Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students through the Differentiated Mulia Method

Characteristics of community and the school environment are starting point for determining vision, mission, and goals. Facing these problems and the results of the diagnostic assessment that has been carried out on all school residents, this program considers differentiation that is adjusted to talents, interests, and abilities as well as the personalities of all school residents. This study aims to achieve school’s vision and mission so that can strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile. The method applied is Mulia Differentiated Method as an abbreviation of Mulia, Superior, Literate, Inspirational, and Adaptive. Differentiation because this program is adjusted to diagnostic assessment carried out at the beginning of the school year which is carried out on all school residents, so that this program is adjusted to talents, interests, abilities, and personalities. The results state that the Mulia strategy that we implemented brought benefits to the school, students, guardians, parents, the committee and the community around the school. The benefits for the school community are the creation of a religious and family atmosphere, the beauty of the school environment becomes a comfortable and safe place.

Comparison of Criteria Weight Determination Using MEREC and CRITIC Methods in Choosing The Best Student Accommodation with the MOORA Method Case Study: Coventry University

One of the challenges faced by IISMA Awardees and students in general in Coventry University is choosing a comfortable place to live. Although various student accommodations are provided, differences in facilities and considerations from other parties such as parents and friends make the selection process complicated. This study develops a decision support system to help students choose student accommodation objectively without any intervention from others and provides a comparison of the use of different combinations of methods as additional guidance in the decision-making process. Two methods, Method Based on the Removal Effects of Criteria (MEREC) and Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC), are used to weight the criteria. The Multi-Objective Optimization (MOORA) method is used to determine the best alternative after the weight calculation is known. The results using a combination of the MEREC-MOORA method and a combination of the CRITIC-MOORA method place Alternative 5 (A5) in first place, while the remaining alternatives show a similar ranking order. In this study, scenario testing was also carried out by deleting and adding criteria and alternatives which then provided ranking results with a positive correlation even though different combinations of methods were used in determining the ranking.

Cegah Bullying di SDN Margosono sebagai Implementasi Kehidupan Sekolah yang Aman dan Nyaman

As a second home, schools should be a safe and comfortable place for students to gain knowledge. However, a safe and comfortable environment is always overshadowed by a scary specter with the rampant cases of bullying that occur in the school environment. Bullying is an act carried out with the aim of hurting in the form of verbal, physical or psychological by someone who feels strong to someone who is weaker. This is the background to the socialization of bullying prevention at SDN Margosono. With several stages that have been carried out by the community service, it can be obtained that the socialization of bullying prevention can greatly reduce bullying activities that often occur in the school environment. This is proven by the evaluation carried out by the community service after the socialization that there were no more bullying cases because the students themselves understood the forms and impacts of bullying

Analysis of Marketing Strategies by Labstore in Attracting Consumer Purchase Interest in Student Products at UNPAM

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Labstore's current marketing strategy and identify the optimal approach to attract consumer interest in products created by Unpam students. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, which involves describing phenomena or events as they occur. The findings of this study are as follows: First, regarding the product dimension, it is essential to focus on product quality, including durability, taste (for food and beverages), and packaging. Second, in terms of pricing, it is crucial to analyze competitors' prices for similar products to offer prices that are affordable to Labstore's primary consumers, who are mostly students. Third, the location and facilities of Labstore are generally considered good, with most participants finding Labstore a comfortable place to shop. Lastly, in the promotion dimension, the study suggests enhancing promotional efforts by adding cost-effective yet impactful media.

Studi Ketersedian Sarana dan Prasarana Perumahan Graha Youtefa di Kelurahan Waena Kota Jayapura

Fulfilling the need for housing, the suitability of the existing conditions of housing infrastructure in Waena Village, Heram District, Jayapura City need to be considered in order to meet certain standards for the need for a decent, healthy, safe and comfortable place to live. The methods used in research are survey methods and case methods (case studies). The type of research used is quantitative and descriptive qualitative research. Meanwhile, the quantitative approach results from the public's perception that the condition of the availability of facilities and infrastructure at the Graha Youtefa Housing Complex is >40-70% "good". Meanwhile >20-40% stated that the facilities and infrastructure at the Graha Youtefa housing complex were "not good". So that in future development of a safe and comfortable residential environment, it is necessary to pay attention to adequate infrastructure in accordance with applicable regulations.

Siginjei Museum Halal Tourism Management

The museum is a place to store historical objects, the objects in the museum are historical heritage objects that should be preserved, so that the Indonesian state does not forget the services of the heroes who defended their homeland. The aim of establishing a museum is so that citizens do not forget the history of their nation. Halal tourism itself is expected to be an alternative for Muslim and non-Muslim tourists to travel and fulfill their spiritual needs. This research is field research carried out at the Siginjei Jambi Museum because it is about halal tourism. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of descriptions. Data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The research results of the Siginjei Museum include halal tourism, looking at the facilities it has, such as a prayer room, a toilet, a comfortable place and providing value about the history of the Jambi people's struggle against colonialism and as a goal for school children to learn about the history of Jambi and broaden their knowledge. In terms of service, the Siginjei Museum has done its best, such as preparing a guide to tour the museum and explain the history of each object in the museum.

Effects of Fast Food Consumption on Adolescent Health: A Literature Review

Ready-to-eat food is food that can be easily and quickly prepared as a substitute for home-cooked food. The popularity of fast food or fast food among teenagers is increasing, along with the increase in portions and energy contained in it. Several factors that support the consumption of fast food by teenagers include knowledge, peer influence, a comfortable place to gather, good taste, convenience and practicality, pocket money, affordable prices, and fast food brands. This research aims to determine the negative impacts that can be caused by consuming fast food on teenagers. This research was conducted using qualitative analysis methods through literature studies obtained from Google Scholar relating to the influence of fast food consumption among teenagers. Research results show that consumption of fast food by teenagers can cause dangerous diseases such as high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, kidney problems and liver damage. Apart from that, excessive consumption of fast food can also increase the risk of obesity in teenagers.

Cases of Bullying in the School Environment and Its Impact on Children's Future

Bullying can occur anywhere, both in urban and rural areas, both public and private schools. Whatever the type, bullying is unjustified. The Solo Broadcast Journalism Practices from an Industry Perspective

Social networking is a rapidly growing source of news in broadcast journalism. Broadcast journalism is facing a continuing decline in electronic media circulation and social media changes. The concept of online convergence in broadcast journalism has become a news trend on social media. Solo broadcast journalism and social media are becoming practices in news organisations today. Therefore, this article aims to identify the practices of solo broadcast journalism from an industry practitioner’s perspective. A qualitative methodological approach was used in this study. Face-to-face interviews were conducted with eight informants who practised solo broadcast journalism. The data were analysed thematically. The results showed that production tasks, location reviews, good time management, relationships with the community, preparation tasks, and comfortable places are among the concepts of practising solo broadcast journalism in news organisations. The findings of this study show that journalists practice solo broadcast journalism to get news in line with the development of digital media today. The findings of this study are expected to benefit the National ICT Agenda on National Broadband Policy from the perspective of newspaper organisations in expanding the use of technology in the distribution and publication of stories for news. The findings of this study will help make appropriate adjustments to develop human capital by integrating broadcast journalism practices with technology-assisted work in solo broadcast journalism. In addition, this study is also significant to the National Education Policy. The study will impact the educational curriculum of broadcast journalism by introducing changes in line with the development of solo broadcast journalism. Penggunaan Pseudosa japonica (Bambu Jepang) sebagai Sound Barrier Alami di Markas Militer Komando Pasukan Khusus

The development of the times will always be accompanied by an increase in population, so infrastructure and a comfortable place to live are needed. However, currently many residential areas are close to public facilities such as stations, highways, airports, and so on. This condition causes noise intensity. Noise intensity can cause health, psychological, communication and productivity problems. Noise is a source of anxiety or pollution, especially in big cities in Indonesia. So, efforts are needed to deal with this. One solution is a natural barrier using Japanese bamboo plants (Pseudosa japonica). Noise measurements are carried out based on the Decree of the Minister of the Environment Number 48 of 1996, namely in a simple way. This research aims to determine the effect of using noise dampening using Japanese bamboo plants and the factors that influence it From the measurements and tests that have been carried out, it is concluded that this barrier can have a significant influence on noise reduction. Noise has little effect on temperature and altitude. The reason is the position of the building is still higher than the position of the bamboo plants which serve as barriers. The highest Ls values ​​are found on Mondays and Saturdays because these 2 days are the start of community activities and the start of holidays. Based on these results, it is necessary to improve the source and arrangement of Japanese bamboo plants according to technical instructions.

Anthony Burgess's A Clockwork Orange, originally published in 1962, manifests the concept of "home" as both a physical space and a psychological state of the unhomely. This manifestation is an unsettling portrayal of home as a space and place, which serves as a locus of terror and estrangement within the narrative. The narration displays the idea of home through different locations such as room, house and prison each one of which deconstructs the idea of home by decentering it from its established conceptions of a safe, comfortable and cozy place. Degendering Menstruation: A Scoping Review Exploring the Experiences of Transgender and Non-Binary People

ABSTRACT Menstruation is a biological process experienced by up to 800 million people on any given day. Historically, menstruation has been studied from the female perspective. However, it should be considered that not all who menstruate are women. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to determine the status of evidence on transgender and non-binary individuals’ experiences with menstruation. Arksey and O’Malley’s (2005) framework for conducting a scoping study was used to guide this review. The authors used five steps of the six-step process to identify the research problem and search strategy, select studies based on defined inclusion and exclusion criteria, extract key information from five selected studies, and chart, summarize, and report the results as themes. The analysis resulted in the identification of four themes: (1) gender dysphoria and the influence on identity; (2) menstrual management and transformation as a turning point; (3) managing menstruation in precarious spaces; and (4) moving toward an open dialogue. Findings suggest a need for awareness of diverse and inclusive menstrual experiences. Inclusive advertising and menstrual products are needed to support transgender and non-binary people and reduce gender dysphoria. Policy initiatives should support the reconceptualization of infrastructure so that bathrooms are safe and comfortable places. Future opportunities for research exploring menstrual management within transgender and non-binary populations with emphasis on global research with diverse cultures and social structures is necessary to address gaps in the existing literature.

The Influence of Price Discounts, Product Displays, and Product Quality on Impulsive Buying Behavior at Starbucks Coffee, Transmart Kawanua Manado Branch

One business place that not only serves coffee, but also various drinks and food is a coffee shop. In this modern era, coffee shops have become part of the lifestyle in big cities around the world, where they have become a comfortable place to relax and gather. This research aims to understand the influence of price cuts, product displays and product quality on impulse buying behavior at Starbucks Coffee Transmart Kawanua Manado branch. The research method used is quantitative with a sampling technique using random purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Starbucks Coffee Transmart Kawanua Manado consumer respondents, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25.0 software. The research results show that price discounts, product displays and product quality simultaneously influence impulse buying behavior at Starbucks Coffee Transmart Kawanua Manado Branch. Partially, Price Discounts and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying behavior, while Product Display does not have a significant effect. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence impulse buying behavior in coffee shops, thereby providing valuable insights for marketing practitioners in managing promotional and sales strategies

This study seeks to understand the construction of a gender perspective in journalism and the implications of feminism in its practice, related to journalistic objectivity, through the analysis of the work of journalists from the Portal Catarinas, from the South Region of Brazil. The method is the case study, with participant observation in the production of news in the Portal and in-depth interviews. The analysis showed the existence of ruptures and tensions in the journalism’s male logic. Journalistic objectivity continues to prevail over all decisions, but it does not occupy a comfortable place and is under constant tension. These dislocations indicate the possibility of the existence of feminist objectiveness in journalism.

Pelestarian Penyu kepada Generasi Muda Untuk Keberlanjutan Satwa Langka di Kawasan Sanur, Denpasar, Bali

Turtles as one of the rare and almost extinct animals need to be preserved. The prevention effort taken is through conservation. Conservation cannot work alone without the support of the surrounding community. For this reason, there is a need for public awareness of the importance of preserving turtles. Community service activities by IPB International lecturers and students were carried out in the Sanur area, Denpasar, Bali. The activities are giving counseling about turtle conservation as well as activities to clean up the beach area. Counseling was given by a manager from the turtle sanctuary conservation. There are three stages carried out in this activity, namely the preparation, the counseling, and the cleaning stages. In the preparation stage, the team approached community supervisory groups, fishermen groups, and youth groups in Sanur. Next, the counseling stage was carried out with material about the life cycle of turtles and the process of caring for them. In the final stage, the beach area is cleaned to create a comfortable place for turtles that lay their eggs and hatch on the coast. This community activity is felt to be very beneficial for the young generation who live around the Sanur Beach area. In the future, the community hopes that the team will carry out similar activities in other tourism sectors that can benefit the community in the Sanur area.

As the global workforce undergoes a profound transformation, understanding the challenges and benefits associated with remote and hybrid work arrangements becomes imperative for organizations striving to adapt to the evolving work environment. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, this study aims to provide insights into the key factors shaping employees’ experiences, including the impact on work-life balance, productivity, communication, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction. By synthesizing empirical data and existing literature, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the complexities inherent in remote and hybrid work models, offering valuable implications for both employers and employees navigating this paradigm shift. The hybrid workplace is a concept on the lips of every industry trend in the world today. With digitalization becoming more normalized across every sphere in the global village. Every workplace needs to maximize and transcend obstacles and innovations to ease into the hybrid workplace. The work from home also becomes more relevant during the pandemic. The study was conduct in Kannura corporate IT company. This research paper focused on understanding the impact of both hybrid and work from home and the various challenges and benefits and also the preference of the employees to the future work model. The study was carried out by primary data with a sample size of 120 employers which were chosen by simple random sampling method. To analyse benefits of Work from home and hybrid work model, to analyse challenges of Work from and hybrid work model, to analyse the preference of employees in choosing the future work model. Statistical tools used for this data collection are simple frequency analysis, Independent sample T- test, Chi square test, One-way Anova: The finding soft the study revealed that the employees are happy with choosing hybrid work model as their future model. The employees can work as per their comfort zone and their comfort place to work.

Post-Occopancy Evaluation of Hasanuddin University Urban Park

Urban Park is one of the public open spaces that play a role in preserving the environment. Hasanuddin University Urban Park is known as the lungs of Makassar City. The key of a public open space is influenced by a few ideal criterias based on the ideal criteria for public open space according to Kathleen Madden and the Project for Public Space used in this study, such as: (a) Sociability (social interaction that occurs); (b) Uses and activities; (c) Access and Linkages, and (d) Comfort and Image (a comfortable and interesting place to visit). This study aims to (1) Identify the condition of the Hasanuddin University Urban Park based on the ideal criterias for public open space according to Kathleen Madden and Project for Public Space; (2) Describe the influence of visitor behavior refer to the condition of Hasanuddin University Urban Park. This study uses a descriptive analysis methods and place centered mapping analysis methods, the data collection techniques is using data triangulation (observations, interviews, and secondary data). The result and discussion shows that the condition of the Hasanuddin University Urban Park refer to the ideal criteria for public open space according to Kathleen Madden and Project for Public Space, is some aspects of intangibles and aspects of measurements have not met the criteria. Visitor behavior that occurs in urban parks is influenced by the condition of existing park facilities and attributes such as visitor parking behavior, visitor environmental hygiene behavior and visitor alert behavior.
