Research on Color Reproduction on the Internet Based on Profile Embedding

People put forward higher requirements for color consistency in color images network transmission at this stage. Aim to the problem of poor color reproduction in color image network transmission, in this paper, based on the analysis of a variety of commonly used Web browser color management model, digital image device profiles are embedded to images are compared and analyzed. The effect of color reproduction that digital images are displayed at monitor and mobile device is measured. Color difference and color gamut are measured before and after embedded profile. A more comprehensive solution that ensure color consistency in the network is proposed through quantitative measurement and subjective evaluation. The experiment result show that the management model that embedded profile has a good compatibility. A true network color management is realized.

Research on Color Consistency for Color Marketing in Electronic Business System

Color consistency for color marketing in electronic business system is one of important factors for online customers to choose products, so it is the key techniques to guarantee color consistency when color image transmit and converse among different color reproduction image devices in electronic business system. The paper, taking scanned input image for examples, advances a new color management model to keep color consistency through analyzing color rendering principle of scanners. First the parameters of Yule-Nielson equation are reinterpreted, making them can be used for non-printing dot image which only can be used for printing dot image originally; Second, standard color target is taken for experimental and color blocks in color shade district is taken to substitutes for complete color space which solves the difficulties of experimental color block selecting; Third, Yule-Nielson equation is used to deduce the model for scanner color management gradually though single color, double color and tricolor conversion correction, and polynomial curve generation algorithm is designed to fit error curve of single color, double color and tricolour. Finally, the experimental results show that the model can improve scanner color management accuracy and can guarantee color consistency for scanner in its engineering application.

Framework Design of Multispectral Color Management

It briefly analyzed the disadvantages of ICC (International Color Consortium) color management technology and color management technology based on iCAM (image Color Appearance Model), and then it put forward the thought of multi-spectral color management technology. It specifically designed the basic framework of the multispectral color management, focused on the basic composition and working principle of spectral color management model. Besides it analyzed the composition and basic principle of spectral color gamut mapping framework. Lastly it pointed out the research direction of multispectral color management.

A Color Error Correction Mode for Digital Camera

Digital camera is the one of the main devices in the computer and multimedia technology and its color management model is the key to guarantee the color consistency in the succedent image production and transfers. The paper presents a color conversion model for digital camera based on polynomial curve generation. First, color rendering principle of digital camera is analyzed. Then digital camera data is pretreated to a unitary field to deduce final model. Third, standard color target is taken for experimental sample and substitutes color blocks in color shade district for complete color space to solve the difficulties of experimental color blocks selecting; Fourth, the model using polynomial curve generation algorithm to correct color error is deduced; Finally, the realization and experiment results show that, compared with some methods which have relatively high accuracy, the algorithm can improve color conversion accuracy and can satisfy the engineering requirement in digital camera color management

A Color Management Model for Color Sensors of Liquid Crystal Display

Color management for liquid crystal display is one of the key techniques in the color image reproduction. A new color management model is presented based on overcoming flaws and limitations of current ways of liquid crystal display color management . First, the paper takes standard color target for experimental sample, and substitutes color blocks in color shade district for complete color space. Second, data collecting method is introduced and some data bases for deducing the model are created. Then, ant colony algorithm is corrected to speed up model’s convergence and a new model for liquid crystal display color management based on improved ant colony algorithm is deduced and analyzed. Finally the experimental results show that the model can improve color management accuracy of liquid crystal display and can be used in its color management practically.

一种基于改进BP神经网络的扫描仪色彩管理模型

Scanner color management is one of the key techniques for color reproduction in information optics. A new scanner color management model is presented based on analyzing rendering principle of scanning objects. In this model, a standard color target is taken as experimental sample. Color blocks in color shade area are used to substitute complete color space to solve the difficulties in selecting experimental color blocks. Immune genetic algorithm is used to correct back-propagation neural network (BPNN) to speed up the convergence of the model. Experimental results show that the model can improve the accuracy of scanner color management.
