Analysis of Local Government Financial Statements as A Basis for Making National Economic Recovery Loan (PEN) Policies in the Jakarta Provincial Government

This research was conducted to analyze local government financial statements as a basis for making decisions or policies on the use of Regional PEN Loans in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Due to a decrease in revenue as a result of the co-19 pandemic, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is looking for other sources of funding to finance development to meet public services. The data used include budget and realization of regional income and expenditure, as well as the value of Construction in Progress which is supported by qualitative information in CaLK. The research method uses descriptive qualitative by collecting data in the form of images, numbers, tables, sentences, in the form of secondary data. The results of the study concluded that the information presented in the financial statements has an important role in assisting the policy making of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in applying for Regional PEN Loans and meeting the criteria as a loan recipient.

Busion: Platform Inovatif Bagi UMKM Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 UMKM, Industri, Dan Ekonomi Kreatif

Covid-19 is an unpredictable event that impacts the economic sector. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a major role in the Indonesian economy. However, of the 59.9 million MSMEs in Indonesia, the success rate of selling products through digital platforms is only 4%. The obstacles commonly encountered by MSMEs are the lack of knowledge of running an online business as much as and the unpreparedness of workers to use the internet as much. Whereas online media provides a promising market. Therefore, the application "BUSION: Business Solution" which helps MSMEs to find digitization services according to their budget in order to present attractive product visuals and a good social media management system. The method used in this research is the latest literature study so that it can produce accurate and solution outcomes. Then the various features for MSMEs contained in this application are looking for photographers, social media management, and product design. This application also has regional features so that MSMEs can find the best services closest to their current location. In addition to maximizing digitalization and expanding the market, this application can also support the government's 'Go Digital' program to restore the national economy after the co-19 pandemic. The conclusion of this research is that it is proven that the BUSION application is a platform that is feasible to develop in Indonesia in order to revive the national economy after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Optimizing the Role of Cadres in Increasing the Coverage of Early Detection of Cervical Cancer in the Working Area of Dasuk Health Center

Cancer is a public health problem in the world. Cancer can threaten health both physically and psychologically and can even cause death. One of the cancers that most often causes death in women is cervical cancer. Efforts to prevent cervical cancer with the cervical cancer screening program in 2018 found estimated data on the number of cervical cancer cases in East Java Province of 27,837 which has the largest number of cervical cancer sufferers compared to other provinces. Meanwhile, 2020 experienced obstacles due to the co-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on cervical cancer screening. Based on the data results from the 2022 Dasuk Health Center Performance Assessment Report, the total target of WUS (Women of Reproductive Age) in the Dasuk Health Center Work Area is 6. 672 targets. While the number of WUS (Women of Reproductive Age) who carried out early detection of cervical cancer through the IVA method was 438 targets (0.06%). This shows that the awareness of women of childbearing age in conducting early screening for cervical cancer is still low. Identification of factors that influence the low coverage of early detection of cervical cancer in the Working Area of ​​the Dasuk Health Center with fishbone diagram analysis and identification of priority problems with ultrasound analysis shows that the problems that need to be prioritized for resolution are campaign discontinuity, people are afraid to check IVA tests, lack of public understanding of the importance IVA test examination.

The Impact of Using Online Learning Software During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Higher Education

The occurrence of covid-19 has a major effect on the smooth running of education, one of which is in higher education. So that lecturers and students need supporting media in the smooth learning process, such as the use of software. The use of software can make it easier for students to carry out the online learning process. This study aims to reveal the effect of using software on students in carrying out the distance learning process. In conducting this research, researchers used quantitative research methods with observations made in the form of distributing questionnaires to students to see the effect of software as a supporting medium in the learning process. The results of this study are that learning media using software is very helpful and has a good impact on students in the learning process during the covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion of this study is that fluency in the world of education during the co-19 pandemic is very limited, because students cannot integrate directly with lecturers in the learning process, therefore students and lecturers need media that can be used as supporting tools such as software for the smooth discussion and learning process, teaching in higher education. The limitation in this study is that researchers did not get accurate data in data collection. Therefore, it is hoped that future researchers will also conduct the same research in order to maintain relevant data results in analyzing the use of software in the learning process in higher education. This study also recommends that future researchers make this topic an ongoing discussion to obtain relevant and very effective research results so that this research can become a benchmark in the influence of using software as a learning medium during the covid-19 pandemic, so as to create a learning process based on supporting science and technology.

Inovasi Pembelajaran Oleh Guru Di Jember Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19

This study aims to analyze teacher innovation in learning in the era of the co-19 pandemic. The research method uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research was conducted in Jember district with an economics teacher at the high school level as the subject. The data presented in this study is in the form of an overview of learning innovations carried out by teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic seen from six dimensions: (1) learning objectives, (2) teacher’s role (s) (3) students' role(s), (4) ICT used, (5) connectedness, and (6) multiplicity of learning outcomes exhibited. The results of the research show that the learning objectives dimension is in the some new elements level category, the teacher's role dimension in the learning process is in the emergent level category, the student's role dimension in the learning process is in the some new elements level category, the ICT dimension used in learning effectiveness and learning was found to be in the emergent level category, the connectedness dimension of the learning process was found to be in the some new elements level category, the diversity dimension of evaluation of learning results used by teachers was in the some new elements level category.

TINJAUAN YURIDIS TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM KEPADA KARYAWAN TERKAIT WANPRESTASI DALAM PERJANJIAN KERJA WAKTU TERTENTU

The default case that occurred at PT Thania Indo Jaya against 2 (two) employees out of a total of 4 (four) employees with a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) who was laid off due to the co-19 pandemic, namely not giving compensation rights to these employees. In this case, the Government is consistent in maintaining PKWT by issuing Perpu Number 2 of 2022 and Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021. The purpose of this study is to determine legal protection for PKWT employees at PT. Thania Indo Jaya Semarang and PKWT arrangements in laws and regulations, legal consequences in the event of default between the Company and employees. This study uses a type or type of normative juridical study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that legal protection for PKWT employees at PT. Thania Indo Jaya Semarang is in the form of employment social security for employees, except for employees who are still apprentices, where employees who are still apprentices only get guarantees from the funeral service, provide work clothes and work tools, and form a P2K3 team. PT Thania Indo Jaya Semarang has committed a crime (default), so that it can be subject to a maximum imprisonment of 4 (four) years and/or a maximum fine of Rp. 400,000,000;- (four hundred million rupiah). Legal consequences if there is a default in the work agreement, which in the cancellation of the agreement is regulated in Articles 1451 and 1452 KUHP.

Social Construction of the Tradition of Cooking Vegetable Lodeh 7 Rupa as a Repellent to the Covid 19 Pandemic: A Study in Baran Keniten Village, Mojo District, Kediri Regency

Culture is a human product, which then binds human actions into a single unit. As is the case, the people in Baran Village are still bound by a culture in their social reality. People in Baran Village interpret that the 7-form vegetable dish can be a disaster repellent. Thus, this research aims to dismantle the social construction that has been adopted by the people of Baran Village, in an effort to prevent the co-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with Alfred Schutz's phenomenological approach. Meanwhile, this research uses the theory of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman in unmasking social construction. The results of this study show that the community constructs vegetable lodeh 7 rupa through its social reality, such as cooking and eating vegetable lodeh 7 rupa as a daily dish. More than that, the meaning implied by the advice of elders in each of the 7 raw materials is interpreted through actions such as worship, staying at home, and maintaining health as an effort to harmonize themselves from the disturbed natural balance

Study on Food Loss and Food Waste: Conditions, Impact and Solutions

The purpose of writing this article is an attempt to introduce readers to the problem of Food Loss & Food Waste (FL&FW) in a comprehensive concept regarding conditions, impacts and solutions for handling them. FL&FW has been a global issue for a long time, but until now its impact is getting more serious. The losses incurred by FL&FW are not only in the environmental field but are very complex including economic and social losses. Food and Agriculture Organization/FAO has estimated that 1/3 of world food production or around 1.3 billion tons which is equivalent to 990 billion USD has been lost in vain. But on the other hand, about 21,000 people die every day because of hunger. This topic will continue to be a central issue in the coming years, because the amount of food that must be provided will also continue to increase in line with the increasing world population and the problems caused by the Co-19 pandemic. Reducing food waste is a priority scale to maintain sustainable food security. The FL&FW issue since 2015 has been one of the programs of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), on target 12.3 with a commitment to reduce food waste by half per capita by 2030. Therefore, all stakeholders (government, industry and society) must collaborate to implementing policies and cultural changes towards prevention of FL&FW on all fronts.

The covid-19 pandemic is a major disaster for micro, small, and medium enterprises because it has resulted in a decline in the economic sector. Not only large companies that the covid-19 pandemic has impacted but also micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have also experienced the impact. MSME actors must be able to keep up with changes in their business processes by digitizing. This study aims to determine the resilience of business entrepreneurs, namely the Modification of processes and products and business models—functional areas found in business environments such as HRM, Finance, and Marketing. Technology adaption is using technology to make sales reach a broader market. Other sources of business continuation and development will be carried out in the short and long term. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive data presentation. It uses multiple cases to compare the similarities and differences in business resilience of the three businesses in the culinary sector in Bekasi City. The data sources in this study used interviews with the owners of Rumah Cinta Kue Cinta, Dapur Kyja, and MamdiBekasi.The analysis in this study uses the help of Nvivo software to help analyze interview documents with visualization results that are easy to understand. The results of this study can be concluded that the three business actors carried out various aspects to survive during the co-19 pandemic

Blended Learning Model and PAI Learning Challenges In The Society 5.0 Era at MTsN Blora

<em>This study analyzes the blended learning learning model with a background from the Covid'19 pandemic incident which resulted in the formation of learning methods by combining conventional and modern learning, namely conducting face-to-face learning in electronic-based networks. The purpose of this study is to describe the blended learning model in PAI lessons that has been carried out at MTs N Blora in the midst of the co-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative which comes from teachers in the field of PAI and several students who were selected purvosively. The data is obtained from being able to use observation and interview techniques. This research can create new references regarding learning methods that are more creative and innovative, because blended learning is a learning model that is not monotonous and students here don't only listen to lectures, but they also explore expertise in the field of information and technology (IT) through applications. So that the co-19 pandemic can create new breakthroughs in the world of education. Studi Epidemiologi Kematian Ibu di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Literatur Riview

Maternal Mortality (MMR) is an indicator of the success of a country's services. Every day around 830 women die from preventable causes related to pregnancy and childbirth. To review the determinants of maternal mortality in South Sumatra Province during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a literature study approach from several databases such as sinta, pubmed, South Sumatra Province Health Profile and google scholar, by carrying out a narrative synthesis of the main search for maternal death during the co-19 pandemic. Factors that can cause maternal death. Family planning can reduce the total risk of death in women due to pregnancy. This is not a problem to reduce the risk for those who are pregnant. The role of family planning in combating maternal mortality is to help create healthy conditions for childbirth and reduce the risk of pregnancy-related death for women. this is only one part of a complex answer to a complex problem. Based on the analysis that has been carried out is maternal mortality during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article uses the method of literature review from scientific journals guided by keywords. There are 4 selected scientific journals, each journal representing this research, one of which is a determinant of the causes of maternal death during the Covid-19 pandemic. Maternal mortality during the Covid-19 pandemic is a complex problem that needs serious treatment in an effort to prevent complications that may occur during pregnancy and childbirth so as to reduce maternal mortality. Based on the analysis that has been carried out is to protect reproductive rights and human rights by reducing the burden of morbidity, disability and death associated with pregnancy and childbirth that should not have happened with the Safe Motherhood and Making Pregnancy Safer programs.

An Analysis of the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Implementation of Renewable Energy in the Supply of Electricity

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all activities, including the electricity supply. As a developing nation, Indonesia is also severely affected by the diversion of significant resources to combat Covid-19. On the other hand, Indonesia is committed to reducing emissions in the energy sector, which includes implementing renewable energy technologies to provide electricity. This article examines the effect of the post-covid-19 pandemic situation on the implementation of renewable energy in the electricity supply. The case study examined is the electricity supply in the province of Yogyakarta, which obtains its electricity from outside the province but has multiple forms of renewable energy that can be optimized in the electricity supply. There are three scenarios discussed: the current target scenario, the lower target scenario, and the supply security scenario. The current target scenario includes predetermined renewable energy goals. The lower target scenario is used to characterize Covid-19's impact on the implementation of renewable energy. The supply security scenario is the most optimistic, as it optimizes the use of renewable energy in the electricity supply while ignoring the impact of the co-19 pandemic. The current target scenario is used as a benchmark against which the other two scenarios are compared. Comparing the lower target scenario to the current target scenario, the lower target scenario results in 9.6% lower capital costs and 4.1% higher greenhouse gas emissions. The least greenhouse gas emissions are produced by the supply security scenario, but the capacity costs are the highest.

Analysis of student interest in biology subjects after the covid-19 pandemic at MAN 2 Bantul

Interest means an attitude of liking an activity and usually paying more attention. The purpose of this study was to determine students' interest in learning Biology subjects after the co-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with quantitative descriptive method. The object of research is science students at MAN 2 Bantul totaling 192 with a sample of 56 respondents. Research data were obtained using a closed questionnaire that had been validated by experts. Aspects observed in learning interest such as student interest, curiosity, student acceptance of tasks, awareness of learning at home, activeness, and the learning process. The results showed that student interest was categorized as good, curiosity was categorized as good, student acceptance when given assignments was categorized as very poor, awareness of learning at home was categorized as very poor, student activeness was categorized as very good, and the learning process was categorized as very good. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that student interest in learning after the co-19 pandemic can be said to be good even though it has various factors inhibiting interest in learning.

The Effect of Exchange Rate Differences and Inventory Turnover on Profit Quality and Their Impact on Firm Value in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era

The pandemic caused by Covid-19 has had an impact on the sustainability of companies in the world one of which is that sales have decreased along with restrictions on international export trading activities. Covid-19 makes it difficult to maintain consistency in generating profits, this shows that the industrial sector has its own way of surviving amidst a pandemic storm that has hit all countries in the world. The aims of this study are: (1) to determine the effect exchange rate differences during the covid-19 pandemic on profit quality conditions, (2) knowing the effect of inventory turnover during the pandemic Covid-19 on the condition of profit quality, and (3) knowing the quality of earnings has an impact on company value during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is a quantitative research method, where the information provided can come from in-depth analysis of data collected first-hand, or from data that is already available. The population in this study were 41 companies in the industrial sector category listed on BE I, and 28 companies as the sample. Researchers in this study used secondary data collection techniques available on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the study period. The results of the study show that (1) exchange rate differences have a significant positive effect on earnings quality during the Covid-19 pandemic. The increase in exchange rates during the Covid-19 pandemic made it profitable for companies to increase profits, (2) inventory turnover had a positive effect on profit quality during the Covid-19 pandemic, the company's financial performance was able to manage inventory turnover so that it was able to break down costs, provide input flows money comes in and increases profits which attract investors to invest in the industrial sector, and (3) profit quality has a positive effect on company value during the co-19 pandemic

CORRUPTION PREVENTION EFFORTS FOR SELECTED VILLAGE HEADS IN KANDAWATI VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT TANGERANG REGENCY

The purpose of this research is to find out the social situation of the people of Kandawati Village, Tangerang Regency regarding efforts to prevent corruption in the management of village funds. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were carried out by means of deepening open interviews, namely researchers directly interviewed Mrs. Sumarni as the next elected Village Head in Kandawati Village. The results of this study show that the previous village head in Kandawati Village committed corruption with the motive of being tempted by social fund assistance for people affected by the co-19 pandemic. As a result, the next elected Village Head designed efforts to prevent previous corruption cases by (1) establishing active interaction and communication between the village and the community, (2) often involving the community in village programs, (3) often involving the community in village programs, (4) the need for clear transparency in the management and supervision of Kandawati Village funds. Therefore, with the plans of efforts described by the elected village head, it can minimize the corruption of Kandawati Village funds in Tangerang Regency.

FAMILY REHARMONIZATION AFTER THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF MUBȂDALAH

This research will discuss efforts to reharmonize families after being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in the physical, social, and economic aspects of the family. The pandemic has an impact on household harmony and can even lead to divorce. So, it is necessary to make efforts to reharmonize the family by using the mubȃdalah approach. This research is field research, with a descriptive-qualitative research method using the mubȃdalah approach. So that the research results found that the co-19 pandemic had an impact on family harmony which was influenced by aspects namely spirituality, communication, psychology, and economics. Rebuild harmony (reharmonization) can be done by increasing faith in Allah SWT, building patience and comfort, prejudging, and treating well towards partners, building harmony, and building good communication and deliberation. If this is done, it will have implications for household harmonization which is getting better after being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Critical Analysis of the Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles in the Learning Process at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Central Cilacap District

The current implementation of the learning process is a distance learning transition due to the co-19 pandemic in 2020 and face-to-face learning in the new normal era. Face-to-face learning actually took place before the Covid 19 pandemic hit Indonesia. During the Covid 19 pandemic, learning took place remotely which resulted in alienation between teachers and students. The existence of learning loss is one of the policies contained in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No 719 / P / 2020, the impact of distance learning is the basis of this curriculum change. In (Rachmawati et al., 2022) the application of project-based learning is an option in the prototype curriculum which is considered capable of supporting learning recovery due to learning loss as character development according to the Pancasila Student Profile.The aims of the study were (1) to describe the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Central Cilacap District; (2) analyzing the strengthening of the Pancasila student profile project in the learning process at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Central Cilacap District; (3) to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of strengthening learning in the Pancasila student profile project at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Central Cilacap District. This research took place at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Central Cilacap District. The research used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach using the Phenomenology model. The results of this study are 1) the implementation of strengthening the Pancasila student profile project at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Cilacap Tengah District, has gone very well. 2) The various characters formed in the implementation of the Pancasila student profile project include being independent, mutual cooperation and creative. 3) the supporting factors for the activity are the support of the principal, teachers and employees, parents, guardians and committees. Some partners also support the activity. The inhibiting factor for the activity was the coordination between the teacher and the student's guardians besides the limited time and energy.

Peningkatan Kompetensi Self-Help Konseling Realita Berbasis Online

The problems faced by students are currently increasingly complex with the uncontrollable developments of the times and the impact caused by the co-19 pandemic. One solution that can be applied is the use of self-help online reality counseling to help overcome student problems, however, counselors have low competence in the development and application of self-help online reality counseling. Low competence both in terms of understanding and application is shown by service partners who have never implemented self-help-based counseling services for students. Therefore, the implementation of this service provides training in the application of self-help online-based reality counseling to counselors in Malang Raya. The training activity took place in the D3 FIP UM hall with the Malang Raya High School MGBK partner. The results of training on the application of self-help online reality counseling show that in terms of understanding, counselors experience a change from low to moderate to high. Counselors have the ability of counselors to design and use online reality counseling self-help applications.
