Analisis Rasio Keuangan untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan Ritel Indeks LQ45 Periode 2019-2023

This study aims to analyze financial ratios to assess financial performance in LQ45 retail companies index for the 2019-2023 period. The type of research is a case study. The data collection method is a literature study and documentation data collection techniques are secondary data in financial reports. The population used was 32 retail companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. After using the purposive sampling method, 3 companies were selected. The results of the financial ratio analysis of PT Ace Hardware Tbk have good financial performance values. This is seen from the DAR, DER, LTDR, FATR, NPM, ROA, BV, and M/B Ratio ratios which are at the appropriate industry standards. PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk has good financial performance as seen from the LTDR, ITR, FATR, DPR, and BV ratio values ​​which are at the appropriate industry standards. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk also has good financial performance. This is seen from the LTDR, ITR, FATR, ROA, DPR, BV, M/B Ratio ratio values ​​which are at the appropriate industry standards.

Analisis Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan Tunai sebagai Alat Pengendalian Internal pada PT Kim Putra Malang

The study aims to analyze the cash sales accounting information system as an internal control tool at PT Kim Putra Malang. This type of research is a case study using primary and secondary data. Data collection methods consist of field studies and literature studies using observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The problem faced by the company is the weakness of the cash sales accounting information system. This is proven by the occurrence of duplication in the administration and accounting sections as well as incomplete accounting documents and records in the company. The cause of this incident is the lack of human resources and the lack of understanding of the cash sales accounting information systems importance. As a result, errors occur when recording cash sales accounting and the company could experience losses. The results of the qualitative descriptive analysis are as follows. The company is advised to separate functions in the administration and accounting sections, improve the organizational structure, add warehouse cards, compile sales reports, and improve the cash sales system and procedures. The purpose of the suggestion above is internal control can be effectively executed.

Penggambaran Laki-Laki Sebagai Korban Kekerasan Seksual dalam Pemberitaan di Media Online

This research aims to see how men as victims of sexual violence are portrayed in the news. The depiction of men as victims of sexual violence is seen using the Theo Van Leeuwen model of critical discourse analysis and a gender perspective. This research uses a descriptive type qualitative approach with documentation data collection methods. The results of the research show that in the reporting carried out by the five online media with the highest percentage level of public trust, there were only 22 stories that discussed men as victims of sexual violence during the period January – December 2023. The process of depicting men as victims of sexual violence was also not found exclusion. In this research, discourse was found based on cases of sexual violence, which were categorized based on strategies in the inclusion process that depicted men as victims of sexual violence. The depiction of men as victims of sexual violence is based on the strategies found, there is an imbalance between the position of the perpetrator and men as victims of sexual violence in the reporting carried out by the five media. The media depicts revictimization or victimization over and over again.

President Joko Widodo's Foreign Policy Shift on Egypt? Analysis of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi's Visit to Indonesia in 2015

This dissertation research aims to analyze and answer Indonesia's foreign policy towards Egypt which has been running since the time of President Soekarno to President Joko Widodo. During the time of President Soekarno, Indonesia's foreign policy towards Egypt was in a very strong or ideal position. This turns out to be different from the time of President Soeharto, who was in quite a worrying position. Efforts to strengthen Indonesia's foreign policy towards Egypt were carried out through President Soeharto's state visit to Egypt as carried out by President Soekarno. State visits to Egypt became a continuing tradition for Indonesian foreign policy during the period of Presidents Abdurrahman Wahid, Megawati and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. The transition of Indonesian leadership from SBY to Jokowi apparently had an influence on Indonesia's foreign policy tradition towards Egypt, which was originally structured to change.President Jokowi's absence from visiting Egypt on several occasions has increasingly become a big question mark and has become an unprecedented problem in Indonesia's foreign policy. This research answers why President Joko Widodo's foreign policy in relation to Egypt looks different from his predecessor, as well as what considerations are the background to President Jokowi's policy of not visiting Egypt. The type of research is qualitative research.The research method uses case studies with the primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained through documentation data collection techniques and literature study. The theoretical approach used is foreign policy, psychological concepts in foreign policy making. This research finds that Indonesia's foreign policy towards Egypt during President Jokowi's leadership has undergone changes from the traditions of previous presidents. This change was marked by the absence of President Jokowi's visit to Egypt and Indonesia's current foreign policy priorities which prioritize economic cooperation and investment with China, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, the factors that influenced President Jokowi's considerations in his policy of not visiting Egypt were due to the domestic situation in Egypt after the Arab Spring which had not fully improved, President Jokowi's individual background and President Jokowi's cognitive (psychological) considerations regarding the information he believed.

Analisis Strategi Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa

The objective of this research is to examine the strategies employed in managing village finances to enhance community well-being in Jembrak Village, Semarang Regency. The research methodology involves a descriptive qualitative approach utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. Findings reveal that the financial management strategy in Jembrak Village comprises planning, execution, administration, and accountability stages. Key factors impacting the success of village financial management include the proficiency of village officials, community engagement, oversight, and regulatory frameworks. Effective village financial management yields positive outcomes such as elevated per capita income, poverty reduction, enhanced education and healthcare standards, and improved access to essential infrastructure. Recommendations from the study emphasize the necessity of enhancing the competency of village officials, fostering community involvement, reinforcing supervision mechanisms, aligning regulations, and fostering collaboration between local and central governments in village financial management endeavors.

The Impact of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum on PAI Learning at SD Negeri 10 Lebong

Since the Independent Curriculum is a new curriculum that is currently being implemented, more research is required to determine how it affects PAI learning in elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to investigate how PAI learning at SD N 10 Lebong has been affected by the adoption of the Independent Curriculum. The research subject for this study is the principal and PAI teacher at SD N 10 Lebong, and it employs a descriptive qualitative methodology. Utilizing interviews, documentation, and observational data collection. The study's findings demonstrate that the initial installation of the Independent Curriculum at SDN 10 Lebong was successful in fostering a more vibrant and welcoming classroom. The flexibility provided by this curriculum allows teachers to adopt a variety of innovative teaching methods, such as the use of technology and project-based learning. Second, the students' enthusiasm and drive to master PAI courses has significantly improved after SDN 10 Lebong adopted the Independent Curriculum. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a flexibility of the curriculum that allows teachers to adopt more creative and interactive teaching methods, increasing student engagement and enthusiasm in learning.

Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 sets out the government accounting standards that must be applied in preparing and presenting government financial reports. This study will evaluate the suitability of the accounting treatment related to the presentation and disclosure of financial statements based on government accounting standards in Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 at the Tomohon City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilising both interview and documentation data collection techniques. The findings indicate that the majority of financial statements presented and disclosed have been prepared in accordance with Government Regulation Number 71 of 2024. However, there are still discrepancies in the disclosure of balance sheet details.

Strategi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bintan dalam Mengurangi Angka Pengangguran di Kabupaten Bintan

Bintan Regency is a Regency with the largest decrease in the open unemployment rate for the 2022-2023 period in the Riau Islands. This study aims to determine the strategy of the Bintan Regency Regional Government in reducing unemployment in Bintan Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Bintan Regency Manpower Office has mostly implemented its strategy well from the organizational strategy already having good strategies and policies. The program strategy has a positive impact on the workforce in improving skills and prioritizing the placement of local workers. The resource support strategy is adequate both in terms of human resources, finance, technology and infrastructure. Institutional strategy, responsible for performance targets and exercising its authority in reducing unemployment.

Analisis Penetapan Harga Jual Beli Makanan pada Sistem Prasmanan Perspektif Prinsip Keadilan Ekonomi Islam

This study examines pricing mechanisms in the buffet system at Wisma Tamu Al Ishlah Restaurant from the perspective of Islamic economic justice principles. This research is crucial given the limited studies that analyze buffet pricing practices from an Islamic economic perspective, particularly in a pesantren (Islamic boarding school) environment. This research adopts a qualitative approach with field research methods, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The findings indicate that the pricing mechanism at Al Ishlah Restaurant employs a cost-based method, setting prices based on raw material costs, capital, operational expenses, and production services, adjusted according to the types of food selected by customers. Generally, the pricing practices at Wisma Tamu Al Ishlah Restaurant align with Islamic economic justice principles, ensuring that no party is disadvantaged and upholding honesty in transactions. Prices are established through mutual agreement between the restaurant and the customer, ensuring fairness. However, price transparency presents a challenge that could affect consumer perceptions. This research contributes to the development of Islamic economic theory in the culinary business context and provides recommendations to enhance justice in buffet pricing..

PERANAN GURU AGAMA HINDU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KARAKTER DISIPLIN SISWA KELAS V DI SDN 11 CAKRANEGARA

Disciplinary character is important in the world of education. The problem of disciplinary character that occurs at Elementary School 11 Cakranegara is some students play during tri sandhya activities, pay less attention to the teacher's explanation, and are also indifferent to the tasks given by the teacher. This study aims to provide information about the role of Hindu Religious Teachers in improving students' disciplinary character. The problems studied are The disciplinary character of 5th-grade students at Elementary School 11 Cakranegara; The role of Hinduism teachers in improving the disciplinary character of 5th-grade students; Efforts made by Hinduism teachers in improving the disciplinary character of 5th-grade students at Elementary School 11 Cakranegara. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method. Through observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The results showed: 1. The disciplinary character of 5th-grade students is good enough. It is proven that they have fulfilled the existing discipline character indicators. 2. The role of Hinduism teachers in improving the disciplinary character of 5th-grade students is vital. The role consists of Teachers as educators and teachers, facilitators, motivators, and demonstrators. 3. Efforts made by Hinduism teachers in improving the disciplinary character of 5th-grade students: Reprimanding students, guiding students, making picket schedules in groups, providing coaching and direction to students, making a schedule for the leader of sradha bhakti activities, and providing sanctions or punishments that are educational.

PENGARUH RASIO PROFITABILITAS DAN RASIO AKTIVITAS TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN LABA PADA PT GUDANG GARAM TBK PERIODE TAHUN 2013-2022

This research aims to determine the effect of the Profitability Ratio proxied by Net Profit Margin and the Activity Ratio proxied by Total Asset Turnover on PT Gudang Garam Tbk's Profit Growth, both partially and simultaneously. The population chosen was the financial report of PT Gudang Garam Tbk, with the sample used being the financial position report and profit and loss report for the 2013-2022 period. This research uses a quantitative approach and documentation data collection techniques. The analytical methods used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on partial research results using the t test, it was concluded that Net Profit Margin had a significant effect on Profit Growth with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile, Total Asset Turnover has no significant effect on Profit Growth with a significance value of 0.413 > 0.05. Simultaneous test results (F test) show that Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover together have a significant effect on Profit Growth with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 with an F_count value of 21.160 > F_table 4.74.

Job Uncertainty and The Well-Being of Non-Permanent Employees

This research aims to analyze the influence of job uncertainty on the motivation and performance of non-permanent employees at the Nias Regency DPRD Secretariat, identify effective HR management strategies in reducing the negative impact of job uncertainty on the welfare of non-permanent employees, and assess the role of managerial support and the work environment in mitigating the effects. negative job uncertainty on the welfare of non-permanent employees. This research uses qualitative research methods using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The research results show that job uncertainty is mainly caused by inconsistent contract policies, frequent regulatory changes, and a lack of effective communication from management. The impact of this uncertainty is very significant, especially on employees' psychological well-being, which includes increased levels of stress, anxiety, as well as decreased work motivation and productivity. To overcome this problem, this research proposes several policy recommendations, including the need for more consistent contract policies, a more transparent communication system, and additional welfare support for employees. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that the Nias Regency DPRD Secretariat can create a more stable work environment, improve employee welfare, and support the long-term success of the organization.

Pemberdayaan Ibu Rumah Tangga Melalui Kelompok Menjahit Deta dan Batik Kajang Padati di Kota Padang

This research is motivated by the empowerment of sewing training for housewives conducted by the Padang City DPRD in the last 2 years, the sewing training empowerment is one of the main points of thought of members of the Padang City Regional House of Representatives, but the training runs for 1 week and then is continued by the Deta sewing group voluntarily. However, over time the trainees have earned income from opening a business at home. The Actors involved make it interesting to research. The purpose of this study was to describe the strategy of empowering housewives through the Deta Sewing and Batik Kajang Padati groups in Padang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, and the informant of this research is done by taking informants through purposive sampling technique, namely by looking for informants who match the criteria set by the researcher. The data collection method starts from the in-depth interview stage, observation and document data collection. The unit of analysis in this study is in the group, namely the deta sewing group and sewing empowerment participants in Padang City. Data analysis is carried out from several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing called the Miles and Hubermen model. The results of this study show that the sewing empowerment program in Padang City shows a positive impact in improving the skills and economy of housewives. Support, opportunities, and clear responsibilities, as well as the application of the ACTORS theory, are critical to the success of the program. The strategies used in the sewing empowerment program involve needs identification, training planning and implementation, collaboration with institutions, and ongoing support and evaluation to improve the skills, economic well-being, and social contribution of housewives.

The city of Pasuruan holds significant potential for religious tourism, making it a prime candidate for tourism development. Achieving sustainable tourism, which involves finding a harmonious equilibrium between three key aspects - the quality of tourism experiences, the excellence of tourism resources, and the well-being of the local community - is imperative for the region. To this end, well-devised strategies are essential to facilitate urban tourism growth within Pasuruan City. This research endeavors to shift the focus of religious tourism development towards a sustainable paradigm in Pasuruan. The findings of the research underscore Pasuruan City’s potential for fostering sustainable tourism through the establishment of religious tourism offerings. Evaluation Of Graha Nusantara’s Operational Risk Management Process Using ISO 31000:2018

Graha Nusantara is one of the business units of cooperative x which is engaged in building rental. Since the pandemic in 2020, Graha Nusantara has experienced a decrease in demand for building rentals which has led to a decrease in revenue. In addition, Graha Nusantara has also experienced problems related to its business operations such as canceling events by consumers for various reasons, building maintenance and management, employee management to those related to vendor partners. This causes Graha Nusantara to continue to lose money due to ineffective building operations which can actually be prevented by streamlining Graha Nusantara's operations. This study aims to evaluate operational risk management in the Graha Nusantara business unit, which is a building leasing business, with reference to risk management standards based on ISO 31000. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis with a case study approach, through interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results showed that risk management has not determined the scope, context and criteria process according to ISO 31000 and nineteen risks with various levels of risk were identified. Therefore, this study recommends handling each risk and it is expected that management establishes a risk management policy, especially operational risk

Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dalam Pembuatan Akta Kelahiran di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Gorontalo

Quality of Public Service in Issuing Birth Certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City. Undergraduate Thesis. This study aims to evaluate and analyze public service quality in issuing birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City. The study was conducted by assessing the service through the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Furthermore, it was conducted using a qualitative research method, utilizing observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the overall quality of public service, specifically within the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City, assessed across five dimensions, are as follows: Tangibles are found to be lacking in facilities and infrastructure, such as seating, parking space, additional computers, and other informational media beneficial to the public. Reliability is noted as a concern, as staff are unable to provide accurate timelines for document processing. Responsiveness is adequate, with staff demonstrating a responsive attitude toward serving the public. Assurance remains suboptimal due to issues with service timeliness, and empathy is adequately demonstrated, with staff maintaining courteous interactions. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that the quality of public service in the issuence of birth certificate at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City is not yet optimal. The researcher suggests that future improvements in facilities and infrastructure, along with enhanced staff performance, will lead to more efficient and reliable document issuance, reducing the need for repeated follow-ups by the public.

Inovasi Pembelajaran Mufradat dengan Video dan Subtitle Bahasa Arab di PP. Hasan Munjahid Grobogan

This research demonstrates the implementation of innovative learning through the utilization of Arabic-language videos and subtitles adopted by Pondok Pesantren Hasan Munjahid Grobogan. The study aims to provide insights into how the combination of videos and subtitles enriches students' learning experiences, particularly in mufradat learning. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing classroom action observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The gathered data will be qualitatively analyzed. Results indicate that the innovative use of Arabic-language videos and subtitles in Pondok Pesantren Hasan Munjahid effectively facilitates mufradat understanding and alleviates students' boredom. Positive responses are reflected in increased interest and motivation, impacting task performance during video sessions. While the approach has merits, identified shortcomings include some students struggling to grasp content. Therefore, recommendations include Arabic reading and writing training, additional materials provision, and individual guidance to optimize learning outcomes.

Strategi Perencanaan Standarisasi Delapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) di SDN Pamulang Indah

It can be stated that when designing a plan for a primary school, it is important to ensure that the plan is in line with the 8 National Education Standards (NES). These standards provide a solid performance framework for improving the quality of education, ensuring every aspect of education functions properly. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with interview techniques, observation and supported by documentation for data collection. The analysis through the data visualisation approach produced by Atlas.ti 9 describes Pamulang Indah Primary School as a pioneer of excellence in education. The school's unwavering commitment to implementing the 8 National Education Standards (SNP) is evident in its comprehensive and structured approach. By prioritising quality education for all. SDN Pamulang Indah has made significant progress in fulfilling most of the 8 National Education Standards (SNP), although there are still shortcomings that need attention, especially in the Financing Standard. The high dependence on APBN and BOS funds has caused some student activities to be hampered when these funds are insufficient or disbursed late. This points to the need for strategic measures to find alternative sources of funding to ensure the smooth running of all educational activities. To overcome the dependence on APBN and BOS funds, SDN Pamulang Indah can seek to diversify funding sources by collaborating with the private sector, raising funds through community activities or applying for assistance from donor agencies. With these measures, the school can be more financially independent and ensure the smooth running of all educational activities, including extra-curricular activities and facility development, without having to rely too heavily on the government budget.
