Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PJBL) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas VIII di Mts Al – Mabrur Bone Raya Kabupaten Bone Bolango

The aim of this research is to find out whether the project based learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students in social studies subjects at MTs Al - Mabrur Bone Raya, Bone Bolango Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach and Quasi Experimental research in the form of Pretest Prottest Control Group Design. In this design there are two groups taken as samples. Then they were given a pretest and posttest to find out whether there were differences between the experimental and control groups with a sample size of 34 students. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, tests, documentation and research data analyzed descriptively and inferentially with the t test. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Project Based Learning Model on the Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Students in Social Sciences Subjects at MTs Al - Mabrur Bone Raya, Bone Bolango Regency. The research hypothesis test shows a significant value of 0.0000.05, with the criterion that if the sig value is smaller than 0.05 then H0 is rejected then H1 is accepted. Based on these criteria, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence of the project based learning (Pjbl) learning model on the learning outcomes of class VIII students in social studies subjects at MTs Al - Mabrur Bone Raya, Bone Bolango Regency.

Pengaruh Pengelolaan Dana Desa Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Tamboo Kecamatan Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango

This research employed a quantitative approach. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The populations in this research were all Community welfare of Tamboo Village, Tilongkabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency, while the samples were 40 Community. The anaysis method employed Simple Linear Regression. The results indicated that the assignment method village fund management positive influence on the Community welfare of Tamboo Village, Tilongkabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it indicated an R-square of 0,413, which meant that 41,3% of the variabiliti of community Welfare in Tamboo Village, Tilongkabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency is addressed by Village Fund Management Of the other hand, the remaining 58,7% is influenced by other variables not examined in the research.

Manajemen Pemerintah Dalam Program Ekonomi Desa Simpan Pinjam Desa Tunas Jaya Kecamatan Bone Pantai Kabupaten Bone Bolango

This research aims to find out how the Government Management in the Savings and Loans Village Economic Program in Tunas Jaya Village, Kec. Bone Beach District. Bone Bolango chose 3 village officials as key informants while data collection techniques used documentation, observation and interview techniques. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method, namely describing research variables in qualitative aspects of understanding. The results of the research show that government management in the Savings and Loans Village Economic Program in Tunas Jaya Village has not implemented a good management process in managing the Karya Bersama Abadi Savings and Loans Village Economic Program. This is reinforced by data and interview results which state that the process of implementing the activities still experiencing several obstacles, both in terms of supervision and also the process of giving sanctions to members who have not carried out their obligations to pay credit. Some of the problems that are factors that hinder the progress of the village government management process in implementing the Karya Bersama Abadi program are weak leadership of the village head, inadequate facilities, low community mindset, and weak supervision from the village government.

Learning Tools on Literacy and Numeracy to Enhance Students' Critical Thinking Skills

This study seeks to describe the validity and practicality of learning tools, as well as to assess the effectiveness of literacy and numeracy-based learning tools. The study was conducted in an IX-grade class at SMP State 1 Kabila Junior High School, Bone Bolango Regency, involving 30 students. This development research utilized the Borg and Gall development model, modified by Sugiono, and focused on learning tools that include lesson plans, student worksheets, learning media, and test instruments. Data were collected using validation sheets, learning implementation sheets, student activity sheets, critical thinking tests, and student response questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed by calculating the percentage of each score. The results showed that the teacher activity score averaged 89.75, while student activity was categorized as very good, with an average score of 94.5. Student responses were categorized as very good, with 49% of students strongly agreeing and 51% agreeing. Students' critical thinking abilities, measured through n-gain, were categorized as moderate to high. The analysis of the critical thinking test results also indicated improvements in every critical thinking indicator. Keywords: Literacy, Numeracy, Critical Thinking

Pengaruh Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan Konsep Value for Money pada Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Bone Bolango

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of accountability and transparency on financial performance with the Value for Money concept in the Bone Bolango Regency PUPR service, both partially and simultaneously. Type The type of method used in this research is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using questionnaire surveys and observation. The number of respondents in this research was 63 respondents consisting of Service Heads, Secretaries, Treasurers and all PUPR service employees of Bone Bolango Regency. The results of this research show that accountability and transparency towards financial performance with the Value for Money concept in the Bone Bolango Regency PUPR service have an effect both partially and simultaneously with a determinant value of 62.9% while the remaining 37.1% is explained by other variables not studied. in this research.

Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa: Studi Kasus Se Kecamatan Suwawa Timur Kabupaten Bone Bolango

This research aims to determine the influence of human resource competency and the use of information technology on the accountability of village fund management. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with an associative quantitative approach. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Heads of Finance and BPD who have served in the last 3 years in East Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency. This research involves 3 variables, namely 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. Where the independent variable (X1) is Human Resource Competency, the independent variable (X2) is Information Technology Utilization and the dependent variable (Y) is Village Fund Management Accountability. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of the research show 1) Human Resource Competence has a positive and significant effect on accountability in village fund management, 2) The use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on accountability in village fund management, and 3) simultaneously human resource competence and the use of information technology have a positive and significant effect. significant to the accountability of village fund management.

Coastal Ecosystem Changes: Analysis of Snail Population after Mangrove Planting in the First Year

One of the main indicators for assessing the effectiveness of mangrove planting in coastal ecosystem rehabilitation is monitoring the population of fauna that depend on their habitat, one of which is snails. This study analyzes the changes in snail population in coastal areas after mangrove planting in the first year. Specifically, this study will compare the snail population in areas where mangroves were planted with areas where mangroves were not planted as an effort to understand the initial impact of mangrove planting on the snail community. Using a comparative approach, this study was conducted on the beach of Tongo Village, Bone Pantai District, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The research results show a significant difference in the presence of snail populations in areas where mangroves were planted compared to areas without mangroves. Additionally, the areas with mangroves also showed the presence of crabs as another species besides snails. This emphasizes the importance of mangroves as a supporting ecosystem for biodiversity in coastal areas.

This is done by exploring the potential of the village and taking advantage of technological advances. This service was carried out in Biluango Village, Bone Bolango Regency. Biluango Village has MSMEs, especially those engaged in the culinary sector. This service activity aims to assist MSME Goroho Mama Azam regarding production and digital marketing. The method of implementing the service is divided into four stages, including 1) MSME Survey Stage, 2) Production assistance, 3) Marketing digitalization assistance, and 4) Monitoring and evaluation. The results are: 1) Partner products become more diverse, 2) Product appearance becomes more attractive, 3) Wider market reach by utilizing social media, and 4) Partners become proficient in using social media in carrying out business transactions.

The Role of Supervision in Improving Work Discipline of State Civil Servant Employees at the Ministry of Religion

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) finding out the role of supervision in improving the discipline of state civil servants at the Ministry of Religion, Bone Bolango Regency; (2) To find out what factors hinder the implementation of supervision of employee discipline at the Bone Regency Ministry of Religion. So this research uses a form of research with a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. The strategy used is single and fixed. Snippet technique with techniquepurposive snowball sampling. The data sources are informants at the research place or location, archives and documents. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and document analysis. For data validity, the technique used is data or source triangulation and method triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is flowing interactive analysis. The results of the research show that: (1) Supervision plays a large role in shaping the discipline of civil servants at the Bone Bolango Regency Ministry of Religion office, and this supervision can only work if the leadership at the Bone Bolango Regency Ministry of Religion office carries out their duties as actors in supervision; (2) Whereas based on data the discipline of civil servants at the Ministry of Religion office is still not optimal, not because there is no supervision, but because the leadership does not understand the theory or technical practice of supervision, resulting in not yet optimal supervision at the Bone Bolango Regency Ministry of Religion office. ; (3) That supervision is not only an order or rule that is the basis for implementation in an agency, but is a fundamental principle in the management of an institution such as the office of the Ministry of Religion, Bone Bolango Regency, this means that supervision plays an important role in improving the discipline of the State Civil Apparatus, so that Increasing human resources in leadership is the key word in realizing supervision to improve discipline in the State Civil Service.

Urgency of District Head’s Policy in the Implementation of the Use of Trotoar and Edge of the “Jalan Bj Habibie” In Bone Bolango District of Gorontalo

This article analyzes the right policies to avoid the occurrence of criminalization, traffic congestion, environmental cleanliness that is not maintained and irresponsible behaviour along the sidewalks and curbs of Prof. B.J Habibie, Bone Bolango district. The policy of the regional head in making the function of the roadside and sidewalk useful for the community is a necessity or a necessity to protect the public from the disturbance of security, comfort, and order. No matter how good the existence of roads and sidewalks without being supported by government policies in their utilization, it will not guarantee the comfort of the user community, because, without a policy that guarantees safety and comfort for users and the community, the facilities built will bring disaster to the community and facility users. AN OVERVIEW OF THE COMMUNITY KNOWLEDGE LEVEL TOWARDS THE USE OF GENERIC DRUGS IN TUPA VILLAGE, NORTH BULANGO DISTRICT, BONE BOLANGO REGENCY, GORONTALO PROVINCE, IN 2022

Generic drugs are medications with generic names, as defined by the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia and International Non-proprietary Names (INN) from the WHO, and they do not use trade names or manufacturer logos. Examples of these include amoxicillin and metformin. The public often perceives generic drugs to be inferior to patented drugs because of their relatively lower prices. The purpose of this study is to describe the knowledge level of the community about the use of generic drugs in Desa Tupa, Kecamatan Bulango Utara, Kabupaten Bone Bolango in 2022. This study employs a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires that were distributed to 30 randomly selected respondents. A univariate analysis was conducted by creating frequency distributions to determine the community's awareness level regarding generic drugs. The survey results indicated that most residents of Desa Tupa have limited information about the use of generic drugs. The study concluded that, in terms of knowledge level about generic drugs, 30% of respondents had heard of generic drugs, 22% knew that generic drugs were named according to INN (International Non-proprietary Names), 11% understood that generic drugs are those that have expired patents, 9% recognize that generic drugs do not use brand names, and 28% are aware that generic drugs are more affordable than branded drugs.

Increasing Income Through The Karwo Cake Center In Tanggilingo Village, Kabila Sub-District, Bone Bolango District

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in income through the Karawo Cake Center IKM in Tanggilingo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. This research method uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews using interview guidelines which were given to a number of informants. Based on the research results, based on several interviews with research informants above, it can be concluded that the human resource improvement program has been running well by involving employees in various training held by agencies such as raw material agents. Even though they have participated in the training, there are still some employees who have not been able to develop their skills because the training was held when they were invited by the relevant agencies. But that doesn't hinder business management at IKM Sentra Karawo. Based on the results of interviews with several informants above, it can be concluded that the current facilities are adequate and are no longer an obstacle to managing the Karawo Cake Center IKM business anymore because the owner and employees work together to optimize deficiencies by collecting personal money to buy the facilities so as not to experience losses. Based on the results of interviews with several informants above, it can be concluded that the role of capital is very important for SMEs. The capital owned by IKM Sentra Karawo is sufficient to meet production needs and does not become an obstacle to managing the IKM Cake Karawo Center business in increasing community income in Tanggilingo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency.

Analisis Pendapatan Objek Wisata dan Kontribusinya Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Bone Bolango Tahun 2020-2022

This research aims to analyze the level of income generated by tourist attractions in Bone Bolango Regency and to analyze the extent of the contribution of tourist attraction income levies to Regional Original Income in Bone Bolango Regency. The data source used in this research is secondary data sourced from time series data over a three year period, namely from 2020 to 2022. This research utilizes a documentation method that involves the use of secondary data, with a range of observations from 2020 to 2022. The secondary data used used comes from a report prepared by a related institution. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, namely by using the calculation of tourist attraction income and calculating the contribution of tourism levies to local original income using the Value Formatting method. The research results show that (1) After conducting research over the last three years, income from the Bone Bolango Regency tourist attraction has experienced stable growth. Total income during this period reached impressive figures, with an average amount during 2020 to 2022 of IDR. 674,056,515. This success reflects efforts to manage and increase the attractiveness of tourist destinations in Bone Bolango Regency. (2) After conducting research over the last three years, the contribution of tourism sector levies to the original regional income of Bone Bolango Regency has experienced fluctuations. The tourism sector managed to achieve an excellent contribution level with an average of 58.43% during 2020 to 2022. This success not only reflects the attractiveness of the Bone Bolango Regency tourist destination, but also the effectiveness of management strategies and positive engagement.

Education to Strengthen the Economy of the Utilization of Aren Nira Producing Bioetanol in Lonuo Village, Bone Bolango District

This economic education activity for palm sap farmers aims to provide economic strengthening and build awareness among the public, especially palm sap farmers, that palm sap water can be utilized and made into several products with high economic value, for example bioethanol products. Apart from that, it can also minimize the negative impact of the production of alcoholic drinks made from palm sap in Lonuo village. This activity uses educational methods, socialization and community assistance for sugar palm sap farmers. Empowering sugar palm farmers through product diversification is the key to increasing the quality and quantity of sugar palm sap products into various marketable products such as bioethanol. This economic education activity for palm sap farmers has had a positive impact and response from the Lonuo village community. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the community in participating in activities at the village office. The community received education well and smoothly and increased public understanding regarding the use of palm sap into products of high economic value such as bioethanol.

Influence Financial Management and Use Accounting Information Technology in the Preparation of BUMDes Financial Statements

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate how financial management and the utilization of accounting information technology influence the creation of financial results statements.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study utilized a quantitative methodology using a Likert scale questionnaire to collect primary data. A saturated sample or survey technique was used to obtain a sample of 27 BUMDes with a total of 202 respondents. Testing the research hypothesis using the AMOS 24 tool.Findings:The findings indicated that financial management lacked a beneficial and notable influence on the enhancement of BUMDes financial reporting. Conversely, the adoption of information related to accounting technology demonstrated a positive and noteworthy impact on the development of BUMDes financial reports. Furthermore, when considered together, both financial management and the adoption of accounting information technology exhibited a positive and noteworthy influence on the development of BUMDes financial reports, as elucidated by the 90.2% R-square value. In comparison, the remaining 9.8% was attributed to external variables beyond the scope of the study in Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province.

Development of Adobe Flash CS6 Based Learning Media on Student Learning Outcomes on Elasticity and Hooke's Law Material in High School

The aim of this research is to evaluate the level of practicality of using Adobe Flash CS6-based learning media on elasticity and Hooke's law. This development research uses the ADDIE model to collect data about practicality. Learning implementation sheets, questionnaires for testing the practicality of learning media by teachers in individual tests, and student response test questionnaires in field tests are used to evaluate practicality. This study was conducted at SMA N 1 Kabila, which is located in Bone Bolango Regency. The research results show that learning media based on Adobe Flash CS6 on elasticity and Hooke's law is used very effectively during the learning process. With the average learning implementation for three meetings of 95.83%, the average teacher response of 82.61%, and the average response of students of 79.63% in the good category, it can be concluded that Adobe Flash-based learning media CS6 on elasticity and Hooke's law is used very effectively during the learning process.

Range of Terrain Suitability for the Development of the Aladi Tulabolo Road Network Gorontalo Province

This research aims to identify, analyze and develop a road route development model based on terrain suitability to establish a new road network connecting Aladi with Tulabolo, Bone Bolango Regency in Gorontalo Province. A GIS-based spatial approach is used to describe and measure terrain suitability. Based on the characteristics of the research object, survey methods are used; based on population characteristics, stratified proportional sampling is used as the mapping unit; and based on its relationship to analysis, scoring-based quantitative and qualitative methods are used. The research results show that (1) the characteristics of the distribution of terrain suitability for the development of the road network in the research area are based on the parameters that make up terrain units such as landform units, slope, rock type and soil type, resulting in zoning with 5 (five) levels of suitability. The five levels of suitability are S1 suitability (high suitability), S2 suitability (medium suitability), N1 suitability (temporarily not suitable), and N2 suitability (permanently not eligible). (2) The distribution of terrain suitability classes for developing the dominant road network for the Aladi-Tulabolo area is in suitability class S2 (medium suitability), covering an area of 99.25 km2 . (3) The road route development model based on the suitability of the terrain in the research area is formed with the formulation Terrain Unit (SM) = f (bl, kl, jb, jt), where bl = landform, kl = slope, jb = rock type, and jt = soil type

Supportive psychotherapeutic intervention and video directing observed therapy to increase family adherence

To determine the effect of supportive psychotherapy and video-directing observed therapy interventions on family compliance in assisting patients with mental disorders in the working area of the Kabila Health Center, Bone Bolango District, Gorontalo City. Research design quasi-experimental design with a one group pre- and post-test design, where the variables to be measured are family adherence in providing treatment assistance, which are included in the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study were supportive psychotherapy and video-directed observation therapy. The sampling technique used was a total sampling technique with a sample size of 39 respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis, namely descriptive analysis (frequency, percentage, median, minimum value, and maximum value) and bivariate analysis (Wilcoxon test), with a significance level of <0.05, which was performed using SPSS version 25 software. Supportive psychotherapy and video-directing observed therapy increased family compliance accompanying the treatment of patients with mental disorders (p-value of x1=0.020, x2=0.000, p<0.05). Supportive psychotherapy interventions and video-directed observed therapy have been proven to increase family compliance in treatment assistance, which can improve the quality of life of patients with mental disorders.

Implementasi Program Magang Merdeka Belajar di Desa

This internship activity aims to understand and implement village accounting knowledge obtained in college. This program is run as part of the PPKM Dikti grant program. The placement of this MBKM internship program is located in Ulantha Village, Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency. Ulantha Village was chosen because the village was a village that received a certificate awarded as the village with the third best financial management. This internship activity was carried out from August 19, 2022 to September 19, 2022. The basic methods used in this internship activity are the investigation stage, the provision stage, the implementation stage and finally the evaluation stage. In financial management in this application, it starts from planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. The results of the internship practice showed that student participants were able to carry out the village financial management process well and until completion. This program is still expected to be carried out continuously as a provision for students to carry out work practices in the village.
