Today, it is general aviation that influences the development of the regions of the Russian Federation, taking into account its territorial characteristics. General aviation can be used for the development of many fields of activity, such as: training military and civilian pilots, fire monitoring, emergency medical care, environmental monitoring; obtaining weather forecasts; combating poachers, use for the construction of unmanned aircraft and solving many other tasks. Moreover, unlike commercial aviation, general avitation increases transport mobility and increases the attractiveness of regions for investors and entrepreneurs. This article discusses the main problems and methods of their solution for the development of the civil aviation transport system.

International Experience of Civil Aviation Service Quality Evaluation

Civil aviation service quality evaluation research plays a crucial role in improving the travel experience of passengers and increasing the market competitiveness of civil aviation transport enterprises. There have been relatively abundant relevant theoretical research results, but combined with the practical application, there are still areas that need further exploration and improvement. Based on the development of the connotation of service quality evaluation, this paper reviews the research on civil aviation service quality evaluation in terms of the development history, index system, index weights, methods and models of service quality evaluation, and finds that there are obvious differences in service quality evaluation research in terms of methods and other aspects. According to the results, the international experience of civil aviation service quality evaluation can provide a reference for the construction of China's civil aviation service quality evaluation system.

Comparative Analysis and Construction of Evaluation Indexes of Civil Aviation Service Quality

Scientific and effective evaluation of civil aviation service quality is of great significance to improve customer satisfaction and the main competitiveness of civil aviation enterprises. In combination with the core ideas of the service quality model, this paper compares and analyzes the service quality evaluation process of airports and airlines from the two dimensions of service contents and evaluation indexes on the basis of literature arrangement and summary. Based on the SERVQUAL model and the "China Civil Airport Service Quality Evaluation Index System", the related contents of the system is appropriately revised combined with the characteristics of airport and airline services. To this end, the service quality evaluation indexes of airports and airlines are respectively built. The research shows that there are indeed some differences in five dimensions of evaluation indexes between airports focusing on ground services and airlines responsible for in-flight services. Only when scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the quality of civil aviation transportation services is established for evaluation in line with the characteristics of civil aviation transportation services in the two scenarios, can the overall service level of passenger transportation in civil aviation industry be upgraded to achieve the high-quality development of civil aviation transportation industry in China.

Patial-temporal Analysis of Energy Efficiency of Different Transport Modes in China

This research employs stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) to investigate the development of transport energy efficiencies of railway, highway, water and civil aviation transport in different stages. In addition, total factor energy efficiency indicator (TFEE), technology efficiency change indicator (TECH) and frontier technology change indicator (TPCH) are introduced to further analyze the technology gaps among thirty studied provinces in China from 2000 to 2018. The results indicate that the transport energy efficiencies in China decrease from 2000 to 2010, which mainly caused by regional technological gaps. On the contrary, the transport energy efficiencies increase from 2011 to 2018 owing to the technological improvement. Furthermore, the energy efficiency of railway transport is the highest among four transport modes. The energy efficiency of highway transport is relatively low although highway transport takes a large proportion of all the intercity transports. Therefore, in order to make the development of transport more sustainable, it is necessary to narrow the technology gaps among the provinces and adjust the transport volume of different transport modes rationally.

SMAAMA: A named entity alignment method based on Siamese network character feature and multi-attribute importance feature for Chinese civil aviation

With the growth of demand for air-space integrated transportation industry, the civil aviation transportation industry plays an increasingly important role in the national economy and transportation. The diversity and diversified development of civil aviation emergencies have greatly affected the decision-making efficiency for emergencies in civil aviation emergency management systems. Constructing a knowledge graph of civil aviation and improving the reliability and richness of the knowledge graph has become an urgent problem to be solved. There are some problems during the construction of a civil aviation domain knowledge graph such as long entity length, existing hybrid and composite entities, the similarity of the font features of domain entity names, a difference of information between entities, separated coding between entities, and error-prone in the transmission process of coding. So we research the construction method of knowledge graph for civil aviation emergencies to resolve these problems. (1) We propose a font pre-training model and incorporate a character feature layer into the embedding layer. (2) We propose a multi-attribute attention alignment method based on the Siamese network; entities with similar structures in the civil aviation knowledge base are input into the font layer for pre-training; the complete semantic information of entities and the importance of different attributes to entities are learned through two sub-networks respectively to improve the integrity of civil aviation knowledge graph. Experiments were carried out on the self-built aviation emergency and public data sets, respectively. The experimental results show that compared with other models, the F1 value of the proposed model can reach 96.97%, which verifies the feasibility of the model.

Optimization of cabin seating arrangement strategies based on the Wells-Riley risk theory.

Civil aviation transport is an important source of global respiratory disease spread due to the closely-spaced environment. In order to reduce the probability of infection of passengers, an improved Wells-Riley model for cabin passenger risk assessment have been given in this work, the cabin ventilation and passenger nose and mouth orientation were considered. The model's effectiveness has been verified with published data. Finally, how the load factor and use of an empty seat scheme are associated with the number of infected people was assessed. The results demonstrated that the number of infected people positively correlates with the passenger load factor, and the most suitable load factor can be determined by controlling the final number of infected people with the condition of the epidemic situation in the departure city. Additionally, infection risk was found to be lower among passengers in window seats than in those in aisle seats and middle seats, and keeping empty seats in the middle or aisle could reduce the cabin average probability of infection by up to 37.47%. Using the model developed here, airlines can determine the optimal load factor threshold and seating arrangement strategy to improve economic benefits and reduce the probability of passenger infection.

Application of visual multimedia technology in air transportation information service system

Abstract This paper uses visual multimedia technology to establish a model for civil aviation transportation information services. A training subset is generated with a random forest, and the strength and relevance indicators of the random forest are examined. The generated decision tree is run on the corresponding out-of-bag data to evaluate its classification ability and obtain its weights. The leaf nodes of the decision tree are normalized to calculate the out-of-bag estimation of classification strength to realize the application of visual multimedia technology in the civil aviation transportation information service system. The system scores after application are all 8 and above, and the highest can reach 10. The quality of its service efficiency and level is improved, and passengers traveling by air are satisfied.

A Comparative Study on Debt Risks of Chinese Civil Aviation Companies Under the Covid-19 Epidemic

As a highly indebted industry, the civil aviation transportation industry's debt risk management is crucial to its everyday operations. After the emergence of COVID-19 in early 2020, a number of airlines have been adversely affected by variables such as a reduction in the number of passengers, and their operating revenue has been severely impacted, with some even facing the possibility of insolvency. How to control the size and risk of debt is particularly crucial when income is low. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper collects and sorts the financial data of three large state-owned civil aviation enterprises (China Southern Airlines, Air China, and China Eastern Airlines), selects several debt risk measurement indicators to analyse the impact of the epidemic on the debt risk of civil aviation enterprises, and offers corresponding recommendations for the management of airline debt risk.

Research of Flight Safety and Technical Evaluation

Flight safety is the foundation of survival and development of civil aviation transport industry. Aircraft flight safety can be checked by aircraft flight parameters. We discuss a flight technology evaluation method based on flight parameter data. Firstly, data preprocessing is carried out, and the data is reduced by PCA dimension reduction. Then, BP neural network and decision tree model are established to train and test the data set. Neural network algorithm and machine learning algorithm are used for training. The results show that the BP neural network verification set is more accurate. The comparison table between the predicted results and the real results is shown in Table 3. Among the 15 samples, 14 are correct. The prediction accuracy reaches 93%.

Research on aircraft automation warning model based on gradient boosting tree algorithm

Flight safety is the basis for the survival and development of civil aviation transportation industry, and with the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry, the study of aircraft safety issues is becoming more and more important. Serious flight accidents can lead to great threat to life as well as economic loss, so this paper focuses on flight safety issues, and analyzes and investigates flight key parameters segment data, aircraft overruns, and flight parameters data. In this paper, based on the relevant data from QAR , t-test was performed on the processed data through data analysis and data cleaning to ensure the reliability of the data. And the principal component components of the key data were extracted using the random forest algorithm, and the 6-bit eigenvalues were selected as the key parameters, which had the greatest influence on the landing G value of the aircraft. Then, the data set was divided according to the ratio of 8:2, and the pilot qualification was used as the label value, and the machine learning classification prediction was performed by the gradient boosting tree GBDT algorithm to obtain the pilot qualification prediction model, and the highest accuracy reached 76.3% in the test set. This paper also compares the extreme gradient boosting XGBoost algorithm, with the highest current parameter reaching 73.4%. In this paper, the gradient boosting tree GBDT is chosen to construct a flight crew qualification assessment model.

An Improved Adaptive Simulated Annealing Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm for ARAIM Availability

Civil aviation transportation equipment is more convenient and faster than other transportation tools and is an essential part of intelligent transportation. It is significant to study the reliability of positioning information and enhance traffic safety. Advanced receiver autonomous integrity monitoring (ARAIM) can provide vertical guidance during the different navigation stages in civil aviation fields. The traditional multiple hypothesis solution separation (MHSS) algorithm distributes the probability of hazardous misleading information (PHMI) and probability of false alarm (PFA) uniformly over all visible satellites resulting in reduced global availability of ARAIM. Aiming at this problem, we proposed an adaptive simulated annealing particle swarm optimization (ASAPSO) algorithm to redistribute integrity and continuity risks and establish a protection level optimization model. Based on the real BeiDou navigation satellite system/global positioning system (BDS/GPS) data, the experimental results show that the optimized algorithm can reduce the vertical protection level (VPL), and the ARAIM global availability of BDS/GPS is improved by 1.73%∼2.73%. The optimized algorithm can improve the availability of integrity monitoring at different stages of the navigation system and provide a basis for ensuring the reliability of the positioning results.

Influence of Ambient Temperature on the Thermal Safety of Fireworks Products in Civil Aviation Transportation

Fireworks products are energy-containing materials and are hazardous during production, storage, transportation, and use. By analyzing the range of civil aviation ground ambient temperature and civil aviation cabin ambient temperature in storage and ground operation as well as establishing a spontaneous combustion mathematical model for cylindrical fireworks products based on the spontaneous combustion theory, we identified the critical temperature for spontaneous combustion of a single spray and analyzed the thermal safety of fireworks products under the civil aviation ambient temperature by example to provide theoretical support for the feasibility study of transporting fireworks products by civil aviation.

Projection of the Co-Reduced Emissions of CO2 and Air Pollutants from Civil Aviation in China

Civil aviation transport is a key area of fossil energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission, and it is also an important source of air pollutants; the emissions of these have caused severe environmental problems. In this paper, we estimated the emissions in 235 domestic civil airports, and predicted the future trends of CO2 and air pollutant emissions from civil aviation in China until 2050 under three scenarios. The co-reduced emissions of each measure were evaluated by using the co-control effects coordinate system. The results show that in 2018, the emissions of CO2, NOx, SO2, CO, PM and HC were 117.23 × 106 tons, 90.47 × 104 tons, 14.37 × 104 tons, 9 × 104 tons, 1.29 × 104 tons and 0.66 × 104 tons, respectively. CO2, NOx, SO2 and PM emissions were mainly concentrated in cruise mode, accounting for 87–93% of the total emissions; HC and CO emissions were more frequently from the LTO. Under the baseline scenario, the growth rate of air pollutant emissions will account for a greater share, from 84% in 2030 to 464% in 2050, whereas the general scenario reduces emissions by 15% and 71%, respectively, and a higher reduction of 26% and 93% is seen in the stringent scenario. Improving aviation fuels is the most significant co-reduction measure, which can reduce CO2 by 89% and 68% in 2030 and 2050, and reduce air pollutants by 86–89% and 62–65%, respectively.

What drives the decoupling progress of China's civil aviation transportation growth from carbon emissions? A new decomposition analysis.

Civil aviation carbon emission reduction is an inevitable requirement for achieving sustainable social development. Realizing the continuous expansion of air transportation scale while reducing the impact on the environment is particularly important. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately understand the relationship between civil aviation carbon emissions and the industry development. This study established a civil-aviation-pointed Tapio decoupling model to identify the decoupling state between transportation scale added and carbon dioxide emissions in China's civil aviation sector. The index decomposition analysis method is further applied to decompose the factors influencing the changes in decoupling states. The empirical study generated three important findings. Firstly, the overall carbon emissions in the civil aviation sector are still growing, while the energy intensity has a tendency to fluctuate and decrease. Secondly, the relationship between carbon emissions and transport turnover is dominated by the expansive coupling, that is, the development of the civil aviation sector is still at the cost of the growth of energy consumption. Nevertheless, the overall decoupling stability is unstable, and the decoupling state is likely to be changed by many external factors. Thirdly, the energy intensity decoupling effect and industry structure decoupling effect are the main reasons for civil aviation carbon decoupling. Meanwhile, the improvement of national economic level during the research period is the dominant negative factor that restrains the carbon decoupling of the civil aviation sector.

An Examination of the Spatial Spillover Effects of Tourism Transportation on Sustainable Development from a Multiple-Indicator Cross-Perspective

Tourism is linked to multiple dimensions, such as the economy, society, and environment, and the relationships among its influencing factors are complex, diverse, and overlapping. This study constructed an evaluation index system to measure the degree of coordinated development of tourism, transportation, and the regional economy, then built a tourism-transportation-based Spatial Durbin Model (SDM) regarding the process of the coordinated development of tourism in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region (BTHR) from 2010 to 2020. This paper explains the current status of sustainable tourism development in the BTHR and the impact and spillover effects of transportation on tourism development. The results show that the normalized tourism coordinated development index (NTCDI) of the BTHR increased from 13.61 in 2010 to 18.75 in 2019, then decreased to 14.45 in 2020. The results of SDM show that different transportation modes have different spillover effects on tourism. Specifically, civil aviation transportation has a positive impact and significant spillover on a city’s tourism revenue (TR), while high-speed railway transportation has a negative spillover effect. The model results also show that the degree of openness of the city and city economic development level have significant positive effects and spillover effects on tourism development. Finally, the implications of related variables are discussed, and some suggestions are put forward on tourism development in the BTHR. However, there are some limitations in this study. In the future, international cooperation and data sharing will be strengthened, and multivariate methods such as social network analysis, artificial intelligence, and machine learning will be further integrated to achieve accurate simulation and prediction of the spatial spillover effects of tourism transportation.

Study on the composition of a four-dimensional track display platform for aircraft based on an open-source GIS platform

As one of the cores of the new-generation civil aviation transportation system, China’s new-generation air traffic management system (CNGATM) includes various contents, such as track-based operation (TBO), which has attracted more and more scholars’ attention. Traffic management for all these periods is based on the aircraft’s four-dimensional (4D) trajectory. Based on the BADA database, this paper establishes a track simulation model, obtains the flight track through simulation experiments, and analyzes the characteristics of the track. Combined with the flight dynamics model, through the study of the four-dimensional (4D) trajectory of the aircraft, the uncertainty of the aircraft path is significantly reduced, and the utilization and safety of airspace and airport resources are improved.

Airport Group Operational Capacity Assessment and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors: Taking Typical Chinese Airport Group as an Example

As an important transportation hub for air transportation, airports have played an important role in promoting regional economic and social development and improving the comprehensive national transportation system. The exploration of the key factors affecting the airport’s operational capacity are of great importance to the sustainable development of the civil aviation transportation industry. In order to investigate the effect of airport operation, this paper selects 13 major airports in China’s three major airport groups as the objects, defines the airport operational capacity by using entropy method combined with relevant indicators, calculates and sorts the operational capacity of sample airports, and analyzes the operational capacity of their internal airports by taking airport groups as units. By using the Tobit regression model, this paper analyzes the important factors that affect the operational capacity of sub-airports within the airport group. The results show that the economic level, urban development and the degree of opening to the outside world have a positive impact on the airport operational capacity. Different regional airport groups have different influencing factors on internal sub-airports’ operational capacity.

The substitution effect of high-speed rail on civil aviation in China

China's high-speed rail (HSR) network has had a marked effect on civil aviation transport and CO2 emissions. We conduct a quantitative analysis of the substitution effect during the period 2008–2017 using the difference-in-difference method. We find that (1) the introduction and operation of the HSR network of four vertical and four horizontal lines has had a significantly negative effect on the civil aviation service. Overall, the numbers of passenger flights and air passengers fell by 28.7% and 31.8%, respectively, following the introduction of HSR. (2) HSR is most competitive when trip or operating times are less than 4 h (3) For operating times within 6 h, or trips of about 1400 km, HSR enjoys an obvious competitive advantage over civil aviation. (4) Planning is underway for an expanded HSR network comprising eight vertical and eight horizontal lines. On completion, an additional 833 flight routes compared with the current HSR network and the rate of substitution of HSR for civil aviation flights will increase by 8.8%. Taking into account an increase in rail speed for passages along rivers and coastal areas, the substitution rate of HSR will increase by a further 0.7%. (5) HSR development will have obvious CO2 emissions reduction effect on aviation transport.
