The level of education of an employee shows the level of knowledge and understanding in carrying out the tasks at hand. Through education a person’s quality can be improved in various aspects because educated people will be more rational in thinking and acting, understanding duties and responsibilities. So, the perception of the benefits of education felt by SIMAK BMN operators during their education level helps in completing their duties and responsibilities and makes operators more effective in operating SIMAK BMN.Although it has been supported by legislation that is used as a reference and legal force in the management of state property, there are still many problems and difficulties that hinder the management of state property in the implementation in the field. One of the problems is in the administration of state property. There are still many SIMAK BMN operators in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of West Sumatra who do not understand the rules for administering state property, especially the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 181/PMK 06/Year 2016. As a technical implementer in the administration of State Property, it is important for the SIMAK BMN operator to understand these rules so that the administration of state property is carried out properly and the reports of state property produced are reliable and accountable.Keywords : Operator, Administration

Three-point functions at strong coupling in the BMN limit

We consider structure constants of single-trace operators at strong coupling in planar mathcal{N} = 4 SYM theory using the hexagon formalism. We concentrate on heavy-heavy- light correlators where the heavy operators are BMN operators, with large R-charges and finite anomalous dimensions, and the light one is a finite-charge chiral primary operator. They describe the couplings between two highly boosted strings and a supergravity mode in the bulk dual. In the hexagon framework, two sums over virtual magnons are needed to bind the hexagons together around the light operator. We evaluate these sums explicitly at strong coupling, for a certain choice of BMN operators, and show that they factorise into a ratio of Gamma functions and a simple stringy prefactor. The former originates from giant mirror magnons scanning the AdS geometry while the latter stems from small fluctuations around the BMN vacuum. The resulting structure constants have poles at positions where an enhanced mixing with double-trace operators is expected and zeros whenever the process is forbidden by supersymmetry. We also discuss the transition to the classical regime, when the length of the light operator scales like the string tension, where we observe similitudes with the Neumann coefficients of the pp-wave String Field Theory vertex.

Pengaruh Karakteristik Sumber Daya Manusia Pada Efektivitas SIMAK BMN

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource characteristics on the effectiveness of SIMAK BMN. This research was conducted in the Denpasar KPKNL work unit. The number of samples used was 118 work units with non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of research conducted stated that the level of education, training, experience and motivation has a positive effect on the effectiveness of SIMAK BMN. This means that the high perception of SIMAK BMN operators regarding the educational benefits received is higher with training material that is fun, easy to understand and apply and the more experience the operator has and the higher the motivation of the operator, the effectiveness of SIMAK BMN increases.

Continuum limit of fishnet graphs and AdS sigma model

We consider the continuum limit of 4d planar fishnet diagrams using integrable spin chain methods borrowed from the mathcal{N} = 4 Super-Yang-Mills theory. These techniques give us control on the scaling dimensions of single-trace operators for all values of the coupling constant in the fishnet theory. We use them to study the thermodynamical limit of the BMN operator corresponding to the spin chain ferromagnetic vacuum. We find that its scaling dimension exhibits a critical behaviour when the coupling constant approaches Zamolodchikov’s critical coupling. Analysis close to that point suggests that the continuum limit of the fishnet graphs is controlled by the two-dimensional AdS5 non-linear sigma model. More generally, we present evidence that the fishnet diagrams define an integrable lattice regularization of the AdS5 model. A system of massless TBA equations is derived for the tachyon energy by dualizing the TBA equations of the weakly coupled planar mathcal{N} = 4 SYM theory.

Tessellating cushions: four-point functions in mathcal{N} = 4 SYM

We consider a class of planar tree-level four-point functions in mathcal{N} = 4 SYM in a special kinematic regime: one BMN operator with two scalar excitations and three half-BPS operators are put onto a line in configuration space; additionally, for the half-BPS operators a co-moving frame is chosen in flavour space. In configuration space, the four-punctured sphere is naturally triangulated by tree-level planar diagrams. We demonstrate on a number of examples that each tile can be associated with a modified hexagon form-factor in such a way as to efficiently reproduce the tree-level four-point function. Our tessellation is not of the OPE type, fostering the hope of finding an independent, integrability-based approach to the computation of planar four-point functions.

On semiclassical four‐point correlators in AdS5 × S5

AbstractFollowing the recent advances in the holographic calculation of n‐point correlation functions with two “heavy” (with large quantum numbers) states at strong coupling, we extend these findings by computing specific contributions to four‐point correlators of four heavy BMN operators in �� = 4 supersymmetric Yang–Mills theory.

Three-BMN correlation functions: integrability vs. string field theory. One-loop mismatch

We compare calculations of the three-point correlation functions of BMN operators at the one-loop (next-to-leading) order in the scalar SU(2) sector from the integrability expression recently suggested by Gromov and Vieira, and from the string field theory expression based on the effective interaction vertex by Dobashi and Yoneya. A disagreement is found between the form-factors of the correlation functions in the one-loop contributions. The order-of-limits problem is suggested as a possible explanation of this discrepancy.

Three-point functions of BMN operators at weak and strong coupling II. One loop matching

In a previous paper, arXiv:1204.3096, we have shown that the fully dynamical three-point correlation functions of BMN operators are identical at the tree level in the planar limit of perturbative field theory and, on the string theory side, calculated by means of the Dobashi-Yoneya three string vertex in the Penrose limit. Here we present a one-loop calculation of the same quantity both on the field-theory and string-theory side, where a complete identity between the two results is demonstrated.

Matching three-point functions of BMN operators at weak and strong coupling

The agreement between string theory and field theory is demonstrated in the leading order by providing the first calculation of the correlator of three two-impurity BMN states with all non-zero momenta. The calculation is performed in two completely independent ways: in field theory by using the large-$N$ perturbative expansion, up to the terms subleading in finite-size, and in string theory by using the Dobashi-Yoneya 3-string vertex in the leading order of the Penrose expansion. The two results come out to be completely identical.

Berenstein-Maldacena-Nastase operators with a scalar fermion pair and operator mixing inN=4super Yang-Mills theory

The mixings between BMN operators with two scalar impurities and those with a scalar fermion pair are discussed to the lowest order at planar level. For this purpose, matrix model effective vertices are calculated to O(g^3). All the mixing patterns are explicitly obtained.

Non-planar ABJM theory and integrability

Using an effective vertex method we explicitly derive the two-loop dilatation generator of ABJM theory in its SU(2) × SU(2) sector, including all non-planar corrections. Subsequently, we apply this generator to a series of finite length operators as well as to two different types of BMN operators. As in = 4 SYM, at the planar level the finite length operators are found to exhibit a degeneracy between certain pairs of operators with opposite parity — a degeneracy which can be attributed to the existence of an extra conserved charge and thus to the integrability of the planar theory. When non-planar corrections are taken into account the degeneracies between parity pairs disappear hinting the absence of higher conserved charges. The analysis of the BMN operators resembles that of = 4 SYM. Additional non-planar terms appear for BMN operators of finite length but once the strict BMN limit is taken these terms disappear.

Operator mixing and the AdS/CFT correspondence

We provide a direct prescription for computing the mixing among gauge invariant operators in = 4 SYM. Our approach is based on the action of the superalgebra on the states of the theory and thus it can be also applied to resolve the mixing in the dual string description. As an example, we focus on the supermultiplet containing the BMN operators with two impurities. On the field theory side, we derive the leading planar quantum corrections to the naive expression of the highest weight state. Then we use the same prescription in the BMN limit of the AdS5 × S5 string theory and derive the form of the 2-impurity highest weight state. The string expression matches nicely the SYM result and provides a prediction for the mixing due to higher order quantum corrections in field theory.

Holography of Wilson-loop expectation values with local operator insertions

We study the expectation values of Wilson-loop operators with the insertionsof local operators Z^J and Zbar^J with large R-charge J from the bulk viewpoint of AdS/CFT correspondence. Classical solutions of strings attached to such deformed Wilson loops at the conformal boundary are constructed and are applied to the computation of Wilson-loop expectation values. We argue that in order to have such solutions for general insertions at finite positions in the base spacetime of the gauge theory, it is crucial to interpret the holographic correspondence in the semi-classical picture as a tunneling phenomenon, as has been previously established for holographic computations of correlators of BMN operators. This also requires to use the Euclideanized AdS background and Euclidean super Yang-Mills theory.

Impurity non-preserving 3-point correlators of BMN operators from PP-wave holography II: Fermionic excitations

The holographic principle in the PP-wave limit proposed in our previous works is further confirmed by studying impurity non-preserving processes which contain a fermionic BMN operator with one scalar and one fermion impurities. We show that the previously proposed duality relation between the matrix elements of the three point interaction Hamiltonian in the holographic string field theory and the OPE coefficients in super-Yang–Mills theory holds to the leading order in the large μ limit. Operator mixing is required to obtain the BMN operator of definite conformal dimension which corresponds to the string state with one scalar and one fermion excitations. The mixing term plays a crucial role for our duality relation to be valid. Our results, combined with those in the previous papers, provide a positive support that our duality relation holds for the general process regardless of the kind of impurities and of whether impurities conserve or not.

We show that the BMN operators arise from the expansion of the Wilson loop in four-dimensional N=4 super Yang-Mills theory. The Wilson loop we consider is obtained from ``dimensional reduction'' of ten-dimensional N=1 super Yang-Mills theory, and it contains six scalar fields as well as the gauge field. We expand the Wilson loop twice. First we expand it in powers of the fluctuations around a BPS loop configuration. Then we further expand each term in the result of the first step in powers of the scalar field Z associated with the BPS configuration. We find that each operator in this expansion with large number of Z is the BMN operator. The number of fluctuations corresponds to the number of impurities, and the phase factor of each BMN operator is supplied correctly. We have to impose the BPS condition on the loop for obtaining the complete form of the BMN operators including the correction terms with \bar Z. Our observation suggests the correspondence between the Wilson loop and the string field.

Three‐loop test of the dilatation operator and integrability in 𝒩 = 4 SYM

AbstractWe report on a three‐loop calculation of the anomalous dimension of the Konishi operator and of the BMN operator of dimension three. Our results confirm the unique form of the 𝒩 = 4 SYM dilatation operator compatible with BMN scaling.

A three-loop test of the dilatation operator in [formula omitted] SYM

We compute the three-loop anomalous dimension of the BMN operators with charges J = 0 (the Konishi multiplet) and J = 1 in the N = 4 super-Yang–Mills theory. We employ a method which effectively reduces the calculation to two loops. Instead of using the superconformal primary states, we consider the ratio of the two-point functions of suitable descendants of the corresponding multiplets. Our results unambiguously select the form of the N = 4 SYM dilatation operator which is compatible with BMN scaling. Thus, we provide evidence for BMN scaling at three loops.

In the context of the Penrose/BMN limit of the AdS/CFT correspondence, we consider four-impurity BMN operators in Yang-Mills theory, and demonstrate explicitly their correspondence to four-oscillator states in string theory. Using the dilatation operator on the gauge-theory side of the correspondence, we calculate matrix elements between four-impurity states. Since conformal dimensions of gauge-theory operators correspond to light-cone energies of string states, these matrix elements may be compared with the string-theory light-cone Hamiltonian matrix elements calculated in the plane-wave background using the string field theory vertex. We find that the two calculations agree, extending the cases of two- and three-impurity operators considered in the literature using BMN gauge-theory quantum mechanics. The results are also in agreement with calculations in the literature based on perturbative gauge-theory methods.
