Exploration of Guiding Strategies and Practical Approaches for Collective Lesson Preparation

The informatization construction of college English Flipped classroom, as a means of teaching, especially an effective application of language teaching, is worth our repeated use. After the exam oriented English learning in the early and high school stages, the majority of students passively accept English learning and lack initiative. After entering the university, their requirements for English learning will also be improved accordingly, hoping that learning is a relaxed and pleasant form, and Flipped classroom teaching plays such a role in this process. According to the author's visit to some college students, Flipped classroom is a popular teaching mode in college English teaching, and students are more willing to carry out autonomous learning and improve learning efficiency through this flipped mode. Through this article, we know the importance and practicality of the informatization construction of Flipped classroom in college English teaching, which helps us to find the best way to improve and ultimately achieve better teaching goals.

Evaluation of the Teaching Effect in the Context of Collective Lesson Preparation

Now in the field of education, the pedagogy of learning from the experience of expert teachers which is participated by multiple parties and emphasizes on practicality has received the attention of field scholars, and they also began to attach importance to the cooperative features and scenarios of the Collective Lesson Preparation (CLP) of teachers and the effect of teaching reflection after practice. In order to realize sustainable and effective development of the CLP methodology, it’s necessary to accurately evaluate the effect of teaching reflection of college teachers based on CLP, therefore, this paper aims to probe deep into this research topic. At first, this paper analyzed the features of CLP in actual cases, attained the connotations corresponding to these features, and gave a diagram showing the instruction and supervision mechanism of CLP. Then, referring to existing literatures and theoretical frameworks, this paper designed an Evaluation Index System (EIS) for the teaching reflection effect evaluation of college teachers based on CLP, and introduced a Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) into the prediction of teaching reflection effect evaluation of college teachers; after that, this paper employed Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to optimize the initial weight and threshold of the network, so as to improve the performance of the prediction model; at last, experimental results proved the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Implementation and Assessment of Middle School Chemistry Experimental Research Course

The three teaching objectives of "Middle School Chemistry Experimental Research" course and the background to determine the teaching objectives are introduced. The four teaching links of the teaching implementation process, namely collective lesson preparation, group guidance, grading and summary are also introduced. In the course implementation, the concept of "student-centeredness" and "learning-centeredness" are implemented to improve students' learning ability. During the course implementation, a "learning community" based on group cooperation is constructed to cultivate students' sense of teamwork. Formative assessment and summative assessment are used to assess learning outcome, 147 students' total score, individual score distribution and course goal achievement degree were calculated and analyzed with Excel. The results show that the degree of achievement of curriculum objectives 1, 2, and 3 are 0.84, 0.85, and 0.84, respectively, and the score distribution of 147 students basically conforms to the normal distribution. In addition, the standard deviations of the three items of teaching aids production, digitized experiment and experimental improvement of 147 students were 1.34, 1.35 and 1.04, respectively. The implementation of the course has achieved good results, and the implementation method of the course and the assessment method of the learning outcome have certain reference significance to the implementation and assessment of other similar courses.

Problems in College English Teaching from the Perspective of College English Teachers and Their Coping Strategies

The present paper is an analysis of problems in college English teaching from the perspective college English teachers and their coping strategies. The four major problems concerning vocabulary-oriented teaching method, collective lesson preparation, on-line and off-line resources and college English teachers’ comprehensive abilities are introduced and analyzed and corresponding coping strategies are offered.

Construction of teaching faculty of clinical pharmacology based on multi-style collective lesson preparation model

A multi-style collective lesson preparation model was designed and implemented after analyzing the current status of teaching faculty in the teaching and research section of clinical pharmacology,which includes hierarchical collective lesson preparation and exploration of WeChat collective lesson preparation; enrichment of the lesson-preparation content, bringing teaching skills, teaching strategies, courseware design and motivation of students' interest into collective lesson preparation. After carrying out this model, the construction of teaching faculty has been strengthened and the improvement of young teachers has been accelerated. At the same time, the procedures of collective lesson preparation should be made clearer and teachers' performance evaluation should include the assessment result of implementing this model so as to standardize the multi-style collective lesson preparation model. An Improved Teaching-Learning Based Optimization Algorithm and Its Application to Aero-Engine Start Model Adaptation

The modeling of the engine starting process is vital to ensure the successful start of the engine. However, the engine starting process is very complicated and challenging to model. To optimize the start model performance, an improved teaching-learning based optimization (ITLBO) algorithm is proposed. In ITLBO, a collective lesson preparation phase is increased to enhance the teaching ability of the teacher. The random learning phase is replaced by S-shape group learning, and students learn from the top students of their groups. Also the deterministic sampling selection phase is introduced to ITLBO, and the students with higher evaluation have more possibility to advance in class. The improved algorithm is tested on 18 benchmark functions. The results indicate that the proposed ITLBO algorithm performs much better in terms of convergence speed and accuracy than standard TLBO. When applied to the model adaptation of the turbofan engine starting process, ITLBO is used to optimize the speed line of the rotation components gradually from the lower speed line to the idle speed line. The weighted sum of relative errors between the model outputs and the start test data is taken as the fitness function. After adaptation, the maximum relative errors of model outputs to start test data are significantly decreased, which shows the effectiveness of the ITLBO in model adaption.

The role of emotionality in teacher change: the case of Chinese language teachers in Hong Kong

Over the past decade, Chinese language teachers in Hong Kong have experienced a series of educational reforms. They are now expected to design and implement their own school-based Chinese language curriculum, and adopt innovative pedagogies and customized materials in the classroom. The current literature suggests that some teachers are not ready for or even resist changes amid new challenges and paradigm changes. This case study highlights the role of emotionality as a key factor for successful teacher change by proposing a local adaptation of the classic model, while pointing out that a combined mode of support inclusive of collective lesson preparation and teaching demonstrations/practical sessions in professional development programs is a key element that helps facilitate teachers’ change and provides teachers with experiential learning opportunities and enhanced confidence, leading to their voluntary adoption of the approach and gradual change in their beliefs and attitudes after witnessing the feasibility and effectiveness of the newly introduced concepts.

The reflection after the first round of curriculum implementation of "3+ 2" assistant general practitioners training comprehensive clinical course

In the first teaching round of comprehensive clinical course of 3+2 assistant general practitioners' standardized training, we formulated the teaching principle of general, grass-roots, two-way referral. We used the case introduction teaching method, selected the five-year system undergraduate teaching material as the basic book, referred to disease guide to write teaching notes, and carried out the collective lesson preparation work in order to guarantee the teaching effect. In the next teaching round, we will put forward the teaching outline should be close to the actual needs of teaching object. We will prepare special teaching materials in which the difficulty will be still held in the five-year system undergraduate teaching material level. Through the symptoms teaching, students will know how to treat the sickness. The lesson will serve the community medical work needs and continue the in-depth discussion in the general, horizontal, and comprehensive aspects. The teachers should continue to carry out the exploration in improving the teaching method and teaching quality. Applications of collective lesson preparation and second preparation in animal surgery curriculum

Animal surgery curriculum is one of the important courses which lead the medical students from basic theory to clinical practice.It helps students to develop a good foundation for the later clinical work.Applications of collective lesson preparation together with second preparation in animal surgery curriculum can unify the animal surgery teaching standard,improve teachers' professional quality and teaching ability,mobilize the teaching team's cooperation consciousness and ensure the overall level of the medical college animal surgery teaching when highlighting the personal teaching characteristics.This combination of lesson preparation and second preparation is a good teaching and research activity and worth popularizing. Exploration of setting up comprehensive medical biochemistry experiment

Comprehensive biochemistry experiment,which is interlocked and has difficulties in a certain degree,requires considerable knowledge,multiple techniques and long time.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment,biochemistry and molecular biology department of Hebei medical university has taken following measures in teaching preparation and teaching implementation:building a specialized laboratory;performing collective lesson preparation and pre-experiments;technical teaching;teaching with multimedia equipments;students submitting experimental preparatory reports before class and then completing the experiments in groups.These measures achieved the intended purpose of setting up a comprehensive experiment.
