Level of Implementation of Drug Rehabilitation Program, Treatment and Intervention for Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUD) in Basud, Camarines Norte, Philippines

The study specifically assessed the level of implementation of the Drug Rehabilitation Program, treatment and intervention for Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUD) in Basud, Camarines Norte. It employed descriptive research where 300 respondents participated as respondents. As to the findings, in terms of community preparation PNP Basud initiates advocacy programs on drug education in the community. The least implemented practice was initiating activities in organizing screening for person who use drugs. Meanwhile, in terms of screening, it was found that MHO Basud initiates accomplishing intake form during the screening process. The least practice was initiating schedule check-up by MHO Basud. In terms of assessment, the results showed that MHO Basud ensures other assessment of other mental health conditions using mhGAP IG. The least practice, however, was ensuring request for laboratory/diagnostic test by the MHO Basud. In terms of implementation of intervention, it was revealed that MHO Basud implements community-based treatment for person who uses drugs. The least practice was implements inpatient treatment for person who uses drugs by MHO Basud. Finally, in terms of aftercare program, it was revealed that DILG Basud undertakes community reintegration for person who formerly uses drugs. The least practice, however, was ensuring follow-up for person who formerly uses drugs by the DILG Basud. Comprehensive community-based training programs and educational orientation on drug-related treatment, rehabilitation and interventions may be continuously provided to the implementers of interventions to raise public awareness on the essence, objectives and processes involved in community-based drug rehabilitation.

Abstract P449: Closing the Gender Gap in Bystander Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: Unveiling Disparities and Pathways to Equal Lifesaving

Introduction: Gender disparities in CPR persist, with women receiving CPR less frequently than men during out-of-hospital cardiac arrests. This abstract emphasizes the importance of addressing this disparity through awareness campaigns and offers innovative strategies for prevention, including gender-sensitive CPR training methods and a community program example from New Orleans. Methods: A comprehensive literature review was conducted to identify studies on gender disparities in bystander CPR. Factors contributing to these disparities were analyzed, including hesitations related to physical contact, challenges in recognizing cardiac arrest in women, and societal biases. Survival data were assessed to highlight the lifesaving potential of gender-equal CPR. Results: Research revealed that gender disparities in CPR provision are common, influenced by factors such as reluctance to perform chest compressions on women, difficulties in identifying cardiac arrest in female patients, and the perpetuation of gender stereotypes. These factors result in significantly different survival rates, with women facing a higher risk of worse outcomes. Discussion: Addressing gender disparities in bystander CPR provision requires a multifaceted approach, including community-based CPR training programs that emphasize gender sensitivity. These programs should feature anatomically correct CPR training dolls with breast attachments to ensure trainees are prepared to perform CPR on anyone. It is crucial that CPR course instruction also incorporate information on gender disparities to raise awareness among trainees. Public awareness campaigns should work to dispel myths and biases related to gender and CPR, promoting more equitable lifesaving practices. An exemplary program from New Orleans demonstrates the impact of community-based initiatives. In this effort, community members were trained in CPR using gender-inclusive materials, including CPR dolls with breast attachments. The training included statistical information on gender disparities, bias assessments, survivor testimonials, and discussions aimed at dispelling myths about providing CPR to women. This program successfully empowered the community with the knowledge and skills to overcome gender biases in CPR, promoting gender-equitable lifesaving measures. Conclusion: Preventing gender disparities in bystander CPR provision to women is essential to enhance survival rates for female cardiac arrest victims. Using public platforms to advocate for these initiatives and emphasizing the need for collaborative efforts to eliminate gender bias in lifesaving practices and CPR training is crucial. By illuminating the issue, proposing innovative solutions, and sharing successful community programs, a standard can be cultivated where every individual, regardless of gender, receives timely and effective CPR.

Assessment of the feasibility of a community-based mental health training programme for persons with disabilities by non-specialists from different stakeholders’ perspectives in Bangladesh

IntroductionBangladesh is a developing country where 11% of the population has at least one disability, but no community-level mental health service is available. There is limited evidence of the burden of mental health issues and health-seeking behaviour among this population. This study assessed the feasibility of a training intervention for persons with disabilities, where peer support providers provided community-based disability-inclusive mental health services.MethodsFour stakeholder groups participated in this qualitative study: peer responders (trained persons with disabilities), trainers, representatives of organisations of persons with disabilities and disability-specific organisations, and officials of international and national non-governmental organisations. Two types of qualitative interviews were used to collect data, and thematic analysis techniques were utilised.ResultStakeholders perceived the peer responder training programme as acceptable for persons with disabilities to develop themselves as peer support providers, with potential benefits including increased mental health literacy, ensuring accessible mental health services, and improving the well-being of persons with disabilities. Potential challenges included receiving training and delivering services. Increased training duration, more fieldwork, supervision opportunities, and refresher training were recommended to mitigate training challenges. Financial support and formal community recognition were deemed necessary for training delivery.ConclusionThe peer responder training programme was feasible to ensure accessible mental health services for persons with disabilities, build a workforce to screen for mental health conditions, and provide appropriate referrals. A multi-sectoral collaboration of government and non-governmental institutions is recommended to policy advocates to expand the peer responder training programme in the mainstream mental healthcare system.

Effectiveness of suicide prevention gatekeeper training: 12-month follow-up of SafeTALK training to community members.

Long-term assessments of gatekeeper training (GKT) with multiple follow-ups are rare. Therefore, the aim of the current analysis is to examine 12-month follow-up outcomes of SafeTALK training in addition to the earlier analysis of pre-, post-, and 6-month follow-up. Two hundred and sixty two community volunteers participated in half-day (4-h) gatekeeper training sessions. Before, after, and 6- and 12-month follow-up surveys were used to assess participants' knowledge, efficacy, and reluctance to intervene. Linear mixed effects regression was used in statistical analysis. Fifty six participants (21.4%) completed the 12-month follow-up, representing an attrition rate of 78.6% from pre-test. Linear mixed model analysis revealed a significant, consistent effect for time for knowledge, efficacy, and reluctance. Post-hoc testing revealed significant differences between scores at pre-test and 12-month follow-up for GK knowledge and efficacy; however, no significant difference was seen between these time points for reluctance to intervene. No significant change was measured between the 6 and 12 months for any outcomes. GK knowledge and efficacy remained significantly above pre-test scores. The evaluation of the GKT demonstrated the long-term effectiveness of community-based suicide prevention training programs to improve and maintain GK knowledge and efficacy.

Protocol for Community-Based Exercise Training after Discharge from Hospital-Based Stroke Rehabilitation: A Multicenter, Randomized, Parallel-Group, Double-Blind Controlled Pilot and Feasibility Trial.

Exercise training participation of patients with stroke in the community after discharge from the hospital has many benefits for physical, social, and psychological rehabilitation and improves their quality of life. However, in the Republic of Korea, studies on stroke survivors who can participate in an exercise training program have not been conducted. This trial aims to investigate the effectiveness of exercise training programs after patients with stroke are discharged from the hospital with a doctor's note and referred to a community exercise center, as there is a lack of studies on this population. This multicenter, randomized, parallel-group, double-blind controlled pilot and feasibility trial will randomly assign 120 patients with stroke to either 8 weeks of a community-based exercise training program (experimental group) or activities of daily living (control group). The primary outcomes will be muscle strength, cardiorespiratory fitness, body composition, physical performance, and gait. The secondary outcomes will be quality of life and activities of daily living. This study's results may add new insights into the effectiveness of community-based exercise training programs after patients with stroke are discharged from the hospital with a doctor's note and referred to a community exercise center. The success of the new exercise training approach could offer valuable information for developing more inclusive protocols for patients with stroke in the future if it proves to be efficacious.

The Laro Kwo Project: A train the trainer model combined with mobile health technology for community health workers in Northern Uganda.

Community Health Workers (CHWs) in low and middle income countries (LMICs) provide invaluable health resources to their community members. Best practices for developing and sustaining CHW training programs in LMICs have yet to be defined using rigorous standards and measures of effectiveness. With the expansion of digital health to LMICs, few studies have evaluated the role of participatory methodologies combined with the use of mobile health (mHealth) for CHW training program development. We completed a three-year prospective observational study aligned with the development of a community-based participatory CHW training program in Northern Uganda. Twenty-five CHWs were initially trained using a community participatory training methodology combined with mHealth and a train-the-trainer model. Medical skill competency exams were evaluated after the initial training and annually thereafter to assess retention with use of mHealth. After three years, CHWs who advanced to trainer status redeveloped all program materials using a mHealth application and trained a new cohort of 25 CHWs. Implementation of this methodology coupled with longitudinal mHealth training demonstrated an improvement in medical skills over three years among the original cohort of CHWs. Further, we found that the train-the-trainer model with mHealth was highly effective, as the new cohort of 25 CHWs trained by the original CHWs exhibited higher scores when tested on medical skill competencies. The combination of mHealth and participatory methodologies can facilitate the sustainability of CHW training programs in LMIC. Further investigations should focus on comparing specific mHealth modalities for training and clinical outcomes using similar combined methodologies.

Community Research Fellows Training Program: Evaluation of a COVID-19-Precipitated Virtual Adaptation.

Community engagement is important for promoting health equity. However, effective community engagement requires trust, collaboration, and the opportunity for all stakeholders to share in decision-making. Community-based training in public health research can build trust and increase community comfort with shared decision-making in academic and community partnerships. The Community Research Fellows Training (CRFT) Program is a community-based training program that promotes the role of underserved populations in research by enhancing participant knowledge and understanding of public health research and other relevant topics in health. This paper describes the process of modifying the original 15-week in-person training program to a 12-week online, virtual format to assure program continuation. In addition, we provide program evaluation data of the virtual training. Average post-test scores were higher than pre-test scores for every session, establishing the feasibility of virtual course delivery. While the knowledge gains observed were not as strong as those observed for the in-person training program, findings suggest the appropriateness of continuing to adapt CRFT for virtual formats.

Evaluating an Agricultural Community Suicide Prevention Program: Instrumentation and Impact

Highlights This paper details an evaluation of a piloted community-based farmer suicide prevention training program using a revised Willingness to Intervene Against Suicide Questionnaire. Indicating program utility and impact, willingness to intervene with a person in crisis increased by 0.21 logits (p<0.01) in program participants who completed pre- and post-training surveys. A comparison of growth in the willingness to intervene variable across participant demographics and characteristics revealed a change of 0.43 logits among males, compared to 0.096 for females (p=0.059). Researchers recommend that the program be tailored to consider gender differences. Abstract. In this study, researchers detail an evaluation of a pilot community-based farmer suicide prevention program that used QPR-based training customized for the agricultural community. Community-based mental health programs have been cited as key to addressing the worldwide suicide rate, but evidence of their execution and utility is not well documented, particularly within the agricultural community context. Researchers used Kirkpatrick's (1998) training evaluation model and a pre-post one-group design (Eseryel, 2002) of consenting training participants to conduct a preliminary assessment of programmatic impact. Using a revised Willingness to Intervene Against Suicide Questionnaire (Aldrich et al., 2014), which treated the questionnaire as an interval level scale suitable for parametric analysis, researchers found statistically significant differences in pre-training willingness to intervene between male and female respondents as well as those who work in agriculture and those who do not. An analysis of those respondents who completed both pre- and post-training surveys indicated statistically significant growth of 0.21 logits in the willingness to intervene variable, as well as remarkable growth for male participants in comparison to female participants. 창의적융합력 강화를 위한 학습공동체 기반 학교뮤지컬 교사 연수 프로그램 연구

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of the learning community-based school musical production teacher training program to strengthen teachers' creative convergence power, and to explore the experience and meaning of participating teachers. To this end, the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education runs a 45-hour teacher training program called “Learning Actors” and is researching 15 elementary and secondary teachers who participated in the program. During the 15-week training period, teachers collaborate with local artists, display thematic expertise, and teach each other, while performing music at local venues for students, parents and fellow teachers. In order to measure the educational effect, a preliminary t-test was conducted on 15 subjects, and in-depth interviews, observations, and portfolios were analyzed. As a result of the study, this training program was meaningful in improving teachers' convergence teaching methods and partnerships with the community, while providing teachers' cooperative skills, understanding, insight into other subjects, and opportunities to reflect on life through arts activities.

Evaluating a community-based training program for evidence-based treatments for PTSD using the RE-AIM framework.

Community mental health providers increasingly serve veterans with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). However, recent surveys find that less than 20% of community providers are adequately trained to implement evidence-based treatments (EBTs) for PTSD. Since 2017, the STRONG STAR Training Initiative (SSTI) model has adapted traditional learning collaboratives aimed at increasing availability of EBTs for PTSD in community settings. This study reports on STRONG STAR program evaluation using the Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance (RE-AIM) framework to assess dissemination and implementation outcomes. Between January 2018 and January 2020, 280 mental health providers from 25 states participated. Providers initiating EBTs for PTSD with 930 patients, reaching 29% who had PTSD among their caseload. Overall, 238 of patients who initiated EBT completed treatment. Patients who completed treatment demonstrated a 32.51-point decrease, t(237) = 25.27, p < .001, in PTSD symptom severity and an 8.73-point decrease, t(231) = 19.95, p < .001, in depression symptom severity following treatment. High rates of SSTI providers continued implementing EBT for PTSD at 6 months (cognitive processing therapy [CPT]: 95%; prolonged exposure [PE]: 72%) and 1-year (CPT: 87%; PE: 77%) posttraining, similar to outcomes reported by community and Department of Veterans Affairs providers. In reporting on the first evaluation of a National Training Program for community-based mental health providers, we look ahead to continued work in refining scalable models for building provider competence in delivery of EBTs. Conflict resolution workshops for service members and families: The potentials of Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) to address military domestic violence

Although the violence of war is well-known, members of the United States military also struggle with domestic violence, including intimate partner violence and child abuse and neglect. The prevalence of domestic violence is not necessarily higher in the military than in the general population. However, military domestic violence does occur under institutional and cultural conditions quite different from civilian life. Further, service members are at elevated risk for health dysfunctions that can contribute to violence. The current review delineates how domestic violence in the military may be reduced by Alternatives to Violence Project, a widely used, community-based training program in conflict resolution. Specifically, we suggest Alternatives to Violence Project facilitates space to learn interpersonal skills and engage in creative discussions about the stresses and cultural norms that contribute to domestic violence in the military. As Alternatives to Violence Project and similar training does not change the stressors of military life, nor has extensive research documented its impact on violence, additional work is needed. This manuscript represents a first step toward situating conflict resolution in a framework for military domestic violence reduction, showing the potentials and limitations of Alternatives to Violence Project and making recommendations for future research and interventions.

Association between resilience and frailty among Chinese older adults.

PurposeResilience is a multidimensional concept determining healthy aging, however, there were limited studies examining the association between frailty and resilience in detail. In this study, we aimed to examine the association of frailty with three dimensions of resilience-strength, optimism, and tenacity among Chinese older adults.MethodsA cross-sectional study was conducted among 10,209 participants who were sampled by three-stage sampling method, from three cities in China from June 2020 to July 2021. The Chinese version of the Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) was used to measure resilience's 3 dimensions (strength, optimism and tenacity), which were converted into quartiles for the analysis. Frailty status was measured using the Chinese version of the FRAIL scale, categorized into robustness, pre-frailty and frailty. Multinomial logistic regression was used to examine associations between frailty status with strength, optimism and tenacity.ResultsThe overall proportions of robustness, pre-frailty, and frailty were 42.7, 48.7, and 8.6%, respectively. After controlling for sociodemographic characteristics, self-rated health, and health behaviors, compared with older adults with the lowest quartile of strength, older adults with the second quartile (odds ratio, OR = 0.67, 95% CI: 0.57–0.78), third quartile (OR = 0.60, 95% CI: 0.50–0.72), and fourth quartile (OR = 0.58, 95% CI: 0.46–0.73) of strength had lower ORs for pre-frailty, and who also had lower ORs (0.44, 95% CI: 0.33–0.58; 0.42, 95% CI: 0.30–0.59; 0.34, 95% CI: 0.20–0.56, respectively) for frailty. There were no homogeneous associations between optimism and tenacity with frailty status.ConclusionHigher strength was associated with lower chance of being pre-frail and frail among Chinese older adults. This finding implies that community-based training programs aiming to enhance psychological resilience, especially strength, may contribute to healthy aging. Future studies should examine the effects of resilience on frailty using longitudinal or experimental study designs in cross-cultural contexts.

Implementation of a pilot community-based experiential training program to address OUD and other SUDs

ABSTRACT By the end of 2019, there were 70,630 drug overdose deaths in the United States and 9.5 million adults had co-occurring disorders of mental health and substance use disorder. There is a great need to enhance community-based experiential training for students preparing to become behavioral professionals who will work with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders (SUDs). The aim of this pilot study was to evaluate an opioid use disorder (OUD) and other SUDs training program designed to prepare MSW students for delivering prevention, treatment, and recovery services in high need and high demand areas. Two 3-hr trainings on OUD and other SUDs were implemented with 20 MSW students. Students demonstrated a statistically significant increase in their knowledge of opioid use and other substance use disorders from pre- to posttest for and a statistically significant increase in their confidence levels in knowledge about OUD and other SUDs.

Evaluating outcomes of a community-based parent training program for Japanese children with developmental disabilities: a retrospective pilot study

Parent training (PT) for parents of children with developmental disabilities (DDs) has recently been recommended in community settings in many countries, including Japan. Research has shown PT could improve parenting skills and mental health in parents as well as improve adaptive skills and reduce behavioral problems in children. Despite evidence concerning the beneficial effects of PT on both parents and children, there is a lack of evidence concerning the potential benefits of PT in real world settings. Moreover, no research has examined whether PT programs implemented in clinical settings have a similar impact on all parents of children with various type of DDs. The present pilot study aimed to examine whether positive changes occur similarly in parental mental health and in the adaptive skills of children with DDs as a result of PT, irrespective of the children’s disability type. The study used data from 128 parents who had participated in a PT program in a clinical setting and data concerning 128 children aged 2–17 years with a wide range of DDs, namely autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and other DDs, generated through parental reports and retrospectively assessed the impact of PT on parents and their children. Specifically, changes in parental mental health and the adaptive skills of children were analyzed. The PT program was designed to help parents teach their children adaptive skills at home using applied behavior analytic techniques. The results showed that the parents improved their mental health significantly after completing the PT, irrespective of their child’s disability type. During the PT period, almost all the parents were able to implement several instructional tasks targeted toward their children; some children with DDs acquired several adaptive skills. However, these positive changes were not observed in all the parents and their children. These findings suggest that some parents and their children with DDs may benefit from the PT program in a clinical setting. Concurrently, these findings highlight the importance of providing sustained additional support in clinical settings to parents and their children with DDs.

Telerehabilitation physical exercise for patients with lung cancer through the course of their disease: A systematic review.

Evidence is shown for the benefits of physical activity, for patients with lung cancer, at different times through the course of the disease. Telerehabilitation can overcome some of barriers often met by patients to practice physical activity. The objective of this systematic review is to assess feasibility and safety of telerehabilitation for patients with lung cancer, its effects on physical capacity, quality of life, symptoms severity, depression and anxiety, survival, lung function, post-operative outcomes, dyspnoea and body composition. Secondary aim was to distinguish the telerehabilitation efficacy between the different phases of the disease. Pubmed, PEDro, Scopus, ScienceDirect, randomized controlled trials and non-randomized controlled trials, written in French or English, of telerehabilitation among patients with lung cancer. Eight studies were included. Telerehabilitation is safe but was characterized by a low recruitment and attendance rate (<70%). It enhances quality of life, muscle mass, depression and anxiety but it does not improve physical capacity (except in preoperative period), symptoms severity, survival, lung function or dyspnoea. After surgery, it ameliorates quality of life, depression and anxiety. During systemic treatments of lung cancer, it improves quality of life, symptoms severity and muscle mass. Telerehabilitation could be proposed in patients with lung cancer as a complementary intervention of hospital-based programme to increase physical activity volume, compliance and self-efficacy. In case the classic programmes are not possible, it could also be an alternative approach for patients unable to participate to a hospital or community-based training programme.

Supporting Community-Based Family Medicine Residency Training Programs in North Carolina and their Potential Impact on Healthy NC 2030.

North Carolina is a leader in family medicine, but a growing health care chasm exists between the state's urban centers and rural areas. Training family medicine residents in rural communities can address disparities in health care access and improve rural population health metrics for all subsets of the population, goals that align well with renewed state and national strategies.

Implikasi Program Pelatihan Berbasis Ekonomi Kemasyarakatan Di Desa Bajo Kabupaten Boalemo

The purpose of the study was to determine the type of program that is good in improving the community economy, especially economic-based development in Bajo Village. To find out the impact of a training program that does not go well. Finally, to find out the impact of the community-based economic training program in Bajo Village. The research method described in this study is a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used using the Miles and Huberman model is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be explained that the implications of the Community Economic-Based Training Program in Bajo Village, Boalemo Regency are considered to be still not good due to the lack of capital needed by the community in business groups or individuals. In addition, the level of public awareness in carrying out the training program is considered not going well. Many things, like most people, are more focused on searching the sea or fishing. In addition, the community does not have the understanding and knowledge in carrying out entrepreneurship-based activities. Many people think that the results of managed products are only profitable for the community itself. Even the lack of marketing in running the business that is run.

Identifying latent classes of empowerment among early adolescent girls and the factors that cultivate them: Evidence from a community-based skills training program.

Efforts to empower adolescent girls remain constrained by confusion around how to conceptually define empowerment and how to design interventions. More research, particularly among young adolescents, is needed that considers contextual and age-specific circumstances. This paper examines the latent classes of empowerment among early adolescent girls in Bangladesh and factors associated with membership in these classes. Using data from the Bangladeshi Association for Life Skills, Income, and Knowledge for Adolescents project, a four-arm randomized controlled trial designed to evaluate different community-based approaches for adolescents' skills development, we identify the latent classes before and after intervention and explore whether girls' membership in the study arms was associated with latent class membership at endline. To identify underlying subgroups among the sample, we conducted latent class analysis at baseline and endline using indicators of seven different constructs of empowerment based on the literature. Using multinomial logistic regression analysis, we assessed whether respondents' background characteristics and membership in the study arms were predictive of latent class membership at both timepoints. A three-class model at baseline and a four-class model at endline showed optimal fit. In both models, three distinct latent classes were observed: (1) a least empowered class, (2) a mobile, socially active class, and (3) a socially progressive class. At endline, a fourth class emerged-the most empowered-that was mobile, socially active, and socially progressive. Girls' marital status, religion, and parents' level of education predicted latent class membership; household wealth was predictive at baseline, but not endline. Study arm was also associated with class membership at endline: girls in the Gender-Rights Awareness Arm had the highest probability of belonging to the fourth, most empowered class. This paper identifies and characterizes latent classes of empowerment that exist among the sample before and after the intervention. The apparent differential effects of interventions in predicting latent class membership have implications for community-based programming. Findings suggest that skills-building curriculum focused on promoting gender equitable norms, voice, and agency has potential to influence early adolescent girls across multiple dimensions of empowerment.

Senior Citizen Activity Centre E-commerce and Cybersecurity: The Way Ahead to IR 4.0

Background - The Malaysian ageing community’s IT aptitude is limited and is a key factor preventing Malaysia’s ageing population from successfully entering Industry 4.0. This study aims to digitalize Malaysian older people with e-commerce. This will require cybersecurity awareness training due to potential cybersecurity threats when conducting business online. Furthermore, this study advances the Industry 4.0 initiatives set by Malaysia’s National Industry 4.0 Policy Framework by means of a voluntary community-based training program. It also creates a policy that elevates Malaysia’s senior citizens’ current level of ICT innovation baseline commensurate with Industry 4.0 transformation standards. Methods – Participatory action research was conducted with members in a Senior Citizen Activity Centre (PAWE) through focus group discussions. Each focus group consisted of 6-8 people. Through identifying the community’s problem in the focus groups, an e-commerce platform was developed for the elderly to commercialise their existing products. The dissemination of e-commerce training and cybersecurity awareness were also conducted as part of mitigating fraud relating to online transactions. Results – The findings show that PAWE members’ IT aptitude was limited, that they needed assistance with understanding the e-commerce platform, and that they had limited cybersecurity awareness. Conclusions – The country’s ageing population programs and services are preparing for an ageing nation. In order for Malaysia’s ageing population to become self-sustainable, researchers suggest that Malaysian older persons become entrepreneurs. Third generation entrepreneurs must also be supported by social innovation, technological innovation, and cybersecurity awareness, which leads to achieving IR 4.0 and meets the economic, social and sustainable environmental goals.
