Automated Generation and Internal Force Visualization for Box Culvert Based on Building Information Modeling

Box culverts, as a commonly employed structural form for culverts, play a critical role in traversing topographic barriers, ensuring the safety and smooth operation of transportation means such as roads and railways. However, traditional design methodologies are often time-consuming and prone to inaccuracies, failing to achieve the efficiency and precision required by modern engineering construction. To address these challenges, using the Revit 2021 and Midas Civil 2021 software platforms, we developed a Building Information Modeling (BIM) parametric modeling method for box culverts using Dynamo’s visual programming capabilities. This method enables the rapid and accurate automated generation of box culvert BIM models. Furthermore, this study proposes an effective strategy for conversion between box culvert BIM models and Midas Civil finite element models, as well as internal force visualization within a BIM project. A case study involving a box culvert underpass beneath an expressway in an urban setting was modeled parametrically and structurally validated, demonstrating that the approach not only significantly enhances modeling efficiency but also strengthens computational capabilities through bidirectional data exchange between BIM and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software. This research has effectively advanced the application and practical implementation of BIM technology in box culvert engineering.

Building information modeling (BIM) in project management: a bibliometric and science mapping review

PurposeThe impact of building information modeling (BIM) on various aspects of project management has attracted much attention in the past decade. However, previous studies have focused on a particular facet of project management (e.g., safety, quality, facility management) and within identified target journals. Despite numerous existing studies, there is limited research on the mainstream research topics, gaps and future research directions on BIM in project management. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric and science mapping review of published articles on BIM in project management and to identify mainstream research topics, research gaps and future research directions in this domain.Design/methodology/approachA science mapping approach consisting of bibliometric search, scientometric analysis and qualitative discussion was used to analyze 521 journal articles that were retrieved from the Scopus database and related to BIM in project management. In the scientometric analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis and document analysis were performed. This was followed by a qualitative discussion that seeks to propose a framework summarizing the interconnection between the mainstream research topics, research gaps and future research directions.FindingsSix mainstream research topics were found including (1) BIM-enabled advanced digital technologies, (2) BIM-based reinforcement and enhancement, (3) BIM and project composition, (4) BIM project elements and attributes, (5) BIM-based collaboration and communication and (6) BIM-based information and data. Moreover, this study discussed six research gaps, namely, (1) integration of BIM and other digital technologies, (2) future maturity of BIM applications in project management, (3) application of BIM in project components and processes, (4) role of BIM application in project elements and attributes, (5) impact of collaboration and communication in BIM application and (6) stability of information and data interaction. Furthermore, future research directions were discussed.Originality/valueThe findings and proposed framework contribute to providing a deeper understanding to researchers, policymakers and practitioners in the development of related research and practice in the domain of BIM in project management, thus, promoting digital transformation in project management. Overall, it adds to the global knowledge domain in BIM and promotes the need for digital and data integration, BIM maturity and BIM collaboration.

Disruptive method for managing BIM design and construction using Kanban

Abstract Companies in the construction sector need effective information management. In particular, the transmission of information within a company is key to improving its management and competitiveness. Currently, many companies in the construction sector are making a great effort to implement the building information modelling (BIM) methodology. Such implementation requires collaborative work through the Cloud between the different agents in the construction process of any project. In fact, information management in BIM projects is related to the creation, storage, transfer and efficient application of information within a three-dimensional (3D) virtual model of the project. The size of the project also determines the optimal management approach. The main problems resulting from poor information management may be a lack of coordination between actors, loss of information or misinterpretation of information. This work has two stated objectives. The first objective is to carry out a literature review of the applications of BIM technology and the importance of managing knowledge according to International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO)- 19650. The second objective is to propose a disruptive method based on the Kanban tool to properly manage BIM information in the design and construction phases. This paper has practical implications for the improvement of BIM application for project managers.

Man-Hour Estimation Model Development in BIM-Based Projects with Machine Learning-Regression Algorithms

Construction management is a service that uses project management techniques to planning, design and construction of a project. Another branch of construction management is the planning made during the bidding stages before the construction starts. At this stage, the scheduling of the work, mobilization and most importantly the project design and drawing time should be analyzed and accurate estimates should be made. For this estimation, the experience of the bidding organization is the biggest reference. Construction management techniques in a BIM-based project are challengeable. The biggest reason is that knowledge about BIM is much less than the others and still a developing system. Therefore, the margin of error in the estimated project duration to be predicted in the bids to be made for such projects increases. Considering that man-hour estimations are financially very important for the company. This study is aimed to make observations with advanced technologies which is applied ML algorithms and analysis methods for man-hour estimations in BIM projects at the bidding stage. The project information to perform a man-hour analysis of completed construction projects was requested from offices that have gained experience in BIM projects. The project information of 16 projects were tabulated. The collected information was converted into a data set and transferred into regression analysis algorithms using Python format. Data set, which was turned into a matrix, was analysed and the consistency of the parameters in data set was tested. Spent man-hour estimation was made, graphed over parameters with simple and multiple linear regression algorithms.

Developing a framework for building information modelling (BIM) adoption in New Zealand

PurposeIn New Zealand, building information modelling (BIM) prevalence is still in its early stages and faces many challenges. This research aims to develop a BIM adoption framework to determine the key factors affecting the success of a BIM project.Design/methodology/approachBoth primary and secondary data were employed in this research, including 21 semi-structured interviews and industry guidelines from the three most well-known global building excellence models (BEMs). The data were analysed through content analysis due to its recognised benefits as a transparent and reliable approach.FindingsLeadership, clients and other stakeholders, strategic planning, people, resources, process and results were identified as seven main categories along with 39 indicators in the BIM adoption framework. Based on the interviewees' perspectives, leadership is considered the most significant category, impacting all of the remaining categories.Practical implicationsUsing the developed framework will enhance comprehension of BIM, offering directives for those embracing BIM. This will aid construction stakeholders in being better equipped for BIM projects. Having a skilled BIM manager can lead to the success of construction projects.Originality/valueThis research contributed to the existing body of knowledge by providing the categories with specific factors that assist BIM practitioners in assessing their BIM performance for further BIM practice improvement.

Assessing Building Information Modelling (BIM) Maturity Levelin Design and Build Public Projects: Case Studies of Public Projects in Malaysia

Design and Build (D&B) is one of the most common project delivery methods to incorporate with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and has brought to light many innovativebenefits, including collaboration and integration of work processes. However, there is still confusion and a lack of empirical evidence in the construction industry regarding the interpretation of success in a BIM implementation, especially in D&B projects. Hence, this paper is aimed to assess the current maturitylevel of BIM in D&B BIM projects. A quantitative method by means of a survey via questionnaire has been used by adopting the "Migration Path Model of BIM for Construction Professionals" to 31 respondents in three (3) public D&B projects. The findings revealed that the implementation of BIM in those three (3) selected projects does not meet the requirement of BIM maturity in projects. Nevertheless, the BIM competencies of the projects gradually increase throughout the shift of project years. The low level of BIM maturity implies a need to have a standardised policy and guideline in determining the maturity and competencies of BIM implementation in projects at the national and market levels. Thus, it is expected that the results of this research will assist in ensuring the benefit of disruptive technology like BIM could be reaped by the construction industry.

Measuring the Benefits of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Adoption: Trends, Gapsand Future Directions

Building information modelling (BIM) adopters require well-documented, quantitative, and financial simulation studies as solid evidence for the benefits of BIM to implement it and evaluate its success.However, to move towards more practical analyses to be performed by the end-users, more discussions on process to measure BIM benefit should be held, despite the large number of studies related to BIM benefit indicators. Therefore, this study examines the proposed and simulated methods used to measure the benefits of BIM in previous studies. A systematic literature review (SLR) of 21 articles was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines and analysed using meta-ethnography and thematic qualitative analysis. The SLR depicted the trends of studies published over the years. The results indicate that out of the 31 BIM benefits identified, only 17 BIM benefits have been measured in simulations.4 other BIM benefits were suggested to be explored in line with their magnitude of importance.Comparative case studies were used conventionally to collect the data for measuring these benefits. This has since shifted to conducting case studies of single BIM projects along with supplementary data collection for counterfactual assessment. Furthermore, predictive ex-ante studies are currently blooming. At present, ongoing studies are being conducted to demonstrate thedetailed technique with which to calculate and measure the benefits of BIM.This paper providesresearchers and analysts with initial insights that can be used to move forward with BIM benefit measurements.

Information system of multi-stage analysis of the building of object models on a construction site

This study focuses on the development of a multi-stage analysis of building object models (BOM) on a construction site for modeling an “evolutionary” digital twin, by integrating building information modeling (BIM) technology and an artificial intelligence system. The concepts of photo modeling of the construction site using a group of moving cameras were outlined, as well as the possibility of integrating IoT technologies. The dynamic transition of real building structures into intermediate BIM representations of digital twins was investigated, with the prospect of enabling augmented reality technology. An artificial intelligence system combining Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Feed Forward Neural Network (FFNN) architectures has been developed as a comprehensive mechanism for the detection, categorization, and evaluation of BIM projects at all stages of their life cycle. The paper addresses the scaling prospects for the development of point cloud and mesh models, as well as the use of big data technology while optimizing the representation of the “evolutionary” BIM project of the digital twin of the construction site. The effectiveness of site conformance detection during the step-by-step construction of a BIM model, which shows consistency and provides a quantitative assessment of the processes occurring on the site, has been determined. The results of this research can be used to improve BIM modeling methods and concepts, in particular towards a multi-stage “evolutionary” representation of the digital twin of the construction site.

Potentials of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Managing Variations

As property development and information technologies are going rapid in these few decades, information construction becomes necessarily as a management tool. Changes and variations in construction projects are common and inevitable. This paper aims to study potentials of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in managing variations. The research objective is to identify the potentials of BIM in managing variations. Qualitative method was adopted for this research. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the respondents to collect data. Twelve respondents were chosen based on the following criteria: (a) involved in BIM projects and (b) experts with BIM knowledge. The respondents involved in the interviews are BIM software providers, BIM software resellers, BIM consultants, main contractors and government personnel in Malaysia. From the interview findings, the potentials of BIM in managing variations are to reduce the variations due to design-related changes, material-related changes, information discrepancies and construction method. Resolving design-related changes includes better visualisation, design coordination, clash detection, better decision making and minimised uncertainties. Managing material-related changes involves automated quantity taking-off, detailed plan for visualisation and material purchase plan. Reducing information discrepancies involves data digitalisation, communication and collaboration, real-time tracking changes as well as improved on request for information (RFI) process. Minimising variations due to construction method includes simulation, better site management and prefabrication with BIM. This research proves that it is necessary to promote BIM management approach in managing variations.

Beyond Knowledge Transfer: Why Building Information Modeling Requires More Than Just Knowledge for Success

The German design industry is poised to take the next step in its development when it introduced building information modeling (BIM). The German Bundestag is requiring that public construction projects be completed with BIM. Over forty training providers offer a variety of BIM training courses, yet implementation is slowing. Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) are facing the challenge of implementing BIM. This study explores how SMBs’ digital skills can be improved to implement BIM effectively. To this end, interviews with experts from nine companies were conducted and evaluated using the grounded theory. The interviewees express the view that investments in employee training can help build skills. All the same, SMBs only commit to BIM and training in response to growing demand. The interviews reveal that SMBs’ low level of knowledge is attributable to their lack of practical experience with BIM. SMBs without any prospect of a pilot BIM project do not invest in training. A major finding is that SMBs do not consider BIM training expedient – even when it is free - because they do not anticipate any demand for BIM services in the short or medium term. Public clients must consequently develop BIM expertise. The study shows how knowledge and change management research can be drawn on to establish widespread acceptance of BIM.

BIM Manager Role in the Integration and Coordination of Construction Projects

Building information modelling (BIM) methodology has been implemented in the construction industry, reaching all sectors: multidisciplinary design development; construction planning and monitoring; and building management and maintenance. A complete BIM project aggregates several disciplines and different professionals skillsets. In order to achieve a suitable control, contributing to improve the quality of the project, a BIM manager is required. The BIM manager has the responsibility to coordinate all tasks involved in a building design, as well as the associated activities usually that are normally worked-out, complementing the project. During the development of a project, a BIM manager can access various discipline models, located in a delayering shared platform, and request responsibilities and amendments if inconsistencies are detected. The relevance of the BIM manager function is illustrated with three building cases where distinct specific projects, disciplines, and tasks were elaborated: collaboration between disciplines (architecture, structures, and construction); structural analyses and reinforcement details; quantity take-off of materials and cost estimation; construction scheduling and simulation. Although there are limitations in the software interoperability capacity, within the elaboration of a multiple stage project, BIM implementation in the construction industry has been carried out. The present study shows that the BIM manager role in projects aggregates several disciplines and experts, bringing an important improvement in the quality of the final product. A suitable BIM implementation in the construction industry needs to be supported by the most current advanced technology and in adequate BIM manager coordination.

Modeling the Relation between Building Information Modeling and the Success of Construction Projects: A Structural-Equation-Modeling Approach

Over the course of the last twenty years, building information modeling (BIM) has emerged as a firmly established construction methodology integrating fundamental principles. The implementation of BIM methodologies possesses the capability to augment the attainment of quality, cost, and schedule objectives in construction endeavors. Notwithstanding the widespread adoption of BIM in the construction sector, the execution of BIM-related tasks frequently suffers from the absence of established methodologies. The objective of this study was to create a BIM application model through an examination of the correlation between BIM integration and the achievement of overall project success (OPS) in construction endeavors. In order to develop the BIM application model, feedback was solicited from a cohort of fourteen industry experts who assessed a range of BIM activities in light of prior research. The data that were gathered underwent exploratory factor analysis (EFA) in order to authenticate the results acquired from the expert interviews. Furthermore, construction professionals participated in structured surveys in order to evaluate the importance of said BIM practices. This study utilized partial least squares–structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to ascertain and authenticate the underlying framework and correlations between BIM implementation and OPS. The findings indicate a moderate correlation between the implementation of BIM and the success of a project wherein BIM is responsible for approximately 52% of the project’s overall success. To optimize project outcomes, it is recommended that construction companies prioritize the implementation of BIM practices. This study highlights the correlation between the utilization of BIM and favorable project results, emphasizing the necessity for the construction sector to adopt BIM as a revolutionary instrument to attain enhanced project achievements.

Analisis Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Building Information Modeling (BIM) terhadap Tingkat Penerapan dan Kinerja Proyek Pada Proyek Design and Build

In this research, an analysis was conducted on the influence of Building Information Modeling (BIM) factors on the level of implementation and project performance in Design and Build projects. The objective of this study is to analyze the factors affecting BIM implementation and project performance in Design and Build projects. The research method used is a quantitative method employing observation through questionnaires. The variables studied consist of dependent variables, namely the level of BIM implementation and project performance (cost, quality, time), as well as independent variables, namely BIM users, communication and coordination among stakeholders, 3D modeling, 4D field scheduling, 5D volume calculation, and project value. The research findings indicate that the use of BIM (X1) does not have a significant influence on the level of BIM implementation (Y). However, communication and coordination among stakeholders (X2) have a positive but non-significant influence on the level of BIM implementation (Y). The creation of 3D models (X3) also has a positive but non-significant influence on the level of BIM implementation (Y). On the other hand, 4D field scheduling (X4) has a positive but non-significant influence on the level of BIM implementation (Y). 5D volume calculation (X5) has a positive and significant influence on the level of BIM implementation (Y), while the value of the projects undertaken (X6) has a positive but non-significant influence on the level of BIM implementation (Y). Therefore, this research provides an understanding of the factors influencing the level of BIM implementation and its impact on the project performance in Design and Build projects.

Active BIM system for optimized multi-project ready-mix-concrete delivery

PurposeReady-mix concrete delivery problem (RMCDP), a specific version of the vehicle routing problem (VRP), is a relevant supply-chain engineering task for construction management with various formulations and solving methods. This problem can range from a simple scenario involving one source, one material and one destination to a more challenging and complex case involving multiple sources, multiple materials and multiple destinations. This paper presents an Internet of Things (IoT)-supported active building information modeling (BIM) system for optimized multi-project ready-mix concrete (RMC) delivery.Design/methodology/approachThe presented system is BIM-based, IoT supported, dynamic and automatic input/output exchange to provide an optimal delivery program for multi-project ready-mix-concrete problem. The input parameters are extracted as real-time map-supported IoT data and transferred to the system via an application programming interface (API) into a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) optimization model developed to perform the optimization. The obtained optimization results are further integrated into BIM by conventional project management tools. To demonstrate the features of the suggested system, an RMCDP example was applied to solve that included four building sites, seven eligible concrete plants and three necessary RMC mixtures.FindingsThe system provides the optimum delivery schedule for multiple RMCs to multiple construction sites, as well as the optimum RMC quantities to be delivered, the quantities from each concrete plant that must be supplied, the best delivery routes, the optimum execution times for each construction site, and the total minimal costs, while also assuring the dynamic transfer of the optimized results back into the portfolio of multiple BIM projects. The system can generate as many solutions as needed by updating the real-time input parameters in terms of change of the routes, unit prices and availability of concrete plants.Originality/valueThe suggested system allows dynamic adjustments during the optimization process, andis adaptable to changes in input data also considering the real-time input data. The system is based on spreadsheets, which are widely used and common tool that most stakeholders already utilize daily, while also providing the possibility to apply a more specialized tool. Based on this, the RMCDP can be solved using both conventional and advanced optimization software, enabling the system to handle even large-scale tasks as necessary.

Perspective towards the Perceived Benefits and Challenges on Building Information Modelling - Facility Management (BIM-FM) Integration at an Early Stage of BIM Projects

Building information modelling (BIM) is the most recent facility management (FM) technology adopted in Malaysia. However, management and information technology (IT) system improvements are required for the adoption of this technology. Incorporating BIM and FM at an early stage of a project has the potential to yield significant benefits but may also increase project risk. Through a survey, this study aims at investigating the prospective benefits and challenges of BIM-FM integration in the early phases of a BIM project. 109 (55.6%) of the 196 facility management companies in Klang Valley answered a questionnaire survey that was sent to them. To determine the perceived benefits and obstacles of the integrated BIM-FM process, mean scores and standard deviations were computed. As a result, respondents perceived positively that integrating BIM-FM in the early phase of the BIM project will increase performance, improve collaboration and communication, increase FM business values, and reduce costs and time. In the meantime, all respondents agreed that organizational, process and technological factors influence the early adoption of BIM-FM integration in the Malaysian construction industry. This study substantially contributes to the current understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of BIM-FM integration in the early stages of BIM projects in Malaysia.

Integrated applications of building information modeling in project cost management: a systematic review

Purpose Implementing building information modeling (BIM) in construction projects offers many benefits. However, the use of BIM in project cost management is still limited. This study aims to review the current trends in the application of BIM in project cost management. Design/methodology/approach This study systematically reviews the literature on the application of BIM in project cost management. A total of 46 related articles were identified and analyzed using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses method. Findings Eighteen approaches to applying BIM in project cost management were identified. The approaches can be grouped into cost control and cost estimation. Also, BIM can be applied independently or integrated with other techniques. The integrated approaches for cost control include integration with genetic algorithms, Monte Carlo simulation, lean construction, integrated project delivery, neural network and value engineering. On the contrary, integrated approaches for cost estimation include integration with cost-plus pricing, discrepancy analysis, construction progress curves, estimation standards, algorithms, declarative mappings, life cycle sustainability assessment, ontology, Web-based frameworks and structured query language. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this study is the first to systematically review prior literature on the application of BIM in project cost management. As a result, the study provides a comprehensive understanding of the current state of the art and fills the literature gap. Researchers and industry professionals can use the study findings to increase the benefits of implementing BIM in construction projects.

Factors influencing BIM use in green building construction project management in the UK and China

ABSTRACT Decentralization and a lack of integration in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry are some of the main challenges for project management in green building construction. To address this problem, many construction companies have attempted to use building information modelling (BIM) to coordinate and optimize the management of green building projects. However, the research on successfully adopting and using BIM in interdisciplinary teams working on green building projects is limited; moreover, comprehensive comparisons across different countries and regions are lacking. Therefore, this study conducts a novel investigation of the key factors affecting the use of BIM in project management for green building construction through case studies in the UK and China. This study uses semi-structured interviews, Python-based term frequency analysis and thematic analysis to identify five key themes, namely, communication, data environment, motivation, project members and policy, which influence the adoption and implementation of BIM. In addition, based on gained insights, the impacts of different green building certification levels on BIM project management during the construction phase must be fully considered. These findings provide practical recommendations for BIM management in green building construction projects and contribute to the field of construction management.

Intelligent System of Internet of Things-Oriented BIM in Project Management

At present, edge computing is more and more widely used in the development process of various industries. With the stable development of social industrial structure, the development scale of enterprises is gradually expanding, the project production cycle is getting longer and longer, and the project information and project elements are also getting more and more. Under the traditional project management mode, the project elements are independent from each other, the participants are difficult to interact, and the information content is relatively dispersed, which has seriously hindered the improvement of the efficiency and level of enterprise project management. The emergence of intelligent the BIM (building information modeling) project management system provides technical support for the realization of the overall project management objectives, but there are still large limitations in actual use, mainly reflected in the poor flexibility of attraction and error prone. In order to solve the dilemma of enterprise project management, based on the analysis of the characteristics of project management and the functional requirements of the system, this article proposes an intelligent system of BIM in project management oriented to the internet of things. In order to verify the effectiveness of the system, this article conducts system tests from the aspects of project management efficiency, system security, and user experience. The results show that the average intelligent system error level of internet of things-oriented BIM in project management is about 0.310. It can be seen from this result that, on the basis of internet of things technology, various project elements and information within the system have achieved effective integration and promoted the deep intelligent development of project management.

Strategies for enhancing the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the construction industry

BIM implementation is still low in construction, especially in developing countries. The study aims to identify the most effective strategies to improve BIM implementation in the construction industry. A quantitative approach was a means of data collection. There were no statistically significant differences in respondents’ opinions about the process of enhancing BIM implementation based on educational qualification, age bracket, or the number of BIM projects handled. However, there was based on the participants’ specialization and years of working experience. Multiple linear regression was conducted to investigate whether the strategies to improve BIM implementation in the construction industry could significantly predict the level of BIM knowledge/awareness. The findings indicate that three independent variables significantly predict the level of BIM knowledge, F (5, 61) = 8.795, p < 0.001. However, government support and national standard have an insignificant impact on the dependent variable. Also, the R2 = 0.419 depicts that the model explains 41.9% of the variance in the level of BIM knowledge. The research results have implications for enhancing BIM implementation in AEC projects and may increase industry effectiveness.

Factors affecting BIM implementation in Saudi Arabia: a critical analysis

PurposeThis study examines the underlying relationships between the critical factors of building information modeling (BIM) implementation and the factors' groupings among architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) organizations in Saudi Arabia. The objectives of the study are to (1) identify the critical factors for BIM implementation, (2) analyze the interrelationships between the critical factors and (3) compare the critical factors between the different organizational characteristics.Design/methodology/approachFirst, potential factors were identified through a systematic literature review and interviews with AEC professionals. Then, a questionnaire survey was sent to AEC professionals and the collected data were analyzed using the following techniques and tests: mean score ranking, standard deviation, normalized value, factor analysis (FA), analysis of variance (ANOVA) and post-hoc Tukey test.FindingsThe analyses show that 14 factors are critical for BIM implementation in Saudi Arabia. The top critical factors include the existence of standard contracts on data security and user confidentiality, consistent views on BIM among stakeholders and the availability of guidelines for implementing BIM. Of the 14 critical factors, 9 can be grouped into 4 underlying factors: environmental, governmental, legal and organizational. The analysis shows that the criticality of the most critical factors grouped by the FA varies between different levels of BIM competency. Finally, the presence of public–private partnerships (PPPs) in realizing BIM projects is a new and emerging critical factor for BIM implementation in Saudi Arabia.Originality/valueThis study differs from prior works on BIM implementation in Saudi Arabia by using FA to explore the underlying relationships among factors of BIM implementation and the factors' groupings. Based on the FA results, a roadmap for implementing the BIM was developed. These findings will help to purposefully and efficiently customize BIM implementation strategies and initiatives to ensure successful BIM implementation in Saudi Arabia.
