IMPLEMENTASI SAK-EMKM BERBASIS MS. EXCEL TERHADAP LAPORAN KEUANGAN UMKM (STUDI KASUS PADA PETANI TOGI DI PULAU BINTAN – KEPULAUAN RIAU)

MSME actors on Bintan Island face various challenges that can hinder their business development, one of the main challenges is the low level of financial literacy among MSME actors. This research aims to create a healthier and more sustainable economic environment on Bintan Island. By facilitating MSME actors in adopting accounting practices that are in accordance with accounting standards through a template based on Ms. Excel. The research methods used are qualitative descriptive, participatory and content analysis approaches. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used are surveys, interviews, observations and FGD. The results of this study show that after the implementation of the SAK EMKM template based on Ms. Excel, the majority of respondents felt ease in preparing their business financial statements. They also feel helped by the SAK EMKM format provided in a template that has been automatically designed using formulas. In addition, the level of satisfaction with the use of this template is also quite significant, because respondents are very confident that the resulting financial statements are not only accurate, but also meet the accounting standards required for financing applications to financial institutions. The resulting impact for the government is that most respondents who have not completed their taxation plan to fulfill their tax obligations.

This shows that UD. Sari Rama Bakery has not been able to measure the level of the company's financial performance and has not been able to determine business development. This study contributes for SMEs to describe in more detailed and in-depth, considering that this research focuses on quality and the results of the research can describe the reality view of other SMEs on what has been experienced at the research site. The results of this research provide insight into the reality of implementing SAK EMKM and show that the importance of knowledge for MSME actors to prepare financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM. The limitation of this research is that UD. Sari Rama Bakery does not keep financial records in accordance with SAK EMKM, but only records incoming and outgoing cash.

This study aims to determine the Application of SAK EMKM-Based Financial Recording in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Ai Your Lash Beauty Salon Metro City. This activity was carried out 4 times on 2 and 14 July and 5 and 12 October 2021. Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pada Pelaku UMKM di Kota Bengkulu

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the quality of financial reports for MSME actors in Bengkulu City based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) which are the current financial reporting standards for MSMEs. Bookkeeping of business activities is a financial report that separates business assets from non-business assets, there are still many MSME actors who have not made books in accordance with standards. In general, MSME actors keep simple financial records so that these records do not reflect the actual financial status of the business. Many MSME actors are still negligent in preparing their business financial statements, making it difficult to get financing from banks. Financial reports are needed to determine the company's profit or loss, assets, liabilities, and capital control, as well as planning for the efficiency of expenditures that occur, all of which act as decision-making tools for business development. The study used three independent variables, namely Education Level (X1), Business Scale (X2), Business Length (X3), and one dependent variable, namely the quality of financial reports. The sample of MSMEs studied were MSMEs in Singaran Pati District, Bengkulu City with a total population of 344 MSMEs. The results of the study show that the variables of education level, business scale and length of business are factors that affect the quality of financial reports for MSME actors in Bengkulu City. From the results of the analysis of data testing on these 3 variables, the MSA value for education level has an MSA value of 0.683, Business scale has an MSA value of 0.698, and the length of business has an MSA value of 0.674.

The results of the study in accordance with 4 indicators in financial management showed that the overall MSMEs studied using planning in the use of budgets, making simple recordings, and using sufficient control. However, not all MSMEs understand the reporting indicators in business financial statements.

Learning from oligopoly rivalry: Implications for business financial statements

Research question: Utilizing the tenets of oligopoly competition that is a well-known type of imperfect rivalry, this study is interested in building a financial theory of inter-company price or pricing (ICP) economics and documenting its direct affinity with corporate financial reporting in general and corporate financial statements in particular. It is also interested in executing an analytical application unveiling the straight linkage of ICP with financial disclosure. Motivation: There is an extant body of literature that examines different ICP structures for different companies and industries or markets. However, the literature is silent in corroborating any explicit association that we argue and show does exist between ICP and accounting. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to break this silence. Idea: Cost advantage and operating profit are exploited to do the theorization and accounting implementation, by justifying the linkage between ICP and business financial statements. Findings: Investigations show that given that businesses transact or compete with each other at arm’s length terms under oligopoly competition with a Stackelberg game; ceteris paribus, the operating profit figure of the business with cost advantage will be higher than the operating profit figure of the business without cost advantage.
