Application Research on Energy-saving Control Technology of Central Air Conditioning

Modern society is facing an increasingly serious energy crisis, and building energy conservation has been paid more and more attention. In recent years, the country has attached great importance to the development of energy conservation and environmental protection industries. Therefore, central air conditioning energy conservation technology has become an emerging industry in the construction industry everywhere. It has played an important role in supporting economic and social development, driving the rise of related industries, and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction. The traditional central air-conditioning control system consumes a lot of energy while controlling a more suitable temperature. According to statistics, the energy consumption of central air conditioning accounts for more than 40% of the energy consumption of the entire building. The control technology of the traditional air-conditioning system is backward, which not only wastes a lot of energy, but also fails to meet the requirements of the new technology conditions. This article takes the central air-conditioning enterprises such as Yatai Group Co. Ltd., Zhongda Air Conditioning Group Co. Ltd, Shandong GRAD Group Co. Ltd. as the representative, to conduct the application research of the central air-conditioning energy-saving control technology to promote the application and development of the central air-conditioning energy-saving control technology.

Design of Computer Application Building Automation Control System

The object of this research is building automation control system and to design the system by means of the computer application. First, I analyze the operating principle of the automatic monitored control system based on the computer technology, and I find that with the help of Ethernet switching engineering we can solve the problem about high network load and transmission delay of traditional building automation control system. At the same time, I design the overall structure of the automatic monitored control system. Then I learn the hardware control system and the implementation of the software, and the mainly representative object is the central air-conditioning control system. As the core component of the control system, PLC’s hardware and transducer are chosen. And I design the process of software control, data acquisition, communication device and other modules. Meanwhile, I finish the design of the procedure of PLC master control module and realize the software monitoring and control with the host computer software. Finally, I explore the remote monitoring software based on internet, and improve some problem like the spread of information during the monitoring in the past and develop the auxiliary function of short message reminder with the end of the integrated structure, idea and the structure based on the computer application and the design of the key part.

Method and Realization of Central Air-Conditioning Control Strategy Communication Based on STM32

Abstract. With the SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and HMI based on KingView being the master, a slave station of STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller is developed based on MODBUS protocol. The establishment and program designing of communication protocol using RS485/RS232 between master and slave is introduced firstly. Then the process of debugging between the microcontroller and PC, the microcontroller and the PLC is elaborated. Thus serial communication is implemented based on MODBUS protocol in RTU mode. The system will be applied in central air-conditioning control system. A good control effect will be obtained as the controlling strategy and main algorithm can be computed in the STM32 slave station.

Firstly, microcontroller controller is used as controlling core to control temperature and humidity of central air conditioning control system. Secondly, PID algorithm parameters are set up for improving traditional PID control principle. Lastly, input and output values can be set and displayed by LCD screen.

The STC11F 08XE is the main control of the hardware part. Temperature and humidity sensor regulating valve and all kinds of motor are used as external equipment to complete the temperature and humidity of building the internal control of central air conditioner. In terms of software, the program is described by protel99SE software. Microcontroller program is compiled by Microcontroller development tools keil u and STC-ISP. The temperature and humidity control and optimization of central air conditioning are completed by PID parameters. Infrared control unit is operated and liquid crystal is displayed to show the operation results.

Simulating Design of Central Air Conditioning Control System in Office Buildings Based on PLC

In this paper, based on the Siemens S7-200 programmable controller in the central air conditioning control system, hardware and software of the central air-conditioning control system is designed. In hardware design PLC controller is used as controlling core to control temperature and humidity of the entire process. In the software design, control programming and multi-loop control of temperature, humidity PID algorithm are completed by using PLC programming software STEP7 because of its characteristics that it is easy to read and easy to achieve complete control. Lastly, Related parameter is set and the information is displayed by touching screen.

A PID parameter tuning method for air conditioning system based on annealing genetic algorithm

In view of the characteristics of central air conditioning control system (with great inertia and multiple disturbances) and the prematurity of conventional genetic algorithm, this paper integrated simulated annealing algorithm into conventional genetic algorithm to realise the proportional, integral, differential (PID) parameter tuning. Local optimal solution was effectively rejected by stretching fitness function and introducing access criterion with controlled probability. MATLAB simulation results showed that the system response lagged only 1000 s, and the efficiency was improved by 80% by using this method. In addition, the fitness value was smaller than that of conventional genetic algorithm.

Study on Central Air-Conditioning System Based on Fuzzy Prediction Control

To improve the energy efficiency of central air-conditioning system, established a central air-conditioning control system based on fuzzy prediction control and LonWorks. Fuzzy prediction controller design consist of upper computer and lower computer. Upper computer fuzzy control program written in VB to achieve system main components of energy conservation, and used the "WebAccess" to monitor the air-conditioning system. Lower computer used the Neuron C language program to achieve energy-saving of air-conditioning terminal equipment and downloaded to the intelligent node of neuron chip to achieve energy-saving control. Research of Energy Saving Control for Central Air-Conditioning Based on Adaptive Fuzzy PID Method

Central air-conditioning control system have characteristics of susceptible to outside interference, nonlinear, time-varying, hysteresis and difficult to build precise mathematical model. Central air conditioning chilled water system with variable water flow was taken as subject. According to the principle of energy saving, on the basis of traditional PID controller, adaptive fuzzy PID controller was designed. Fuzzy control algorithm determines the choice of parameters of PID controller KP、KI、KD , with which, then, regulate the output of adaptive fuzzy PID controller; Finally the output value determination of the operation frequency of the chilled water pumps. Compared with conventional system temperature control, adaptive fuzzy PID control in central air conditioning system has good energy-saving effect.

The Control Technology of Air-Conditioning Based RBF Adaptive Neural Network

The central air-conditioning control system is a nonlinear, large inertia, delay system, controller the performance, relates directly to the control effect, energy loss and comfort level. This paper analyzes the working principle and characteristics of the air-conditioning system, and needle air-conditioning control deficiencies, with a prediction neural network control technology, established the neural network predictive controller model. Through the combination of sensor and controller predict, the simulation results show that the neural network predictive control has the characteristic of high speed and high control accuracy, and a strong ability to adapt and so on.
