The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Attitudes, Work Behavior and Work Conflict On The Employee's Performance of PT. Hastari

The purpose of this study is to understand the Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Attitudes, Work Behavior, and Work Conflicts on the Performance of PT. HASTARI in South Jakarta. The survey population used primary data by distributing the survey to 100 respondents. Analysis of this data uses inference and descriptive analysis. The survey in this study used primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and processed in SPSS 25. From the results of the study, it is known that variables of organizational culture, work attitudes, work behavior, and work conflicts have a positive and significant impact on employee performance are classified as very strong. Dependent variables, or changes in employee performance, are understandably independent variables, a combination of organizational culture, work attitudes, work behavior, and work conflicts. This can be predicted by the ups and downs of employee performance.

Impact of Strategic Change on Employee Performance: The Moderating Role of Organizational Learning

Organizations around the world are face with series of challenges in recent times and are forced to take on phases of strategic actions to change into flexible organizations that will be able to deliver quality service at low cost. Owning to inconclusive results of prior studies on the relationship between strategic change and employee performance in the context of Nigeria banking industry. It is this gap that this study aimed to achieve by investigating the impact of strategic change on employee performance in deposit money banks, Abuja, Nigeria. . The study adopted a quantitative cross-sectional survey research design using closed-ended questionnaire of 5-point Likert scale, collecting data from three levels of staff, the corporate managers, business unit managers and the frontline employees. The data collected yielded a 56.4% response rate. SPSS version 27 was utilized to analyze the data collected for descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis was employed to test hypotheses for this study. The results from the testing of the hypotheses led to the rejection of all null hypotheses with p-value of 0.003 (Technology innovation), 0.007 (Organizational culture) and 0.019 (Organizational Learning) based on the significance level of 5% (0.05). Thus, it indicates that the impact of strategic change on employee performance is statistically significant. The result also revealed that organizational learning has a strong influence, as 99% changes in employee performance (adaptive performance) is caused by organizational learning. It is, therefore, recommended that future focus strategic changes should be discussed by professional bodies at every forum so the banks are proactively ready for any change in their business environment. Lastly, the management of deposit money banks should create a generative learning culture that will improve the adaptive capacity of employees to withstand the pervasiveness of the dynamic environment, improve performance and reduce the probability of strategic transformation failure.

ANALISIS DETERMINAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KABUPATEN SUMBAWA

This study aims to analyze the the determinants of employee performance at the Regional General Hospital of Sumbawa Regency which consists of work quality (X1), work discipline (X2), and work ethic (X3). The type of this study was causal associative which aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples used as respondents in this study was 85 people who were selected using accidental sampling techniques. The data that has been collected was processed using the SPSS application to be studied using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study showed that partially the work quality had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meanwhile, work discipline and work ethic did not have effect on employee performance at the Regional General Hospital of Sumbawa Regency. Simultaneously, work quality, work discipline and work ethic had an effect on employee performance at the Regional General Hospital of Sumbawa Regency. Furthermore, the ability of work quality, work discipline and work ethic to influence changes in employee performance at the Regional General Hospital of Sumbawa Regency was very weak, namely 21.3%, so it is hoped that future research can use other variables not examined in this study, such as work competency, work motivation, leadership style, work environment, employee loyalty and commitment.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Employee Performance: Relationship

This paper aimed to gain an insight about the relationship between Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and employee performance at Private Management Colleges in the Kathmandu District. Descriptive analysis was used to explore the dimensions of academic performance. To conduct this research, a quantitative methodology was employed. Questionnaires was the main instrument used for the data collection. The study restricts to the private management colleges and institutions only. A Total of 45 teaching faculties of Kathmandu district were selected for the study to explore the use of ICT in relation to the employee performance. Individual consent was taken for ethical consideration. Mean, Standard deviation and Correlation was adopted to measure the objectives. The findings showed that the role of ICT to uplift teaching and learning practice at Private Management College seems to be substantial in the current scenario. The performance of faculty members in private management colleges in the sense of efficiency of work (r=0.612**, p=0.00), planning the work(r=0.632**, p=0.00), creativity and innovation(r=0.547**, p=0.00) and making effort(r=0.454**, p=0.02) was significantly contributed by the use of ICT. ICT played a significant role to uplift the performance of faculty members of private management college of the Kathmandu district. All the results presented so far in the study have been found to be indicating strong and positive relationship between ICT and employee performance. Statistically, it can be concluded in one sentence that if one point changes in ICT, it can bring 4 to 6 times positive changes in employee performance. In the future, the researcher should also investigate the impact of workforce diversity on team performance.

Effect of Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee’s Performance: A Case Study of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML)

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. The object of this research is the employees of Husky Company CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML). The population in this study amounted to 211 employees, with a total sample of 139 Husky Company CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used is the instrument test, the classical assumption test and the multiple linear regression test using a significant level of 5%. The results showed a significant influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. It indicates a significant influence of leadership on the performance of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. Shows that there is a significant influence of motivation on the performance of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. It indicates a significant effect of work discipline on the performance of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. The variables of leadership, motivation, and work discipline can explain changes in employee performance by 57.2%, and the remaining 42.8% is explained by other variables not included in this study.).

The Effect of Training, Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Achievement

This study aims to examine the effect of training, compensation and work discipline on work performance. Information obtained from the results of this study can be used as input for further researchers and companies. The population used in the study amounted to 99 people, using a total sampling method with a sample of 89 people. The research data is primary and secondary data, ,primary data obtained from questionnaires given to respondents and secondary data obtained from companies. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model. To find out the significance of the independent variable partially to the dependent variable used the t test technique. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of the independent variables as a whole on the dependent variable, the F test was used. The results showed that partially the training variable had an influence on the Work Performance variable, compensation had an effect on work performance, whilethe discipline variable had no positive effect on work performance variables. Overall the variables tested are able to explain changes in employee performance.

PENGARUH APLIKASI E-LAPOR TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA KOTA BIMA (Studi Kasusu Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kota Bima)

AbstractThere are still many people who have difficulty following regulations or policies in obtaining services so that the services obtained become longer, besides that the State Civil Apparatus that provides services is less responsive because their competence is not up to standard, there are still inefficiencies or lack of evaluation of their work programs causing the performance carried out less optimally because it hinders the improvement of performance quality bureaucrats The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the E-Report Application on the performance of the Bima City State Civil Apparatus, especially employees in the Bima City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office and How the effectiveness of the E-Report Application on the performance of the Bima City State Civil Apparatus, especially in the Bima City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The data collection technique used in this research was based on questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation, for the samples used in this study used sampling techniques with a total of 49 respondents of the Bima City State Civil Apparatus, especially employees at the Bima City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the help of a program using statistical software Jamovi 2.3.16. The results of the study can be stated that the existence of the E-report Application has a significant influence on the performance of employees, especially the State Civil Service in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima City, the existence of the E-report Application is able to intervene in changes in employee performance in the Dinas even though it is only 13%.

Effectiveness of Intelligence: Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual Towards Employee Performance in Business Organizations

The purpose of this study is basically to explore (know and study) the effectiveness of intelligence which in this case consists of variables of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ) on employee performance in a retail business organization (case study at eramart store in Timbau sub-district, Tenggarong, Indonesia). The sample in this study was 26 employees. Sampling technique by random sampling. The analysis tool used is a multiple regression equation with a hypothesis test used by the F and t tests. The calculation result of the F test obtained F count is 45.252, while the table F value is obtained a value of 2.80 this means that (Fcount 45, 252 > Ft 2.80) with a significant value of < 0.05, so it can be said that the variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence together / simultaneously are able to show their influence on employee performance or it can be explained that the regression model that was built can be used to predict the size of employee performance, so that the first hypothesis in this study was accepted. The three free variables were able to explain changes in employee performance by 84.2% (Adjusted R square = 0.842) while the remaining 15.2% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this study such as career development, compensation, work stress.

Effects of Covid-19 Cultural Change on Employee Performance: A Cross-Sectional Study in Jakarta, Indonesia

This study aims to determine changes in employee performance after Covid 19 slowly began to change from a pandemic to an endemic regarding compassion, employee involvement, job satisfaction, and commitment. The sample used in this study was 200 employees working in the Jakarta area. The research data was collected through a questionnaire distributed in a Google Form. The sampling technique used the Non-Probability Sampling Analysis Model with the Purposive Sampling technique. The data processing method is quantitative and associative with survey and SEM methods. This study shows that employee engagement has an effect on employee job satisfaction and work commitment. Compassion has an effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects employee performance. However, on the other hand, compassion has no effect on employee performance and work commitment. Employee engagement has no effect on performance. Work commitment has no effect on employee performance.

The Effect Of Training And Leadership On The Performance Of PT Gyata Anugerah Persada Employees

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and leadership on employee performance at PT. Gyatha Anugerah Persada Medan. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees, while secondary data was obtained from documentation studies obtained from various information held by the company and the results of previous research. The data analysis method uses quantitative methods, namely Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Gyatha Anugerah Persada Medan and the sample in this study was the total population of 113 employees. The results showed that training (X1) and leadership (X2) on employee performance, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant effect of training and leadership on employee performance at PT. Gyatha Anugerah. While the ability of Training (X1) and Leadership (X2) together can explain changes in Employee Performance (Y) by 41.5% while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Implementation and Analysis of Motion Graphic Quality Awareness as Information Media at PT. Infineon Technologies Batam

Along with developments and advances in technology, industries need information media to increase their production by optimizing human resources. One of the information media that can be used is motion graphics. Therefore, the problem in this study is to implement awareness of the quality of motion graphics as an information media at PT. Infineon Technologies Batam and to find out the effect of motion graphics on changes in employee performance on quality awareness of information media. In this final project, the method of multimedia development is Villamil–Molina. Analyzing the motion graph is a quantitative method using the EPIC model. Respondents in this study arie employees of PT. Infineon Technology Batam. The results of this final project will be in the form of motion graphics in MP4 format as a media of quality awareness information and the analysis of employee interest in motion graphics quality awareness based on the motion graphics produced.

The Effect of Work Stress and Conflict on Employee Performance at PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu

Currently, more and more companies, both government and private, realize that the influence of work stress and conflict is very large to produce productive employee performance, so that the role of work stress in carrying out their duties, authorities and responsibilities as well as the influence of conflict between leaders and their subordinates can stimulate subordinates in carrying out their duties. and responsibilities so as to achieve the expected company goals in a productive and efficient manner. This research was conducted to find out how the level of work stress, conflict and employee performance levels were carried out at PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, and how much influence work stress and conflict have on the performance of PD employees. Earth Wiralodra Indramayu. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The types of data needed for research are primary data and secondary data, while the techniques used in collecting data for research are interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sample taken is 38 respondents. Data processing and analysis was carried out quantitatively using statistical methods, namely to find out how much influence work stress and conflict had on the performance of PD employees. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu uses path analysis. The results showed the level of work stress in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the very high category. This shows that 23 respondents from 38 respondents (60.53%) stated that they strongly agreed with the work stress carried out by PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, the level of conflict in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the very high category. This shows that 28 respondents out of 38 respondents (73.68%) stated that they strongly agree with the conflict carried out in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu and the level of employee performance variables PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the medium and high category. This shows that 13 respondents out of 38 respondents (34.21%) expressed doubt and agreed with the performance carried out in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, although there are still some who have not fully delivered and implemented this performance well, this can be seen from the level of performance variables which show medium and high levels. From the path analysis results, the structural function equations are obtained, as follows: Y = -0.364 X1 + 0.299 X2. Based on these calculations, it can be stated that work stress (X1) affects changes in employee performance (Y) by 13.2% and conflict (X2) affects changes in employee performance (Y) by 8.9% and work stress and conflict (X1X2) affects changes in employee performance (Y) of 13.1%, and the influence of other variables outside the variables used = 0.932 (86.86%). The magnitude of the influence of other variables, which is 86.86%, indicates that there are other influences besides work stress (X1) and conflict (X2) which are very large on changes in the performance of PD employees. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, the value of Fcount is 2.639 < Ftable 3.27 while the value of tcount is -2.097 (X1) and 1.727 (X2) > ttable 1.689. The residual variables consist of factors that are not studied, such as; job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational culture, communication systems, and others.

PENGARUH POLA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan Perusahaan Umum Bulog Kabupaten Sumbawa)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership patterns on employee performance at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa Regency. The number of employees at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa District is 24 people, so this study uses a saturated sample (census sampling). The type of data in this study is quantitative data obtained from primary sources. Data was collected by using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that the pattern of leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa District. It was obtained from the results of simple linear regression coefficient testing, namely the tcount value is greater than the ttable value (2.386>2.074), and the significant value of the calculation result is less than = 5% (0.029<0.05). In the R2 test, the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.700, meaning that the leadership pattern contributes to changes in employee performance at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa District, by 70%, while the remaining 30% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

The Effect of Privatization on the Performance of Employees A case study on Karachi Electric Supply Company

Karachi Electric Supply Company (K.E.S.C.) is one of the most recently privatized companies in Pakistan. Since its privatization in 2005, it has been in the phase of bringing about many changes; re-branding and revitalizing with the introduction of new concepts such as integrated business centers (IBCs), which are one window solution for customers. K.E.S.C. has come up with new business strategies and a customer-oriented outlook with greater emphasis on employee performance. The objective of this research was to investigate the effects of privatization on the employee performance of Karachi Electric Supply Company (K.E.S.C) and find out the changes in the overall employee performance. For this purpose, research was conducted from the employees of K.E.S.C. The variables identified through the literature review were commitment, organizational change, communication, training and development, financial benefits, and job security. The research aimed at finding out what changes have been taken place in these factors after privatization and what were the impacts of those changes on the overall performance of the employees. In order to investigate the variables, a detailed study was carried out. Both; employees and the employers’ perspectives regarding the performance changes were investigated. For this purpose, employees belonging to the middle-level management of K.E.S.C. working at IBC’s since the pre-privatization era was chosen, as the major change was implemented in these units of K.E.S.C. primarily. Apart from surveys, 3 interviews of management working at integrated business units of K.E.S.C. were also conducted as they have direct interaction with the employees and played important role in managing and implementing change. The results of the study revealed that change in the employees’ performance was viewed by employees as positive and significant and supplement this point with extensive training and development programs, new performance management system, organizational restructuring, amplified remuneration package, enhanced communication, and betterment of the working environment. Keeping in view the perspective of the management and the employees on the change after privatization, the research study concludes that though K.E.S.C’s management carried out the change program in a proper and organized manner, by considering several critical factors for its successful implementation, there were still a few gaps observed with respect to job security and communication that in the end lead to employees’ dissatisfaction and reservations with the change process. These gaps are highlighted in the recommendations and this study believes that if K.E.S.C’s management includes them in their future plans, then it can bring more productivity and efficiency in the performance of the employees.

THE EFFECT OF BACKGROUND MUSIC ON PERFORMANCE OF TAILORING WORKERS AT THE EXPORT PROCESSING ZONE IN KENYA

The general objective of this study was to determine the role of background music in employee performance of tailoring workers at the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) in Kenya. The study adopted the positivist approach and was conducted in a natural setting comprising garment tailoring factories. The study design adopted was field experiment. The study population was the 22 garment factories at the EPZ from which three were selected as the study sample using systematic sampling. Each of the 3 factories had 1500 tailors, thus 357 estimated sample size was used for the study from the 4500 tailors, with 119 tailors from each factory, selected through a systematic sampling procedure. In factory one, music was played throughout the day, while in the second factory music was played on and off and in the third factory music was not played at all. The study found that background music, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance of tailoring workers at the EPZ and contributed up to 20.6% of changes in employee performance. This was indicated by a coefficient of correlation of 0.454, coefficient of determination of 0.203, adjusted coefficient of determination of 0.203 and p-value<0.05.

The research was conducted to see the effect of work environment, motivation, and workculture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening in at PT. BankTabungan Negara (PERSERO) TBK. The research method used is descriptive quantitative bycollecting data and testing hypotheses and providing conclusions from the results of the study using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were employees who worked at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) TBK Batam Branch, totaling 124 respondents. Path coefficient calculation using SEM test assisted by AMOS version 24.0. To determine the direct and indirect effect between variables, it is seen from the results of the calculation of the path coefficient and to determine the significance. Changes in job satisfaction are influenced by the work environment, motivation, and work culture by 16.5%, and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study by 27.3%. Meanwhile, changes in employee performance are influenced by the work environment, motivation, and work culture by 3%, and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The Impact of Internal Mobility Policies on Employee Performance at Private Banks Mysore

The banking industry has tremendous growth in Indian market .The entrance of new policies in banking sector has bought changes in employee performance. Retaining employees in private banks has lot of challenges. Employee retention and employee performance is a contemporary approach for the development of private banks. The private banks has initiated news ways to implement internal mobility policies to retain employees . This paper presents an novel employee internal mobility survey in the private banks in Mysore . The research study is based on the following criteria, internal mobility policies, employee satisfaction towards internal mobility, factors influencing employee satisfaction, internal mobility policies towards employees’ retention. The target population for the study is employees of private banks .Required analysis will be done to measure the impact of internal mobility on employee performance. Pengaruh Pelatihan “Baturaja Risk Containment” Terhadap Kompetensi Dan Kinerja Karyawan PT.Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. (Studi pada Karyawan Division Produksi)

This study aims to describe various analyzes on the implementation of training activities entitled "Baturaja Risk Containment" which includes aspects of training methods and training materials on changes in competence and changes in employee performance at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, especially in the operating division work unit. Partially this research will describe various analyzes among research variables, among others; describes the analysis of the effect of training methods on employee competencies; describes the analysis of the effect of training materials on employee competencies; describes the analysis of the effect of training methods on employee performance: training materials on employee performance, and describes the analysis of the influence of competence on employee performance. This research is an explanatory research carried out in the operations division. With primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to employees totaling 58 people. This study applies data analysis methods in the form of descriptive statistical analysis methods and path analysis methods. The results of the analysis in this study show that there is a partially significant effect between 1) training methods and 2) training materials on employee competencies; Furthermore, the analysis in this study also shows that there is a partially significant effect: between 1) training methods, 2) training materials 3) competence on employee performance.

MEDIATING EFFECT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ON TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: CENTRIC TO SELECT PUBLIC SECTOR HOSPITALS IN COASTAL ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA

Employee performance assessment is one of the most important functions of human resources management. It starts immediately after the employees get hired and goes further throughout the employment process. Emotional intelligence is considered to have a greater impact on the performance of nurses and groups as measured against traditional intelligence. Emotionally intelligent nurses in the organization result in better overall organisational performance. But emotional intelligence alone not able to define the changes in employee performance and from the literature it is found that leadership has indirect effect on employee performance but majority of the researchers are not considering leadership indirect affect while preparing employee performance model. In this context present research validates the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on transformational leadership and employee performance.
