The Importance of Change Agent Teachers Program(PPGP) in Enhancing Leadership Competencies and Skills

This research is motivated by the urgency to enhance the quality of education through the development of Change Agent Teachers competencies. The aim of this study is to examine the role of teacher leadership programs in enhancing the leadership competencies of educators in Cileunyi District. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection for this study uses interview techniques with research subjects who are teachers who have participated in the Change Agent Teachers Program. The results of this study indicate that the program not only enhances individual capabilities but also contributes to broader transformations in the learning environment. The program also successfully fosters better collaboration among teachers and enhances innovation in teaching methods. Furthermore, the research findings also show that teachers who participated in this program demonstrate improved abilities in classroom management and the use of technology in teaching. The effectiveness of this program is evident in the significant improvement of teachers' leadership competencies, shaping educators who excel not only in teaching but also in leading positive transformations in the education system. Thus, Change Agent Teachers can be considered significant catalysts of significant change in improving the quality of education at the local level.

PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN TEH HERBAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA CIBIRU WETAN

<p><em>The current condition of Indonesia can be said to be facing a triple burden</em><em>.</em> <em>Based on research results from the Central Statistics Agency, the percentage of the population, especially the population of West Java, who had health complaints during the last month in 2022 showed an increase compared to the previous year (2021), this is of course related to the quality of public health. The problem currently faced by partners is the lack of information and education regarding the processing of nutritious plants. So far, the crops obtained have been used in simple ways, eaten directly as fresh vegetables or processed as food.</em></p><p><em>This time the community service program was carried out in Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. Activities include providing education regarding efficacious herbal plants and tutorials on making herbal tea as an effort to improve the quality of health.</em></p><em>From the results of implementing this community service activity, the residents of Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency have understood the ingredients that can be used in an effort to improve the quality of health and one way of processing them</em>

Peranan Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa di Desa Cinunuk Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung

Every organization has a leader who is responsible for all aspects of the organization. The organization will run smoothly if the role owned by the leader in the form of leadership in an organization is carried out with the best possible goals. However, if the government is not run by the existing good norms, it is found that various problems will damage the performance of its subordinates. This research is a quantitative research method with a survey method to obtain data. Research activities by collecting data by collecting using questionnaires or questionnaires in written form which are answered or submitted by respondents. The results found in this research data are based on the responses of 19 respondents to angles and questionnaires. The data found by researchers in the next step will be tested using Validity and further testing with Reliability with an analytical tool in the form of SPSS. In addition, the data used by researchers with model analysis is in the form of simple regression, the coefficient of determination assessment or what can be called R2 and analysis tests using the t-test. Based on the findings of the influence found in the variable in the form of leadership used by the Head of Cinunuk Village on the performance of his apparatus, it is proven by a significant a = 0.001 with a t-count value of 4.174 and a significance of being above 0.05 which is found with 0.001 which means that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Haha accepted. As a result, the role found in leadership can have a direct positive impact on the variables used by researchers in the form of the performance of village officials in the Cinunuk area, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency.

Effectiveness of the Online Election via E-Voting Based on Community Response

The election of RT/RW leaders is a regular event that takes place in every village across Indonesia. Similarly, the election process was carried out at RW 23 Permata Biru housing area, located in Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung City Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. The leadership of RT/RW is elected every 5 years, and in this instance, the election process occurred in November-December 2021, determining new leaders for the 2022-2027 term. However, the election faced a challenge due to the restrictions imposed by the Indonesian government related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Gathering in large groups was not permitted to curb the spread of Covid-19. Despite these circumstances, the transition of RT/RW leaders was considered crucial to avoid potential conflicts within the community. As a result, an alternative solution was implemented, conducting an online election using the E-Voting application. Through explanations and community outreach in RW 23, the people were receptive to the idea of conducting the election online, considering the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. RW 23 comprises 732 families, divided into 10 RTs. The election process took place in two stages: first, the election of the leader of RW 23, followed by the election of the leaders of the RTs. The selection of the RW 23 leader began with the formation of a committee, followed by the dissemination of rules, candidate selection, and further outreach. The election itself was conducted through the E-Voting application. The E-Voting software was created using Google Form Apps, with the assistance of Microsoft Excel. Community members accessed the E-Voting application through their PCs and smartphones. Despite the challenges, the election of the RT/RW leaders proceeded smoothly and safely. As a result, a new team of RT/RW leaders was formed for RW 23, serving during the 2022-2027 period.

Pengaruh Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Terhadap Kompetensi Profesional Guru SMA

The purpose of this study is to analyze the description of the effect of continuous professional development on the professional competence of high school teachers in Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The calculation analysis in this study uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS version 25.00 for Windows.The correlation analysis between continuous professional development and teacher professional competence has a fairly strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.572. The magnitude of the influence of the continuing professional development program on the professional competence of teachers from the results of the determination test is 32.8%. The results of the calculation of significance obtained the value of tcount of 5.72, while ttable with = 0.05 is 1.672 meaning tcount ttable which is 5.72 1.672 there is a significant relationship between the X and Y variables

Upaya Pemulihan Kesehatan Penderita Tuberkulosis pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19

This study aims to analyze efforts to restore the health of tuberculosis sufferers during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach through in-depth interview techniques. The study results a show that tuberculosis sufferers are still receiving treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing strict health protocols. In conclusion, efforts to restore the health of tuberculosis sufferers during the COVID-19 pandemic in Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, are carried out through taking the medication regularly, checking themselves regularly at health care facilities and being accompanied by drug swallowing supervisors (PMO) from their family members.

Community Perception on The Performance of Reak Art Creations

This study aims to determine the maintenance pattern of Reak artistic creations and the factors behind different community perceptions in Bumi Langgeng Housing, Cimekar Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, because it is in line with the times. The pattern of maintenance of Reak art creations has changed, as well as changes in lifestyle, increased activity, and ignorance have caused the community to have different perceptions of the staging of Reak art creations. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. Where data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews with community leaders in Bumi Langgeng housing with the technique of determining informants through purposive sampling, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, the method of taking information was based on informants who knew Reak artistic creations and community leaders in Bumi Langgeng Housing. The research results show that along with the times, Reak art creations in Cimekar Village have started to experience obstacles in their development. In addition, there are two different perceptions of the staging of Reak art creations, namely negative and positive perceptions. Negative perceptions caused by the presence of migrants in Cimekar Village, especially in Bumi Langgeng housing, lifestyle changes and increased activity, and the growing sense of boredom towards Reak art creations that are felt by the community members, so that this allows them not to participate in preserving the creations. Reak art. Positive perceptions caused by people who love, uphold cultural values and understand Reak artistic creations.

DEVELOPMENT OF GROUP DYNAMICS FOR MEMBER'S BUSINESS SUCCESS (PPM activities at the “Pinter” Women Farmers Group in Cibiru Wetan Village Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, West Java)

The existence of groups, including the Women's Farmers' Group, is an important part of improving the quality of its members. This study aims to examine: (1) how the conditions of the Cibiru Wetan “Pintar” Women Farmer Group, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province are seen from the implementation of their functions as a farmer group, and (2) how the implementation of PPM in “Pintar” KWT in maintaining dynamics in his group. The service activities carried out are aimed at helping Cibiru Wetan “Pintar” KWT in maintaining the dynamics of the group as part of the Hybrid integrative PPM for the January-February 2022 period. The main activities carried out are mentoring the implementation of smart expo activities, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) developing group dynamics . The results of the study show that KWT seen from the function of the group has carried out its function, especially as a learning class, and a vehicle for collaboration. The PPM activities carried out at the “Pintar” KWT have helped the implementation of the Smart Expo activities well. The results of the FGD as an effort to develop group dynamics show that KWT “Pintar” is classified as having good group dynamics.Keywords: Group dynamics, farmer women, business success

Edukasi Dan Pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Untuk Kesehatan Masyarakat Rw 05 Dan Rw 06 Desa Cibiru Hilir, Kecamatan Cileunyi, Kabupaten Bandung Pada Bulan November Tahun 2021

There are many medicinal plants that have the potential to be developed as raw materials for herbal medicines but in fact have not been managed and utilized optimally by the community. There are several problems with conventional medicine, including side effects, high drug resistance, and higher prices, which have created a prolonged economic situation that has hit Indonesia. One solution that can be done in maintaining health conditions is using family medicinal plants. The purpose of family medicinal plants is that they can be used as an alternative to conventional medicine that is easy to find, no money to buy and without the need to come to a health facility. The implementation of education and utilization of family medicinal plants was carried out in RW 05 and RW 06, Cibiru Hilir Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The number of participants in this activity involved 60 people (men and women) with an age range of 20 to 50 years, consisting of 30 people from RW 05 and 30 people from RW 06. The methods used in this activity were conducting pre-tests, counseling activities, post test, and delivery of medicinal plant seeds to residents. After the educational activities on the use of medicinal plants took place, public knowledge about family medicinal plants increased as seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test.

UPAYA PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN MELALUI PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN CAKE DAN PENJUALAN BERBASIS WEB

The corona virus pandemic that hit our country in the last 1 year has had an impact not only on the health sector but also on the economic sector, almost all levels of society feel the consequences. The existence of restrictions on activities outside the home has caused a decrease in business activities, even many of them business people who went bankrupt, resulting in an increase in the unemployment rate and loss of income for the community, including the community in RW 26 Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District. With the problems mentioned above, this PKM activity is carried out with the aim of helping the community, especially those in RW 26 in increasing their family income by providing cake making training and training on selling via the web online for PKK mothers who are in RW 26 Village. Cinunuk, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. With the training and assistance provided in this PKM activity, it is hoped that the community, especially PKK RW 26 women as partners, have skills and can develop their creativity in making cakes, as well as proficient in selling through online websites, so that during a pandemic like now This can still provide income for his family.

Perspektif Guru dalam Penerapan Pembelajaran POE terhadap Kemampuan Analisis dan Keingintahuan Siswa SD pada Pembelajaran IPA di Kelas Tinggi

This research is motivated by science learning which emphasizes some analytical reasoning skills accompanied by an inculcation of character. This research aims to determine the teacher's perspective of POE learning implementation for students' analytical abilities and curiosity at the elementary school. This method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with survey design. The population in this research were elementary school teachers in Cileunyi district, Bandung. The number of samples is 56. The result show that POE learning (predict, observe, explain) implementation of science learning in high grades based on the teacher's perspective has a positive effect on students' analytical skills and curiosity significantly with a great category. This research has implications for improving the quality of good learning through POE learning as an alternative learning model that can improve students' analytical skills and curiosity in science learning.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEGIATAN BERMAIN MAKE A MATCH DENGAN KEMAMPUAN BERHITUNG ANAK USIA DINI

The purpose of this study was to determine the reality of making match play activities, the reality of early childhood numeracy skills, and the relationship between make a match play activities and early childhood numeracy skills in Group B2 RA Mukhlishiina Lahuddiin Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative correlational method. The results of the analysis on the activity of playing make a match obtained an average value of 80.95. This value is in the 80-100 interval with a very good category. Meanwhile, early childhood numeracy skills obtained an average value of 78.6. This value is in the 70-79 interval with a good category. The relationship between the activities of playing make a match with early childhood numeracy skills obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.937. The value of this correlation coefficient is included in the very strong category because it is in the 0.800-1,000 interval. The results of the significance test obtained tcount = 10.04 > ttable value = 2.14. This means that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the activity of playing make a match has a significant relationship with early childhood numeracy skills in Group B2 RA Mukhlishiina Lahuddiin Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. Meanwhile, the contribution or influence on the activity of playing make a match on early childhood numeracy skills is 87.8%. Thus 12.2% is influenced by other factors.

Enhanching Student’s Memorization Skill of Holy Qur’an Trough the Integrated Tahfidz Program Implementation in Post Pandemic Context

The purpose of this paper implementation of the tahfiz program in MI Terpadu Ar-Rifqi Cileunyi district for the 2020/2021 academic year; Inhibitor and backups of the tahfiz program in MI Terpadu Ar-Rifqi Cileunyi district for the 2020/2021 academic year; Tahfiz program effectiveness in improving rote at the MI Terpadu Ar-Rifqi Cileunyi district for the 2020/2021 academic year. The study involves a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data is obtained from observation, interview and documentation and then analyzed by data reductin, data display and conclusions drawing nad verification. Studies have found that include the tahfiz program goals, teachers tahfiz, tahfiz materials, tahfiz methods, memorizing the Qur’an color block, talaqqi and muraja’ah, an evaluation of daily, weekly and semester assessments and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the tahfiz program at the MI Terpadu Ar-Rifqi. Of the increased aspects of surah that memorized by learners, the effectiveness of tahfiz programs falls into highly effective categories. According to the tahfiz materials, the effectiveness of tahfiz programs is highly ineffective.

Peran Hardiness sebagai Moderator dalam Pengaruh Job Insecurity terhadap Job Stress

This study aims to examine the role of hardiness in moderating the effect of job insecurity on job stress. The research method used is quantitative causality. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The total respondents in this study were 142 honorary teachers at public elementary schools in Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The data collection technique used a questionnaire consisting of three measuring scales, namely The Job Insecurity scale, The Job Stress Scale (JSS), and The Occupational Hardiness Questionnaire (OHQ). The data analysis technique uses the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) test. The results showed that job insecurity had a significant effect on job stress and hardiness could not moderate the effect of job insecurity on job stress. This shows that hardiness does not significantly affect in reducing the effect in the relation of job insecurity toward job stress.

Penerapan Teknologi Media Tanam Hidroponik untuk Mewujudkan Wisata Pertanian di Desa Cimekar

Agricultural-based tourism villages are a great opportunity for rural communities to explore the potential of their area. Through hydroponic plant processors on limited land it provides a special attraction for visitors / tourists. This article reviews how the socialization and outreach activities of hydroponic planting media to residents of RW 28 Cimekar Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The goal is to generate a climate for agricultural tourism in Cimekar Village and increase employment and income for the surrounding community. The method used is one of them by directly visiting the community which is concentrated in several places to conduct counseling. Socialization activities are carried out by conducting direct simulations on how hydroponic plant technology is able to develop in limited land. The result is that the community feels how the transfer of technology for this hydroponic growing media can be easily practiced.

Pengaruh Pelimpahan Wewenang Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Cileunyi

AbstractThe implementation of effective and efficient service quality in the Sub-district office environment illustrates the implementation of delegation of authority given by the Regent to the District Head. Where the District Head carries out some of the functions the Regent gives to provide services to the community in the sub-district environment. As regulated by the Regent of Bandung Regency No. 60 of 2011 concerning the delegation of authority for some of the Regent's affairs to the District Head. But in reality on the ground, there are some problems regarding services that have not yet been implemented which have resulted in ineffective implementation of services to the community. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the authority, responsibility and accountability regarding the transfer of authority in the District of Cileunyi. This study uses a theory from Hasibuan which consists of three authority delegation variables, namely authority, responsibility, accountability. As for service quality using the theories of Zeithaml, Parasuraman, Leonard quoted by Hardiyansyah. The sample used was 30 employees in the Cileunyi District office. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach that aims to determine the relationship of one or more variables, namely the influence of delegation of authority to the quality of service in the district of Cileunyi. The results of this study indicate that the influence of delegation of authority (authority, responsibility, accountability) has an influence on the quality of service in the Cileunyi District office of 0.555 or 55.5%, then it is included in the "High" influence criteria. For the remaining 100% - 55.5% = 44.5% influenced by other variables not examined by researchers.

THE ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LEARNING MEDIA IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS OF CILEUNYI DISTRICT

This study aims to analyze the use of digital technology learning media in elementary schools in the Cileunyi District. Digital technology is one proof of the development of technological progress in the 21st century. These technological advancements have influenced several fields, one of which is education. In this digital era, technology is involved in the field of education, especially in the learning process. Digital technology is now used as a learning medium. The use of digital technology as a learning medium means that the teacher has balanced knowledge with the technological advancements that occur. The research was conducted with a qualitative study by distributing questionnaires to 17 elementary schools in the district of Cileunyi. From the findings, it was known that all teachers have used digital technology as a medium of learning in elementary schools with different usage scales. The use of digital technology as a learning medium had an impact on teachers and the learning process undertaken. There were teachers who felt learning to be effective and innovative, yet there were still difficulties in using digital technology and felt the use of digital technology in elementary schools was less effective.

The Influence of Competence and Teacher Character Values on Teacher Performance and Its Implications for Child Learning Outcomes (Case study at elementary schools in Bandung Regency)

This study aims to determine and examine teacher competence and character values' effect on teacher performance and its implications for children's learning outcomes in elementary schools in Cileunyi sub-district, Bandung regency. This research was conducted in Elementary Schools, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, with a sample of 93 teachers. The research method used is a descriptive method of analysis using path analysis. The results of this study are as follows: there is an effect of teacher competence (X1) on teacher performance (Y) with a total influence of 32.8%. Character values (X2) on teacher performance (Y) with an overall influence of 30.47%. There is an effect of teacher competence (X1), and character values (X2), simultaneously on teacher performance (Y) with a total influence of 63.3%. And the remaining 36.7% is a variable that is not examined in this study that affects teacher performance; 6) there is an effect of teacher performance (Y) on children's learning outcomes (Z) of 67.7%. And the remaining 32.3% is a variable that is not examined in this study that affects children's learning outcomes. This study concludes that it proves that there is an influence between teacher competence and character values on teacher performance and has implications for children's learning outcomes in elementary schools. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors causing dynastic politics and the impact of dynastic politics on village leadership for community development in Cileunyi Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and study documentation. Dynasty politics is a process of regenerating power for the interests of the political elite that aims to maintain power by placing their families or relatives in certain positions in the field of government. The practice of dynastic politics in the village of Cileunyi Wetan was an attempt to maintain power by the village head's family for several periods. The relationship between the village head and the former village head was uncle and father, who still had influence in the community. The dynasty in the village leadership in the village of Cileunyi Wetan was caused by the strength of capital (economy), the strength of family networks, and the existence of unhealthy democratic practices. The dynastic political impact of village leadership on community development in the village of Cileunyi Wetan is the control of economic resources in the village by a group of people, and the existence of nepotism in the recruitment of village government officials.
