Classification of Logical Vulnerability Based on Group Attacking Method

Abstract New advancement in the field of e-commerce software technology has also brought many benefits, at the same time developing process always face different sort of problems from design phase to implement phase. Software faults and defects increases the issues of reliability and security, that’s reason why a solution of this problem is required to fortify these issues. The paper addresses the problem associated with lack of clear component-based web application related classification of logical vulnerabilities through identifying Attack Group Method by categorizing two different types of vulnerabilities in component-based web applications. A new classification scheme of logical group attack method is proposed and developed by using a Posteriori Empirically methodology.

MODELING AND ANALYSIS OF COMPONENT-BASED SOFTWARE SYSTEMS: A GRAPH THEORETIC SYSTEMS APPROACH

Component-oriented paradigm (COP) is becoming popular in the development of present day software. To get the quality of finished product it is necessary to analyze architecture at the early stages of the development life cycle. In the current study, a graph theoretic systems approach to model and analyze component-based software system (CBSS) is presented that describes the characteristics of quality. It proposes a set of analytical tool to capture the notion of structural model as the basis to analyze characteristics of CBSS. A system equation is developed using graph theoretic models which is characteristic of the quality of the CBSS. The current work is an attempt to formulate computationally simple and analytical method to develop the architectural model and analysis of CBSS. The methodology proposed in the study not only takes into account the structure/architecture of the CBSS, but also incorporates interactions among sub-systems (sub-sub-systems up to the component level) effectively. Thus it maintains the inherent characteristics of software architecture models so proposed. By utilizing the approach, two individual CBSS or families of CBSS can also be compared. In the present work, architecture (structure) modeling and analysis of typical component-based web application (CWA) is presented that describes characteristics of quality. The current work also deals with the development/selection of optimum architecture (structural) model of CWA. This can be done using the criteria as discussed in the paper.

A component based methodology for Web application development

Today’s enterprises increasingly rely on the Web to support their operations, global business alliances, and integration of their business processes with those of their suppliers, partners, and customers. In order to stay competitive, businesses must also respond to changing business and competitive environments in near real-time. This requires that the architecture and design of business systems and applications should allow quick reconfiguration as well as collaboration among distributed software components. Existing software design methodologies often lack the Web focus and explicit support for componentization. This paper presents a methodology for requirements analysis and high-level design, specifically for component-based Web applications. Using the Web page as the fundamental building block of Web applications, the proposed methodology introduces page and component classifications, and a set of tags to implement link semantics. Based on these constructs, the methodology then specifies procedures for requirements analysis and design. A running business example is used to illustrate various stages of the analysis and design process.
