed in five areas of comprehensive quality standards and five alternatives answered and weights (1,2,3,4,5) respectively The apparent honesty factor of the identification (88%) was 88%, but stability was in the manner of Alpha-Kronbach (0.90), and the research found that (19) training needs are of very high importance, and that there are statistically significant differences due to several variables. The Effect of Total Quality Standards on Developing Textile Arts-Based on Creativity of Najran University Students

There is no doubt that the interest in the quality of production started in tandem with the beginning of the human learning of the letter, and this interest has increased with time. The increase in civil and its complexities , The multiplicity of competition between individuals, companies, and countries led to precise requirements for product quality , And this accuracy continues to evolve with the development of measuring devices tremendously due to the need for the purposes to be achieved according to the desires of the consumer. The current research aims to identify the extent of opening new areas of work through textile artifacts of an aesthetic and utilitarian nature and the use of total quality in their production to obtain the highest standards of quality and consumer satisfaction. The study relies on the descriptive and analytical approach in addition to the applied study due to the nature of the research that uses the description and analysis of designs. The study relied on using the tissue composition 1/1 to produce textile artifacts of an aesthetic nature and have multiple utility uses provided that this is done within the framework of comprehensive quality standards to achieve the highest possible Of the specifications that distinguish the product and satisfy the consumer. The study sample consists of a group of female students at Najran University (12 female students), and the study tools include a measure of professional skills (prepared by the researchers), textile products produced according to comprehensive quality standards (prepared by the researchers), and the data are processed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program. The Reality of the comprehensive quality standards for physics laboratories in preparatory and secondary schools in Mosul

The research aims to reveal the reality of the comprehensive quality standards for physics laboratories in preparatory and secondary schools in Mosul. The research sample consisted of (33) secondary and intermediate schools in Mosul city for the academic year 2019-2020. To achieve the objective of the research, the researchers prepared a questionnaire from five fields, and in its final form it consisted of (55) items. The reliability of the scale has been validated by appropriate methods. After distributing the research questionnaire, the results showed the following: Non-compliance of laboratories in Mosul with the principles of total quality in the five journals, and lack of commitment to use the laboratory in education in general. The researchers concluded that observing the overall quality in the laboratories of the city of Mosul is not considered in addition to the lack of work inside the laboratory, but in schools where there is a laboratory such as distinguished students ’schools, the work is limited to the teacher and the laboratory assistant without involving students in the work on experiments in the laboratory, but their role It is only receive and watch. The researchers recommended several recommendations, including the necessity to observe the overall quality in the laboratory and activate the laboratories inside the Nineveh Governorate in general and the city of Mosul in particular to increase the preparation of follow-up committees to review the development of laboratory work in the Nineveh Governorate to adopt the comprehensive quality standards in the processing and use of laboratories.

The degree of using E-Learning websites by Jordanian universities’ student and Its relationship with quality assurance standards from the perspective of Quality Assurance Reprehensive: درجة استخدام طلبة الجامعات الأردنية لمواقع التعليم الإلكتروني وعلاقتها بمعايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر ممثلي الجودة فيها

This study aimed to identify the degree of using E-Learning websites by Jordanian universities’ student and its relationship with the comprehensive quality standards from the perspective of quality representatives in these universities. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the descriptive correlation method and developed two tools. The first questionnaire examined the degree of using e-learning websites by Jordanian universities’ students and it consisted of (15) items. Where the second questionnaire, which examined the degree of applying the comprehensive quality standards, consisted of seven fields that cover (50) items. The validity and reliability of the two instruments were ascertained. The study sample consisted of (177) quality representatives from sixteen private and public universities located in the central district of the kingdom. The results of the study showed the following: The degree of using E-learning websites by Jordanian universities’ students was moderate (M=3.53), The degree of implementing E-learning quality assurance standards was high (M=3.71), and there is a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance at the level of significance (α=0.50) between the degree of using E-learning websites by Jordanian universities’ students and the implementation of E-learning quality assurance standards. The study recommended emphasizing the importance of applying quality standards as they have a significant role in improving the degree of students' use of e-learning sites.

Comparative study and quality evaluation regarding morphology characters, volatile constituents, and triglycerides in seeds of five species used in traditional Chinese medicine

Volatile compounds (VCs) and triglycerides (TGs) are the primary groups of constituents in the fruits of five well-known species used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), viz. Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. (AO), Alpinia katsumadai Hayata (AK), Amomum villosum Lour. (FAL), Amomum villosum Lour. var. xanthioides T. L. Wu et Senjen (FALX), and Amomum longiligulare T. L. Wu (FALO). The fruits of these species are morphologically similar and commonly used in both foods and TCM. Each species is purportedly endowed with different medicinal properties. Efficient and environmentally friendly methods are desirable for the quality control of these species. The current study attempted to establish both comprehensive profiles and quality standards for the five TCM species. External morphology characters were provided to distinguish 18 fruit samples belonging to the five species, which were collected from different geographical regions of China. The VCs of each sample were analyzed by SPME GC/Q-ToF. The identification of marker compounds from each species allowed for the differentiation of the fruits from the five plants. Characterization and quantification of 21 TGs were achieved using SFC/MS with an analysis time of less than 15 min. The complex TGs were unambiguously identified using the MS detection with correct attribution of the acyl group to the sn-2 position. Moreover, the quantification of TGs was improved by using reference standards whenever possible or a single standard strategy to determine multiple TGs. The validity of the proposed SFC/MS method was assessed by analyzing fatty acids from the hydrolysis and transesterification products of the same sample set using GC/MS. The quantification results from both TGs and fatty acids were consistent, and were further substantiated by chemometric analysis. To our knowledge, this is the first comprehensive study utilizing the morphology, VCs, and TGs for quality evaluation purpose of these five TCM species.

Implementing comprehensive quality standards to develop administrative performance in the Iraqi Athletics Federation

The research aims to develop the administrative performance of the Iraqi Athletics Federation in the light of the application of comprehensive quality standards, the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method to suit the nature of the research, and the researcher chose the research community intentionally from the Iraqi Athletics Federation and the number (60) individuals, as for the research sample They were chosen from the members of the Central Iraqi Federation for Athletics and members of some sub-federations of athletics in the governorates and their number reached (40) individuals and thus represented the sample rate (66%) of the total community, and the researcher used the questionnaire to collect the necessary data The researcher has applied and processed the study data using the (IBM SPSS Statistics 20) statistical program to obtain statistical treatments. An evaluation study of the quality of the performance of the teaching staff of the departments of physical education and sports sciences in the Faculties of Basic Education for their teaching tasks in light of the DEMING standards


 The current research has touched on the importance of performance in teaching departments of physical education and sports sciences for what university education institutions consider to be the highest educational summit in all countries of the world and this is of particular importance because it considers the institution the highest educational and educational value in the learning pyramid from kindergarten to university education.The problem of the current research appears in the availability of quality standards for the teaching staff of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. My goal for the current research has been set, which is to define a list of necessary criteria for evaluating the performance of the teaching of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, and to know the availability of quality standards of performance for the teaching of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. An experimental approach to improve creative skills of Advertising design Students

The experimental approach is one of the recent trends adopted by the standards of the quality assurance and teaching system where it depends on considering that the expected outputs and skills to be acquired can only be achieved through practical experience. The experimental approach focuses on the necessity of analyzing educational systems into practical methods that develop students' intellectual and sensory skills in a positive way of learning and interacting with theoretical modes Which the teacher seeks to apply in modern scientific and technological methods, which requires setting future visions that help raise the indicators of the performance of teaching and learning methods. And from here the importance of virtual learning appeared in the teaching of advertising design where the learner involved in his learning that the learner is an active participant who conducts discussions, research and experimentation. As for the teacher, he is the mentor and guide for learning so that the situation is managed intelligently. Advertising design is a coherent system that works as one unit that is dealt with within the framework of a comprehensive view of all its stages Where the method of learning design depends on establishing the conceptual structure of specialization with the aim of developing the cognitive, creative, sensory and intellectual aspects of a student who is at the core of advertising, in addition to achieving targeted educational behaviors. Therefore, the research problem arises in how to activate the experimental approach in teaching the design of advertising to enrich and support the expected outputs and creative skills acquired by the student of advertising design. The research aims to apply the comprehensive quality standards for educational programs by activating the experimental curriculum as one of the educational curricula to develop the creative and intellectual skills of the advertising department student. The applied study tries to enhance the experimental approach to teaching advertising, and this is done through a project that was presented to students of the High Institute of Applied Arts - 6th of October City (a mythical object) where it 'leaves them free to choose graphic elements through (human element - plant element - animal component - Inanimate) to attract targeted recipients through Brainstorming sessions, in addition to visiting the printing presses to learn about printing technology and then reaching the results of the study, the most important of which is that the experimental approach works to develop the cognitive, creative, sensory and intellectual aspects of a student advertising designer, in addition to Achieve targeted educational behaviors

The effect of applying total quality standards on job performance – An applied study for workers in the Saudi Red Crescent \ Saudi Arabia –: أثر تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة على الأداء الوظيفي – دراسة تطبيقية على العاملين في هيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي/ المملكة العربية السعودية –

On the performance of staff in the Saudi Red Crescent. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method, using the questionnaire performance to measure the opinions of the respondents using the statistical analysis program (SPSS) to analyze the data collected. The results of the study confirm the existence of an effect in applying the comprehensive quality standards on the job performance in the Saudi Red Crescent Authority at a high level on all criteria, and the study also found that the level of application of the comprehensive quality standards with all its criteria (continuous improvement, zero errors, focus on the beneficiaries) where It represents between 3.39 and 3.57 out of 5, and the level of job performance in the Saudi Red Crescent Authority is relatively high, as it represents 3.33 out of 5. The study recommends the need to pay attention to the application of TQM standards and to focus on the most important standards and impact on job performance.

Evaluating the Arabic Language Curriculum for the Seventh Grade in Light of the Comprehensive Quality Standards

The study aimed to evaluate the curriculum of the seventh-grade Arabic language considering the comprehensive quality standards and to achieve the goals of the study a list was prepared that included (49) standards of comprehensive quality distributed to seven areas, namely the goals field (8) standards, and the content field (10) standards, and the field The content was presented (5) criteria, the field of evaluation (8) standards, the field of activities (5) standards, the field of means (6) standards, and the field of output (9) standards. In the light of this list, the Arabic language book for the seventh grade was analyzed, according to the method of analyzing The content, and the idea was the unit of analysis, and the results indicated that the book met the quality standards well, so that the second field (the content) got the first rank by (20.12%) and the fourth field got the evaluation at the second position with a percentage of (16.87%), while the objectives area It came in the last rank with (10.45%) and in the penultimate rank the field of activities came in with a rate of (10.84%). As for the rest of the fields, they were in varying proportions, so the output came out at (16.81%), and the content was presented at (12.90%) and the means (12.0%).
