Analysis of Rhodamin B in Lipstick Preparations in Padangsidimpuan City by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) Method

Rhodamin B is a synthetic dye in the form of a crystalline powder, green or reddish-purple, odorless, and in solution will be bright red with fluorescence or fluorescence. Rhodamin B is commonly used as a dye in the textile and papermaking industries. Rhodamin B can cause irritation in short-term exposure and has carcinogenic effects. This study aims to find out whether there is Rhodamin B in lipsticks circulating in the Padangsidimpuan City market. Samples were taken by purposive sampling and 5 red samples were obtained. To identify the presence of Rhodamin B, a thin-layer chromatography method was used using eluene as the phase of motion, namely methanol, ethyl acetate, ammonia (50:20:25) and a 254 nm UV lamp The results of the study showed that out of 5 lipstick samples identified, there was one lipstick sample that was identified as containing Rhodamin B.

Analysis of Traffic Noise on the Sutan Soripada Mulia Road, Padang Sidimpuan City

Highways are infrastructure for smooth traffic, both in cities and in regions. Noise and vibration are one of the environmental health problems in large and developing cities, such as Padangsidimpuan City. The transportation sector is the main cause of environmental problems today, according to Minister of Health Regulation No.78/Men.Kes/Per/XI/1987, which is called Noise is the occurrence of unwanted sounds that disturb and/or endanger health. The noise level quality standard is used as a reference standard that ensures that a certain area/region does not cause disturbances, especially to human health and environmental comfort. (Ruly Asmarani, 2017) said that noise is a type of environmental stimulus to which each individual can respond differently. Based on the noise level captured by the SLM (Sound Level Meter), the highest noise level occurs at 07:00 - 08:00 WIB at 72.80 dB compared to other hours and is reviewed based on the characteristics of land use for the school area. The noise level limit value is 55 d.B(A) and the highest noise occurs at 07-08 am with a noise level of 72.8 decibels and the lowest noise occurs at 10-11 WIB with a noise level of 47.8 decibels. From the results of this research, it is recommended that schools close windows during the learning process to reduce the noise caused by passing vehicles.

Digital Literacy Strategy Encourages Electronic MSMEs to Go Online

The Covid-19 pandemic has reduced people's purchasing power and made people's activities all online. Digital literacy needs to be carried out by MSME actors, especially Electronic MSMEs, where they still carry out offline buying and selling activities both in terms of promotion, marketing, and service communication. This study aims to determine the implementation of digital literacy for Electronic MSME actors to go online. Digital literacy is an effort to change and develop activities based on skills and knowledge by using technology. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using data analysis techniques Reduction, Display and Conclusion. This research was conducted at the Electronic MSMEs, Padangsidimpuan City, North Sumatera. The results showed that 88% of the understanding of Electronic MSME technology was based on the digital literacy capabilities they had, obtained through digital literacy activities carried out and received many benefits for the online sales system.

The Role Of Social Media Marketing And Pricing In Influencing Purchasing Decisions Of Msmes In Padangsidimpuan City

This study aims to analyze the role of Social Media Marketing and pricing in influencing consumer purchasing decisions at Tabona Dessert MSMEs in Padangsidimpuan City. Social Media Marketing has become one of the main marketing strategies for MSMEs, especially in increasing visibility and market reach. On the other hand, pricing is an important factor that can influence consumer perceptions of value and purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through a questionnaire survey distributed to consumers of Tabona Dessert MSMEs in Padangsidimpuan City. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression techniques to see the effect of Social Media Marketing and pricing on purchasing decisions. The results of the study indicate that Social Media Marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, where effective marketing strategies on social media can increase consumer interest and awareness of MSME products. In addition, pricing has also been shown to have a significant effect, where competitive prices and in accordance with product quality are the main considerations for consumers in making purchasing decisions. In conclusion, the combination of effective Social Media Marketing and appropriate pricing can significantly increase consumer purchasing decisions for Tabona Dessert MSME products in Padangsidimpuan City.

Penghapusan Pembantu Pegawai Pencatat Nikah (P3N) Terhadap Pelayanan Pernikahan

This study examines the impact of removing P3N on marriage services at the Padang Sidempuan city Office of Religious Affairs after the fall of the instruction of the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance number Dj.II/113 of 2009 regarding the use PNBP funds for marital reconciliation and P3N management, as well as the instruction of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance number Dj.II/1 0f 2015 about the P3N designation for regions D1 and D2. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach.The primary data from the instruction of the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance number Dj.II/113 of 2009, instruction of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance number Dj.II/1 0f 2015, Head of KUA Padangsidimpuan Selatan district, Padangsidimpuan Tenggara district, the Padangsidimpuan Angkola Julu district, P3N who was dismissed and the community. And the secondary data in this study are books, journals, theses and other supporting sources.Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation, with qualitative descriftive data analysis techniques. As for the reserach results obtained in this study P3N removal is carried out in two stages, namely 1) all P3N in the working area of KUA Padangsidimpuan city were officially abolished since the fall of intruction of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance number Dj.II/113 of 2009 and 2) was not reappointed after an instruction from the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance number Dj.II/I of 2015 because the entire area of KUA Padangsidimpuan city is classified as typology C. 1) The impact of removing P3N is that it has an impact on KUA which has one who doubles as the head of KUA. 2)There was a time conflict between someone who wanted to consult with the time of registration of marriage outside the KUA. 3) Information that is slow to reach the public. 4) Wedding schedule shift. 5)P3N is still used by the public.

PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN KERJA PEGAWAI DALAM MENCAPAI TUJUAN ORGANISASI PADA DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PENATAAN RUANG KOTA PADANGSIDIMPUAN

This study aims to measure the extent to which employee work competence influences the achievement of organizational goals at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Padangsidimpuan City. The research approach used was quantitative descriptive method with techniques such as correlation analysis, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t-test), F-test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the correlation analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.509 between variable X (employee work competence) and variable Y (achievement of organizational goals). The calculation of the regression coefficient yielded a constant coefficient of 2.894 and a coefficient for the independent variable (X) of 0.169, resulting in the regression equation Y = 2.894 + 0.169X. The t-test yielded a computed t-value of 3.597, exceeding the tabulated t-value of 2.010, and a significance level (sig) of 0.012, which was lower than 0.05. The F-test yielded a computed F-value of 12.705 and a significance level (sig) of 0.000. Comparing this with the tabulated F-value of 4.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R2) was found to be 0.428, indicating that 42.8% of the variation in the achievement of organizational goals can be explained by employee work competence. The remaining 57.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. In conclusion, this study establishes that employee work competence has a positive and significant influence on the achievement of organizational goals at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Padangsidimpuan City, accounting for 42.8% of the variance.

This research examines the implementation of early marriages in North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City and the efforts of the religious affairs office in minimizing early marriages in the District. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. The primary data sources in this research are the Head of the North Padangsidimpuan District Office of Religious Affairs, religious leaders and people who enter into early marriages. While secondary data was collected through several references such as books, laws and journals that were considered relevant to this research. Data collection techniques with interviews and documentation with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Based on the research results obtained, namely to carry out early marriages in North Padangsidimpuan District, there are procedures to be followed so that the marriage is legal in the eyes of religion and in the eyes of the law. Such as submitting a marriage dispensation to the Padang Sidempuan Religious Court, obtaining a marriage license, providing a copy of the dispensation decision to the religious affairs office, notification of the will to marry, examination of the will for marriage, announcement of the will for marriage, and implementation of the marriage contract. Then the KUA's efforts to prevent early marriage in Padang sidempuan Utara District are checking the administrative completeness of the two prospective brides, conducting outreach to the community, youth and parents and socializing law number 16 of 2019. It is proven by the KUA's efforts that the number Underage marriages are decreasing every year. Namely, from 2020 to 2022 there will be 16 underage marriages, with details of 5 underage men and 11 women. Then in 2020 there will be 11 people, in 2021 there will be 4 people and in 2022 there will be 1 person.

This research examines the efforts of the police in preventing traffic violations by minors in Padangsidimpuan City. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. The primary data sources are the Traffic Unit (Satlantas) police at the Padangsidimpuan City Police, while secondary data includes books, previous studies and scientific journals that are considered relevant to this research. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation, with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that the police's efforts to prevent traffic violations by minors are carried out in three ways, namely first: Pre-emptive efforts by providing socialization to the community, second: Preventive efforts by providing direction and guidance through counseling, and third: Efforts Repressive by conducting raids, giving warnings and fines. Then the obstacles faced by the police in preventing traffic violations by minors are the lack of knowledge and legal awareness of the community so that they cannot understand the applicable laws, the manual ticket sanctions that have been abolished causing the public to commit traffic violations and the bad image of the police. lead to a lack of public trust in the police.

Implementation of STEAM-based digital learning for students' numeracy literacy in elementary schools

The lack of optimal empowerment of effective numeracy literacy at the elementary school level can result in less-than-optimal mathematics learning outcomes for students. This research aims to see the effect of implementing digital learning integrated with the STEAM approach on the numeracy literacy of fifth grade elementary school students. This research combines experimental and quantitative methods with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample was 40 students from classes VA and VB at SDN 200304 Padangsidimpuan City who were selected using purposive sampling. The research results show an increase in students' numeracy literacy skills after using STEAM-based learning media. In conclusion, the application of digital learning with the STEAM approach has a positive impact on increasing the numeracy literacy of elementary school students.

This study aims to examine the delay in the distribution of heritage assets to the people of Padangsidimpuan. Interestingly, some people in Padangsidimpuan City want to divide the inheritance when both heirs have died, all heirs have been married, and the most share (portion) for the oldest child. Therefore, there are often delays in the distribution of inheritance because they do not find agreement between families. This type of research is normative juridical legal research, while the data collection technique used is an interview with people who postpone the distribution of inheritance, namely the people of Padangsidimpuan. The results of this study show that the people of Padangsidimpuan City postponed the distribution of inheritance because they maintain the benefit of the family. This tradition has been valid for a long time, because the majority of the population adheres to the customary system (dalihan na tolu) which upholds the value of togetherness (ahwal). In addition, the fundamental reasons for delaying its implementation are that the heirs are not yet mature, no one has finished school, there is a biased assumption from the community when distributing inheritance (an heir dies) because they are considered greedy for inheritance.

This research aims to analyze the effect of service quality on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Public Fuel Filling Station Number 13227108, Jalan Jenderal Besar A. H. Nasution, Padangsidimpuan Batunadua District, Padangsidimpuan City. The research used in this research is associative research. The population in this study were customers of Public Fuel Filling Station Number 13227108, Jalan Jenderal Besar A. H. Nasution, Padangsidimpuan Batunadua District, and Padangsidimpuan City, the number of whom is unknown. By calculating the number of indicators as 17 times 7, the sample size for this study was 119 people. In this research, the data analysis method used is structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. Based on the research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Public Fuel Filling Station Number 13227108, Jalan Jenderal Besar A. H. Nasution, Padangsidimpuan Batunadua District, and Padangsidimpuan City. This study examines the dual role of wives in family welfare. This research is included in juridical-normative legal research. The data collection method used was interviews with women who played a dual role in building family welfare. The result of this study is that the dual role of wives in building family welfare because the husband's income is not sufficient for household needs, the husband wanders, and cannot work because of illness. Ideally, all actions taken by the wife to meet the needs of the family. Meanwhile, Article 80 Paragraph 4 Letter (c) of the IHL emphasizes that the husband is the family, so that it becomes a central position in determining the progress or decline of the household. In the perspective of Islamic Family Law, balance and cooperation between husband and wife in all aspects of family life. This includes the division of tasks, decision-making, and conflict resolution, with the aim of creating a harmonious and prosperous family environment. Meanwhile, according to Amina Wadud's gender theory, the wife has a dual role in family welfare, namely first, as a life partner, the wife is responsible for supporting the husband and maintaining the integrity of the family. The object of this research is PT Tongku Raja Nauli located in Padangsidimpuan city. This research was conducted in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) industry engaged in food processing made from egg rolls. The data collection procedure in this research is to use a qualitative approach by obtaining through direct observation, company records, in-depth interviews, and documentation in the form of photos and videos. The results of the SWOT analysis on the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) show that there are internal and external factors that are strengths and weaknesses for the company in carrying out its business model and also what are the opportunities and threats from external that affect the business processes of PT Tongku Raja Nauli. This research resulted in the Tongku Snack Innovation program, a program that optimizes the Company's marketing. This program is assisted by Integrated Marketing Communication theory with the concept of Omnichannel Marketing which is proven to help companies increase sales, competitiveness and business continuity.

SOSIALISASI 5 WAKTU PENTING CUCI TANGAN DENGAN 6 LANGKAH DI SD NEGERI 200113 TANOBATO KOTA PADANGSIDIMPUAN TAHUN 2023

The service was carried out with the aim of providing counseling to children at SD Negeri Tanobato Padangsidimpuan Utara Jl. Dr. Payungan Dalimunthe number 108 so that elementary school children can know the 5 important times to wash their hands with 6 steps. In this process, the counseling method used is demonstration, which is a way of presenting, understanding and discussing questions and answers that have been prepared. carrying out direct practice, this scene was attended by 34 2nd grade students at the 200113 Tanobato State Elementary School in Padangsidimpuan City. The results showed that 30% of the children were not used to washing their hands and did not know the 5 important times to wash their hands with 6 steps and 70% were in accordance with health standards. The students were able to demonstrate the 5 important times to wash their hands with 6 steps correctly and were able to explain how to keep their hands clean to improve body health.

This research resulted that the Padang Sidempuan City Library Service has a preservation strategy or several methods used by officers in preserving library materials, namely binding, patching and connecting paper, glue or adhesive, lamination, nails/bolts for books and cleaning the library room. The general aim of implementing the educational unit level curriculum is to make educational units independent and empowered by granting authority to educational institutions and encouraging schools to make participatory decisions in developing the curriculum. Most elementary school teachers often fail to complete the material satisfactorily. After carrying out initial learning at the author's place of teaching at SD Negeri I Padangsidimpuan City class V, they experienced failure in completing with the following results: There were 14 students who got a score of less than 75 or 66.7% with a KKM of 75. Those who got a score of 75 or more there were 7 students or 33.3% with a KKM of 75. In this lesson the researcher carried out activities in accordance with the lesson implementation plan. At first the students looked active and enthusiastic, but when asked to do practice questions they were still confused about how to do it. Therefore, good internal control must be carried out to secure inventory from theft, misappropriation and damage. The aim of this research is to determine the internal control carried out by Perum Bulog Padang Sidimpuan City in order to get a clear picture of whether the internal control of rice supplies implemented is effective. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method used to describe the internal control of inventory at Perum Bulog Padang Sidimpuan City. From the research results, it was concluded that the internal control of rice supplies at Perum Bulog Padangsidimpuan City was quite effective, where there was a separation between functions related to the receipt and expenditure of rice. Monitoring of rice supplies is also carried out every day. However, Perum Bulog Padangsidimpuan City needs to improve weaknesses in its physical protection, namely by installing CCTV cameras in the warehouse to create more effective internal inventory monitoring.
